Today marks the second week of flowering, and I’m really excited about how well my cannabis plant is doing! Over the past few days, it’s really stretched out and has grown quite a bit taller. The leaves are looking lush and vibrant, with a deep green color that shows how healthy the plant is. I was a bit worried last week because the leaves were slightly droopy, but after adjusting the water and getting the levels just right, it’s looking much better now. It feels like the plant has responded really well to the care I’ve been giving it. I’m looking forward to seeing how it continues to develop in the next weeks. The buds are starting to form, and I can’t wait to see them fill out. This is such an exciting process, and I’m really hopeful that everything will keep going smoothly from here on. Ich freue mich das ich heute wieder das Gärtnern begonnen habe und eine Hällfte der Samen in der Erde sind. Kennt ihr das Gefühl der Vollkomenheit wenn man sich im Garten beschäftigt ? Für mich ist das Therapie und für euch? Ich spiele mit dem Gedanken anstatt Samen zu growen mir einfach eine Mutterpflanze Anschaffe um mir meine Stecklinge zu ziehen ! Dafür brauch ich aber noch ein anderes Zelt und eine Lampe. Die Mütterpflanze kann dann erst mal wachsen und ich kann nebenbei noch mal ein Durchgang mit Autos schaffen bevor die Steckis fertig sind. Wenn es soweit ist gebe ich euch bescheid wenn ich Samen und Setup bei mir stehen. So jetzt aufs eigentliche zurück. Ich habe heute erst mal mein Setup geprüft und so gut wie möglich desinfiziert. Es ist verdammt wichtig das nach jedem Durchgang sauber gemacht wird also zb Zeltwände, Boden, Topfe, Boxen, Wasserbehälter. Habe ich gemacht und habe meine ersten Samen in Anzucht Erde gesetzt, befeuchtet, markieren und in die Box. Wände und Deckel mit zersteuber befeuchten und ab unter die Lampe. WICHTIG MACH DIE ERDE NICHT SO NASS ! DAS GEFÄLLT IHNEN NICHT SONDERN HALTE SIE AM BESTEN FEUCHT IN DEM DU ABEND / MORGEN EIN BISCHEN WÄSSERST! ICH STELLE DIE LAMPE AUF CA 40 cm zum Boden ein bzw der Box. Ein gewisser abstand muss sein um die Fläche komplett zu Beleuchten. Da meine Lampe dimmbar ist muss sie nicht ganz oben hängeng sondern Kann näher an die Pflanzen ran und Stelle den Dimmer auf 20 %. Das reicht anfangs in dem Stadium völlig aus, muss aber dann später angepasst bzw hoch geschraubt werden! Lüfter I läuft 24/7 und sorgt für optimale Bedinungen! #seedsman420growoff and #SeedsmanSeeds 📆 Week 5, 25-31 May 2024 25-27 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 28 May - Defoliated plant. 29 May - Placed scrog ring on trellis system, bent top of plant over 90 degrees, adjusted and spread branches (see pictures). 30-31 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 I’m very pleased with the way this plant has responded to the nutrient schedule so far. Now it is time to see how she will do with training. I like using a version of the scrog method most because it gives me the greatest space for bud growth overall. My experiences have taught me that under these lights there is about 15-18” worth of quality vertical bud potential. Anything below that line is only draining on the plant, and not receiving adeqate DLI. So I dont need to focus on a tall plant - rather a wide one. Now that she is under a scrog the DLI has a significant canopy increase. What I’ve done with this plant is cut all side shoots off the main branches up to the scrog. She will grow for another week to allow all for growth to develop just above that and then be flipped to flower. I’ve never grown this plant before, but assumeing she can double her size during pre-flower, I’ll have plenty of room in my grow tent. The Trellis System: is made with 1/2” (12.7mm) white, SharkBite PEX, 1/2” pex clamps, small screws/nuts #6-32 x 3/8 in (to hold clamps opposite each other, this is what holds the structure together, side bars, rings, scrog), 1/2” pex straight coupling connectors (to connect rings, and extensions), nylon tape and nylon cord. The frame design is independant from the bucket and can be put on anytime before or after the start of the grow. It simply snaps together (nothing needs to be crimpted), the rings stay in tact with coupling and tape, the netting is strung once for the most part, I prefere 2” squares, and held in place by clamps. The size of the rings depends on the size of your pot, the bottom and top ring are measured seperately. The scrog ring is determined by the size of the tent or desired spread. It takes 5 side bars evenly spaced apart and snapped on the bottom ring 1st to hold the frame sturdy in place, their length should start flat from the bottom to about 8” above the top of the bucket. Place the pot into the bottom ring with 5 side bars already attached, lift up the bars, then put on and attach the top ring, this prevents it from moving. Both are then placed on a 12” Bonsai turn table for easy access and observation of the plant. The final scrog is placed on when the desired height is close to being achieved, then maneuvered down over the plant. A simple design that allows you to easily adjust the netting (place extenders on side bars faceing in opposite direction for additional height) and opens many other possabilities for training. Veg44, defoliación grande, y ajuste de amarras. Siempre digo que será la última defoliación y termino defoliando más, ahora a qué crezcan un poco más antes del cambio 12/12 Veg46, las plantas están ya recuperadas y creciendo a buen ritmo. Veg48, riego con solo Sensizym y Sensi CalMag, con pH 6.3 y EC 0.8, drenaje de EC 1.9 y pH 6.1(ok). Debido al crecimiento de debe ajustar amarras y quitar una que otra hoja.

