Hello growmies! Welcome to week six of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! So here we are at week six and every one of these girls are at a slightly different stage, it is quite fascinating to watch them develop one after the other. Today I made the last adjustment to the light possible. I removed the adjustable hangers and affixed a carabiner which I tightly tied to the top of the tent bar. There is about 1.5 inches of space between the top of the shade and the tallest part of the roof of the tent. Plant 1 is already taller than this, and it looks like plant 6 and maybe even plant 5 are going to join it. It's a madness. I am sure you have already looked at the photos but just in case you do what I do and read the diary first... Here is my assessment at the beginning of week 6: Plant 1: Height: 1st (137cm) - what can I say about this ridiculous plant? Day 36... 137cm tall. I have had to raise the light to as high as it is physically possibly to raise it and it's still not high enough. She is done stretching now, she may add 3-5cm over the next week or so but I don't expect more than that, so her top of her main cola going to have to develop above the level of the light. Nothing I can really do, nothing wise anyway. What a monster plant. Maturation: 4th - early into flower - bud sites developing, pistils just starting to explode. Plant 2: Height: 4th (111cm) - this plant has been there or there abouts as the tallest plant for most of the grow, but she has topped out at 111cm. She will gain some during flower but not much more than a few centimetres. Very impressive plant, loads of bud sites, really big strong secondary branches. This one is going to be colas galore. Maturation: 3rd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 3: Height: 6th (95cm) For some brief days the tallest plant in the room, she peaked early and is now the "shortest" at "only" 95cm for this "50-70cm" strain. She is utterly dwarfed by four of her five sisters in just about every department, being quite a bit smaller even than plant 4 (although I have removed the most lower nodes from this plant). Compared with her sisters she is almost a runt... except that she is 25cm taller than the strain top-end average and matches the maximal height of the previous tallest Epsilon F1 plant I am aware of. It's not that she is small, actually she's pretty big for an Epsilon F1, it's just that the rest of the girls are on another level altogether. Plants 1, 5 and 6 are all absolute beasts. Maturation: 1st - well into flower - first shades of brown in some pistils. Plant 4: Height: 5th (98cm) although only 3cm taller than plant 3, overall she is a much larger plant. Her secondary nodes are the same height as plant 3. Maturation: 2nd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 5: Height: 3rd (113cm) - one of the two thick/short girls who have grown at a similar pace all along - she is further ahead than plant 6 but not by much and I think she will probably exceed 120cm this week, though I do not think she will outgrow plant 1 or 6. Maturation: 5th - early into flower - bud sites developing. Plant 6: Height: 2nd (120cm) - my predictions were correct about this girl and her continued growth. I now think she might actually outgrow plant 1, which is quite worrying. Maturation: 6th - early into flower - bud sites forming - by far the least mature plant of the six. ### Week 6 Day 2 23:00 30/7 Photographed. Raised the light. Rotated the plants. Inspected, measured and reported on each plant. ### Week 6 Day 3 23:00 31/7 It has not escaped my attention that the plants that are more advanced into flower have darkened and have some burnt tips. I need to flush them and lay off the base nutes a bit. Yooo gang updateee!!! Soo bad news first, the small tent with the godfather og mother had sadly passed away and expired, simple put she got way to close to the light AND turns out the air discs I was using were completely swalloed and wrapped up by the roots, so that mega blows. NOW the good news, I actually have a couple new plants in the large tent with the clones, a GDP that's about 4 weeks in on veg, and a NYC Sour Diesel which is about 2 weeks out from seed, will keep updating on what I do with those, other then that the clones from the godfather og are doing really really well will keep updating as the days and weeks go on thanks for stopping by gang!!!!

