27.07.: Zu Beginn von Woche 6 habe ich mich dazu entschieden die G41 an dem Großteil der Triebe zu topen. Dadurch erhoffe ich mir einen buschigeren Wuchs mit mehr Trieben und mehr Zeit für die PBB in Größe aufzuholen. An den Schnittstellen, wo die Pflanze getopt wurde ist an einigen Stellen ein roter fast blutähnlicher Saft ausgetreten. Ich hab vorher noch nie gehört oder gesehen, dass das passieren kann und weiß auch nicht woher das kommt. Die PBB brauche ich nur kaum zu trainieren, da benötigt die G41 mehr Zuwendung. Da die Pflanzen größer und die Töpfe mit der Zeit immer trockener werden, verlängere ich die Gießzeit auf 5 min. 28.07.: Heute sind mir zum ersten Mal die Stempelhaare an der PBB aufgefallen. Sie ist also schon bereit für die Blüte. Ich denke, das liegt daran, dass die PBB eine fast flowering Sorte ist. Sie muss aber noch warten, bis sie ihren Platz vollständig ausgefüllt hat. 30.07.: Beide sind gut gewachsen. Die PBB konnte gut gegenüber der G41 an Höhe aufholen. Jetzt sind sie fast gleich groß. Ansonsten gibt es nicht viel zu machen oder bemerken. 01.08.: Zum Ende von Woche 6 habe ich das Scrog Netz installiert. Die kommende Woche werde ich die Triebe immer wieder unter das Netz stecken, damit niedrigere Triebe aufholen können und ein möglichst einheitlicher Wuchs entsteht. Bei der G41 gefällt mir die Anzahl der Triebe schon sehr gut, bei der PBB ist noch Luft nach oben. Ich befürchte allerdings, dass bei der PBB nicht mehr sonderlich viel passieren wird. Nächstes Update ist dann in Woche 7.

First full week in 1 gallon pots. They will need to be topped soon, most likely between this weekend and early next week before update. After the light goes off, I've been foliar feeding with a fine mist of 1:4 dilution of my usual hydro vegetative solution: 3.5 grams of General Hydroponics MaxiGrow, 3mL of Botanicare Cal/Mag, 4mL of Botanicare Hydroguard per gallon. adjusted using General Hydroponics pH down. Solution is stored in an aerated bucket. Will be moving to a 1:1 dilution.

Well it seems like I have amnesia already with how quickly this one grew and finished, haha. I did a check with the 100x microscope and trichomes are beginning to turn translucent/milky with no amber at all. I noticed this, trimmed up some more fading leaves and got her ready for flush since I had used Beastie Bloomz and Overdrive late in the flowering phase. I need to do some more research on organic alternatives for boosters and be prepared for next time. Usually with a fully organic system there is no need for a flush because of the active rhizosphere and the breakdown of organic substances. I removed the lid containing the net pot, roots and screen that they grew through and had my girl slide a shallow tote underneath. I left an air line/stone with the roots and filled 2 gallons of RO with Clearex which is a commercial flushing agent, mostly composed of citric acid as well as a half of a tsp of Microbes in each gallon. Planning on leaving her like this for a couple days, continuously flushing by the day, pouring from the top of the net pot to fill.

Hey now! This week went pretty well, I did notice my EC of my runoff was getting pretty high on day 65, it got up to about 1.9, and my nutrient solution going in was at 1.6. I ended up mixing a bucket of my normal fertilizer, and hand watering all the places my drip ring wasn't really hitting, and i got the EC back down to about 1.7. I also got a tip from MrJones to setup some type of support for the colas. I ended up tying some 550 (parachute) cord across the top of my tent poles, then I ties little loops around the colas with the same soft cord. I then used wire ties to attach the loops to the 550 cord. I also am slowly reducing my EC, as I believe I only have a couple weeks left. I am also going to be switching from Liquid KoolBloom to Dry KoolBloom at some point later in week 10. If anyone has any experience on the correct timing of this switch to ripening formula, please hit me up! I am still struggling a bit with heat and humidity, and am considering buying another dehumidifier for my next grow. As always, Thank you to everyone for all of your encouragement, support and tips!! Yes, they are really getting big—so much that the grow tent is now completely full. It has been quite a challenge to keep the humidity under control since I don’t have a proper extractor yet (that will definitely be my next purchase). For now, leaving the tent open has allowed the air to circulate well, and the humidity stays around 45%, which is acceptable. Apart from that, everything has been calm and steady, continuing with the BioBizz feeding schedule and gradually increasing the nutrients to encourage the development of larger colas. The only drawback is that the colas are not turning out as thick as I had hoped. Interestingly, RHC #2 and #3, even though they are not the most robust plants, ended up being the tallest ones, and their colas actually look bigger than RHC #1. Overall, I’m happy and counting down the days with excitement.

Very sweet smell, super flowery, I cannot wait to smoke her buds, hope I get a very energetic high from this girl, but I'm loving her terp production so far! 👨‍🌾💚🧡

Day 82 Getting to the end ,maybe 2 weeks 3 max to chop, fattening up nicely, drinking as normal now smells really nice (not sure if it's strong as I'm a bit to nose blind ) to her usual sent 🤣 , will swap nuits again for last week or 2 to a 1 part simple no N finisher , I don't think I'll bother to flush ,will see 😅

This was my first photoperiod grow. It was a great experience. I kept the veg cycle short to keep it more manageable and so it wouldn't be as terrible if I screwed something up toward the end and needed to trash it. I'll grow MANY more photo plants in the future. Some of the autos have small yields. I doubt that's an issue with these babies! 💪 This girl got so big that even with added supplements to help keep her stem strong, almost all her branches bent. They were HUGE. The color got very light toward the end and the leaves got a little stress because I didn't manage the humidity well. *I think* It got down in the 20s a lot. It had a fairly strong aroma toward the end of the grow but nothing compared to it's tent partner. She looks like she started fox tailing a little toward the end. Also, most likely due to temp and humidity. Closets are hard to control. All in all, this was an enjoyable grow and I look forward to trying it again and hopefully growing an even better one!! 😁
