day 49 just pure water phed down. it is day 51, morning before lights on, I might chop today. I use a zero water filter pitcher got off walmart. My humidifier is only a sonic wave. If you use regular tap water it will get gunky in a sonic humidifier. If you have a heat humidifier that boils the water the mist should be clean. These are the 2 types of water humidifiers. Researching best water filters this "zero water" also comes with a free ppm meter! yay! Other water pitcher brands; the water still has ppm. So water misted will still have ppm contamination. You can easily used distilled water only, and reverse osmosis. I just fill a 4gal office water jug with the pitcher and fill my humidifier when needed. I do not use a humidifier in my entire grow up to this point when I chop, I need the perfect rh or this whole effort can fail. growing up to this point only requires 20% effort, chopping now for the 2 weeks dry is this 80% of crucial determination, succeed. A lot of tasks are required today for a clean chop. I feel confident, observed my cross seeds with pink paradise and one with a slightly open caylex looks dark enough for successful germination. I figured 8-16 seeds may be created, 3-4 buds were potentially pollinated. Many growers don't understand when creating genetics with female/female there is a slight chance of herm. You lose 50% of your genetic function. Just water last 2 days, no humic no folvic, 1st time entire grow ha! There is a lot of cleaning to do, remove the trees, clean the entire tent and environment with bleach water, hacksaw. I am very proud of my grow. I have sampled 3 of the strains, dr. thunder legit made my lips numb but it could have just been the terps removing my skin cells from the sticky filter, no lie. This is my best grow to date. I did this for you, and to document hype or not under the best conditions I could give my plants, full max potential, although I wish I had more lights, I am not looking for industrial lol, this is how I grow. Learn a lot on youtube and podcasts there is many good content and I may dab into it. You can have a room full of growers and you have 1 seed in your hand, they will all tell you that their way is correct ;) and the best way. Oreo is stinky AF, Bridal is just amazing glad its massive, just not into sativa but the test seemed slight sativa with majority indica, pink untested, dr, thunder just a lip numming plant aha, its very nice, all 4 amazing appeal like advertised, and excited for next run. Either crosses from this or other copycat genetics. I will give you beautiful glamout shots today, the sizes of the plants, My guesstimate bridal 1lb, thunder 1lb, pink, 0.4lb, bridal 0.5, I am ambitious off 640w lm301h, and 4x 20w blurples daisy chained. day 51 4 chopped see you in a few weeks :D

Topping appears to be working well. Began some LST via tie down to encourage growth to other branches.

Started the journey with a Mephisto's wedding, and Fantasmo express. Hoping the difference in heights is not too drastic. Plan is to press these plants once harvested. For now, they are little, but barring not having a diffuser for the photo e app, I trust that the environment is on the right track. Finally reaching a year of growing with this one so I'ma focus on the root zone. That's where I usually fall short, but not these. The Meph lab will create monsters after Halloween!

Day 29. Girls grow slow, but most important .... Could be i overwatered with 2.5 liters of water or i stonly watered them twice ;))) Girls didnt drop pot weight till day 31, on days 32 morning ill do new round of lst. Will feed them hard, will defoliate all bigger old leaves which are covering new grow, plants are strong enough to take pain now ;))) Its sad situation a bit, i got flue and with that corona madness my mood was very down and i didnt work with plants at all, anyway, they made to that stage where harm can be done and its time. Gorillas looks okeish even without work, really good strain at least for now. Cookies are very picky, its hardest to veg strain from all i ever tried, lets see, maybe food and heavy training will make them fit ;) Day 32. Girls are finaly light, so heavy training and huge feeding. I dont know what hapend, but they refused to drink for 8 days almost, one cookie has obvious sighns of overwatering and if to be honest all cookies are crap, gorillas grow amazing, especially self toped one, she made natural mainlining and covers space perfectly. Guess in next 2-3 days they will blast off, but i cant feed silica till more branches will grow up, cookies too small, lets wait and see... Day 33. Girls loved food, plenty new grow, all tops are facing sun again , they will bush up in next few days. Next watering - silica and cal mag and next after - fish mix. Day 34. Girls are drinking again, so i gave 1ml/l fishmix. Cookies show strange colours and on fresh grow you can see cal mag def. Next feed will give them extra, normaly TopMax should be enough... I dont like Cookies genetics so much, that i planted last 5th bean ;)) Want to check two things : 1. Are my lights strong to grow something not under direct light 2. Are those Cookies such crap, that i should never try any seeds from RQS. I planted 4 new girls, no work,no top - nothing will be done to them. Hope to see last Cookie bean growing beter than almost two years old Incredible Bulk x2 and last StrawberyCough bagseed bean, otherwise its sad quality for such big house. Cant find why all 4 Cookies grow so slow compaired to all 4 perfect Gorillas. Was using new worm castings, too ritch ?? maybe thats the answer in test grow i put pure BIOBIZZ AllMix soil, nothing extra. Had to top one Cookie, new grow was all damaged and didnt want to develop, will harm them even harder next time before silica and cal mag, which i thought not to use in this run ... Lets see .... We are trying to survive the heat wave we have here at the moment. Hopefully an extra dose of silicone will aid a bit... Both plants look very well. The mainlined plant is slightly taller at 58 cm, while plant 1 measures 54 cm.

