Primera semana - Germinación en Placas de Petri sobre un invernadero calefactado, utilizando papel de cocina y pulverizando agua. Entre 24h y 48h después germina el 50% de las semillas y a las 72h el 100%. Mientras espero a que germinen, preparo el sustrato; · Coco-Kaya by BioBizz and Julian Marley 75-25. Utilizo macetas altas de 1,4L que riego con abundante agua, antes de plantar las semillas. Cuando germinan las planto bien etiquetadas y pulverizo agua, sin regar. Así evitamos movimientos indeseados de las semillas. 18h de luz 6h de oscuridad. Los balastros ajustados a 250w. Durante la semana, van saliendo los cotiledones de todas las plantas.

Week has been going well. Had a really bad underwatering while I was unable to look after the plant, which stunted it for a few days sadly. Started to LST her as u can see on the video But other than that, its looking good and growing fine

This week was all good she starting to go right into flower now she's got a nice smell to her .kind of like fuel or gas.Will be interested to try more of the seeds that I have .I will just put them in the ground because of my coco grow that I've got to concentrate on later this month. Will have a lot of diaries to deal with.thank you for looking at the diary and will be an update on this plant every week till finish. Happy growing and remember it's 420 somewhere

She has been suffering from excessive nitrogen and has been little bit difficult to flush them out she has been on 2 week of water only diet and now she's bouncing back from the access nutrients . growth has been very good and in the video is the second pair of plants that appears the other are just part of my outdoor grow.

elongated stems made me worry, but they only needed little support at day 3 I started spraying them every 2.5h with filtered water

