🛸🍜 Week 1 — Cosmic Noodles | Dual Timeline Report | 12/12 Experiment Welcome to Folder 2 — Cosmic Noodles, a unique space in the 8×8 project, because this is the first strain where we are officially documenting two plants evolving under two different timelines, converging now into the same photoperiod and environment. Before anything else: Thank you to the genetics providers @ Zamnesia Seeds, Plagron, Future of Grow, Cannakan, and the entire GrowDiaries community for following this multi-layered grow. Your support makes these experiments possible, and Cosmic Noodles is the perfect strain to explore something new. ⸻ 🌱 Two Plants, Two Origins — One Timeline From Now On Cosmic Noodles here has two versions of herself growing side by side: ⸻ 1️⃣ Plant A — Week 1 Seedling (12/12 From Seed) This is the one officially being logged for this Week 1 report. • Germinated fresh • Started directly under 12/12 from day one • Growing in Pro-Mix mycorrhizal bag • Responding beautifully to early light and nutrition • Leaves are vibrant, symmetrical, and compact • Classic early autoflower posture, but more energized due to the Pro-Mix biology ⸻ 2️⃣ Plant B — The “15-Day Veg Experiment” Plant This one is fascinating: • Germinated earlier (around 2.5 weeks old now) • Grew the first 15 days under normal veg lighting • Reached 5 nodes before switching to 12/12 • Currently in Plagron LightMix Bio • Now entering the same 12/12 conditions as Plant A • Will receive the same PPFD, nutrition, feeding schedule, and environment as the rest of the tent This plant is our autoflower test subject for: “What happens when you veg an auto for 15 days and THEN drop to 12/12?” No one talks about this. No one measures it. Lets pioneering it. ⸻ Medium Differences — Pro-Mix vs LightMix Bio Plant A: Pro-Mix Mycorrhizal Bag (14.5 L) Benefits: • Fast root colonization • Mycorrhizae bond early and extend nutrient access • Perfect for compact 12/12 growth • Excellent for autos that benefit from minimal transplant stress • Air pruning along the bag walls encourages a dense fibrous root system Plant B: Plagron LightMix Bio (Plastic Pot) Benefits: • Light, buffered nutrient profile • Excellent aeration and seedling support • More neutral starter base • Ideal for early veg expansion (which is exactly what she did before the light switch) Now both plants will follow the same regimen, allowing a clean comparison between: • Two mediums • Two ages • Two development speeds • One identical environment This data is going to be priceless. ⸻ 💧 Feeding — Plagron Nutrient Line (Shared Across the Tent) In water: • Terra Grow: 25 ml / 10 L • Power Roots: 1 ml / L • Pure Zym: 1 ml / L • Sugar Royal: 1 ml / L Foliar: • Vita Race: 2.5 ml / L Why it works for this dual experiment: • Power Roots + mycorrhizae = Plant A gains explosive root start • LightMix + Pure Zym = Plant B keeps metabolic stability while adapting to 12/12 • Sugar Royal = improved stress resistance for both plants during transition • Terra Grow = supports nitrogen demands during early growth and adaptation • Vita Race = enhances structure and leaf strength Both plants will now move through the same nutrition rhythm, making differences purely genetic + developmental. ⸻ 🌡️ Environmental Stats (Week 1) • EC: ~1.0 • pH: ~6.0 • Water Temperature: 21–22°C • Room Temperature: ~28°C • Humidity: 65–70% • CO₂: ~666 ppm • PPFD: 500 These conditions are stable and optimized for early autoflower growth, even under 12/12. ⸻ 💡 Lighting — 500 PPFD Under Hyper Red This is where the experiment becomes truly interesting. Plant A (12/12 from seed) Expected behavior: • Compact structure • Fast root establishment • Minimal early stretch • Pre-flower signals earlier than usual Plant B (transition from 15 days veg → 12/12 now) Expected reaction: • A noticeable micro-stretch as she adjusts • Faster metabolism due to increased PPFD • Possible accelerated pre-flower initiation • Bigger structure compared to Plant A, but shorter cycle than full-auto This is brand-new territory — a hybrid between auto behavior, photoperiod cues, and full-spectrum LED influence. You’re creating the data that other growers wish they had. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect Next Plant A (Week 1 Seedling) • Steady node development • Strong root explosion due to Pro-Mix • Compact 12/12 posture • Early visible leaf detail • Potential early pistils in 2–3 weeks Plant B (15-Day Veg Auto) • A small stretch phase • Faster assimilation of high PPFD • Earlier bud site formation than typical autos • Possible hybrid flowering pattern: • More structure than 12/12-from-seed autos • Faster than full-auto-on-18/6 This divergence + convergence is the heart of this folder. ⸻ 📊 Metrics Being Tracked • PPFD reaction • Node spacing differences • Morphology between two timelines • Root behavior in two mediums • Light adaptation after the switch • Stress markers (if any) • Onset of flowering • Leaf geometry and macro details Cosmic Noodles will give us two different stories that merge into one final flower. ⸻ 💬 Final Thoughts Cosmic Noodles is the first folder in the 8×8 project with dual timeframes, making it one of the most experimental and exciting strains in the whole run. Plant A shows the elegance of autos under strict 12/12 from seed. Plant B shows how an auto behaves when given a short traditional veg before switching to a compact flowering cycle. Two beginnings. One destiny. And a lot of beautiful, cosmic data along the way. This report is the foundation for what will likely become one of the most educational folders in the entire project. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6000 (for now A6700 will be doing all future updates) paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. these girls are getting really hungry so I thought I'd toss some more food on their plates. The microbes need some time to break down the amendments so amend now for a few weeks from now. Ill give them another microbe tea to ensure it is digested as quickly as possible. now just sit back and water until the end.

