I fed her 100ml of phd water due to wilting leaves I will wait for the pot to dry up again before I feed her again! The next feed will probably be her last before I repot her. She still is receiving natural sunlight!

Day 73. Both girls down, smallest, slowest from all 6 strains that I tried. But it was a heavy push grows, were some girls didn't get best or even normal conditions ... Day 82. Both trimmed and went straight to vacuum sacs. Happy Growing !!!

This was a perfect grow.Obviously I could have grown this photo.A little bit larger, but she has her harvest colors looks amazing.And I believe my understanding about this plate in the nutrient cycle.And what it consumes to complete it

Closing thoughts. Damn easy plant to grow responds well to training have fairly uniformed plants only on kept the purple trait but that's ok we can selection breed for that. I am happy I decided to go this route with the breeding the girl scout diesel really complemented the mother plant

Couple got a little burn I think maybe a little too much soil in there with the coco on top of the light feed? I got all the final pots filled up today they will go in 3 gal bags either today or tmm. It's a Greentree pro ultra coco/perlite mixed with some roots organic soil about 70/30.

Day 0 I've put the seed in paper towel. Paper towel + water + seedbooster 7 drop for 1l. Day 01 Seed popped in 24h, 3/3, fast for seed stored since several months. Time to give this P2000 a secont run, and in it i will run a single clone that i took from my previous run, i took one from each phenotype and from them i chose the one i like the most in terms of plant structure , terpene profile and in the end smoke test also, that one is the most important one lol and the one with the most value on my decision, saying this dont judge me on this hahahaha i kind a forget it in the corner and now its time to bring her up to her full potential. I started by transplanting her from her tinny pot to a 25 L one , had to the soil 100g of All in one Pellets, a touch of microbial life and some Mycor to the roots and ready she is, gave them a foliar feeding with APTUS HOLLAND nutrispray and gave them a full feeding with the on the water sine the pallets will take a couple days minimum to start breaking and becoming available for the plants to take, i will let her adapt to it all for now and then i will star training her to became a tiny ginormous beautiful lady best, covered in trichomes and smelling like pines falling out of pine trees in the middle of the woods. As for the PAR department for now i am giving them 600 PPFD and running my VIPARSPECTRA P2000 @ 69% Looking at them an i decided that it was a good idea to start some training going on in this girl, so i gave her a new look and lets see how she goes from here, i spray them again with APTUS HOLLAND Nutrispray to help thing move faster . And they are coming back to life , in just a couple of days i can notice that they love the fact that im giving them my love and attention Is it just me or they are bouncing back fast af ? Not complaining at all hehehe , did some more training today, if they keep evolving like this i will be able soon to start taking leafs and selecting what to keep and what have to go. 2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. Remember, For every molecule of glucose produced during photosynthesis, a plant needs to split six molecules of water. This process provides the hydrogen needed for synthesizing glucose and other organic compounds, while oxygen is released as a byproduct. Homework. If Rubisco activity is impaired and it cannot properly function or regenerate its substrate, the plant's leaves are likely to turn a pale green or lime green, a condition known as chlorosis. Essentially, Rubisco activity is highly regulated and susceptible to various environmental and metabolic factors that can cause it to become inhibited, leading to an apparent failure in RuBP regeneration due to a lack of consumption. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration. RuBisCO is a very large enzyme that constitutes a significant proportion (up to 50%) of leaf soluble protein and requires large investments in nitrogen. Insufficient nitrogen supply limits the plant's ability to produce adequate amounts of RuBisCO, thereby limiting the overall capacity for photosynthesis and carbon fixation. Maintaining the optimal, slightly alkaline pH is crucial for the proper function and regeneration of Rubisco. Deviations in either direction (too high or too low) disrupt the enzyme's structure, activation state, and interaction with its substrates, leading to decreased activity and impaired RuBP regeneration. (Lime/yellowing) Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. Nitrogen Storage and Remobilization: Rubisco can act as a temporary nitrogen storage protein, which is degraded to remobilize nitrogen to other growing parts of the plant, especially under conditions of nitrogen deficiency or senescence. Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE): The allocation of nitrogen to Rubisco is a key determinant of a plant's photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE). In high-nitrogen conditions, plants may accumulate a surplus of Rubisco, which may not be fully activated, leading to a lower PNUE. Optimizing the amount and activity of Rubisco relative to nitrogen availability is a target for improving crop NUE. Photorespiration and Nitrogen Metabolism: Nitrogen metabolism is also linked to the photorespiration pathway (which competes with carboxylation at the Rubisco active site), particularly in the reassimilation of ammonia released during the process. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. Biochemical and Environmental Approaches: Optimize Rubisco Activase (Rca) activity: Rca is a crucial chaperone protein that removes inhibitory sugar phosphates, such as CA1P (2-carboxy-D-arabinitol 1-phosphate), from the Rubisco active site, thus maintaining its catalytic competence. •Ensure optimal light conditions: Rca is light-activated via the chloroplast's redox status. Enhance Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzyme activity: The overall rate of RuBP regeneration can be limited by other enzymes in the cycle. •Increase SBPase activity: Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) is a key regulatory enzyme in the regeneration pathway, and increasing its activity can enhance RuBP regeneration and overall photosynthesis. •Optimize other enzymes: Overexpression of other CBB cycle enzymes such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA) and triose phosphate isomerase (TPI) can also help to balance the metabolic flux and improve RuBP regeneration capacity. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. For those high-intensity workouts when 1 meal a day is just not enough! Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The plant was getting a little limey yellow in the centre. Shortly thereafter, she was back in business, green mostly regenerated. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Dostávám se do rané fáze květu. Holky měly problém s přemokřením půdy. 9 dní bez vody jim dost prospělo. TC je krásně rozvětvena. LST jde krásně. Žádné zlomeniny, jen pár listů šlo pryč pro zvýšení intenzity světla tam kde je potřeba. Pro nové rozvětvení. PL je velká ale dělá mi starosti,jeji nová poupata a nové výhonky se otáčejí směrem dolů. Ne všechny ale většina ano. Nevíte někdo řešení? Těším se až se to po týdnu vše rozjede ještě větším tempem. Šťastný růst

