Started using a Canadian product, Hygrozyme, to ward off Root Rot and help my roots. After 24 hours PH went from 5.7 to 6.7. A bit of slime as well. Did a sterilization with H2O2, rinsed the roots, waited an hour, then re-inoculated with Hygrozyme and my Tarantula Tea. 24 hours later (today). PH is up the same but no sign of rot. RePHed and good to go. Just started them all on the Green Buzz Liquid Organics and will run it the rest of the way. I'm not going to add much to the line just some calmag, enzymes maybe terpinator I have to experiment with it a little bit. The first feed went extremely well the plants instantly reacted within an hour after the feed especially the next day. The additives in this line barely raised PPM at all which I liked. It also doesnt stink like other liquid organics I've used. The big one is very healthy and got some light defoliation 2 days ago. The small runt has looked like dog shit and still does but after the feed it reaches for the sky for the first time in a while.

I had trouble with my humidifier set up so she only took 5 days to hand dry . Fortunately I purchased a programmable humidifier so moving forward it’s all gravy. After everything was cut from branches & weighed she ended up yielding 20gs of some airy foxtaily bud. I knew this would be a disappointment so we’ll just wait to see what the smoke is like , what the smell is like , & what the taste is like .

March 24 - 30 Pretty mellow week with final prep for leaving them unattended for 5 days. Drizzela is showing signs of a lime green discoloration in a small area to keep an eye on. Blumat is steady and dialed in. The plan will be to water over the Blumat system with recharge mixed in which will prolong calling for water from the reservoir.

I feel this plant will need 14 weeks so 3 to go, next week i start the overdrive

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. Well my lovely ladies grew wonderfully it was my first grow with LED. Definitely a little learning curve still. I ended up with about 700 g out of eight plants not too bad for the size girl over my head. The smoke is amazing smooth with a henna citrus then knock you on your butt I did harvest plants at different time so I do have different outcomes some is a little more of the knock you down while others are a little more energetic. Great girl have lots to learn will continue to post in here love you guys.

-SOAKING SEEDS STARTED AT 4:15PM on 4/2/22 All of them sank by the next day with a little stirring of the water - most of them were floating before I stirred the water then they sank & stayed underwater. -PLANTING SEEDS STARTED AT 6PM on 4/3/22 Seedling Starter Soil: 1 Coco Coir Block (hydrated with 12cups aquarium water) About 5 cups Vermiculite 4Tbsp Down To Earth Starter Nutrients Mycorrhizal Fungi Spring Water - watering the hole with mycorrhizal before planting seed & then again after planted. -AFTER THE FIRST SPROUT ON 4/5/22 Turned on seedling clip light to blue only, dimmest setting @ 20%. Keeping light on for 18/6 6am-12pm - 4/6/22 INCREASED BLUE ONLY SEEDLING LIGHT TO 50% It seems like they were slightly stretching for light **watch for light burn on cotyledon leaves** -4/7/22 MORNING INCREASED BLUE ONLY SEEDLING LIGHT TO 100% The plants are stretching even more I increased light to full 100%, it'll have to keep an eye on them & make sure they don't get light burnt or topple over from reaching -4/7/22 AFTERNOON SWITCHED LIGHT TO GIIXER The two tallest plant cotyledon started to droop to the side so I didn't want to take a risk continuing to try the clip light only on blue @ 100%. I have the Gixxer on only veg at a distance of 10" away from the tops of the cotyledon leaves. I also cracked the lid & put an oscillating fan on low just to give them a tiny bit of movement to strengthen their stems because they'll be tall and weaker with stretching. *I tried using a new seedling light & it was a failure - they are now stretching due to that light. I switched back to my trusted seedling light & hoping they'll be back on track.*

Overall very easy to grow dont need much attention at all left her to grow natural so not sure if strong for training probably ,smells really sweet by far

Abbiamo tagliato a metà 3 piante,farò il raccolto scaglionato,le lascerò ancora per un pò cercando di evitare le cime popcorn,l'odore é fortissimo e la quantità incredibile,fino ad ora la miglior pianta mai fatta,e da tagliare rimane ancora molto....BUON ANNO!!
