This was the most beautiful grow I have done to date. There were a few mistakes I made along the way, like not defoliating enough and some over topping but I still highly impressed with the results. Looking forward to growing this again.

Hi guys, At the end of the story, I am very happy with the whole cycle and finally the outcome, since I almost killed everything in there 😂 The Z&Z is a well balanced 60% - 40% Indica - Sativa dominan strain with a short flowering period. I did have problems throughout the cycle overfertilizing the plant. This is on of the strain that did notice more my mistake, can be clearly seen on the final product. Iinfact, a good part of the flowers, went for bubble hash. I topped them, and then practiced LST training to help them growing wider. Probably If I wouldnt have messed up with the ferilizer I would have had a much better final product, this time, talking about quantity and quality. The whole plants were dried for 18 days after which they were finished in jars for another 6 weeks, if I dont fell sooner. Really looking forward to grow this strain again Indoor, I'am amazed by the terpene profile and the amount of resin they've produced, even under my multiple attempt to screw em!! STRONG GENETIC! Thanks to everyone who stopped by and looked at the diary, squeezed the like button or comment the diary. 13/12 I'VE MADE MY FIRST RUN OF BUBBLE HASH! Very very happy with the end result, did not weight anything yet because is still wet big time, I lightly squeezed it a bit, before let it drying on parchment on a cardboard. The smell it's just absolutely crazy. I can smell strong citrus notes in the 120µm but the 90µm and 73µm explodes with crazy-sweet note. While the 25µm (did not use the 43µm) where I did collect most of the hash, smell like good and sweet hash, nothing crazy like the previous ones but a very buttery like consistency that makes me want to eat it like this...dont ask me why...even though I know you all probably felt this way too... Anyway, the paper sheet says it all about timing, washes and µm used for the extractions, but just in case I'll explain it down here. I have done 3 wash with different timing. 1º wash: 5 min only to get the most brittle trichome heads 2º wash: 10 min stardard 3º wash: 30 min to stock up a bit 😅 I could have done an extra wash for sure and get more out, but I was running out of time so...I will update with the dry weight, it was not the only wash I've done, that were just too many grades to weight up..so I chose to do it once all dry! 16/5/22: Week 3: VD15 for both. AN stands a little taller. But she comes of enzymes and TP goes on them this week, following their guidelines as far as when to give them the nutrients but I'm far of giving their recommend dose. 15.5 CM for AN GROW & 14cm for TP GROW. Both have been put into the 150x150x220 homebox and I have my 70x70x160 inside my big tent, this will allow me to keep the RH high in that tent while the photos veg and autos will be in full bloom. 17/5/22 both girls were topped above the 5th node. 18/5/22 Figuring out how VPD works. You could read for hours about this stuff and still not dial it in for years. But here's the basics. VPD 0.4-0.8 kpa for early seedling. So under or around 23c and around 50-60 RH. atm my VPD is 1.05kpa and for most of my plants the optimal range is .8-1.1 kpa. Temp is 80 F 25C and RH is 70%. To find the perfect VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit)check out optimal ranges of VPD for growing stages, also your strain should have the optimal VPD. I don't have an infrared temp to check the LVPD (Leaf Vapor Pressure Deficit) that's a whole other ball game. Im not going to get too boged down at the moment with VPD&kpa. As I said that's in a whole other league. Im going to run a basic VPD environment though. In heavy flower my temp will defo be in the 26-28 range as I'll have the 20L dehuimifier in my 5x5x7. 22/5/22 Solid growth coming from these 2 ladies. 15+ cm growth in a week is great. Hopefully I'll get another 4-7 days of growth before they start flowering.

