Through week 5 of flower and all is generally good. The whole tent stinks like hell of berries, pine and earthy Kush. They’re all presenting something a little different in terms of growth but still very similar terp profiles and bud structure. Seed maturation is showing on some of the lower nodes as well. We’re getting much closer here. Hopefully not more than a couple weeks but we’ll see. #1 will go off first for sure. She’s showing a progressing N deficiency that likely isn’t fixable but it does remain possible she’s simply ending her cycle. If so, it’ll be a trait worth noting on the F2 run. Until next week, ✌️! Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. There are clearly some minor issues with the tips of some leaves, but we'll manage. A mistake was made during one of the previous waterings; I mixed up the bottles. Instead of the usual watering, it was given full-fledged pro-organic flowering food, and the soil before watering had more than enough food until at least mid-flowering. We're expecting a crazy transformation in the next week; it's rapidly gaining purple hues, so we'll keep an eye on it. There's a war going on in my country, and unfortunately, we're starting to have power problems again as winter approaches. Today, for the first time, the power went out for four hours without warning. I don't have any independent power sources, so there could be major problems; they're predicting long blackouts in the winter. I really hope we'll be able to harvest before the hard times come.

Last update before i harvest in a couple days - 1 week max, very happy with this grow the gorilla cookies is the plant i’m most looking forward to, it’s covered in frost and smells like berries while the orange sherbet has some monster buds 👌🏾 Think fast buds will be my go to for autoflowers from now on

Hi Growmies, She is continuing to swell similar to her clone mother. She is continuing to gulp up the nutrients, leaving me to almost having to change the reservoir every 5 days. The smell of cheese is hanging in the air. She will need a little longer but everything is looking very promising. Thanks for stepping by and see you next week.

11 September 2018 - Day 78 Higher pH than wanted. Nutrients increased, so far so good, no negative results. Second stretch about to occur. Climate better Day 79 - Slightly lifted tips, will watch nutrients and heat. Day 80 - 600ml Water added 6.0 - 0mg Nutrients, to dilute heavy use of nutrients. A few leaves removed to open up light on newer bud sites. Day 82 - 500ml Water Added - 0mg Nutrients. LST Tightened alot to expose lower buds and increase overall bud. Day 83 - Nutrients added, lets watch her double. Day 84 - Happy with grow. Red viens in leaves and slight stem... beginning research.

Finally it's flowering time! I've switched to 12/12. Gigi is starting to stretch, 7cm in a week, not bad. Day 57: Added Alga Bloom, Terpinator and a bit of powder kelp to the feeding solution. Day 59: Turned on the dehumidifier. I want more high temps and less humidity. Rh% is now 50/55. I'm lowering the ph of my nutrients solution to 6.1 Day 63: I see lot of buds points, very good 👍 if this genetic grows rock hard flowers like a real GG4, I think this plant will be amazing! I've rotated the plant position 180° and added a reflective mat under the vase. Next week I'll defoliate very well Gigi. It's time to see some beautiful buds.

Defoliated and flipped to 12/12 Slight stretch. Plants didn’t like that I only gave them half veg nutes and half bloom. They look nitrogen deficient. They’ve also shown some calcium deficiency i believe. The uprising foundation is cal mag and sulfur mostly I believe. So it’s good to have
