Into week three of flowering: - Need to up CalMg this week cause all my last grows with this strain the plants were stressing and showing signs of Mg deficiency I think. - The buds are stacking up pretty tight. - The top of the plant is showing some red veins AGAIN, don't know if it is genetics? Or is it too much light? ANY SUGGESTIONS? - Usually what happens is that after week three top of plant will show red veins and some leaves will turn light green yellow. What type of deficiency is this? Thanks in advance for the help. Happy growing, BM 4TwenTee *****Update on LIGHT STRESS:***** Okay I think I got this figured out. Since my plant is showing the following symptoms: - Slow yellowing of top of cannopy - Fan leaves pointing up in a steep angle - Leaves are tacoing up a bit with sharp pointy serrated leaves pointing up - Veins are turning purple and some leaves are showing green veins and yellowing of outer part of the leaf REASONS FOR THE SYMPTOMS: - Since the light is too close to the top of the canopy, although my light is running at around 60% and it is at least a meter away from the light. I think because this was a mother and basically she is accustomed to top canopy PAR of around 180-220 and she was measuring around 600PAR so that is just too much for the plant to handle. So I've lowered the light output so the top canopy is around 420 PAR. - Also my humidity is pretty high at around 72% so I lowered it to around 65% - The reason why the leaves are tacoing up to the light is because the canopy cannot take the high PAR, the temp at the top of the canopy is only 76F so that is acceptable, but the plant is trying the sweat due to the high PAR, but because the humidity was also too high it was not sweating as much as it should. - The reason why a light stressed plant shows different deficiencies eg. magnesium and phosphate is due to the "extra sweating" that takes place, cannabis plants don't choose what they intake, if they need more water to sweat, extra nutrients will be absorbed and this will lockout some of the other nutrients in the solution. **End of week update: Tried multiple changes but still no luck on getting rid of red leaf stem. - Added a 1 hour sunrise and sundown light regiment - Decreased Humidity to 65% from low 70's - Top of canopy PAR decreased from 600 to 350. Leaves red stems still not going away and top of canopy still trying to get rid of moisture with fan leaves pointing up. If anyone can chime in that would be great thanks.

Day 66 : Her buds are full of crystals and are so dense. The smell is really strong stinky skunk like GZ , but GZ smell is more acidic. Her crystals are milky and soon will start to amber. Breeder refers that will be pretty mature in 70 days. Not in my case :D we will see in 4 days, in next watering. For now no ambers. I prefer to cut when we have 15%-20% amber and 80%-85% milky, because after the smoke is very heavy for my taste. Edit Day 70 : She watered with juices and i continue until i see first signs of amber trichomes. Still no ambers. She has gained so much weight , side branches cant lift their self. I think she will be the heavier. You can understand her weight if u lift it.

These girls are only about 13 days old and younger looking great so far.

This Permanent Marker is a smaller plant, only about 4 inches tall. But what it lacks in size, it makes up for in those super distinct wide leaves that make it a standout. While it's a steady grower, it does have a big appetite, always seeming to need more nutrients. The other Permanent Marker plant is also around 4 inches, but it's growing much faster than the other one. Its super skinny, pointy leaves are what really make it stand out from the rest. At 1st I thought this plant was going to be a dud but is starting to out pace the other plant. Happy late turkey day grow diaries world!!!! It's now day 24 from seed for all the seedlings I have going. The past few days the plants have really started to take off. There roots have really started to dig in. Every other water I am still giving 2ml per gal of fox farm grow big. I keep having to tell myself not to add any more nutes other than that. I don't want to fry my plants but I also want they to start jumping. I'm quite excited for the coming week, I think the next 7 days or so is when the plant really starts to transform and look more like a pot plant than just some random little green thing. A few days ago I decided to move the plants from under my 55w cheep amazon light to under my spider farmer 100w newer version light with the good leds in it. The plants will hopefully be ready to up pot them here soon and get them in the large tent. Sometimes when growing multiple different strains it can be really hard to balance giving to much or to little light. You don't want the faster growing plants to get to stretched out waiting on the slower plants to catch up I spend Thanksgiving day morning transplanting the plants into 2gal pots. I am useing spme promix potting soil it's my 1st time tring this soil. It is actually doing really well the roots were all white and nice looking. I think next time I'm going to add some worm casting, kelp, granular mycos, and a little bit extra perlite. I just didn't have the money with christmas coming to splurge for all the extra stuff. I got rid of 2 plants 1 of the bubble og and 1 skunk apple runtz. There is only room for 10 pots in the 2x4 tent. I will peob only bring 8 of them to flower, always good to have back ups. Yesterday I also stuck the plants back under the 500w medicgrow mini sun 2 in my 2x4 tent. They did great under it the 2nd half the day I was happy they didn't get stressed. I had put them under that light a little early about 10 days ago or so. I am expecting in a week these plants will ge going crazy with growth

OMG, so much has happened since my last post, this is way overdue. My soil went totally hydrophobic, my PH pen was outta calibration so my soil ph was way of, combined with another gnat infestation. Things are much better know. the gnats are gone, transplanted into larger pots with newly bought soil, changed lighting to 18/6, vegged for a couple more weeks . One plant showed full male pollen sacs and one had suspicious looking male pre-flowers so I culled both. The last 2 showed what I think look like female pre-flowers. I just flipped lights to 12/12 on 4/4 so hopefully I have 2 females, started weaving thru scrog net, canopy looks fairly even, plants due look super healthy aside from couple tips have a bit of yellow But thats from early veg when I had the lights a tad too close. Wish me luck ;).