Dropped a 4x4 Ac infinity net for better light coverage and introduced an Exhale 365 Co2 bag. *End of Week 4 (Recap) - 08/21 Thus far all running smoothly - 1.5 - 2.0 Inch growth from Canopy C02 bag running ( 2 weeks ) Pulled into trellis Light Defo - Heavy nute feed

Week 10 - - - - - OMG she got frosty!!!!!!!!!!!!! She smells so beautiful! So Citrus! So Lime!! 😂 😍 This week I have added a couple of grams of 20-20-20 fertiliser to her water. For a few weeks now I've been loosing a lot of lower leaves. They turn yellow and fall off. I did send the growcaps rep a pm a couple of weeks ago now asking about the active length of growcaps but it's gone unanswered..... so I took things into my own hands. She seemed to like the boost in nutrients with the amount of frost on her and not dropping any leaves. I do think the growcaps worked very very well at the start but I think they need to make them last a few weeks longer.

Auto Lemon is rocking along now. Gave her Recharge for the first time this week. Seemed to love it! Defoliated and she bushed back out again in a couple of days. Bud sites are getting bigger for sure. Auto Lemon is back-center in the whole tent photos.

Things are going well, apart from the high humidity in the air here, creating moss on the surface of the soil, very annoying. 01/02 only pre-flowers have appeared so far, its characteristic scent is already noticeable

Here we go into Week 4 of flower for the GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower by FastBuds and this lady is on a mission! The GG4 Sherbet FF has large cola's forming all over her and they are rapidly stacking up. Her flowers are continuing to develop and are beginning to get a thick layer of trichomes on them! 8/12- Today, the daily watering routine continues at sunset with around 5g of well water from the hose. I also went into the canopy and removed a bunch of dead and/or completely yellowed leaves to keep the foliage clear of debris which can cause insect and fungal issues if allowed to get out of hand. 8/14- I am continuing to water the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower daily with 5-8 gallons of well water from the garden hose. Yesterday, I top dressed the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet FF with 3 cups of Gaia Green 2-8-4 Power Bloom which I watered in with well water from the hose. I then applied 1/2 gallon of a nutrient mix I made up in 2 1/2g of well water consisting of: 1/4 cup Neptune's Harvest Seaweed(kelp) plant food and 2 1/2 tsp. of Plantonics Amino Bliss. 8/16- We have rain in the forecast over the next three days. There were a couple of passing light rain showers today which didn't provide a lot of rain so I went ahead and watered the GG4 Sherbet FF with approximately 5g of well water just to make sure that she didn't get thirsty. There's a month in flower for this beautiful fast flowering cultivar from the experts at FastBuds and all I can say is WOW! I can't say enough positive things about this strain and will, for sure, be running it again! These girls are taking off like a 🚀.Day 21 I’ve noticed all really healthy strong plants with min stretch as I now have the SE7000 set at 50 percent.So I did some LST and I expect to see some really good growth this week 🔥

