Sept 10th This week was windy and finally some decent shower. Nature was begging for it but as we all know it was a headache for me personally. I went to visit the girls and noticed how the wind was taking its toll. Killer Kush (the biggest) was banking 15 degrees and the Outdoor Grapefruit was acting as a windscreen for Maroc. She needed some more defoliating to prevent moisture getting stuck in tight places. I pulled the net further down to improve airflow...a little to much. When i pinned the lower ring to the ground a big branch snapped😪 Emergency repair was done and I believe she will be all right. She was reinforced and i build a nice tent over the wound to prevent water coming in. Open from the bottom still alowing air to pass underneath.

Day 51 - Into the beginnings of week 8 and all is looking good so far. She’s still got a few days before she needs any water and she’s really fattening up each day. Other than that, not much happening with her. Day 52 - She’s definitely fattened up quite a bit the last couple of day but hard getting the light spread out to some of her outer branches so my new light should be here and installed tomorrow. She’ll be needing her watering tomorrow as well, she’s almost dry. Day 53 - Gave her 2 gallons of plain pH’d water today and she seems to be the only one not really bothered by the heat in the tent. I’m doing what I can to keep things as cool as I can but not helping much. Either way, this girl still seems to be thriving so not complaining too much about her. Day 54 - Looks good after watering yesterday, he next will be nutes. She is fattening up beautifully. Other than that, I think she’s really liking the second light in there and the heat doesn’t seem to bother her too much though it’s finally cooling down a bit. Day 55 - Nothing major happening today, she’s doing good after her watering yesterday and it appears she’s still chunking up. Got some updated pictures today as well.

Week 4 - It’s Friday again, and that means it's update day! Another week has passed, and as usual, there's plenty to report. A lot has happened, and once again, I’m bringing you along on my journey as a total beginner in the world of growing. Every week is a new learning experience, and I’m excited to share what’s been going on in the tent as my Amnesia Zkittlez and Gorilla Cookies continue to grow. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key Growing Parameters -Humidity: 43-55% -VPD: Max 1.4 -Airflow: Always active at level 1, auto-adjusts when needed -Day Temperature: 25-26°C -Night Temperature: 22°C -Light Cycle: 20 hours light / 4 hours dark -Lamp: IONBOARD S24 from AC Infinity (240W) Watering Schedule: -Day 24: 1 liter -Day 26: 1 liter -Nutrients are applied with every watering Light Adjustments: -Light distance now at 50 cm -Intensity increased to level 10 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Growth Update The most noticeable change this week has been the incredible growth of the plants. I’ve uploaded some new photos for everyone to see, and it’s amazing how much they’ve shot up compared to last week. The differences in growth behavior between the Amnesia Zkittlez and Gorilla Cookies are becoming even more pronounced. The Amnesia Zkittlez has more than doubled in height since last week, shooting up and stretching outward. Meanwhile, the Gorilla Cookies hasn’t grown as much in height, but it has become noticeably rounder and bushier, almost like a pufferfish. It's fascinating to watch these plants develop in such different ways. While the Zkittlez focuses on vertical growth, the Gorilla Cookies is spreading out horizontally, forming a dense, compact structure. All around the plant, small flower sites are emerging, extending from within the plant and beginning to take shape. This difference in growth styles really highlights the unique characteristics of each strain, and I’m excited to see how they continue to evolve. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Training: LST and Defoliation This week, I’ve also focused heavily on training the plants using Low-Stress Training (LST) and some selective defoliation to optimize light exposure and encourage better growth. I applied LST more aggressively over the past few days, using clips to gently bend the stems of individual branches outward, almost to a 90-degree angle. This technique has helped the plants spread out horizontally, allowing more light to reach the inner and lower branches. I’ve been adjusting the clips nearly every day to refine the structure and ensure that the light penetrates deeper into the canopy. The goal is to encourage outward growth and create more space for the lower branches to thrive. In addition to LST, I began selectively removing leaves. I started with the first set of fan leaves, followed by leaves growing inward toward the plant’s center. These were either shading promising bud sites or simply not contributing to the plant’s energy needs. I’ve also removed the lower bud sites, which likely wouldn’t have developed into anything substantial. This way, the plants can focus their energy on the more promising, higher-up buds that are receiving better light. Throughout the defoliation process, I’ve been careful not to remove too many leaves at once. I’ve only taken off leaves that were either blocking key bud sites or were small and shaded, ensuring that the plant still has enough foliage to continue its healthy growth. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nutrients and Watering Routine There haven't been any changes in my nutrient schedule or the way I water the plants this week. I’m still using the same BioBizz nutrients at the recommended dosages with each watering, and the watering process itself remains unchanged. Each plant receives a consistent 1 liter of water every couple of days, and so far, the plants are responding well. However, based on some recommendations I’ve received, I’m planning to introduce CalMag from BioBizz into my watering routine over the course of the next week. This will help ensure that the plants have enough calcium and magnesium, which are essential for strong cell structure and nutrient uptake, especially as we move further into the flowering phase. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Personal Reflections and Lessons Learned As I progress through this grow, I’m realizing how much more there is to learn, especially when it comes to managing light exposure and training techniques. It’s been rewarding to see how the plants respond to LST and defoliation, but I’m still figuring out the perfect balance. Every small change seems to make a big difference, and I’m constantly amazed by how quickly these plants adapt. Being a beginner, this process has been both challenging and exciting, and I can’t wait to see how the flowering stage develops. This journey has been a humbling experience, reminding me that growing plants isn’t just about following steps, but also about observing and learning from the plants themselves. Every day brings new insights and challenges, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see these changes reflected in the health and growth of the plants. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Looking Ahead In the next week, I’ll continue to monitor the pre-flowering phase closely. I expect the water and nutrient demands to increase even more as the plants transition into full flowering, so I’m preparing to increase the watering amount to 1.2 liters per plant soon. I’ll also be keeping an eye on the structure of the plants, especially the differences between the Gorilla Cookies and Amnesia Zkittlez. I may begin defoliating some of the lower leaves to give the plants more room to breathe and allow light to penetrate deeper into the canopy. There’s a lot of excitement ahead as the flowering phase approaches, and I’m eager to see how the plants respond to these new stages of growth. The calmag deficiency has improved significantly and the plants are now putting all their energy into the flowers. In the meantime, no new eggs are forming, which makes us very happy :)

