Not much has really changed this week from last week. They are starting to swell up a bit more. Next week I think will be the time to start flushing them.

This week marks Week 18 of veg for the Pineapple Upside Down, and things are getting interesting. The plant is still pushing hard, stacking growth on all sides โ€” more height, more volume, more density. Sheโ€™s clearly in that phase where sheโ€™s comfortable, full of energy, and ready to take every bit of space you give her. But thatโ€™s exactly where the challenge begins. Right now, I still canโ€™t move her into the bloom tent. Thereโ€™s another plant finishing inside, so the space isnโ€™t free yet. And that delay changes the whole strategy, because this girl is getting tall โ€” fast. So the main question of the week is the same one Iโ€™ve been wrestling with for a while: Should I let her stretch and plan a SCROG, or should I top her to keep things low and contained? And to be honest, Iโ€™m still not ready to decide. I want to see her in her final environment before making that call. Transplanting into the bloom tent will change the lighting, the airflow, the VPD, the root-zone rhythm โ€” and I donโ€™t want to shape her structure blindly before she settles in. On top of that, sheโ€™ll need a short acclimation period once sheโ€™s transferred, so thereโ€™s no point in rushing structural training now. It could do more harm than good. So for the moment, the rule is simple: donโ€™t touch anything. Iโ€™m keeping her on the same settings, same nutrition, same EC, same feeding schedule. Sheโ€™s clearly thriving, and when a plant is this comfortable, the smartest move is not to interrupt her momentum. You can feel sheโ€™s building up internal energy โ€” thicker stems, fuller leaves, faster node spacing. All of that will pay off in bloom, as long as I manage the height correctly once she moves to her final tent. This week is all about timing. Letting her grow, monitoring the stretch, and holding the decision until the very last moment. The more I watch her, the more I realize that patience here is probably the winning move. For now, sheโ€™s healthy, beautiful, vigorous, and still accelerating. No signs of stress, no burn, no deficiencies. Just a plant in full confidence. Next week should be decisive โ€” hopefully the bloom tent will finally be free, and Iโ€™ll get a clearer picture of the strategy: SCROG or top. Until then, she keeps growingโ€ฆ and I keep observing.

Alright, bad news ladies and gents, I got the bud rot. Itโ€™s been humid as hell here and I think the buds were way to dense and not drying. I noticed it by inspecting the buds. As bud rot rots from the inside out, I noticed a few โ€œout of placeโ€ leaves on the buds that were brown. From my experience with late season bud rot last year I knew right away. I peeled open the bud and sure enough rot. I looked around a bit more and found it in a few more places, I decided right away to take the large buds, and leave some on the plant to mature. The big green behind the garage, I also found some on one bud, I cut and tossed it. The purple one has no rot yet, I think because of the spacing between the bud sites, itโ€™s not dense. Anyway here is a partial harvest, and some bud rot pics. Iโ€™m letting them finish, Iโ€™ll just keep an eye on them. Pray for dry weather for me. Cheers.

6/2 she is in flower and doing well. Not sure how I feel about my lst method. Most of the plant is only a few inches above the soil. She is spread out well and with some tucking and defoliation all the sights are getting good light. 6/3 she is stretching and looking good. She received a top dressing with Gaia green today. Her pot was damp. The next time she needs water, she will get some great white and will see what else I have to dump in the pot. I'm happy with her so far. Top dressing her was a bit of a challenge. She is so low to the soil, that it's hard not to get the amendments on some leaves. Not very important leaves that should probably be removed anyway. She is in flower, so I can probably take some of the lst spikes out. Let her get off the ground some. Have the light turned up to 80 percent. She has been spending a lot of time outside. The sky has been so clear for the past 3 weeks. It's weird there has been no clouds in the sky, until today. She comes inside when the sun starts to go down. 6/4 she seems to be growing well. She is starting to fill the pot and growing up. Buds are coming along, she is starting to be aromatic and smelling nice. 6/5 not much to report today. Cloudy the past few day so she stayed in the house under the se3000 on full blast. She seems very happy, she was fed this week and I expect to see a jump in the next week or 2. 6/7 she is 35 days old today. She has great color and buds look like they're going to be dense. Mesphito clams this is a pungent strain. I did some stem rubbing and the smell seemed very weak. I have a cheese from seed mafia growing in a 1 gallon 1 week younger and is very pungent. Guess that this could all change.

Day 51, 9th of November 2021: Hi there! Here we go the second week of flowering. This is the time really not much to say apart from the strech they are going through. Especially Spilff's Strawberry ๐Ÿ“ she is crazily doing it. Not much changed maximum a bit more water intake for them. I could write โœ๏ธ review each of them but nothing significant happening it is the transition stage anyways. So rather just post the current settings and facts basically it is just the same like last week when it started. ViparSpectra XS2000 is on full power which is 240W so 100% capacity. Ventilation is different as well under the 12 hours period when the lamp is on it switches 1 hours on and after one hour off mostly to keep the temperature and of course because of fresh air flow. When the lamp is off it switches on in every 2 hours for 15 min at the same time with the extraction fan. The extraction fan is on 12 hours when the lamp is, and then it switches on in every 2 hours for 30 min. That's all a bit more water for them from today also. Humidity quite the same approx 50%, temperature as well approx 26-27 Celsius. Fertilization remains the same since last week, the BioBizz family raised up to be 2ml/L each so it is like 2ml/L of BioGrow, 2ml/L of BioBloom, 2ml/L of TopMax... see the ratio above. The schedule of the fertilization has not changed happnes 2x a week except epsom salt just 1x a week.

