Today was Harvest, Wet-Trim & Hang, we'll have to wait a bit more for dry-weights, flavours & effects. We were given a couple of clones from a family friend to try our hand at a straight, 8-Week Flowering. With both plants in the tent, we were able to really cut out teeth & watch as each plant responded differently. What was instantly surprising during the initial harvest was the drastic difference in overall yield. I'm sure we over trimmed, early on & as a result, Northern Lights came in looking thinner, taller & by comparison, OGPK came in looking a bit shorter, stout, thicker, heavier & much fuller. At the scales, Northern Lights comes in at 106.56 grams (wet), OGPK 76.4 grams (wet). So, that big buffy, thick look certainly didn't tell the tale. We'll have more in a few weeks once we get dry, trimmed weights & hopefully we'll have some flavours & effects to report!

Here we are guys. Finally I changed led, it suits for blooming /flowering. Now have 130w- full spectrum, 100w- warm white (3000k) and 30w- deep red. Gonna change last one cause it has 630nm, so I think it useless. Last feeding was extremely strong, 1000ppm! WW ate without problem, but NL overdosed a bit. There is not a problem if you use organic feeds as A.C.T.

Hey Growers, end of week 6 from seed, end of week 1 of flower :) Plant #1 is looking healthy and has grown tremendously. I previously had them in a 24x24x48 grow tent but after seeing how much plant#1 was growing I went ahead and purchased a bigger tent 36x36x72. Light is about 17 inches away from the plants right now. Might have to do some LST so the top leaves don't receive too much light. P1 is filling up with pistils, looks like buds will soon begin to form :) I have not been able to figure out Plant#2 gender. It has different charateristics from plant#1. Earlier in the week I noticed P2 was not growing in height and the leaves were starting to look pale. Light is currently set to medium low 140 Lux X100. I reduced it to 100 Lux and after a few days it began growing again and its gaining back its color. P2 has given me minor problems since day 1 but its looking better now. Changed light cycle 12hrs / 12hrs I had issues trying to maintain humidity levels at 45%-55%, I might need to purchase a stronger dehumidifer cloned two plants and they are beginning to grow :) Its been an exciting experience so far, everyday learning something new about these plants. I sometimes stand and just stare at my grow tent analyzing little details about them trying make sure they are in healthy condition. My wife complains because I spend too much time with them lol. I know once these plants get more mature she will show more interest in them. Still trying to get them back to where they were 2 weeks ago. Did a flush to raise ph as it was sitting really, only feeding water at the moment. One girl is definitely not doing well. But the others seem to be trying to turn around.

The new developing growth is green so everything seems to be going well. I’m gonna give it another week and then I’ll defoliate. So far so good. having a little trouble reversing the wrath rock, candy icy cuts. but I’m not worried. I have backups of the mothers and I have backups of those backups so I’ll definitely still be able to take another shot after seeing the results from this grow ….

Got everything moved around & the new carbon filter, fans & lights so hopefully I got better coverage with less power👍🏼 Topped 1 of the Gelato OGs today was getting way taller than the rest we will see how she bounces back! Everything else seems to be going great! Day 22 topped & trimmed them up a bit Day 23 started LST on a few Day 24 started mainline on one of the GZ Day 25 trimmed them a little more today

Day 28- Both plants growing well and getting bigger everyday. This week both plants received small side steams trim and LST to spread the plant horizontal.

Hi everybody this week went okay I noticed she looks a bit hungry so I've risen the PPM to 800 . Ph at6.8 . I had done a second lot of defoliation to enable light to the bud sites. She smells amazing has a very complex terpene profile when I smell her she smells like cookie dough on my fingers then after a few seconds it starts to smell like lemon sherbert then after that I can smell pink grapefruit . It's amazing it's another reason why I germinated another gorilla cookies but in coco. Well that's it for this week thank you for looking at my diary will be update every week. Well it’s was there final week of Veg !!! I gave straight PhD water this last week and she loved it hadn’t missed a beat gave it a nice defoliation/lollipop headed into this first week of bloom ensuring it doesn’t get to congested as the may double or triple in size these strains I chose are all small plants at finish and all finish in 55-63 days of flower so not looking forward to a 9 plant trim at harvest but excited to see what these girls have in store going forward #HappyGrowing Everyone

so she was suppose to auto flower but she got too big so I took her out of the tent and switched the light time to 12/12 at the end of week 10

Initial cuttings entry for this journal on the to-be-pollinated F2s. We’ll be backing out each plant specimen against some F1 pollen in an effort to trait stabilize the best bud of the lot. Still debating on pushing my luck with just the aero-cloner through the whole shortened cycle. If not I’ll have to cobble together some sort of shallow dwc bin from scratch to accommodate them for the long haul. Pollen as soon as we see prevalent pistils. ***Grow notes: 2 cuts from each plant specimen against- #5 potentially a male. All lookn great and perky post-cutting. Let’s hope the F1 pollen is still preserved🤞🤞🤞.