I wish I had better lights. These are cheap ts600 and par600 The last week i did major pruning of lower shaded popcorn buds, skinny stringy branches. Tied outter buds towards more lighting and have cut water and nutrients back. Ive found that if you let a plant get on the drier side. That it'll give you more frost, better flavor, and larger colas. This method comes from fine wine makers who force not so optimal conditions onto their vines. This in turn causes the plant to work harder and focused more on bud than growing new fan leaves. Cannabis plants biggest goal is to get a cola in to the air as high as it can in hopes to get a pollinating creatures attention. If you manipulate this you can force the plant to make better buds. Because theres a chance the plant senses danger because of the watering routine changing

02 October 2018 - Day 99 3rd day of flush and we see her begin to grow nicely. Day 100 - Happy lady as she gets densier and begins to really smell. Day 101 - She is maturing lovely. Day 102 - Orange pistols curl. She is on her way. Day 103 - Mature and ready. has thickened up significantly. Day 104 - Water topped up and pH balanced 5.4 Day 105 - Trimmed after the video.

08/29/24. Going into week 9 flower Day 65 out of the stated 71 Supposed to be 6 days left, but I’m thinking probably 2 weeks more. I’ll be checking trichs again today. Last I checked, a few milky. Nothing to report really. Giving nothing but water from here and decreasing light intensity to about 55% Will update if anything changes.

Just a random non pot video, of my technique on indoor cherry tomatoes, u basically wanna start them on 12 hours of light or less around september, cutting away all the flowers so it keeps vegging untill 2 meters when the actual season starts, now there are alot of flowrs forming.

Week 3 day 7. Buds are getting icey and stretching around 1-2” a day. Dropped the carboload and is going to be replaced by a PK booster (big bud). Watering everyday. Plain RO on every 3rd water. The kind LED is pissing on the hps if im being honest. Bud development and vigor seems a lot nicer. Stay baked.

I provided you with a close up video of each plant and one video where i go through tent and try to focus some nice buds individually. Flushing her for 5 days already with a mild 400 ppm solution of terpinator and mammoth. There she is, the prima donna of my tent, biggest and densest buds, check week one, i thought she was a rotten seed.. Smell is very interesting undescribeable to me i will wait some more time, maybe the moment when i grind her to give the best description.. I rate her 10 days to 2 weeks until harvest, all plants but one automatica are more less coming down in the same time.
