~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today the tap root on one of the seeds was about 1/4 to 3/8" so at 11 am I transferred it into a Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened ...calling the #2 a 'fail to germinate' and I'm not going to soak another... We'll let it ride with just one of this tester. 😉👍 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the #1 FBT #2201! I'll keep her in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see her roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer her gently into her 4g Gronest fabric pot from FastBuds. 12/7- Yesterday I checked her, she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so tomorrow I'll transfer her into her 4g Gronest pot. 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Skunk apple runtz both are still short and stockie. They look exactly the same I'm surprised being some random seeds I made. I hope they end up smelling like skunk Last grow I overwatered and had to toss them because growth got stunted and a bunch if fungus knats got to the soil. This time I'm trying promix potting soil wish I had tried promix hp but the store close by isn't a hudro store and that's what they had. So this time I'm being very cautious with the watering I'm only useing a spray bottle I'm currently giving 45 spray per solo cup every few days when it dries out. This promix soil seems to hold water decent so the 45 spray there is 0 water coming out the bottom the cup yet. Here soon I think I'm going to double the amount of spray to 90 and start letting the soil get dry dry before watering again. Probably will hold off on any nutes quite yet. I'm going from 24/0 to 20/4 light schedule this week. There getting to the point they won't strech as much is 4 hrs of darkness and I'm rasing the light intensity a little it's been around 150 I'm upping it to around 175. Most likely by the end of the week I'll probably be pushing 200 or close. Hopefully I can get them into the big tent soon At this stage I like to alternate having the fan blowing on them I feel it gives them time to recover and get stronger instead of wind stress. Also every few days I will turn the plants so they are facing away from the light making them grow back towards the light I fell it makes them stronger

good evening to all, my friends God only know what I spent to keep these gems up, but in cure a thing I swallowed another! The too much warmth in tent has arisen a reaction of strong stress in the plant by transforming their peaks from the shape of fox's tail. This happens in some cases when the temperature is very high in a tent and makes it believe the plant that is still full summer making it bloom and vegetate at the same time

Última semana de floración de estas candy caramelo y es que vaya flores son como rocas muy compactas kio, de lo mejor que e visto también en mucho tiempo fumetillas. Plantas pequeñas con un buen porte y un buen grosor de tallo, son bastante rápidas a la hora de florecer, os aseguro que las aguantaba una semana más pero por temas de virus y tal decido cortarlas ya que también están bien bastante contento en verdad con esta varieddd. Mantuve ph hasta el final controlando humedad y temperatura pocas veces desvarío el asunto. Muy muy contento zambeza hizo un fast bastante curiosa con olores dulces .

Week 8 Day 58, started flushing with plain tap water, no nutrients. pH 7.1. Experience a heat wave in the week (D58 to 61) which drove temperatures up, extended nyt time to 19 5, but even late evening it rose to 31c ( for upto 2 hrs before dropping to a steady 26c. Heat stress to some of the top fan leaves(curling). Orange hairs slowly! appearing. Very sticky, vanilla cream scent, it's coming upto week 9 D64, not sure if they'll be ready or will need another week longer? However, Not all cream caramels 'look' the same. Smells strong, sweet, vanilla cream

So the flowers are bigger, the smell is really in a sweet direction and the girls have now been defoliated, but unfortunately I think to see male flowers let's see what the time results 😕 dont like Problems 😡

This week went really well ! Today we are at day 79 from seed an looking beautiful! One Forbiddin Runtz got chopped an hung to dry out an the rest are still flushing out through the rest of this week! Very nice looking fades coming along on the fan leafs from purple to green , so beautiful ! So happy with these genetics from @fastbuds_genetics! Super sticky an smell is so amazing, room full of purple punch’s an Forbiddin Runtz the smell you can’t beat, so many berries!!! Well stay tuned for next week! Cheers y’all

Vamos familia, actualizamos la cuarta semana de vida de estas Thunder Banana de Seedstockers, salieron las 3 de 3, 100% ratio éxito. Aplicamos varios productos de Agrobeta, que son increíbles para aportar una buena alimentación a las plantas. Temperatura y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos dentro de la etapa de crecimiento. La tierra utilizada es al mix top crop, por cambiar. De 3 ejemplares seleccioné los 2 mejores para completar el indoor y apliqué el tetra 9 vía foliar, se ven bien sanas las plantas, tienen un buen color y progresan a muy buen ritmo por el momento. Exciting first few days setting up everything in and around the propagator. I think I'll start counting the vegging days when the seedlings are 7-10 days old.