Day 43 purpling petioles is back. Root zone ph tests are perfect 5.9 6.0. She is fed at only 650 ppm on constant drip feed. Anything higher and was seeing some tip burn. May try low low low dose pk boost. I've read up on adding at 1/8 strength and feed middle 3 weeks can help. Think I'm going to give it a shot next reservoir change. Day 44 res change. Implemented Canna PK boost at 10% strength. Filled res with 2 gal. Will monitor plants signals. A couple bottom leaves yellowed and died. Not concerned as the leaves where well below canopy and low light conditions. Day 45 .75 gal consumed. All is well Day 46 she drank another 3/4 gal last night. Maintenance flush completed. Adjusted fan to above canopy and while doing so my hand inadvertently brushed against a bud and she smells of pure lemon candy at the moment. Stunning. Day 47 another 3/4 gal gone and the top of the coco had a few dry splotches. She's out drinking my feeder. I may have to add a second carrot to the pot. Day 48 she drank a gal last night. I think I finally got her flowering nutes dialed back in. Initial runoff ppm coming out same as going in. Overall appearance strong and healthy. Added 3 gal to res. Day 49 checked her at lights on and she was bone dry. Somehow got an air bubble in the drip line. Immediately drenched her. she looks fine. Fingers crossed. Added some pics/vids of some propagators that I'm playing around with. No MJ yet, but its spring and planting my herbs and veggies.

All 6 chopped after 48 hours dark. The old rainwater brought some wicked Col ours out and there’s plenty of buds bleeding purple. Loved these and they’ve been nice and straightforward. I did give them a bit of a hard time with under and over feeding but there still looks a decent amount of really dense bud there. Will add some better pics and weights when it’s ready. Now hanging at 55F and 65RH not the temps and humidity in the video 😂. Happy New Year 💚

Wow this has been an amazing journey. These three plants have given me so much joy it’s gonna be tough to chop in a couple weeks. Plant 1(clone). Looks the same. No better or worse than before. It’s has always had a very bright greenish yellow color and has produced a small amount of bud that looks to be promising. Barely any trimming except for near the end of the run. Plant 2 (Cookies and Cream) This plant stayed small and bushy. And while I did miss a watering day I’m pretty sure this plant is almost ready. I had an issue with Hermie bananers but got that taken care of. Anyone else think I should harvest a week or two early. Plan was for July 4th weekend but I’m thinking two weeks early may be OK. Its getting purple and the top fan leaves are getting crinkly and drying out so I was told those can come off if they are falling off. Plant 3 (Cookies and Cream???) This last strain is either cookies or it’s called grease monkey. I may have mislabeled it when watering near week 3-4. But it’s still good. It got really tall and foxtailed with intensity. Bummed but not upset. All three look good and healthy for the most part.