Day 43 Lowered grow dose Increased bloom & top max Replaced rhino skin with big bud buds are stacking nicely, pistils are exploding, and frost is coming in. All 3 plants showing slight stress which I believe is from the strong 600w HPS light. Nothing of concern, however not a lot I can do as light is already as full height, however Will Increase air flow more upward. Day 44 Frost has arrived. Bud sites really started to fill out now. Drinking 3L every 1.5 days. Last feed was no grow as wanna cut back on N, and a 50% feed of other nutrients to reduce nute burn. Very happy with progress so far. Day 46 Increased bloom dose, and cut back on all other nutes. Very happy so far.

9/18: New week...fed with Boomerang and Kangaroots 9/19: Applied Axiom harpin proteins and boomboom spray 9/20: Fed full strength TPS One...decent growth. This strain really likes the Nitrogen..they were starving... 9/21: Tucked a few leaves and took some photos and a video. Looking good. Just a couple more days of 24/0... 9/22: Switched out the 560w of 5000k CCT lighting for 720w of 3000k CCT lighting and set the timer for 12/12. Decided against 13/11 with emerson effect...trying to save a few bucks on electricity. I'm keeping the lights at 30" from the tops for a day or two. 9/23: The girls loved their first night of sleep...so perky!

White widow has finished at 64 days. Great plant with a stress free final week. She was on just water this week and was left to dry out for the last 3 days before the chop She's only in a 3l pot of light mix that is only holding probably 2.5l so all in all I'm very happy with her wet weight. I don't see there being too much loss on this one as she drys out as her buds are rock hard dense and leaf mass is at a minimum. Back in 10 days of 18c and 50%. Thanks for looking.

Weird germination process: among the whole tent I had few duds so I had to replace and select. I noticed from the start that the seed didn't germinate correctly having kept the membrane closed tight on top, inclusive of seed shell. I manually removed the redundant seed shell and membrane myself. Germinated using the wet towel method, then planted with michoryzae powder as added boost. A couple of days later I have noticed that the top wilted while suffocated in the shell, however it is already sprouting a perfect "Y" " self-topped" shape to die for. I wasn't planning to train any of the plants in this grow but I will do it with this MOBY DICK: this strain is a high yielding sativa that has historically given me a consistent large harvest each time. It can bush out very quickly and I would have to allocate half a tent just for her.

This two were part of another diary and got moved out due to space reasons at VW8 and moved back indoors at VW20 https://growdiaries.com/diaries/218151-auto-god-s-glue-grow-journal-by-yan402 13.09.25 VW21 Both are looking good and are developing tighter nodes than when they were outside, I'm going to have to keep cutting them back every once and a while I also applied nematodes against thrips and fungus gnats. 20.09.25 VW22 some spots and some yellow leafs, I think it's a root problem, probably root bound, but both seem healthy and are getting thicker so maybe just top up with Coco coir and give a slight different nutrient schedule less Tri Part Bloom could do the trick MAYBE lol. 27.09.25 VW23 Topped up the pots with extra coco coir and trimmed the side roots a bit, both plants were root bound ๐Ÿ“น 03.10.25 VW23 did a HST/LST session ๐Ÿ“น ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐ŸŒฑ Day to day tasks & actions ๐ŸŒฟ ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐ŸŒฑ 11.10.25 VW24 โ€“ Fed 3l of #1 โ†’ 2l runoff (*RUNOFF reused for tomato plants) ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿถ ๐Ÿ’ง Nutrients in 30L #1 ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿถ ๐Ÿ’ง TriPart Micro: 10 โ†’ 30 โ†’ 40 ml = 0.33 โ†’ 1.00 โ†’ 1.33 ml/L ๐Ÿถ TriPart Grow: 0 ml = 0.00 ml/L ๐Ÿ’ง TriPart Bloom: 10 โ†’ 30 โ†’ 20 ml = 0.33 โ†’ 1.00 โ†’ 0.67 ml/L ๐Ÿ’ง Cal-Mag: 60 ml = 2.00 ml/L ๐Ÿถ Home-made FFJ/FPJ (new fish batch): 30 ml = 1.00 ml/L ๐Ÿ’ง pH Down: Citric acid (BuxXtrade) โ€” adjust to ~pH 6.0 ๐Ÿ“ฆ TOTAL : = 160 ml per 30L = 5.33 ml/L ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿถ โš™๏ธโœ‚๏ธโš™๏ธโœ‚๏ธโš™๏ธโœ‚๏ธโš™๏ธโœ‚๏ธโš™๏ธ โœ‚๏ธ Tools & equipment โœ‚๏ธ โš™๏ธโœ‚๏ธโš™๏ธโœ‚๏ธโš™๏ธโœ‚๏ธโš™๏ธโœ‚๏ธโš™๏ธ โœ‚๏ธ 2ร— MarsHydro SP3000 โš™๏ธ MarsHydro 150mm ACF Ventilator โœ‚๏ธ Trotec dehumidifier (big unit) โš™๏ธ Mini no-name dehumidifier โœ‚๏ธ Kebab skewers (LST โ€“ stainless) โš™๏ธ Wire + roast skewers (LST assist) โœ‚๏ธ Scissors (HST) โš™๏ธ Vacuum (for spills & cleanup) โœ‚๏ธโš™๏ธโœ‚๏ธโš™๏ธโœ‚๏ธโš™๏ธโš™๏ธโœ‚๏ธโš™๏ธโœ‚๏ธโš™๏ธโœ‚๏ธโš™๏ธ ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’ ๐Ÿฆ„Fantasy Feast ( Seeds)๐Ÿฆ„ ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’ Species: Hybrid (Regular) Genetics: The mother is Unicorn Whip by Dirty Bird Genetics.