I love the sativa shaped nug-towers! When my plants grow big, I like to grow them until the very end of their cycle! That's why the extended flower period. What's up Growmies🤟🏽. Week # 8 is in the books🙌🏾 Hello week #9💪🏾 I went a little overboard on pictures this week, they are so happy and healthy that I got carried away. I know we are supposed to post pictures with the lights off, however it's something about the contrast it gives with the lights on that makes it look sexy to me😁. I have had to tie the stalks of both White LSD plants due to heavy sagging. I'm noticing with this strain the stalks seem to topple over even though the buds are far from fully developed. A trellis net probably would be ideal however I hate them. They are easy to put on but very difficult to take off come harvest. I use garden wire and string them as if they are puppets being controlled by the puppet master🤪. I continue my feeding schedule with the recommended "bloom" concoction using general hydroponics Flora series trio. I give them 1 liter every 3 days. I have them on a 2 to 2 cycle (feed them twice with nutes and then twice with plan water) I keep the p.h. around 6.1 to 6.6. Temps and humidity are in the perfect range I'm enjoying it while it last because spring and summer in VA makes it difficult to keep the humidity in check. All in all everything is going well for me and my ladies. I hope the same for all of you. *********Week 6 - January 13 to 19, 2020 (Days 36 to 42 from germination) This is going to be a brief update but that’s a good thing 😀 The week went by pretty quick and overall it was great progress. She stood up more and her bud sites set in and are starting to stack.👍 Her colour holding, on the darker side, and her leaves are still narrow. In a way.....don’t care though......not growing leaves😜😃 Have done some further cleaning on the bottom and removed a couple of leaves that were blocking. Took off a couple of low nodes as well. Introduced Massive this week for bud density. She has a thick main stem but not excessive....little less than a quarter. She has lots of bud sites with six main stems that should fill-in nicely. Should help increase yield😎👍 Keeping wet and happy is a balance. She was good with 2L last week and by the end of the week now she wants close to 3L. I also bumped up the CalMag on one of the feedings a bit to help ensure she doesn’t show issues. Don’t want to use CalMag much longer though because she already gets lots of nitrogen. Not sure how much longer to feed......will go another full week for sure. I suspect she will run a full 9 weeks and more likely 10 weeks, then if allowing a 2 week flush you only go through week 7....and maybe 8.....thats next week or week after! Therefore, even if I push it I will likely only go another 2 weeks of feeding😟😓😕 Crap time goes fast!!!!!! Gonna have to ensure she is wet and happy👌 Little more detail: Jan 13/20 - Day 36 - 1L feeding of Sensyzime, Piranha, Voodoo Juice @ 2ml/L. Not pH’d......water been running 6.3. this was in the AM - PM feeding 2L only Dual Fuel @ 1ml/L, Liquid Weight and Rezin @ 1.5ml/L = 575ppm pH 5.8. - trying out the Green Planet line so I introduced Massive this week. - lowered temps in room at night. Down to 65 degrees. - suspect the narrow leaves where grower error and nutrient balance......growing buds anyways......saves from a leaf strip at this point in the grow:) Jan 14/20 - Day 37 - Hit her harder today with full strength feed. 5.95pH - Pots were light so 3L feed. Not completely dry......just enough moisture left....3L had a fair bit of run-off.....eating a little less than the other big girl. - Rhino Skin back in for some more silica. - Didn’t go......holly crap she got big last night😮😮.....but she continues to get taller.....the bud sites white hairs really pop now. Jan 15/20 - Day 38 - 2L feed today. Only giving base nutrients and Sensyzime @ 1ml/L pH 6.1. - runoff water: 900ppm and 6.0pH. - drinking more now and she doesn’t give run-off before 2L minimum. - keep an eye on the ppm not getting too high and consider increasing her moisture. Jan 16/20 - Day 39 - 3L full feed today. - want to strip a bunch of her leaves!!!! Keep tucking the leaves but even those stems are stubborn.....good problems👍😝 Jan 17/20 - Day 40 - She is hungry :) - 3L feed full strength. - runoff water: 1400ppm, 5.9pH........medium in okay shape.....little high ppm given what’s been going in. - Good growth last night....liked the nutes👊 Don’t get to eager through😳 too much at this point and she won’t consume them all😉 - In the tent with only Zkittelz is giving a little extra room and she is loving it. Jan 18/20 - Day 41 - She was not dry in the AM but rather inbetween. - watering with supplementals.......Sensyzime, Rezin, Liquid Weight, VeloKelp, Piranha, Voodoo....and CalMag. - 2L with 240ppm and 6.2pH - nothing in PM.....pots still wet......she is looking for a little less than 3L per day still roughly. - They are growing taller......top of tallest nodes falling to sleep sooner at night. - replaced CO2 in tent. - Very happy today and good growth with leave up. - 24” tall and 28” wide......with LST. Jan 19/20 - Day 42 - 3L feeding again today. Full strength again. - runoff: 1350ppm and 6.0pH.......still a little more left in there than going in. - stripped two lower nodes and 1 huge fan leaf. - her buds are getting wider and taller....filling in😎 lots of them......or at least they jump out more with how she is growing👊 - she is happy....keep the same and don’t change things......less than two weeks feed left.