The increased CO2 allows plants to thrive at higher temperatures, which in turn necessitates higher humidity to maintain the ideal VPD for healthy growth and transpiration. 80F -5F = 75F LST with 70% RH = 0.72 kPa. Higher temperatures and humidity promote rapid growth, nutrient uptake, and photosynthesis while maintaining a lower stress level. Temperature influences the rate of enzymatic reactions involved in aerobic respiration. Enzymes, such as those involved in glycolysis, the Krebs cycle, and the electron transport chain, work most efficiently at an optimal temperature range. In low temperatures, enzymatic activity will slow down, thus reducing the rate of aerobic respiration. In high temperatures, enzymes can become denatured, thus impairing their function and stopping the process of aerobic respiration. Glucose is the primary fuel for aerobic respiration. The rate of aerobic respiration increases with the availability of glucose, as it is the starting point for glycolysis. If glucose levels are low, cells may rely on alternative energy sources such as fatty acids or amino acids , but these processes may yield less ATP or be less efficient. To determine this effect, carbon dioxide volume was measured (as carbon dioxide is an output of aerobic respiration) A seed germinated via skotomorphogenesis (in the dark) will generally develop faster in its initial stages to reach light, though it will be etiolated (elongated and weak) and will switch to slower, more robust photomorphogenesis (light development) once it emerges into light. While skotomorphogenesis is a rapid, growth-oriented process for soil escape, it's a temporary phase; photomorphogenesis is a more sustainable development program that prepares the seedling for photosynthesis. 18/6 with the 6 being IR instead of darkness, keeping temps overnight a neat 77F-80F. PPFD overnight 1.8. Think of my tent as a lung. What goes in must come out. When the rate of air going out exceeds the amount of air coming in, it creates a negative pressure. Tent concaves (bends in). If set up correctly, your RH will begin to drop slowly to the desired level you set, and the extraction turns off when it reaches 50% RH. The plant, as it performs cellular respiration, will always be releasing more water into the air, so the RH% of the tent overnight will always increase, so long as oxidative phosphorylation is occurring. As soon as the RH% creeps back up to 55%, the extraction turns back on, over and over, this creates a strong pressure differential which will work wonders on your grow. replicating high and low pressure fronts in nature, critical for oxygen diffusion, but more importantly, full control of your RH%. Moisture will not transfer from a saturated atmosphere to another if that air is already at or above its saturation point, meaning the air can't hold any more water vapor. Once I understood that water is produced as a by product during cellular respiration, specifically at the very end of the electron transport chain (ETC) where electrons are finally transferred to molecular oxygen, the higher the RH of the air, the more resistance there is for more moisture to be added to that environment, and effects the ease with which it does so. But none of that water comes from the pot; it's pulled from the air. If you run high daytime RH, your medium/pot is 100% reliant on transpirational root pull to move water. ZERO evaporation happens across the atmosphere if the tent air has high RH%, the medium cannot release its water through evaporation. Once a canopy develops, light no longer slowly wicks and evaporates from the topsoil. The Soil-Plant-Atmosphere Continuum (SPAC) describes the continuous pathway and process of water movement, driven by a gradient in water potential, from the soil, through the plant's roots, stem, and leaves, and finally evaporating into the atmosphere through transpiration. There is evaporation, there is transpiration, then there is evapotranspiration; Evapotranspiration (ET) is the combined total of two processes: evaporation (water lost directly from soil and surface water into the atmosphere) and transpiration (water released from plants to the atmosphere through their leaves). Evapotranspiration represents the total amount of water that moves from the medium into the air. There is no such thing as a medium with too much water, only a medium that retains too much for too long. The water must always flow efficiently from one atmosphere(Medium) to another(Air) in a timely manner. Moisture is a critical factor for bacterial growth and decay. Dictating how long it's allowed to sit in any one location for any given period is a key preferred control. To ensure a net reduction in a bacterial population, the rate of removal (ET) must exceed the rate of bacterial growth (decay rate), which is often modeled as a growth rate for the specific bacterium under the given conditions. By optimizing daytime VPD, we also optimize conditions for bacterial growth to explode exponentially above 77°F.. If water is allowed to sit in a medium without an escape within a timeframe, nothing good will happen. IF High RH is maintained overnight as well as during the day, placing 100% of water movement at the behest of daytime transpiration, roots can only pull where they can reach, and if soil is compressed above a certain point, moisture will become trapped in a medium with no way of moving day or night. This will begin the countdown for decay to take hold. When water stagnates in a medium, it loses oxygen, creating anaerobic conditions that foster the growth of harmful microorganisms like bacteria and fungi, which can produce toxins and disease vectors. Thigmomorphogenesis, the process by which plants respond to mechanical stimuli like touch by altering their growth and development, resulting in significant morphological changes to improve survival against mechanical perturbations. This complex response involves sensing touch and initiating physiological and genetic responses, leading to changes in form and structure over days or weeks. The process is triggered by physical forces such as wind, rain, or touch. Plants adapt to these stimuli by changing their shape and structure, which may include slower growth, thickened stems, or altered leaf development. Plants possess sophisticated mechanisms to detect even subtle mechanical stimuli and initiate responses. A variety of molecules, including calcium ions, jasmonates, ethylene, and nitric oxide, are involved in signaling these mechanical inputs. Touch can induce the expression of genes that encode proteins for calcium sensing, cell wall modification, and defense mechanisms. A plant exposed to constant wind may become shorter and sturdier. A plant that is touched frequently might grow slower to conserve energy and develop thicker cell walls. These changes increase a plant's resilience and ability to survive in harsh environments. To the community I want to say thanks Since they helped me out so many times Thanks a lot for your time and support Thank you kindly grow diaries for keeping up to date with so many articles and growers around showing their cool stuff, thanks for the opportunity to grow and to share knowledge, also appreciate the contest and I'm hoping to participate soon with this diary in some more, I think it is a pretty cool way to give motivation to the cannabis community, let's keep making great things with weed so the world gets to know our way, one day they'll understand its love we put on here, love and good vibes So good so far this strain was bomb One of my best, grew 110cm Had many colas and buds Was really strong at diseases Liked nutes a lot and water High was more cerebral but still good high tho very narcotic when u smoke too much If I have to say what is the score to me it will be 8 out of 10, since it didn't taste like cream and the high is more cerebral to my like Other than that she's pretty good Very creative must say Tons of friends enjoyed her as well

So I'm seeing some yellow tips, also on the new growth and I'm a little surprised because I'm not feeding that much tbh...at least I think I'm not.... reading up a bit, not sure if its nute burn or something else... got some cal-mag anyway , seeing i'll need it soon.. Tthe Northern Lights is going up like crazy! it has a completely different 'build' to it, much wider and distances then the more compact Diesel. Held off on the feeding, just distilled water ...but maybe 'll just switch to tap water, leaving it outside for a night or two...no more root booster....seems a little redundant.

📅 Week 13 | Days 92–98 📅 🌼🌸🌺 Flowering Phase 🌼🌸🌺 Day 98 🌞 – Oreoz 🔸 Oreoz is looking like an absolute showstopper this week. The buds are incredibly dense and completely frosted with thick, glistening trichomes – it almost looks like they’ve been dusted with snow. Resin production is off the charts, especially on the top colas. Trichomes: Mostly milky with some still clear – no ambers yet. She's not quite ready, but getting close. 🔸 Climate control has improved. Humidity started the week at 63%, but with the dehumidifier now running and all clip fans at full power, it's being maintained steadily between 50–60%. That little climate shift is definitely helping – the buds are chunking up without any signs of stress. The slight 2–3°C increase in tent temperature is worth it. 🔸 Nutrients: 1 week of Overdrive (Advanced Nutrients) before the flush phase. big stretch to 10 inches this week. I am planning on translplanting them to 2 gallons next week to give the roots a chance to spread out and then to a 3 gallon.

