Zu Beginn der Woche wurde auf Blüte umgestellt. Mit dem bisherigen Wuchs bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die Pflanze zeigt ein gleichmäßiges Blätterdach, wächst buschig und hat viele Nebentriebe gebildet, die nun Licht bekommen. Bisher habe ich nur wenige Blätter entfernt. Gelegentlich habe ich oben einzelne nach innen wachsende Blätter entfernt, wenn sie darunterliegende Triebe verdeckten. Da die Luftfeuchtigkeit bisher unproblematisch ist und sich keine Staunässe zwischen den Blättern bildet, sehe ich derzeit keinen Grund, mehr Blattmasse zu entfernen. Eine stärkere Entlaubung plane ich für den 21. Blütetag, wenn ich auch Lolli Poppen werde. Der Stretch hält sich bislang in Grenzen. Das hatte ich allerdings auch erwartet. Bis zum Ende der Woche hat sich die Pflanze um 10 cm gestreckt und die Zeltfläche gut ausgefüllt. Zur Umstellung auf die Blüte habe ich die LED auf 40 % erhöht, um die entfallenen sechs Lichtstunden auszugleichen. Der Luftbefeuchter ist ausgeschaltet, und den Controller habe ich auf Temperatur- und Luftfeuchtigkeitsregelung umgestellt. In der Lichtphase wird nur die Temperatur berücksichtigt, in der Dunkelphase dagegen nur die Luftfeuchtigkeit. Die Zieltemperatur liegt bei 25 °C, die Zielluftfeuchtigkeit bei 50 %. Die Abluft ist dabei auf mindestens 10 % und höchstens 30 % eingestellt. Da beide Werte stark von den Bedingungen im Grow Room abhängen, läuft die Abluft meist auf 30 %. Aktiv von außen gegensteuern würde ich nur, wenn die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Grow Room so hoch steigt, dass sie sich im Zelt nicht mehr unter 60 % halten lässt. In diesem Fall würde im Grow Room ein Luftentfeuchter zum Einsatz kommen, vor dem eine aktive Zuluft zum Zelt positioniert wäre. December 15, day 1, seedling healthy with taproot growing 1.5 inches out of rapid rooter. Transplanted to seedling container. Under 25w Sansi LED untill it is ready for veg lighting. 5 gallon final container prepped with buffered coco/perlite. December 18, day 4. Seedling has had some issues with transpiration, probably due to not enough flushing of the coco. The result is damage to the tips/necrosis of the first true leaves. I flushed the medium and the seedling seems to be recovering. It is sending out more roots and growing at a steady pace. I also moved the seedling into its final pot. This feels a little premature, but it was over growing it's humidity dome. In the final pot it can be covered by clear plastic to maintain humidity. December 19, day 5, new growth is healthy which I am happy about. I will cross my fingers that my quick adjustments fixed the transpiration issues. I am hoping to get it huge and have it trained across the whole 2x4 tent, and it needs to avoid getting stunted for that to happen. 💪🌱 December 20, day 6, I had a bit of a scare when I accidentally knocked my humidity meter and it fell right onto the seedling! The poor thing was knocked right over. It seems to be fine, just leaning a little bit over which will hopefully correct itself in the next few days. December 21, day 7, healthy growing 🌱👍

No special problem for this fourth week of flowering. The stretching period of the Moby Dick was a little longer than that of the Shark or OG Kush. That's why I preferred to wait for PK 13/14. I began to defoliate a little, the buds begin to fill little by little. The two apices are already well bloomed and begin to cover with trichomes. The smell remains discreet.

June 7th: We had a Thunderstorm roll through our neighborhood yesterday afternoon, with forty mph gusts and it almost knocked over a few plants, managed to grab what we had and prop up the stems for support. Hoping they weren't too stressed after it all!

Happy with my first grow! Was relatively easy for my first time, had no issues other than buds not getting as fat as I wanted but still came away with 35g from 1 plant in a 2x2x3 tent with 1 small 100 watt grow light so all in all I say it was a success!

