Starting into Week 5 Flower, week 11 total Mandarin Cookies definitely has an extremely strong orange citrus smell! Trichomes are coming in very nicely! MC’s are still ahead of the SK’s... however the SK on the left is catching up, with the one on the right having some budlets starting to form. 3 - Madarin Cookies are two in back and one in center; 2 - Silver Kush are two up front; 2 gallons water/nutes per 5 plants, alternating with plain water (just calmag, malassis, Ph. 6.4) every other day. Ph.6.4 (1.5 C.F.) Fox Farm Ocean Forest, mixed with (1.5 C.F.) garden soil, fills (5) 5 galllon fabric pots perfectly. (50/50 mix.) The new version of Spider Farmer SF-4000 is an awesome light, for anyone wondering. Can’t say enough good things about this light! Way less heat that any HPS/MH I’ve used. My big curiosity is about the final weight per watts used at finish for the Spider Farmer... UPDATE Week 5, Day 6: I did notice some heat stress on only a few of the taller branches (they were about 6” from the light). I did move the light a little further up about 4” to get some distance, and added an extra fan. Hope this helps the leaf curling! Question: have you ever driven past a house and can instantly tell they just harvested?? Ha! I just did that on my way home, and thought I was smelling my house from a long distance away.

Growing fast - have the start of 16 cola locations and starting to work some of them back towards the middle of the plant. Lots of training - noticing that the ground cover is a bit too aggressive and getting in the way of light distribution so having to trim that back quite a bit. Also its making it hard for the training ties to stay in the ground. Weekly nutes continue with same mix above.

You walk outside and it’s a variety of flavors hitting you all at once. Cloned everything but the white rhino didn’t take so I’ll have 3 of the better out door strains for next out door season to continue learning this strain

this is the beginning of the 4th week along with the publication of the end of the 3rd week, this is how the fourth week is received, another intensive pruning that has no choice but to do it due to the size of the indoor, which is working great for us and we believe that I will always work like this, I am happy, here then the pruning of its results a little before and after and how it is receiving this fourth week, with the threads I touch a little bit of hair I hope it does not affect much but all in favor of opening the field to all the branch buds alike.WE CHANGE THE MESH FOR A BETTER ONE AND OF THE IDEAL SIZE AND AGAIN WE USE THREADS THAT HELP US VERY WELL, WONDERFULLY

This one has been delightful to grow full of buds everywhere with very little Fan leafs can't wait to cure and tested. I have cut down in jar everything the wait was 97 grams please consider that when they comes to my scale weight i wait until the main stem breaks with a loud crunch and the buds are really dry to the touch reason for it I have a very busy life and at the end of the day this is just a hobby so I cannot be opening those jars many times a day at most one in the morning and one in night so I want to avoid mold on them.so I push in a Boveda pack to keep them nice Thank you for reading I will update the other details when ready have a happy grow.

06/09: increased light from 50 to 55% 07/09: Gave her a litre of water with biogrow, rootjuice & bio-heaven 08/09: Measured her at 41cm tall today! 09/09: increased light from 60% tot 65% 10/09: Watered 1L with no added nutrients & increased her light to 75%. She has little pistol hairs so I assume its preflowering!!? I am so excited, its beautiful. 12/09: watered with 1L with rootjuice, bioheaven, biogrow, activera and calmag

Week 1 of the latest cycle and starting out with some new hardware and an expanded grow print👍. We’re running 4 autos via a recirculating Dutch bucket system. First time on a dutchy so it’s gonna be interesting to see how it stacks up against DWC. I’ll give a full rundown on the system I’ve cobbled together on the next update. So far - all seedlings have germ’d without issue using the standard p-towel method. Why more people don’t use this method on GD is beyond me. It’s so reliable that some breeders even warranty your seeds if you use this method and more than 1 seed fails to crack. We’ve got little sprouts coming up now and it’s all just waiting for those first couple fan leaves to come out and those roots to run to the bottom of each bucket. They’ve been placed in root riot cubes (essentially a version of rapid rooters) like most of our runs and I’d recommend their use with all autos. Time and stress on young autos is key so they need the absolute best start you can give them👌. End of week update - looks like we got 4 quality little seedlings here👍. Alls good other than battling a ph issue for most of the week. Keeps spiking overnight for no real reason - hopefully it’ll even out and isn’t the early sign of a major problem🤞. Background The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. 6/29 - 4 days after I gave everyone the compost tea, the Wonder Woman ladies have sprung back to life! The compost tea was a literal life saver. Just a few days later and their leaves have lost the yellow tinting between the veins of the leaves and her leaves are more smooth. 6/30 - Top dressed all with Uprising Grow and Uprising Foundation 7/1 - Today I did a little selective defoliation on the Wonder Woman ladies. They are looking stronger and stronger each day. 7/2 - Today was feeding day. Gave them a dose of their regular nutrients. They are very happy! 7/3 - Added some red wigglers today! I ordered some Red Wigglers from Uncle Jim's Worm Farm and they arrived today. I added about 10 to each pot then moistened the soil a bit with just RO water pH to 6.6. I can't wait to watch them do their thing!

Well I'm a bit upset last week I ended up dropping my ph meter in a tank of nutes I was mixing and by the time I got it out the meter was junk. I was planning on flushing the crystal but had to wait another week for the meter. I suppose the good thing to take from this was I found out why I was having issues with my plants. When the new ph meter came in I went to check my run off and my nutes that I had all ready mixed up. It turns out that my meter i had been using this whole grow was off by about -2-2.5 so this whole time I had been feeding the plants at around 3ph smfh. I cant believe they look how they do knowing what went on this whole time. Fastbuds crystal meth is 3days into flush and i will be cutting it down this weekend most likely. Mephisto hubbabubbasmelloscope is smelling like sweet sweet candy and is thick in resin Bighead seeds freeze berry/ blueberry crumble has a dank pungent stank to it and also is frosty but larrfy Big bomb is still growing thick and have bud sites everywhere Now I'm ready for the next batch and ready to get dialed in!