Holy fucking shit these things are so damn crazy never seen a faster growing plant in my life and the hy-pro nutrients are a perfect match 17.5 cm difference with last week never before i have seen such an explosive growth second week of flowering and the fist signs of the buds are showing very curious about the difference we are going to see next week Cheers, Nibameca

These came down 11 weeks to the day from seed , this is them on their last day here. Wet weight is 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 was not expecting so much, it will last me HOURS ! these got wet trimmed now they're on the mat drying , the smell is typical american sweet candy ... was it fun? yes , yes it was fun ! what a plant this one is, my tallest one at 100cm, averaging 85cm , wet weight is.... gonna wait for dry weight, before i jinx it could be dense could be loose ! looks dense + not expecting to loose more than 50% it's all in the cure now ! 🚀

What a week. First off these girls are way to damn small to be 8 f'n weeks in. But I've delt with about 2 weeks of very hot weather eary on. The water temp got up to 85 that I know of. So it fried the roots. I discovered hydrogen peroxide little to late but it has helped. I really thought I was gonna lose a couple this week but they are doing much better. I got my new grow tent lights in. Using them on the main grow room until I get the other new light built but thatbwont be for some time. The other light is almost done. I've got the new pvc pipe frame made. Yaya I know cheap. But hey that's why I did it. I just ordered to more light setups. That puts me at $300 for this light alone. But damn it is so Brite. Right now with just 6 lights on high its at 283watts. I'm adding 2 more that should put me around 376 Watts for a 5x5. These are the large cog legs. I have 3500 wave length ones. I also built a cloner. Shout out to @icanthc for one of his videos that gave me the inspiration to build my own with improvements. I've had bad luck with clones so far so I hope this will help. I'm going to cut down CDG#2. She so damn far behind. I will get 3 cloned out of her. Fingers crossed.

Day 15 - wow, this plant is growing better than ever! a. this plant is growing at the rate of my last Pineapple Express Auto by Fastbuds b. the indica traits though, are really nice with the wide leaves c. humidity has been a little lower than I want, but we have had some impressive rain to compensate Day 16 - more growth, many many roots in the pool a. there are about 3 good root clusters into the pool, they are making nice ladder roots b. the DWC is running well, with temps almost 30 outside, the DWC is staying 22, ph 5.8, 440 ppm. c. installed the CO2 generator, a Banana Bomber, 1KG sugar, 3 tsp yeast, 2 mashed up bananas, 5L warm water. Day 17 - she is growing a. the CO2 generator is generating CO2 already, this time I ground up the bananas like baby food. b. adjusted the ventilation a little to maintain 27-28 degrees in the tent Day 18 - growing well a. i have to keep reminding myself that just 18 days ago this was a dry seed in a packet. b. many roots in the pool, there are a few very large roots about to bust through the netpot Day 19 - growing well a. smooth and steady growth, temperatures in tent are 28 in the day, and around 23 in its 4hrs of darkness, humidity is always 60+, and we are getting alot of rain to help with that. b. noticing growth all over, this plant is growing a bit different than my others, it seems that in the past ive had mostly sativa leaning auto hybrids. Day 20 - many BIG roots hitting the pool a. there are about 25 huge root tips hitting the pool right now, there are already about 10 root clusters in there, but these roots are much thicker b. like the breeder says, week 3 this will take off, totally accurate Day 21 - growth everywhere a. the stem is becoming much thicker, the symmetry of the plant is beautiful, really liking the wide leaves b. next week she will take off like a rocket c. the CO2 bomber, as usual, is generating CO2 very well

5/30/2023 Week 8- Day 1 of Flower (Day 117 overall) So two of the buds in the back fell over, it was definitely because they are getting heavy, I had to pick them up and tuck them in to the net to help support them they were so covered in Resin that I had to use Rubbing alcohol to clean my hand was so super sticky from touching the bud will have to use gloves from now on if I need to touch the buds. Other than that I sat back and got to watch the ladies grow. 5/31/2023 Week 8- Day 2 of Flower (Day 118 overall) Just watched them grow today.. :-) 6/1/2023 Week 8- Day 3 of Flower (Day 119 overall) I noticed on two of the bigger Fan leaves small signs of Calcium Deficiency so I fixed my Chart to up the Cal mag from .5 to .75 for the water change on Saturday. Other than that I let them keep growing on Auto Pilot, frost is everywhere including all the way ont the Big fan leaves this strain is super Frosty... 6/2/2023 Week 8- Day 4 of Flower (Day 120 overall) Auto Pilot engaged today.. Growers Hands stayed away just looked and apricated the beautiful buds that are forming. Tomorrow Water Change day! 6/3/2023 Week 8- Day 5 of Flower (Day 121 overall) There were a couple of sucker buds right up front today so of course I had to get rid of them. Other than that Water Change Day.. Drained and reset the system. Since I am taking this to 10 weeks Week 7 and Week 8 Nutes repeat. I took a couple of shots looking up for those that like stem action. I did want to get a picture of where they stems meet to make an arch I thought it looked really cool and would be a fun pic. I also wanted to focus on the color differences between the two. I am amazed between this lightside/darkside, yen/yang, thing going on in the tent.. Plant #2 is decidedly bright green, like more light with hints of yellow throughout, and plant #3 leaves are getting darker and it has hints of purple coming in throughout the buds. It really is an amazing and fun contrast especially with the name Yoda Soda to have a type of light side/ dark side theme going on with the Two plants.

In the second Week i started to give them a few nutrients. Maybe a bit too much, as you See in the last 2 Videos. Since its very cold (-5°C) in Germany i've put a heating cable losely around the pots to Heat Up the soil a bit.