Great week this week, inside the tent and out. Carl 2 is doing great, and has mostly acclimatized to the winds and heat of the outdoors. UKBS 2 is seemingly recovering (knock on wood) from whatever was degenerating it's stem. It must have been mold or something similar as about 1/3 of the stem became dead wood and had to be removed carefully. I've been trawling the internet and all sources of horticultural forums I possibly can, and yielded somewhat inconclusive results. Everything from ants, to mold, to stem borers. None of which seemed to have been the case here. In any case, I took a whole ton of cuttings from UKBS 2 and am attempting to root them. Great genetics, and not to sound like a broken record but I'd hate to lose such a vigorous pheno. =-= Inside the tent, things are also going quite well. UKBS 1 is getting quite chunky, seems to be an interesting pheno. As for Carl 1, oh boy. I came to find out that this strain is a real interesting one. According to the breeder, it's a cross of C99 grapefruit x "D" Haze; pheno hunted and backcrossed in the 90s and stabilized over nearly 30 years. Loooooooong flowering times. In other news, the timelapse is out as well. Updates as usual. -6/3/2021 - Busted out the Rebel T5 and took some real nice budshots. Carl 1 is quite frosty, UKBS 1 is quite chunky. Also got a cool upskirt shot. -6/8/2021 - First orange pistils showing for Carl 1, looking real good. The clones of UKBS 2 are all doing well apart from one of them.

As of this week I can see she's finally recovered after all the stress I put her through (HST, topping, LST) On August 1, watered it 1300ml, ph of the solution was 6.44, I added rhino skin 1ml and 1.3ml each- cal mag, bio root and biothrive grow. Had some run off but she sucked it all in, in less than 5 minutes I barely had time to measure the ph of the run off which was 6.72. Planning on transplanting it this week to a 5 or 7 gallon pot, she's currently in a 1 gallon pot. August 2, watered it 1L, ph 6.46. Added 1ml each- rhino skin, cal mag, bio root and biothrive grow. 6.77ph of the run off, (barely had any, she sucked it all in right away) August 3rd transplanted her to a 5 gallon pot and watered it 1500ml water ph 6.45 Added 1.5 ml each- rhino skin, cal mag, biothrive grow and bio root. No runoff. August 5th, watered it 1800ml water added 1.5ml each- rhino skin cal mag, bio root and 1.8ml biothrive grow August 6, watered it 3L water, 6.45ph Added rhino skin 3ml, cal mag 2.5ml, bio root 3ml, biothrive grow 3.5ml No run off

Defoliated today at day 21, I think I vegged a little too long as they got a lot bigger than anticipated. Now I know how this strain stretches I can judge my veg time a lot better next round.

She's done! Whew! I can say that this wasn't my easiest grow. She had some issues in the beginning, due to over fertilizing (see diary) but she managed to produce some beautiful crystallized nuggets. I flushed her for a week but she looked so ready, and she's so loud, I had to chop her down. Stay tuned for the smoke report.

Unfortunately I've cut 1 branch of a.s.Diesel, 2 branches of t.b.kings and some buds of Jamaican dream because of not having weed.

The Tanraka were vigor growing from the Beginning. The plant is well structured, i just topped once. the 2 potted Plants were ready , the biggest, stanfing in the Ground would have loved to stay 2 more Weeks, but Weather was so bad this Year, I had to harvest due the high Risk of Mold The Plants built long colas, those were stuffed with dense , lovely smelling Flowerbuds 2 Plants had magenta Pistils Iam very fine with this Grow. Plants had anice aesthetic look, and crowned my Garden Thank you @James, for the Support, over the last Years. #Legalize Worldwide

Good yielder, give them least 9 week flowering. Can take a good feed, i suggest to cut of N last 2 weeks. Had 2 pheno. 1 is very bubblegum type of smell and the other is just slight fruity. Harvested 3 plants. 1 was 56.20 dry at 52%RH 2 was 52.33 grams dry at 52%RH 3 was 80.23 grams dry at 55%rh Total=188.76 grams for 3 plants All the plants Peyote critical Orange SHerbert Candy Dawg where flowered under 300W Led Organic way. Total sum of grams for all plants 401.32 grams = 1.3333gram per watt Will i be growing this for the future? Nope, i'm looking for something more unique for my taste. Imo pretty generic kind of weed. Will update later for taste after 4 week cure

Yoooooo. Hope you’re all good. Some great photos and even a video for you all this week. And as you will see from those, she really starting to thicken up. Just how I like my women - thick and smelling of weed, ha ha. How long left, who knows??? But I just hope to be snaffling bare ounces off this baddie. The smell she is kicking off now is beaut as well. Can’t wait to get smoking this. The root system is looking crazy too. So much root it fills the pot.
