Week 2 Flower – Gelonade Run (Week 6 from Seed) The Gelonade girls are stepping gracefully into flower, evolving beautifully despite a very busy week on my end. Fewer photos this round, but I did capture a full-room video and some detailed shots of their stunning leaves, because even if time is short, the magic in the tent keeps on shining. Growth & Morphology Both phenos are showing their character. Gelonade #1 is vigorous and balanced, while Gelonade #2 is still carrying that special leaf mutation we talked about, leaves that open like a hand folding back into itself. I couldn’t resist photographing them again. They’re not just leaves, they’re little works of art. This week also saw the first defoliation of some of those big solar panels, just enough to keep airflow moving while still letting the girls power themselves. They took it in stride, no stress, only progression. Nutrient Program – Experiment in Motion The recipe shifted this week as we build momentum into flower. Start Booster is now replaced by Top Booster, and alongside Aptus staples (Regulator + CalMag Boost), I introduced a Plagron trio at 1 ml/L each: • Power Buds – to push flower initiation • Sugar Royal – to stimulate metabolism and resin potential • Green Sensation – a trusted all-in-one bloom enhancer The All-In-One Liquid remains on pause since the super soil and pellets are still carrying base NPK. Improvising? Yes. But with intention. I’ve had excellent results before with Plagron, and now I’m curious to see how their boosters synergize with Aptus. Environmental Conditions Temperatures are running a bit high (peaking at 34°C on hot days) and humidity has reached 60–70% at times. That pushes VPD to around 1.89 – not textbook perfect, but the Gelonades are adapting with grace. The TrolMaster WCS Substrate Sensor has been a game-changer here: it gives me live readouts of soil EC, moisture, and balance, all piped into the Tent-X brain. Watering is happening when moisture drops around 19–20%, promoting healthy wet/dry cycles and deeper root activity. Lighting & Room Setup The room is alive with tech. • Future of Grow Black Series 600 • ThinkGrow Model 1s • Lumatek Zeus 465w Compact Pro (newly added!) All tied into the TrolMaster ecosystem, letting me control light, extraction, sensors, and environment as one living system. Air exchange is handled by dual 6-inch extractors with carbon filters, plus a 6-inch intake, keeping fresh air circulating and smells contained. Looking Back, Looking Forward From a seed to now the Gelonades have been nothing but joy. Strong roots, vigorous structure, and personalities shining through. Flower initiation is just beginning, so no dramatic bud sites yet, but the stretch and structural shift are in full swing. Next week, I expect clear signs of pre-flowers stacking in. And because life in the garden always connects back to nature: this week I also captured a photo of a bee pollinating a flower outdoors. Bees are the true keepers of fertility on Earth, and just like them, we as growers are here to assist life in expressing itself fully. The girl is looking good, though it could have been much larger by this time. I wish I gave it more light and more nuts in the previous weeks. Well, it will have to spend more time in veg. It got topped this week, at the 6th node, and I will do it once more before flipping them, so in total there will be 10 lower branches + 4 tops. I also started misting with CalMag just in case.

( Week 10) 30/6/2025 Well thats it guys we are at the end of my 2nd grow she hay came leaps and bounds since I started iv flushed for the last cupple of days and there is discolouration in the leafs and iv in the dark period for the next 32 hours and then ill chop and hang for another 7 days and then we are good to cure ill keep you posted on the out come

Buds are beginning to forms very well, the plants looks very strong. I have been cutting off big and old leaves, also the small lower branches. Compost added on top of the soil and watered down. Smell is very good. Molasses were added to the soil, to provide sugars for the plant and microbes.

Sorry I didn’t upload week 5 Ngl it was a bad week i suffocated 4 plants I had to defoliate some leaves because of nutrient defeincies making the plant look diseased I managed to pull through there back healthier again I got a few yellow spots but there goint but other then them 4 there’s some nice bud and bud spots really starting to come through excuse the 4 shittier looking plants and the defoliated skimpy one! Other then those problems that I have resolved I’m happy again last week not so this week happy!!! It’s all trial and error first go I haven’t trained any plants I will do on my next grow definitely!

Loving the buds on two of the strains I’ve only had black buds one time before, and it was some of the best, but I’ve ever had super excited for this grow🔥💯

An extremely vigorous girl performing well to this point in hydro. I did a bucket change out week two of grow and honestly hasn't needed any additional nutrients other than topping with fresh RO water w/cal-mag. I topped her beginning of week 4 and now as of this writing gave her a defoliation at base of plant for aeration and applied a bit of LST. We'll continue to monitor ph daily to minimize potential swings. Midweek 4 update - Top off about 3/4 gallon of ph'd (5.5) RO water w/nutrients and cal-mag at a range of 625-630 ppm. TKO just continues to impress me a hydro newbie, but impressed non-the-less. There is approximately 24" of vertical grow space remaining, so the SCROG net is going up, which means the other struggling 5 gal hydro bucket with Ethos Punchberry Cookies will have to move to the 3x3 tent. I'll move two 3 gal Gelato strains into the 2x4 AC Infinity along with the TKO and prepare for final week or two of veg before flipping to 12/12.

Half way through the flowering now. Oreoz from the super sativa seed club is looking great. she loves food and supports HST very well, we did several toppings, and is very suitable for a scrog, she stretch more like a sativa plant, with longer branches but the buds have the typical indica snowball structure, a well balanced hybrid i must say. The smell has some nice hints of chocolate with some gassy creamy background. Very rich in THC and in general a very easy to grow plant. some support is required due to the longer branches

I let her heal under LED after the last major defoliation and moved her to the flowering tent after the first sign of new growth. She wasn't very happy under the intense light ( I don't ever work my plants up to it, i prob should lol) but she's starting to come around :)

D63/F15 - 11.21 - easily the most vigorous plants in the tent. The passion berry has unbelievable structure and stretch. She stands about 6 inches taller than all the others today. I have 5 more fem'd Passion Berry seeds. 😈Depending on how this one finishes and the bud profile, they might get their own tent next run. D66/F18 - 11.24 - Little LA sunset that was such a runt for so long is starting to put on buds all nice. Gonna defoliate her in 4-5 days. More pics to come of the big girls tomorrow after they get defoliated 👍 D67/F19 - 11.25 - Defoliation is complete! Everything is looking great! D69/F21 - 11.27 - the little LA Sunset is looking just dandy, a few more days until the last little defoliation session.

This week went pretty well, I was out of town, but I was able to monitor these ladies by WYZE Cam, and I set up the feedings on a timer, but I only fed them twice per day while I was gone. They are still getting Cal-Mag, maxibloom, and PK booster. Still running on 19/5 light cycle, and I also did some defoliation when I got back in town just to improve some air flow. Overall I am very happy with these genetics from Sweet Seeds, and I believe I am only a couple weeks from harvest, but I will continue to monitor the trichomes with my optics.