6/1 topped all of the mains(about 5 or 6). Shes so fucking bushy its crazy. Each main is branching out more and more at each node. Shes gonna be a huge bush by the end of summer. Also attempted to defoliate some of her more crowded areas 6/2 Shes looking super happy after a good feed yesterday. Responded super well to the topping on most of the mains. Slightly concerned its gonna make her even more thick and bushy 6/6 fed some recharge and slf100

Well, this is another new journey with @FastBuds, I know they are great, so this time I will grow 2 girls in a tent, each one will have a separate diary, and here her first week has already passed, everything looks pretty good, in a week she will be transplanted into a 15 liter pot :).

30.12.24: So I finally became brave enough last night to use LST on my grow for the first time. Watermelon 🍉 is doing much better than the other plants were at this stage, and still better than one that's 7 weeks old already! I'm very pleased with this strain and phenotype so far. As I've implemented the LST much earlier for her, I'm very excited to see what happens in the next couple of weeks 😃 Thanks for checking out my diary 🙂🍃✌️

🌿 Grow Diary Update: Week 5 Check-In 🌿 Hey growers, Can you believe it's Week 5 already? Time's flying, and so is our girl – she's a beast now! I've been itching to defoliate more, but I've maxed out the amount of defol i can do and i have now stopped completely to avoid stressing her out too much :/ Overall, she's looking happy, but I noticed some leaves getting darker than I'd like, so I dialed down the nitrogen a bit... Remember my PPMS struggle? Well, good news – got them down to 1200ppm but could not get it any lower.. i could lower the ppm/ec of intake even more to hopefully drop it but in this stage of flower feeding lower than 800ppms is too low unless you need to flush to reset the medium so i am just gonna keep sticking to the 800ppm feed for now and measure run off each time hopefully i can get it around 900-1000, yes these high ppm/ec levels are fine for cannabis but mostly when your using co2 thats like 700ppm+ but at the end of the day SHE LOOKS GREAT! Day 65 (12/31): no change. Day 66 (1/1): I'm thinking the plant on the left will be finished before the plant on the right. The leaves seem to be fading and the trichomes seem to be more mature on that plant also. 11pm: just watered the plants nutes. Same as last time. Left plant 6mL micro 12 mL bloom. Right plant 8mL micro 16 mL bloom Day 67 (1/2) Day 68 (1/3) Day 69 (1/4): just got home from a trip. Plants seem to be doing fine. Nearing the end I assume. Plants will probably need water tonight 10pm: just fed my plants nutes again. Both plants received 8mL of micro and 16 mL of bloom. Day 70: (1/5) Day 71 (1/6): plants look good this morning. The left plant is definitely nearing the end of its life. The plant on the right still could have another week or more. Just posted a video: plant on the left definitely doesn't have very large or dense nugs but it has a lot of them. The plant on the right has some super dense nugs. I'm excited to see what they both yield.