Ciao a tutti, il giorno 65 ho sostituito tutta la soluzione dei vasi. Dopo aver tirato via tutto ho aggiunto 20 litri d'acqua di rubinetto con 2ml/l di flora kleen (GHE). Non ho aggiustato il pH (che nella mia zona è superiore al 7.5 per l'acqua di rubinetto) tanto non ci sono sali disciolti da assorbire. Tra pochi giorni ci sarà la raccolta, sarà un'impresa pulire tutte quelle cime... PS le foto scattate il giorno 66 sono state fatte con un altro telefono

My beautiful prince's is looking even better now that she's not having to deal with those freaking fungus gnats that were eating all the roots of my plant, I've got rid of them just by watering with a nematode called steinernema feltiae if you're having or have had the same infestation just apply predator nematodes like steinernema feltiae guys!

Things are now advancing smoothly, having effectively weathered the majority of the challenges encountered. It's a truly uplifting experience to watch the process unfold, seeing how the plants are developing and thriving. Each day brings new progress, and I am continually enthusiastic about maximizing the sunlight that each plant receives as they continue on their growth journey. In addition to the hands-on cultivation aspect, I'm also diligently working on expanding my clones collection. The plan for the next week or so is to cultivate and ready these clones for transplantation. It's an exciting aspect of the process that helps me stay committed to my ultimate goal. That goal, of course, is to maximize my supply chain and provide high-quality cannabis. This involves more than just horticultural efforts. I am also persistently studying and researching the relevant laws to familiarize myself with the legal process. Navigating the licensing phase is a vital part of this journey, and I am committed to understanding and adhering to all legal requirements to ensure success in this venture. Diary Entry for Growth Project: Day 24 - Today, a slower-growing plant was effectively moved from its soil environment into an idle hydroponic system. With this transition, the count of prospering plants stands at eight, with a couple more still being monitored due to uncertain growth. Significant discoveries include the paramount importance of light distance to the plants, which was underestimated initially. Further, it has been found that genetically modified seeds hold no superiority over the prevalent autoflower seed market. Additionally, the positioning of the plant and the volume of medium placed between the plants and the water source have been recognized as key determinants in accelerating early stage growth. Welcome to the Day 25 update of our grow journal. I must apologize for the slight confusion - although the video says it’s day 23, today indeed marks the 25th day of our journey. I’m thrilled to announce that we’ve had a successful transplant. The plants are now settling nicely into their new environments. The question now at hand is, should we introduce stress training? As we move into days 26 and 27, I have been pondering on this. High-stress training can sometimes stimulate growth, but in our current situation, it might not be the most prudent course of action. This time around, we are expecting all our plants in the grow tent to blossom concurrently. In light of this, I’m leaning towards letting nature take its course rather than intervening with stress training. By doing so, we will allow our plants to focus their energy solely on flowering. The goal here is to encourage the production of dense and frosty buds, the hallmark of a successful growth cycle. Rest assured, we’ll continue to provide the plants with the care and nutrients they need. Remember, every cycle is a learning experience, and we’re on this botanical journey together. Day 8: Woke up and checked on the ladies, they were bone dry. Hit em with 70 ml of AN Coco Grow diluted in my mix. Day 9: Got the new lights in today and hooked up. Girls are looking pretty good I think. Still letting em dry out a little. Gonna add a shot of Great White on next water. No nutes will be in this shot. Day 10: Still looking good. Had to stack some loose Coco around a couple as they had a good stretch going and were leaning pretty good. Also noticed a couple of brown spots on the leaves. I am led to believe after asking questions and researching, it is more than likely nute burn? No more nutes for these girls for a while. I also got a humidifier to raise humidity as it was pretty low. Day 11: These girls almost double in size every day! They would probably be a little bigger if I hadn't of tried to give em a drink of nutes earlier on! Lesson learned!! Not bad for 6 days out of the ground regardless though, I think. Got a humidifier in the tent and it stays around 50% now. Other than last night it got up to 73%. I need to get that fixed. Day 12: Nothing new to update other than they look healthy. Think I am gonna let them dry out a touch more before watering. Day 13: Gave the girls 1 cup of ph 6.0 water this morning. Thermostat battery went out and lucky my girl caught it in time. Temp got to 86° for a couple of hours. Opened the tent for an hour to get the temp back down. Humidity has been hovering around 50% for the most part. Minor fluctuations here and there. Girls are looking good for 8 days out of the earth though!! 💪 Day 14: Looking like they need another drink, dry down to around 1" deep. Gave em 2.25 cups with super diluted Coco Grow and a touch of Great White. 😳 They are doing great! 👍 Looking forward to see what week 3 has in store! Going to build a support to add my 2 CREE lights back in along with the Mars lights.
