I can't believe how big she has gotten for surviving in just a solo cup! Kinda opens doors in my mind on ideas for gorilla grows at low cost (only takes 1gal to run vs 3+ in a normal dwc bucket). I'll be honest and admit I've made the biggest rookie mistake and overfed, I knew I was really pushing her and wanting to see how far I could actually take her and burnt her tips in the process. The new growth is still green at the tips by the buds which is promising. I lowered her nutrient uptake slightly by 1ml for each base nutrient and gave a little less than 1/8 tsp of bloom booster. She got pretty tall and therefore top heavy, so the one afternoon I checked her and she was tipped over but no breakages, which was awesome. I tied her to the ceiling of the tent and now she is going nowhere. Been removing lower leaves and small growth that isn't showing sex yet. Once the colas have pre-flowers I remove all lowers that don't to help send energy upwards. I'm still seeing evidence of what I believe is rust fungus, though its growth has become much less noticeable than a few weeks ago.

I'm running out of space and height. The video gives you an idea of how crammed the wee grow room has become. The Rhino filter is working well. The Northern lights that I dropped the lights onto, was a fine specimen before the accident. I'm hoping that colloidal silver will produce anthers allowing the collection of pollen. I can then cross that with a few select flowers so I have seed for next year.

Increased Buddy to 1mm p/l. Really impressed with these nutrients so far, there's been no problems or defeciences the entire grow. All plants look happy, healthy and green. This plant is on the left of the timelapses.

Both beauties are now really taking off! Its Amazing! The weather is great, couldnt be better! Lots of sun...good water! The plants are happy. Unfortunatly, i m travelling since 10 days already and will only come back next week. Luckily I have a good friend taking care/ watering/ of the plants while i m gone. But i can see, i really need to build a structure around to open the plant a lil bit more and also do some defoliation for more air flow. I will do that next week, as soon as I m back home. I m super excited!

