Week 10 - Here we go … we’re at Day 64 or the very first day of week 10 from seed. It’s been a nice journey so far with no big issues except for a slight deficiency in the first week of flowering, which I duly adjusted by starting off Plagron’s green sensation or HULK juice as I like to call it. Now we’re heading onto the finishing line with dense buds boasting an array of colours and covered in trichomes. I’m keeping the trichomes under check and currently they are 90% cloudy and 10% clear. Day 68 - woooooooh …. Nearly there Day 70 - Winter is coming Girls are ready for harvest and this time round I want to experiment a little. Starting today I increased the dark period to 10 hours and intend to give them 48 hours complete darkness before harvest somewhere around Day 77. The aim ? I read that simulating winter helps the plants increase their trichomes production for the last push before they die. I also decreased the temperatures and humidity levels. This is a fastflowering test strain and I have no real information on the genetics. I flowered her for quite a while to get the lowers that lacked the light develop more. I trimmed her after 15 days of drying and got 31g of decent buds and 12g of larfy buds that will go with the trim to make some hash. Power used for whole grow in 114 days. Lights=201.7Kw (201.7×0.25)(=£50.42) Rad=212.23kw (212.23×0.25)(=£53.05) 201.7÷114=1.769kw per day light average. Average 100w for veg Average 150w for flower. Light average for grow 125w. Just watching and waiting for trichomes to go milky. They're still clear. Plain water from now on.

Good growth this week, finally done all my topping. Plants exploded with growth after I stopped topping them. Last week before I switch them to flowering. Plants are all really healthy, no deficiencies and have great color.

Paper towel in ziplock bag method. First seed went wrong. Added small video today of the seedling going into the soil. Almost dropped my phone during recording, yes, you can laugh.

Gave the photos a haircut today. Removed some fan leaves and lower branches that wouldn't amount to much. Gave the branches to my horse because he loves them! Tried enticing the ducks with fan leaves but they weren't having any of it. They prefer lettuce, not "The Devil's Lettuce"😂 I added in a little 5-1-1 fish fertilizer to my feeding regimen as well. Still picking off inchworms. And as you can see I made it to the hardware store and put up this baby almost completely by myself. I only asked my husband to hold the center roof panel support while I screwed it in. Couldn't have been better timing since hurricane Dorian came through yesterday and we had plenty of rain. Of course it didn't fully protect them but the majority of the rain hit the roof. And then it got down to 49 F last night. It's really Fall now! Barney's Farm says Caramel is 3rd or 4th week of September which is the same as Critical Cure but she is way behind Cure. This one may even go into 1st week of October because she even seems behind Blue Shark. Stay tuned!

Deepforest Super auto is growing great. She has been thriving and making a lot of progress. I delayed her solution change she has been doing so well. I will likely have to in about a week. I did her first lst and selective defoliation on her today. She is looking good. I did turn tge light down from 40 percent to about 30. She seemed to be growing stocky. I want her to reach a little more. I know there is still lots of growth to come. Everything is going great. 1/20 12am Monday Keeping them in veg for another week, they look great. 12pm good 1/22 3am water raised light up a couple inches, still at 48W. 1/23 moved the CBD plant into this grow, its not an Auto. so this is unexpected, I cut her in half topping yesterday. I will be experimenting Witches Wedding in a smaller container, good thing im out of room. 1/24 Witches Wedding experiment worked. I put her in the dirt a little bit sooner because im more confident about how seeds work now.