A lot of growth this week, the ladies are just shooting up, they all look healthy, the Humboldt sour diesel that was looking kinda funky is growing good and all the new growth looks normal an healthy gunna FIM the Matanuska Thunder an Humboldt Sour Diesel, waiting on the blue Sunset Sherbert till it gets a bit taller.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. The girls have recovered well after my massive defoliation. Girl number 1 is now 40 cm high, number 2 is 105 cm and number 3 is 25 cm. It is strange that 3 plants from the same strain, with the same care and environment, can distinguish so much in appearance and size. It separates 80 cm in numbers 2 and 3. In 4 days Nr1 has grown 3 cm, Nr 2 has grown 17 cm and Nr 3 has grown 4 cm. They have received 7 liters of water and nutrition today.

Not much going on this week, just recovering from topping, I may have messed this up and back to 1 cola :) so I'll top agian shortly if so...

Increased the amount of nutrients in the feed this week and got a little bit of burn on V, Nemo handled it no problem! removed the yellow spotted fan leafs as part of general defoliation for this point in flower. Continuing to pluck and tuck, meaning removing extra fan leafs (plucking) and bending tallest colas back under the scrog (tuck). shooting to keep all budsights 18 to 22 inches from the light to prevent burn and allow healthy development. I can see where proper distance has been kept best development has occured.

WEEK 10 - 10/4/2021 - 16/4/2021 10/4/2021 - Day 1 flowering! 13/4/2021 - Something came up and I have to leave my plants for 2 days. I thought of hooking it up to Autopot again but then I would have to do a major flush again and that would stress the plants. I think they can wait for 48 hours. I'll fertigate again before lights off tonight. 20 gal water mixed with the following: Liquid silicon - 1ml/L - 76ml Cal Mag - 5ml/Gal - 100ml Micro - 2.5ml/Gal - 50ml Gro - 2.5ml/Gal - 50ml Bloom - 2.5ml/Gal - 50ml Fulvic acid - 2.5ml/gal - 50ml Hydroguard - 2ml/gal - 40ml Rapid start - 1ml/gal - 20ml Chitosan Olligosaccharide  - About 30 ml. I ran out of pH down and improvised with Chitosan. Managed to bring down the pH to 6.2. Improvise. Adapt. Overcome! :) pH - 6.21 EC - 1.28 mS/cm T - 26 14/4/2021 - The HLG 550 light seem a little dim these past week. After checking with a Quantum PAR meter, the PPFD was only around 400 mid section at 24 inches height from canopy. At first I thought it was the LED diodes but after disconecting the dimmer potentiometer, the PPFD went up to 1200. So it was the dimmer malfunction. So I just left the light as full brightness 24 inches above canopy since the girls are in bloom now, 16/4/2021 - Major defoliation done for all 8 plants. Basically removed any large leaves shading the lower nodes as well as to improve air circulation. Did supercropping on several branches to maintain even canopy.

this should be the last week of vegetation. Flowering should be starting soon. Seems like no end to this drought we are suffering from in Southern Ontario.
