End of course for this Persian Prince project! Unfortunately, he failed to cut short this flowering a few days in advance following the start of a pest attack. Our two beautiful ones would have certainly enjoyed crunching life with full roots for another week, but prudence forced us to cut a little prematurely. Never mind, our flowers have dried for 10 days and are now ready to begin their maturing period in a jar. Despite these conditions, which are very well known to them, our Persian Princes still present impressive characters: the buds are huge, covered with a thick layer of trichomes and very fragrant. In terms of flavors, cheesy dominates 🧀 the two phenos smell strongly of semi-roller/Emmental style hard cheese, definitely the dominant aroma, for one of our two plants it is the only aroma that I am capable of to raise. The other phenotype is more complex, on the salty-cheesy smell a fresher and tangy/lemony smell is superimposed, very pleasant and different from its sister and at the same time linked to it by its common dominant cheesy aroma. Have not gotten final weight for it yet, still drying *******update - Gimpy produced 52g****** Dec 29th - More Nutes - Add a small amount of bloom to watering today to maybe help encourage the bud to fill out. Terps are definitely starting to come through, gassy and fruity. Buds directly under the light are hard as rocks. Pistils are starting to show what kind of colas I can expect. The back 2 plants are receiving an extra qt of hand-fertigation per day, as they dry out quicker than the front 2. Happy growing!

Hi all , here we are for another fun run with a some of Fast Buds most delicious looking ladies to harvest. With each strain having it's own amazing appearance and buds , i am hoping to spoil them like a rich kid at the seaside with this new FC3000 provided by the generous sponsors at Mars Hydro. Thanks Susie. It is a 300w draw with a full spectrum of gloriousblumens to develop and create some hard , chunky and downright delectable buds. Easy to set up with a removable driver too. Very handy of the heat builds up and we need to reduce it somehow. There is more than enough extension chord(2m) to re hang the driver out of the growing area. It has a dimmer to allow it to offer seed to harvest capabilities all in one unit. No need for separate lights for each stage of the grow. The unit size is more than big enough to cover the 6 plants and the 100L x2 beds that they are going to be grown in. It is nice and light too so no worries about the hangers being stressed. It came with a hanging kit too so nothing to stop you getting it on out of the box. At 100% it really kicks some light out and has even worried the more than capable sp3000 sat next to it. A beautiful piece of kit that will no doubt be a good as it looks too. Having had a few issues with germination over the summer and totally failing seeds , I went back to plugs. They hold the perfect amount of moisture and dont fall apart when lifted either. Again they proved excellent with 100% success of these genetically brilliant seeds . Seeing them poking their heads up on 2 already only only day 3 was a pleasant surprise as i have had these in waiting a while now. No soaking the seed just straight into the cube from the packet.. Now fully germinated with no helmets for the unwary seedling either. ( can occur using cubes for.me!) We are officially in veg I think!. 7th Oct veg started...... I hope you will join me on this run to see what this light unit can do with 6 genetic wonders and 200L of well composted living soil/coco in newly set up No-till beds. I have been trying to use the living organic soil but find that in mid to late flower , I had to supplement to keep the hungry girls green and mean which i feel was due to only 60L of soil to work in effectively. With 3 plants sharing the 100L i am hoping they communicate via the root system and keep each other happy and healthy. I do intend to add some wrigglers and also some myco and a cover crop too. (Inspired by UKPersonal420 ). The ladies are domed and comfortable ar present and I am hoping to remove the domes in a day or 2 but temps here have dropped a fair bit so I will have to be mindful of the delicate girls getting too cold . Plan is to train them into the light with as many mains as I can manipulate using l.s.t , supercropping , topping or maybe a f.i.m or 2. My new grow pros solutions under canopy lights are really making the colors popBlack Runtz is a captivating plant with its dark, fading leaves and wild-looking buds. The trichome density is incredibly thick, giving the buds a frosty appearance. It's a truly unique and beautiful plant.

In future I must take not that lamb’s Breath can thrive in cold conditions, but I am going to witness if the growth will accelerate or just level out with the coming of spring. Week 6 starts with a mild weather but in a couple of days a cold front makes land fall in Jozi and the last brought snow, but my babies survived and look at the love of my life, showing aggression when it comes to growth… I wonder if the transplant and the extreme cold will hinder growth, nature does miracles in front of us on a daily. She’s loving the compost mix, hopefully she will love her new home, if my calculations are right, all I have to do is only add nutrient only when I defoliate. The amount of nutrients in this medium is boardline toxic.

Struggling now with temps due to weather getting warmer. Next week may be worse. Other than that all good, plants showing how they're going to end up kinda, some characteristics showing through now

The plant structure is short and stocky with a good spread, strong stems with good bud support and dence vegetive growth with selective defoliation needed. The genetics are fairly stable with only 2 pheno's so far, one is pungent skunky smell the other is sweet and fruity smell with a more dence plant structure. The growth is rapid with a fast consistant veg and flower time, Germination time was day 1-3, Vegetation time week 1-4, Pre-flower time week 4-5 , Flower week 5-8, Harvest time week 9.

Clones took out of dome 5 days ago soil was made 2 hot and got a bit of deformed leaves not looking so good as there fresh clones just rooted let's see what they look like in a week

After what felt like a month of waiting for my seeds to arrive- I got them and got to work. I’m Only doing two plants at a time to start. Both toof decay seeds popped little tails in 24 hours using toilet paper and dechlorinated tap water and a DVD case of mothman prophecies- blockbuster copy. I planted one directly into my fox farms happy frog soil- now shall be called- the runt.The other I planted in a germ pellet and into ocean forest. My cat got into my closet somehow and destroyed the cloth pot with ocean forest in it. Destroyed. Luckily my little lady survived and I put her in a root rocket? Root riot? Anyway- that’s why she is in The corner of this 5 gallon pot with my runt. I am waiting for them both to get bigger before I move either one of them. My cat is fine btw- gave her a bath as payback- muhahahah. Anyway. As I type this it is day 5? I don’t know- I can’t tell time at the moment. It’s def I’m their first week. How do they look?

She is at the far back. She is growing well this week, but she is not as big as her other three tentmates. She has the thinnest stem and she actually fell over for a couple of days before I got to her! 😕 I have now remedid the situation.

3 weeks :) The girl looks healthy and happy, now I'm looking forward to her rapid growth and she will get bigger :) Everything is going smoothly :) it will be an interesting experience, because this time I probably won't use LST at all, I haven't tried letting her grow naturally :) good luck to everyone
