Hi Growmies, Again another very uneventful week. The plant is doing what she is supposed to do, getting ready to bulk :) For the coming week PK 13/14 will be added so she can use that to fatten and ripen properly. So far I am quite happy with the results, she is much leaner than her mother and basically only consists of stems and buds. Strangely enough some friends of mine who took cuttings are actually tickling out a bunch of purple hues on the leaves and buds, wonder if this could be temperature related. Guess I will see once have a temp controlled fan …

Bulking up

Feb 7th - pH 6.2, PPM 920, 1.8 EC, Temp 78f, Humidity 57% - Water Changed, 3 gals! Feb 8th - Unable to get data for this day. Feb 9th - Unable to get data for this day. Feb 10th - Unable to get data for this day. Feb 11th - Unable to get data for this day. Feb 12th - pH 6.1, PPM 900, 1.8 EC, Temp 82f, Humidity 55% - Water Changed, 3 gals! Followed aggressive week 6 feed schedule, went back on the CalMag to 6ml/gal, and upped Sweet Berry back to 8ml/gal. The bihh is heavy, making it hard to get root shots these days. :( Feb 13th - Unable to get data for this day.

Pretty happy with the outcome so far. This style of growing will not yield the the most or greatest stuff due to all the stress but it's for the looks. And this girl looked awesome. Very happy with this grow and looking forward to doing something else. Think I will do a photo period next so I have more control. Thanks for following!!

Day 70- Switched to plain ph’d water mid-week, they have now had 2 waterings with plain water. Probably going to be 2 more in the upcoming week. Did a big defoliation mostly to help ease the final trim when it comes, but to also allow for a little more trichome development as she uses up the remaining nutrients. It’s been a much cooler week so I have been gradually increasing the light intensity to get a final push for some weight. Running at about 95% intensity at the moment with the tent hovering around 79-81 degrees freedom units. Checking trichomes daily with my 30x jewellers loupe, mostly cloudy now, some amber popping up, but mostly on the leaves. I’m watching my other strain as well, hoping the timing will be right for both to come down. I’m not in a rush, really want to maximize these buds, they are already very hard, and they will be decent producers.

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2206 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today their tap roots were about 1/2 to 3/4" so at 11 am I transferred them into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened and the #2 isn't far behind! 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the #2 FBT #2206 and the second day for her sister! I'll keep them in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see their roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer them gently into their respective fabric pots. The #1 will be going into the 4g Gronest pot from FastBuds and the #2 will reside in a 3g pot by Wraxly, which I'm trying out for the first time. 12/7- Yesterday I checked the #1 tester and she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so I transferred her into her 4g Gronest pot. After making a hole in the medium for the peat pellet, I coated the entire surface with Xtreme Gardening Mycos then placed the pellet in the hole and planted her in. Lastly, I watered her in with about 4oz of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of FishShit added which was then ph'd to 6.4 @ 75℉ after which I placed a humidome over her for 24hrs to ensure that the humidity stays constant. The #2 tester is doing great and I'm confident that she should be ready to transfer into her fabric pot in the next couple of days! 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! She looks and smells amazing. I wanna talk specifically about her amazing mango smell just pure mango,you'll only be able to feel it if you grow her 100% the organic way. It's a must,you don't think about smoking her when you smell it you think of eating her it's just so yummy,definitely I want to grow this amazing somango auto plant by gea seeds every time I can. 💚🌱💎🤤

So I put this as flowering still since wanted to update but don’t have dry weight yet! Also never bother with wet weight so ya once dry in couple more days I’ll update harvest etc!

Day 57. Everything looking good, some look like their stretch is done, bud sites everywhere, fed them 1 L - 1.5 L of their solution. Using boost and terpinator. Day 58. Fed them Full with 20% runoff. They are starting to smell really good. Removed a lower branch on some of the plants since the light wasn't going to reach. Removed some fan leaves on some of the plants giving room for bud sites to get some light. Day 59. Looking real good, some still haven't stretched but have buds growing. I'm expecting them to stretch this week. I'm always giving them something to drink and they love it! *********** Day 60. So down to 8 plants. It sucks because one of the barney’s pinneaple chunk that hermied was a real beast with huge branches and buds, but tips of pistils were brown so probably would of had seeds even if i would of cut the balls as they grew. I saw some pistils on another plant that turned brown, Going to keep that one since it’s not hermie and just 2 pistils that are brown tipped. Fed them 1.5 L of solution each no runoff. Day 61. Looking good, buds growing nicely, long white hairs so i’m expecting big colas. All of them stretched except the 2 Diesel strain. Keeping light at 14-22inches from top of colas and humidity at 35-40%. Fed them 1 L -1.5 L solution each no runoff. Day 62. Defoliation, removed some fan leaves covering bud sites towards the middle of the lights. I make sure to not over do it and place the plants correctly for the bud sites to get direct light. I’m having a hard time with the 2 Diesel plants, they aren’t stretching and are slow on forming buds, they gave me a hard time through whole grow. Fed them All 1.5 - 2.5 L each of their solution with little or no runoff. Day 63. The 2 Diesel are starting to have their stretch. Everything looking good, buds are getting bigger and bigger. Making sure humidity is always under 45%. Keeping lights at 10-20inches from top of main colas. 40k-70k lux on the lights , updated with pictures. ***** Checked out plants and signs of hermies are showing, i see some male balls Both Barneys Pinneaple Chunk are showing signs of hermies ( balls growing ), going to remove both from tent and focus on the 8 other ones. What a terrible day ( day 59 )

Last feed tomorrow, looking like 10 days until harvest. Can't wait to try this plant out it smells like nothing else! Pretty much cruise control right now.

What an awesome thing to walk in on starting off week three all the girls were praying and just getting so fat, I really need to strip some fan leaves off the mom. They look great, the smaller cuts definitely aren't as good as the 4-6" cuts are, they were MAYBE 3-4" cuts and pretty small, but they are extras anyways so it doesn't matter, just seeing what they do. I'm excited for them to have all this space to stretch out when I pick up another light. Last day of week three and I couldn't be happier, I absolutely have to cut thicker clones , these smaller ones all got a bulbous base? Not sure what that's about but we will see how they develop. They are extras anyways but still nice to figure it all out.