The plants were fed 3 days ago for the last time.. after the soil has dried, only flawless finish will go (probably from tomorrow) for the next 10-12 days, how long will it last... Glookies has a strong, exotic smell, it smells a lot like melon, sometimes a little like coffee... the smell is intense and can be felt even at 40-50 meters, especially at night... it is currently in full potency, some 90% trichomes are cloudy-milky and sometimes amber, when it is removed it will be exactly what an indica dominant hybrid should be... Dos Si Dos 33# also smells a bit like melon, but I think it will completely lose that smell by the end, no lime, citrus and mint as it says, it smells mostly like gelato, which makes sense because it's genetics, but I like it...it's like I planted gelato lol...but unfortunately I won't leave it as long as it requires because the weather won't allow it, I'll take it down in 12 days at the latest because after that the temperatures will go up to 3 degrees Celsius at night, the humidity will go over 70 , it's going to rain, there's no point in keeping it longer than that, I'm just increasing the risk of mold, and it's not like I haven't already thrown away a couple of moldy heads...50% of the trichomes are cloudy-milky, the rest are transparent and some amber... I hope that by the end it will be able to achieve at least full potency because time will not allow for more amber These plants are real viking warriors, they didn't miss a bit of stress, but thank the dear Gods, it was reflected in the potency, and not in the production of seeds... this season is the worst season I've ever experienced, and so are my plants ...throughout the season they were under stress, and I was under even more stress...the weather in May and June was cold, without enough sun, temperatures were low, constant rain, ice and storms...after that came abnormal temperatures that easily exceeded 60 degrees Celsius in the direct sun....drought for almost 3 months, without a drop of rain, on the hottest days some plants drank 100+ liters of water, including food, I couldn't believe it with my own eyes... outdoor this year cost me more than if I did indoor... there were a lot of storms throughout the season... the last storm completely uprooted 3 of my plants and I had to take them down... of course I didn't manage to cut that much grass in time, so I ended up with over 600 g of dry moldy gorilla zkittlez( that's about it, the quarter that I cut gave 150 grams of dry matter, so I realized that there was no reason to continue cutting) it got worse because I didn't have time to cut it, and it was soaked from the rain... I still can't complain even if I I don't like the smell, I'm not a fan, it's potent and the work is relaxing and divine, I managed to save about 20 grams without it being touched at all... I have more strains that have been in jars for some time, but this is not the place for them now, I will certainly include some footage of them in jars as well...all the strains are superb and each is beautiful in its own way...I couldn't stop I decide on just one... dos si dos 33, runtz x layer cake, glookies and mimosa x orange punch I'm definitely planting again in the future.. I'm also interested in what barney's amnesia lemon is like because I really like this one, so next year I'll probably plant it too Dos si dos is about 120 cm tall, glookies 2 m These two plants had additional stress unlike the others which also didn't suffer...they were in smart pots, staked and one morning I go for a tour and see the plant broken, and the pot torn all the way, like a beast that was there.. .did some wild animal fly over there and got tangled up and uprooted it all... and it was as if someone had cut it with a knife, after a few days the same with the other plant, the same completely... then I seriously started to i mean someone is casting a spell on me lol then they were transplanted in early bloom into direct soil Then glookies was transplanted to a place with much less sun than it was in, but at that moment I couldn't choose, what is there is..

All plants are topped at the 3rd node, the 2 sides shoots will become the main branches. Adding the Enzymes to the menu. I will transplant during the next week , I can see the roots coming out the drains holes at the bottom of the pots, meaning it’s the right time to give them more space to keep the growth rate and to avoid any root bounds that will stunt the plants ! Switching to a 600w HID MH extra-Blue to give more light coverage and more space to grow. ( I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control 🐞 )

First week of pre flower. Getting nervous about this transition stage, first plant ever, any advice on how to not screw it all up?!? Also, someone give me some feedback! I think she looks in decent health but I would love some experienced opinions.

The only bottled nutrient I use is silica's 5ml per gal every other week. Other then that I use the EM-1 and ferments I make my self to water and spry the plant. I’m mainly relying on what’s already in the soil and what I’ll be top dressing the plants with as they grow and need more food.

Alright, bad news ladies and gents, I got the bud rot. It’s been humid as hell here and I think the buds were way to dense and not drying. I noticed it by inspecting the buds. As bud rot rots from the inside out, I noticed a few “out of place” leaves on the buds that were brown. From my experience with late season bud rot last year I knew right away. I peeled open the bud and sure enough rot. I looked around a bit more and found it in a few more places, I decided right away to take the large buds, and leave some on the plant to mature. The big green behind the garage, I also found some on one bud, I cut and tossed it. The purple one has no rot yet, I think because of the spacing between the bud sites, it’s not dense. Anyway here is a partial harvest, and some bud rot pics. I’m letting them finish, I’ll just keep an eye on them. Pray for dry weather for me. Cheers.

Hi Bros&Sis! I've been a little bit lazy, indeed, but there's a lot of works to do here, on my girls and as a father of a big family. Enjoy the videos, I decide to put a single short for every strain, to see the beauty in full screen :D

Bred by Synergyautomatics aka SaG Grown by me killerzgentics. 70 days from sprout to harvest. 10weeks total. Top shelf quality buds quads all day! Super easy strain I ran this in soil with advanced nutrients full line and it did amazing. Some of the frostiest auto buds I've ever produced and to be honest some of the best ive seen. Great strain all around.

struggled a lil bit with humidity and temps but things were still okay
