Day 42: Went on vacation for 3 weeks, asked a friend to take care of my plants and make pictures and videos. He gave them feedings, did some defoliation but it is hard from a distance to guide him how to train or to defoliate.

This is where I really started to take a lot more pictures! Everything was coming along great, I had some slight nutrient lockout starting this week but I took care of it quickly! They respond very well to the training.

🌱 Day 43 - Beginning of the Third Flowering Week 🌱 Hello grow friends! 🌿 Today marks the start of the third week of the flowering phase. This week, I’m trying to adjust my nutrients a bit. I plan to slightly increase BioBizz Grow, as well as BioBizz Bloom, according to the feeding schedule. 🌱💧 I’m continuing to prune and thin out the plants a little each day, aiming to keep them stress-free. ✂️😊 The terpenes and buds are developing wonderfully so far, but I’m still struggling with very high humidity levels. 🌡️💦 Since my grow setup is on the second floor and we’re currently experiencing humid temperatures here in Germany, it’s been a challenge. I’m trying to reduce the humidity from 62% down to 50% during the day, but it’s proving difficult. 🌬️📉 I’ll keep you updated on how things progress! 🌿✨ 🌱 Day 47 - Everything is Going Well 🌱 Watering and Nutrients Today, I watered and fed the plant again. 🌿💧 Each plant received 1 liter, which is about 10% of the pot's volume. The plant is responding well to the nutrients, and growth is steady. Defoliation and Light Exposure I’ve done some light defoliation to ensure that every part of the plant gets proper light exposure. ✂️💡 My goal is to avoid any shadowed areas, allowing the buds to develop fully. Temperature Management The temperature is still quite high, reaching 27-28°C during the day. 🌡️🔥 I’m finding it difficult to bring it down, but the plant seems to be handling it well. To maintain a healthy environment, I keep both the fan and the exhaust system running on the highest setting, ensuring good air circulation. 🌬️🔄 Humidity Control Currently, the humidity is sitting at around 45-50%. 💧 It’s not perfect, but I’m monitoring the plant closely and making adjustments as needed. Careful Defoliation I continue to remove one or two leaves each day to minimize stress on the plant. 🍃🌿 This slow, careful defoliation ensures that the plant stays healthy while making sure all buds have access to light. Guard Dogs on Duty My dogs took a peek into the grow tent today and are now keeping a watchful eye over the plant. 🐕🌱 They’re doing a great job of “guarding” it! 🐾 I hope you enjoyed this update! Week 8 and already flushing because she’s ready to go. This strain is new but will definitely be done seed to harvest in 8-9 week max. Smell is amazing of earth undertones with a gassy pastry smell. Starting to get some nice purple colours on #4 buds and Ozz leaves! Not super visible on the video but looking really good. Also had an unpleasant surprise the other morning, due to wind gusts the support went out the pot and #4 straight bent to 90 degrees. Looks like it happened around 3/4am and I only saw it around 9am, so she got pretty roughened up but no actual damage to report. Same for Dorel, a brush fell on a lower branch but didn’t break anything. The learning here as it is the second time it happens, both time just before I water them: I suspect drier medium is less efficient in holding the plant when there is a lot of wind.

Topped at beginning of week 3 and added co2 this week. Plants loved the co2 and top of plants are now coming back to life after a couple days. Hope they turn out nice. Hoping for a good yield but most of all quality smoke in the end

These seeds are very good genetics they withstand a lot of heat and they still remain looking healthy they struggle through it but they look like they're overcoming it I'm very proud of the genetics very proud of my light and my tent good luck GrowMie have fun

Done with drying, I cut her bud sites and placed them into a mason jar. I bought the boveda packs that are 62% RH. Now time to sit and wait 2-3 weeks and see what the finished product is like. So starting week 3 or week 2 of veg. I upped my feed schedule to 4 times a day as well as upped the ppm to 550. Decided to finally named the plants. Left hand side is Amy and the right is Rose. I have been using doctor who characters for my plant names 🤓. Well it’s day 17 and rose is looking really good and robust. Amy on the other hand is still a bit small and looking like she has some sort of deficiency. Even though both plants have been treated the same. I am going to just keep doing what I am doing and hope she will catch up in time. She is slowly looking better and better. Other than that I am hoping to start my LST at the end of this week. I will update this week as it progresses. This actually about day 11 after sprout and starting veg. With that being said I did start a little light LST on rose. My last grow I had a similar issue where one plant was half the size of the other of the same strain. It made flowering awkward in my setup. So I am really going to concentrate on keeping rose as close to the same height as Amy. I’ll use LST as much as I can then I will be scrogging them as best I can.