Finally the stretched stopped. Cut about 10 tops bent about 20 with 90s. Still right in the lights. They are looking very happy even though they are so close to the light ( thanks to high c02 levels most likely.) Another week or 2 before I cut the temps and co2 levels down. Been trimming all leaves below light line. Stinky and brutally sticky I feel like Clark griswold with pine sap when ever I am bending the tops and such.. I think even with them being in the lights I will still get a few pounds of premium flower to smoke :)

4/6: The shortie is still drying, and I the bigger one is in the dark until tomorrow. 4/7: I harvested the bigger one and washed her buds. Very berrry! Later that night, I jarred up the shortie....drum roll please....she came in at a whopping 314g!!! It's very humid lately, so I'll weigh her again in a couple of days...she'll probably lose another 10-15g...but still...she fat. She very fat.👍 4/9: Evidently, I'm retarded. I must've put both #6's into the same drying rack. The photos I had posted of the "#6" were actually of a #3. The combined total weight of both #6's is actually 314g...the shortie probably weighed about 180g and the bigger one probably weighed about 130g. I'm still looking for the harvest photos of the bigger #6...

Day 111. First is ready, second week behind, third maybe even 3 weeks behind .... Plus they are LEAFY ,!!!! Trim jail ... Wet trim for all of them - no doubts !!! Day 115. Still hanging, slowly drying and result should be decent at the end ... A week more I guess, very humid in UK ... Day 118. First trimmed - 175 g. Other is chopped ! One still grows ... Day 136. Chop day for the last one !!! Long run .... Happy Growing !!!

Day 137 12/12 Friday Finally harvest day!! Not a bounty to brag about, but we know i messed up in veg with these autos so it was a ' ride it out ' Trial. I managed to get 38g of potent looking buds. I will update after hang dry and dry trim. Then cure. 💚

¡Primera semana y seguimos con buena positividad! Las plántulas ya empiezan a crecer y a abrirse, se ven fuertes y ojalá sigan así. Todavía están dentro del propagador para mantener una buena humedad, ya que en esta etapa las raíces apenas están formándose. La mayor parte del agua la absorben por las hojas, así que no se necesita tanto riego, sino más bien mantener alta la humedad en estas primeras semanas.

Days 92 - 98 (from sprout) 8/23/24 - 8/29/24 Loompa's Headband x TK fading hard this week - checking trichome color through a 15x loupe, needs more time The Good Shit drinking a gallon of water a day but slowly backed off near end of week - my guess would be a 14-week flowering period for this genotype before harvest quality I'm pretty much watering daily a 1/4 gallon to Blue Nose Pit or less to keep mulch layer from drying out Sweet 16 S1 takes the win for most trichome coverage out of the garden, has the most up-front aroma out of the geno hunt PAR is all over the place on this one and totally messed up, after this week I'll raise the light and focus on the appropriate PAR for canopy of The Good Shit Pest Management slipping too, fungus gnats are repopulating and it seems the ecosystem has encountered a serious imbalance of beneficials and predators that normally kept soil/mulch in-check Plan on short-term remedying this with a top-dress of remaining compost + em bokashi and a moderate drench of EM5 following with repeated treatments of enzymes (tweetmint) Long term solution may need a predator/beneficials kit and/or higher quality vermicompost after knocking them back with enzymes
