Start of week 8, just water.

Day 51 - Deficiencies have gotten a bit out of hand the previous few days. Looking at the leaves I was thinking maybe calcium and magnesium deficiency, but it doesn't really make sense to me because I had: 1. Given a decent feeding with the Aptus cal-mag solution. 2. Calcium was already in the soil (pre-fertilized) 3. There is more often too much calcium in soil than too little. 4. There is a not insignificant amount of calcium in the water I use (causes limescale in a lot of things) So my guess is instead of calcium deficiency, I'm seeing next to some magnesium deficiency, a deficiency of phosphorus. So a couple of days ago I gave the plant FloraBloom which has both phosphorus and magnesium but no nitrogen or calcium. Today (two days later), the leaves are now feeling a lot less dry / crunchy, which was a supposed symptom of phosphorus deficiency. I expect to need to wait about two more weeks before harvesting. Maybe around 10 days. The trichomes are still fairly glassy although there's some cloudiness. Pistils are still mainly white though, so I'm expecting some fattening to happen. I don't really like feeding the plants at this point (short before harvest), but the deficiencies were severe enough to me that I'll keep giving FloraBloom this week. Next week I might stop depending on where the trichomes are at. Smell is excellent, I definitely now understand where the 'mandarin' name comes from. Very similar to a mandarin smell now. Other than the phosphorus / magnesium issue, the plants seems to be doing well.

Five plants were showing deficiencies last weekend, but had just watered so I waited until Wednesday to feed 2 tsp/gal Grow Big.

Notes for flower week 11 (12/29-1/4, days 70 to 76) Can't place side-by-side progressives since website update.... disappointed 😔 Lots of yellow and purple leaves now - SKOL Vikings! Watching the Terps every other day now and feeding reduced nute flush water until harvest. I dont plan to 'fully' remove the nutes, but drastically reduce. Watering Days. Day 142/72 (last feed was day 137/67) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Fed 3 gallons of de-chlorinated tap (starting with 223ppm) mixed with 428ppm of 100% Bloom Mix Concentrate. Due to this soil showing a possible calcium deficit, I am still using 1ml per gallon add-in to test on all plants using this soil, so I added 3.0ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and then I ph balanced before feeding. The ph on this feed was balanced to 7.05 (7.0 last feed). I used knitting needles to help both aerate the soil and create new water pathways for the roots. I got ~17 cups of runoff (~19 cups last feed). Runoff was tested at 6.08ph and 1700ppm (5.96ph and 1640ppm last feed). Top soil tested at 6.26,6.23,6.55,6.50 for an avg of 6.385 (6.545 avg after last feed)

4/22/25: last flush 2 tsp of sledgehammer with 1 gallon of water used 2 gallons between all three plants…more cool colors coming in with the fade 4/24/25: fed with recommended dosage for week 11 on my schedule card (day 31 of flower) 4/27/25: watered with plain ph water at 6.8

For a first time grower, the SCROG is definitely a bitch and a half... But worth it once you see 75-80% of your tent filled with buds, praying upwards to the light. Thankfully, they have slowed down vertically. So no more twice a day SCROG adjustments for a while --- hopefully anyway. I'm having a hard time with lowering RH. Although a fellow grower has suggested not to worry with RH as long as you apply BT bacteria... True? Any advice on RH management on late flower stage for a noob? I'm always willing to learn! I feel like this is week 7 of flowering not week 6 I think I may of missed a week at the beginning of flowering. I have been feeding her a 25l mixture of feed a week. 3.3 ltr a day. It has been taking this really well, been doing for 2 weeks now. Going to start my flush on 20/10 and also planing to drill her on the same day. Will take photos. She is really starting to fatten up now, can see them buds get bigger and bigger everyday!!! Still keeping the feeds up trying to get as much as I can in her!!!! Still keep the comments coming in!!!! Is she amazing or what!? Start the flush when!? When to harvested her!? Would love to know what everyone thinks!!!

Here we go, just crossing into week 6. LOTS of flower power happening right now, I love to see it! The gals seem to be thirsty every 4 days or so. Feeding a slightly diluted fox farms schedule with the big 3: grow big, big bloom and tiger bloom now. I’ll keep ya posted! Thanks for reading.

Well the suns been out the last few days and the girls are loving it. I think I’ll start flush although it’s a little early for some others are ready. So a one or two week flush and then we are done. After that I’ll chop as each one is ready.