Good morning everyone😁😁 Day 16 of the flowering period plant is showing me she want some extra nutes. So i raised it with some extra pk and calmag from aptus just to give her an extra boost. Within the week i wanna see results. Now it s time to slowly dry her out so the lv will be at 40. In the end of her day the lv is between 52 and 42 but i want to lower it to 40 and try to keep it at 40 to max 46. Keep ya all posted Day 19 already, and got some nutes probs. Runtz is going fine but the ww xl is having some major probs i think it' s missing some pk. Looking also at the Runtz i think she is also missing a little pk so raised pk on both ladies. Hope to see some results before the end of the week. Day 21 has past and things are not in control yet. Raised my watering to 1.5 liter cause she is so thirsty. It’s awesome it likes to be away from the light the one that was off to the side far out performed the one that was directly beneath. Both are nice though and have the same smell, taste and bud structure. After proper drying and curing it honestly can’t be beaten. Fantastic aroma and flavour and a really good strong stone. Esta semana voy a escribir sobre: CARBÓN VEGETAL ACTIVADO CON MICROORGANISMOS DE MONTAÑA. esta es una práctica avanzada pues al menos se necesita tener el inóculo sólido de Microorganismos de Montaña (MMS), aunque al final intentaré dar otras opciones para aquellos que no tengan MMS. Puedes consultar en la semana 3 la manera de hacer Microorganismos de Montaña Sólidos (MMS): https://growdiaries.com/diaries/134104-grow-journal-by-defharo/week/725879 El carbón vegetal es un excelente componente para toda clase se mezclas de sustrato, tiene varias propiedades muy interesantes, ayuda a la estructuración del suelo y la creación de humus, es un regulador térmico en lugares fríos, favorece la expansión de las raíces y su estructura de microporos promueve la retención de humedad y nutrientes, se dice que en 1cm cúbico de carbón puede contener de 8 a 30 millones de Microorganismos. Y es precisamente la propiedad de retención de humedad y nutrientes, de la que se aprovecha esta práctica. El carbón vegetal llamado "activado" que se usa en filtros de agua o aire, tiene mala fama entre los aficionados a las peceras, porque se dice que roba nutrientes, principalmente Nitrógeno, esto tiene una explicación y no es un problema para cultivo en macetas, el carbón seco tiende a absorber humedad y los nutrientes que se encuentra en el sustrato o en los riegos, porque es muy poroso, y de repente, tiene que saturar todos sus microporos, pero esto apenas va a tener incidencia en un cultivo. En mi caso lo que hago es mezclar el carbón con los Microorganismos Sólidos y después lo humedezco con agua y melaza para activar la Microbiología del inóculo, dándole la energía necesaria, de esta manera tengo un carbón inoculado con Microorganismos de Montaña, y una vez en el sustrato, con humedad, estos MM, se propagarán. En este caso el carbón, de momento, no captura nutrientes porque está saturado, pero después de unos riegos, será la casa perfecta donde los Microorganismos y los nutrientes convivirán ofreciendo una fuente extra de nutrientes, para que las raíces se alimenten en periodos de escasez de alimento o humedad. Supongo que quien tenga inóculos bacterianos comerciales, podría usar esta práctica para multiplicarlos. INGREDIENTES BÁSICOS: Agua pura: 500ml Carbón vegetal, para usarlo en macetas conviene que los trozos de carbón no sean grandes. 750 gramos. Melaza: 75g Microorganismos de Montaña Sólidos (MMS): 225g PROCEDIMIENTO: Se mezcla el carbón y los Microorganismos sólidos. Se disuelve la melaza en el agua. Se humedece el carbón lentamente, mezclándolo bien, porque el carbón vegetal puede almacenar mucha humedad y necesita tiempo para saturarse. Se guarda a oscuras durante un mes en un recipiente cerrado. Hasta aquí la fórmula básica, yo hago algunos añadidos, como se puede ver en las fotos. Añado 260g de Leonardita, que es un carbón vegetal con millones de años y en el proceso de convertirse en mineral, aunque todavía no lo es, es además, la mayor fuente de ácidos húmicos y comparte las propiedades del carbón. Añado Microorganismos de Montaña Activados (MMA) de forma líquida para aumentar la inoculación de microbiología, también un lacto fermento de frutas que aporta muchas vitaminas, nutrientes y enzimas... en la última foto se ve el recipiente después de un mes. Siguiendo el principio de saturación previa de los poros del carbón, para mezclas de sustratos, y sin tener acceso a microbiología, se podría, por ejemplo, saturar el carbón con alguna mezcla nitrogenada para el comienzo del cultivo, después el carbón seguirá cumpliendo sus funciones de estructuración de suelos, creación de humus y para retener humedad y nutrientes. This was definitely a good week, I was a little concerned after the power outages we had last week, but it just goes to show how resilient my babies are..there was no signs of stress, the buds are swelling up, tricomes are developing..actually some already started to turn cloudy..I did increase the strength of the nutrients this past week..they are receiving a ppm close to 1000..or 2.0-2.1 ec..no signs of nutrients burn..I may do a slight increase some time this week knowing that flushing is right around the corner..other than that, no complaints on my end..will continue you update you in my next upload😎

I put the plants into an NFT system couple weeks ago. I could have waited a bit longer for the plants to develop a stronger root system before placing the rockwool cubes into NFT but I was being impatient because of the slow start and wanted to get the plants under proper light. Now two weeks later they are growing well with good root development. I switched the lights to flowering cycle about a week ago so they should start stretching soon. No preflowers yet.

Beginning of week 3 of flower. Should be nearing the end of the stretch but if she can give just a little more we will get the screen full! Should be a great week will add more pics!

Hello, fin de la semaine 7, et de la semaine 1 de floraison. Les plantes ont vraiment bien récupérées de la défoliation de la semaine dernière. Elles sont déjà pleines de nouvelles feuilles! C’est dingue.. un génétique vraiment solide. Pour le moment les plantes n’ont pas encore déclaré leur floraison, elles commence à stretcher je trouve, donc je suppose que c’est en bonne voie. J’ai légèrement baissé l’humidité, je suis à 50%, et je vais réduire progressivement les prochaines semaines. J’ai eu une très très légère brûlure du à un démarrage peu être trop rapide des engrais de Floraison mais sans grand dégâts. A retenir pour la prochaine fois. Voilà c’est à peu près tout pour cette semaine. Hâte de voir la floraison s’installer... Happy grow...😎
