We had a bit of a high PH when testing last night so managed to get her balanced out back to 6.3 but some yellow leaves on her. At the same time she's looking buddy and nice, we have cooler and less sunny days this week so hopefully she'll still make the most of the light and plump up some good fill on those colas. I can't see how she'll go to 10+ weeks but hey, we'll soon find out! Learning as I go on these. First grow, first outdoor grow, so all very much an experiment and learning from reading on here, so thanks to you all!

First week of pre flowering, just changed the schedule of the lights and the photoperiod

Layla was my pride and joy. First plant of the year put her outside. She grew wildly beyond my expectations pushing 12 ft tall before just beginning to flower. I was so proud.... A violent storm came and broker her in half. She is likely dead now as i wasn't home and it happened with the plant broken for at least 12 hours before i tried to fix it... I tried to re set her in the exact same spot and use a splint and duck tape to secure it along with multiple ties. Its only been a day but the leaves are all looking wilted and dying....

Hey fellow gardeners, Unfortunately, I couldn't complete this diary earlier because was busy with family stuff and work. So finally here we go with the last chapter of this wonderful grow session. Thanks for Barneys for another masterpiece, we had a truly unforgettable journey with this breed. Its a bit difficult to remember after so long time but we try to collect the most important feelings and thoughts.🌞 So i decided to choose this time a hybrid strain to complement our most sativa collection. The seeds germinated in no time and we were able to put them in the first small pot after only 3 days, after another 3 days except one, they emerged from the soil so the fun could begin. The vegetative phase was actually easy and vigorous, but we made a mistake that made it a little longer than planned. Luckily the broken main stem healed really fast so this extra week wasn't so bad. In this phase we had an experience that we never had before, and yes this was the 13 finger leaf which means that the plants seem doing very well.🌱😎 When we entered the flowering period I was afraid they wouldn't stretch enough as other growers reported. Luckily these ladies got lanky and even didn't want to stop the stretching, which was cause for concern because the time for the last defoliation and lollypop session was almost there. At around day 23 of flowering we made the last trainings and we finally could sit back and watch the magic happen. It was really touching and lovely to see how the colors and aromas change from week to week as autumn approaches. Basically, we could distinguish two phenotypes. One with the purple silk on the leaves and a smaller but rock hard bud structure. The smell of this lady was more pine and sweet at the same time. The other 3 ladies were pretty much the same when it comes to smell and bud structure. Sweet and fruity aromas were characteristic here. Apart from the previous ones, both phenotypes were characterized by cinnamon scent throughout the whole flowering period. It can definitely be said that it is the most frosty variety i have ever grown. I am really satisfied with the outcome in every aspects. First the purple pheno went to darkness with our DWC lady and after two days the other 3. Dried them for 7 days at 21 degrees and 60% humidity and for another 5 days at 50% humidity.⚔️ Trimming these variety was a bit challenging threw the closed bud structure but it wort all the time. We ended up with 368 grams of juicy, rock hard dried buds and 48 grams of larf and popcorn. After placed it into glass jars with Boveda 62% humidity pack. Was a very pleasant strain to grow. Chopped her tonight and will update diary as and when I can. She smells sweet and fruity. Been curing for a bit now. She smells amazing and tastes just as nice. Got 18g dry weight.

Week 5 of veg. Swapped the plates for an alfalfa cover crop and put up a trellis. The London pound Cake and Purple Shah are moving right along. The blueberry muffins are looking good at day 14. Probiotic growing practices take a lot of stress out of growing. No need for ph up or down. The soil balances itself so you get to see a more natural expression of the plant than you’d get with synthetics. You will see plant health change as the soil increases its biodiversity. When the soil is populated with lab bacteria you can completely saturate the roots in still water without root rot or drooping it is almost impossible to over water unless your soil isn’t populated enough with the lactobacillus. Very easy fast pace growing.

Everything is ready to smoke. I got 40grams from imperium x. Overall i got 230-240. Imperium x is good and strong, smell is too strong. I wish that nugs had been more dense but nothing else to say :))

Bit of a scare with the banana but we're all good I think 👌🏻 Been thoroughly checking each day and still no sign of any more. Shout to everyone who've advised me to just whip it off and keep an eye I was just gonna throw it haha She's a short bushy thing for sure. Really compact. Started stretching nicely and throwing out more pistils each day. Had another trim today she was filling up haha

09.10 After the problem with the brown spots on the Gorilla Cookies on the left did get worse I decided to flush with 60l auf just ph‘ed water. Runoff ph tended towards 7 when I poured the first liters in and ended up at around 6.4. After the soil was dry again I fed her again but took a lighter dosage. The other Gorilla Cookies does also have some brown spots but not nearly as much as the other one. I went here also easy with nutrients and it didn’t get worse for some time now. I think she needs 2 more weeks until I can harvest her. The Mango Smile got the stretch I was hoping for and is now the biggest plan in my tent. Hopefully she is done soon though 😄.

GENERAL COMMENT. So the RQS STRESS KILLER AUTO is down. Now we have the NL to manoeuvre and try to keep her alive for the final flush. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTO COMMENT. Many but slim colas emerged, showing extreme spotting and deficiencies, but gained weight since last week and started turning purple, first time that happens. So now the final flush started and hope, afraid taste could be off, because of the problems i ran in with her, probably a good strain to considere light feeding, the smell is very gentle, a good strain to do stealth. 10-14 day to go! Yield could be amazing but will be common because of the locks, nothing out of the curve in my opinion, something to retry and correct to deal with this strain. Not turned on or off by her just feeling neutral and glad she made it. Trichomes wise she is just ready, mostly cloudy, she will finish with some amber will do a nice sleeping aid. Trim job will be a pain on this one because i will clean all the small affected spotted leaves.

28 days later....worm poo and coffee grounds not made much difference to colour of leaves, although all are growing nicely...trying some spirulina powder next to see if that helps
