SATURDAY 9/21: After having had my entire rig and all my cured produce stolen from me by my pardner in crime, I'm starting from scratch. (That f**king asshole!) Special thanks to the fabulous folks at Fastbuds for sending me some replacement beans!!! I mylar'ed up a closet and got a little light to get them started with. It's 3500k with some extra 660nm and draws about 200w from the wall. I am going old-school this time around..no pre-soak and no paper towels. I bought some soluble myco + tricho + all the good beneficial bacteria and mixed a little into a liter of distilled water and wetted rapid rooter plugs. I planted all three Stardawg beans in the rapid rooter plugs and put them in a little humidome under 9w of pink light. TUESDAY 9/24: All three emerged with no problems, but one is still wearing a "hat".. THURSDAY 9/26: All three had taproots sticking out a few inches, so I planted them in their 3 gallon pots and put little mini-domes over them. FRIDAY 9/27: I knew better than to try to start some seedlings with no humidifier, but the asshole stole mine, so I tried it anyway..I have several seedlings that probably aren't gonna make it, but so far all 3 x Stardawgs look fine. I wet them down and put some trays of water in the closet to try and bring up the RH. TUESDAY 10/1: Okay, so only one survived, and she's starting to grow.👍 My soil mix was too hot for them...rookie mistake... I finished working on my homemade frame and mounted 6 x 120w quantum boards to it, but one of my 3 x 240w drivers failed, so I gotta get a replacement sometime in the next few weeks. I still gotta get my ventilation squared away before I can even run them.😎 FRIDAY 10/4: She's my lone Fastbuds plants..got high hopes for her. She'll be surrounded by a bunch of Candy Cane hybrids.

Here we are day 55 for our Runtz F1 Hybrid. I would immediately like to say, do you notice anything by any chance? I said day 55 and we're pretty much ready. The leaves are turning yellow regularly, I have removed the fertilizers, the pistils are ripe, the resin is out, there are all the signs for a harvest which should take place towards the end of next week. Here we still have a few more white hairs of Wurlz and Watermelon candy but it's just a few days old. The plants were born on April 6th, I repeat on April 6th for those who cannot grasp the concept. Most certainly Watermelon Candy and Wurlz will be harvested around June 6th, guys...8 weeks...not even 9 or at most nine weeks. Runtz has a great main cola and regularly grown satellite flowers that are not bad. If you're good at math, you do it otherwise I'll lend you some fingers. For topping lovers it means that if you want to do topping on autoflowering plants they won't finish in biblical times, according to my calculations even doing topping shouldn't go beyond three months, like an autoflowering from the previous generation. Why am I talking about the previous generation? Because these have certainly moved forward with speed, I have seen them grow and above all swell the flowers like I have never seen them do. As for the rest of the resin and pistils, everything is really in place. I want to do a terpene inspection soon and evaluate the ripeness for the harvest. The Wurlz also ends a little earlier than the others and is truly lightning. Just to catch you up to speed since I’m starting the week before flower The big one I started from seed and then there’s a clone of her maybe the clone only be rooted for a week but the mothers 7 weeks since she popped up and she’s a been pretty easy she’s real Bendy but as usual I push it too far and have to get the tape out and she’s come back fine every time so far been pretty easy and probably one of the easiest ones I’ve ever claimed I mean this thing routed bike and my humidity was real low I didn’t have an even expecting it to route I was just I had to cut the branches so they weren’t in the dirt

Finally, 25 weeks i believe... Mold, mildew, bud rot, rain, humidity, crazy wind, frost. Somehow these girls turned out just fine and I am so proud of the end result. I am late posting, everything is pretty much all cured up and ready to smoke. Just finished making some stocking-stuffer jars for friends and family for Christmas. It was interesting to see the different phenotypes from each plant. One was named Average Girl, medium size, medium height. Then there was Big Bitch. She was the tallest and had the skinniest nugs. Next was Dolly.. She had the fattest cones of the 4.. a little shorter than Average Girl. And last was Runt... She was about 2 weeks behind her sisters and about a foot shorter, but she did not get any mold or mildew, and her buds were ginormous. I let her go an extra 2-3 weeks later than her sisters, bringing her into the garage every night at 7 pm, and then waking up at 7 am to put her outside. By far, my favorite plant was Runty. She finished up so nice. Overall smell is Kushy blueberry diesel cat piss with a hint of citrus. Wouldn't grow this strain again just because it did not handle the weather well, and I like a kushier final product, on the taste and nose. That being said, I am a very happy guy right now.