Yesterday, we had to tie up her branches as they started bending under the weight of the buds. But despite this, she continues to thrive, and we hope that over these weeks she will become even bigger and stronger. Her buddies, who were planted a week earlier, were already harvested yesterday, but our Jealousy-2 still has a way to go. We are not rushing and deciding to give her time to become even stronger. Hey Cannafam, Well we've come to end for my Gauva gal and today i've decided to harvest. We are expecting some bad weather starting tomorrow for the week, and i don't want her to get ruined. Trichomes are mostly cloudy with a few clears and its best to harvest slightly early rather than run the budrot gauntlet! The weather has been a good deal cooler over the past week and this had been a good turn as her her leaves have rapidly changed colour, shes rapidly turned into a dark purple, pink and red beauty 😊 Temps for Wednesday/Thursday were 22c day 14c night with rain on both days, but it has been dry since with nice sun. Friday to today 20c in the day and dropping down to 12c at night. Humidity has remained generally high for most of the week at an average of 75%, although this has now come down to 53% for today, and daylight is at 13 hours 59 minutes. Shes had one feed at the beginning of the week and plain waterings since. Her buds have filled out and are looking nice and chunky. Smell is a nice kinda fruity sugary candy waft which is very pleasant but not overpowering. For the harvest ive taken the bigger fan leaves and also a few of the larger sugar leaves, shes been hung up in the garage for drying, which i anticipate take a couple of weeks and il then do a dry trim. I don't have hanging scales for wet weight but i'l give the final result when dry. Throughout this gal has been absolutely solid and i would definitely grow again, but i may try another of the FastBuds/Mephisto crosses next year outside as from what i've seen they are a strong marriage 💪💪💪 Until the final update, thank you to anyone who has liked or commented. Plants are acclimating to the flower area and new 5 gal buckets. DinaMed's leaves were damaged by the Diatomaceous earth dusting. The colouring is mottled green and growth is twisted slightly. Defoliated both plants a bit. Now, a week to let them grow.

Just did last light defoliation.. she is bursting with trichomes .. lighting and video don’t do them justice... pics you can see little better

12th week. I removed some unwanted yellow leaves. I really like this plant, nothing changed, watering happens the same way and same amount of water. I am so excited. Really nice flowers on it and stinky like citrus smell and sweet very well coated with THC. Beautiful plant and really short.😅 I just checked the trichomes and they are still immatured, not even milky. Very strong smell and big buds. Beautifully coated with THC everywhere. I love this plant. Fan leaves started getting yellow as well. I think it is 4 weeks more approximately to be finished. I removed some fan leaves the biggest ones as it started turning yellow because the plants takes the energy out of it. Better airflow and more light to the flowers, and good tea for me from the leaves 🥂🤪😇 I also set the lamp distance to be 20 cm. End of the week Purple Punch is 43 cm.

So, this week pretty much just buds fattening. I think there is a problem developing with either pH or phosphorus deficiency. Got a pH test pen on the way so should find out what's going on soon. Leaves staring to look a bit off, but bud growth is solid. Tested pH and it looks good at 6.9 so I'm gonna increase bloom nutes cos it could be phosphorus or magnesium.

Things looking almost perfect other than INSECTS!!!!!😱 girls have been sprayed top to toe. I’ll continue to observe. But yes other than that great. The gelato are very big plants going outwards and upwards, all possible flowering spots seem to be taking and slowly covering in pistils😍😍😍 Fliwering has commenced ✌️🏻😬✌️🏻 The plants really bulking out now looking good and strong. And really are covered in flowers. They will get a new flowering light and a little more space to grow tomorrow 😍😍😍😍 hopefully great tings will follow. I’ll be using New Millennium Decision on the girls for a few days in the next couple of days, they really are as tall as they should go.🤔 New light in and tings looking good. After a couple of days under the new light the plants seem more than happy. It’s quite a slim line light too so I’m afforded a little extra room up top in case da girls decide to stretch anymore. Things seem to be settling down now and pistils are multiplying quicker by the day. Got a pleasant smell coming from the stems and leaves, very soft and non aggressive possibly a softer take on GSC coming through, but my nose although huge isn’t that good at picking up subtleties in the aromas it grabs a hold of. The girls really are looking strong and vibrant and seem to be wearing their new found flowers well.

It's really interesting from using the Smart Proteins, i think how they work is that the plant is able to process them and compensate any kind of slight deficiency which means that each plant that gets the proteins is able to grow to it's maximum potential and at the same time grow to its **individual** potential... that's why each of these plants has so much "character", because if you look closely it's less a question of phenotype but more like "individual expression".... INTERESTING !!! Anyway that's about the visual... my main concern about these is how loud they f-ing smell !!! ITS PROBLEMATIC, so be conscious of that if you plant to grow these one day ! REALLY REALLY LOUD, honestly there should be an additional category on GD like "problematic" which is beyond the "strong smell" category. I have two large carbon filters on two 1330m3/h fans and it's a problem. Hope you understand how unusual that is for a plant in veg lol... I think the smart protein probably affects how strong the plants smell because all the plants seem more smelly than expected... TBH i'll fix the smell issue but hopefully it's a good sign and an indicator of the quality i can expect by harvest time? These also got two rounds of defoliation , and i flipped them to flower like 4 days ago. This was an exciting veg to me, but now is when it gets interesting, let's see how beautiful these flowers are !! Test genetics always have that little bit of mystery to them right?