Week 5 on these amazing girls. They're full into the flower stage and the smells are starting to come through super strong. I've switched over to bloom nutes and they seemed to never skip a beat. All in all excited to see what the coming weeks have in store. Happy Growing.

Just a quick update, Super kush is packing on the pounds and becoming so frosty that the plant is looking white GG #4 is so potent and diesel that when you touch this plant a lil it rocks the whole place out , I have a pheno what I will defo be keeping Gorilla zkits has finished stretch and is now starting to pack on weight looking forward to seeing theses girls Banana kush seems to be slowing down for some reason but the smell is out of this world 🌎 Critical rqs is such a chemical smell I cant explain this girl is so huge that it is taking most of the room 😳 Phantom og is a unique creamy smell with loads and loads of tops also cant wait for this Blue gelato 41 is the smallest out the girls but is getting ultra frosty

Great zkittles terpz, awesome structure, beautiful colours. So, this is the one I liked the most since day one, love her colours, her structure and her smell, but precisely because of that I was too excited to harvest her that I forgot to take proper photos so I leave the ones of her last days .. Will try to update soon with some pictures of her on the drying screen ahah

amnesia strain started off good but had an early transplant stun and also a mid flowering stun with a nitrogen toxicity lockout i flushed the plant and recovery was slow but buds have formed nicely tho the plant stayed a bit small

26.03.2024 Continue into week 4 Update firmware on TrolMaster Tent-X (3.6) Replace all filters, remove and clean drain buckets and tubing. Mix new batch with 56ml AN connoisseur AB + 4.5g Big Bud Powder + 7.5ml Silica - total 30l @ 1.34EC. NPK Ratio is 1-2-3 , Cal/Mg ratio is 4-1.5 Target EC for this week is 1.2 start and end week with 1.3. Checking plants will determine timing of strength Donne one pass off long misting (3min) with diluted solution @ 0.84@C Set Day/Night misting cycle @ 60s ON time Finally have time for managing canopy, pull down taller branches and position all tops to fit under screen without touching. Try ro spread them evenly across the net, top per square of net Defoliating all girls, remove all fan leaves and prune lots of smaller branches from middle. Lot of foliage is removed! After stripping humidity drop significantly (41%) , need to install humidifier again to keep RH @ 50-52% Set dehumidifier thermostat to work @ 50% RH. Misting Routine: I start the day with a 3-minute misting session; this will be the routine for now. Nutrient Solution Temperature: I’m keeping the nutrient solution temperature between 20-23°C. Week 4 off Flowering in Summary 120 litter off RO water, 210ml+210ml AN connoisseur A+B, 18g Big Bud Powder, 45ml Growth Technology Liquid Silica 70kW electricity in total for light, Pumps and AC Infinity Fans. 63kW for Light + 2kW Dehumidification + AC Infinity ventilation Week start @ 1.31EC, nutrient strength., keep strength @ 1.24 till the end of the week Girls look superb all time, Wedding Cheesecake have two pheno, realy like buds on one girl Tropicana Cookies fill bud sites this week a lot, Purple Lemonade is going to be talles from all three stains. Nice bud formation also. PH was stabile and move from 5.90 min to 6.2 max. Light distance for this week - 50-55cm from tallest top , PPFD levels around 1100 in center, trough whole week. Lowest reading 680 @ corner Temperature are from 23c at start off day to 26c max at some points. AC Infinity T6 extracting fan program in AUTO to kick in @ 26c Night temps around 21-23c, dehumidifier work less this week. Outside humidity is low this week Water temperatures in middle off week start to rise, reffiling solution is cooled to bring temp back from 23-24 to 20c Defoliate girls on first day off ths week, pruning off smaler branches, lots off foliage is removed After defoliation humidity drop inmediately in box. Need to bring back humidifier for couple of days. RH was low trough whole week Day RH is moved from 45% to 50% max, at night times drop to 40-45% Next week outside temperatures continue above average for this time of the year. Continue in next week, starting probably with one more light defoliation, bigger fan leaves only

📆 Semana 9: Debido a las altas temperaturas, tuve que cosechar la Mimosa Auto cultivada en el sistema hidropónico, ya que no soportó el calor. Los cogollos quedaron densos y resinosos, con tonos anaranjados en los pistilos que indican su madurez. El perfil aromático se mantiene complejo, con notas cítricas y terrosas que prometen potencia y sabor. La otra Mimosa Auto sigue en su ciclo, creciendo fuerte en sustrato, donde el ambiente es más estable y controlado, lo que le permite continuar desarrollándose con buena salud. ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte! 💪
