so i put a screen down. the light can only concentrate power in such a way that if i let them grow tall i will just have a huge central cola that stretches, which this was. i trimmed off some of the lower shit and everything that is more than 8cm below the top... would love to get a proper tent, im sure the reflection would boost my lights usefulness.. i persist..nutrients are by feel at the minute.. following bio canna guide but still adding a couple things like a drop or two of calmag or whatnot... now drinking a litre every 3 days. nice buds forming now. switched to flowering nute cycle now.... sort of... mad scientist shit. keeps me occupied. Hello. This is the end of week 9 and the beginning of week 10 of flowering. OK... One more week of light and then a couple of days of dark and then harvest. Everything is going good here. Had 2 good watering last week. the plants are using up the nutrient that's left in the soil. So I'm expecting some yellowing of leaves next week. my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 60 days and flowering stage was 70 days total (harvested tops at day 63th) the total weight of dry buds was : top buds 174 G + lower buds 55 G = 229 G my overview of strain with details: the seeds: unfortunately i only got 1 seed cracked out of 5 so i will not know how much this genetic can get different but at least i got the chance to grow once of this wonderful strain the plant : in every stage you can ensure that you are dealing with a high level plant , she will get big so you have to control her height LST and SCROG highly recommended , will grow very well with tick stalks and big fan leaves , has good resistance for stress and will respond very well to stress trainings , she really has gorilla power in herself , fresh buds on plant : buds are very compact and dense even from start , fresh blossoms smells like pineapple and mango , 2 different shades of sweet smells like you hold 2 junks of pineapple and mango in your hand and you smell them together, she is a trichome and resin factory , very very sticky , very oily , strong smell dried buds: very compact and dense , hard as rocks , has dark colors with purple hues inside it , it smells sweet smoke : very smooth and sweet like lollipop , pineapple , mango like , after 2 minutes it'll kick in and you'll get higher and higher with every breath , has a strange and especial high mind high mostly

This is a big week for the plants - planning on switching them into veg next week, so all nutrients, topping and mainlining should be completed this week. All nutrients stay the same and lights still at 60cm from the plants. I noted some stress on Chong’s leaves last week and so I also adjusted the water to 7l instead of 10l. Topped the plants on the first node of the mainline again and gentle LST. Day 32 update - Chong has lost a mainline stem. During the changing of the PH controller, one of the lines were pulled too tight and snapped off an entire stem. Going to try save the other half of the mainline and split it into 4 main cola’s.

Hi everyone, Buds are swelling nicely on the blueberry and gorilla. The gorilla is starting to smell amazing. I am hoping that all 3 will have been cut down within the next 4 weeks. The zkittlez hasn't seemed to have done too much and I have kind of given up on the buds fattening up at this stage.. I'm putting it down to this being my first run and the fact that I should have raised them closer to the light earlier as the others were so much taller. I'm thinking to feed the zkittlez plain water for the next 2 weeks to flush before harvest and feed the other 2 for a further 2 weeks before doing the same. what do you think? I'm going to have to make a drying box for outside the tent and fix this to the tent via ducting to create an environemnt for the zkittlez to dry. Does anyone have any advice here seeing as my tent is still going to be in use? Thanks for reading :)

Started trimming tops at day F48 on 2 x Slurricane. Took the rest of the two plants on F53. Unique pheno of the bunch in its early finish, but trichs said it was time Chopped FFT 5 and 9 on day F53 LOTS more to come

So first of before you wonder why tape is falling off the trunk etc, all that is coming off. Little experiment im doing of Super HST, essentially snapped off 3 main nodes and taped them back together. I want to see if this makes a difference in overall weight, quality and any visual differences. The plan is to weigh all 3 total weight individually and compare to other branches of the same node/section of the plant to compare. Becoming a heavy drinker at about just under 1/2 gal per day. Re-calibrated my PH pen as noticed a few spots coming up and the solution was sitting closer to 5.6. More upgrades would be needed if I would opt for constantly running a DWC system as its proven challenging with limited length air lines etc to pull her out of the short tent to work on her stature. Supercropped numerous times to keep the canopy at a manageable 12” from the light. At 95 Watts it’ll be interesting to see what can be pulled from 5 Gal DWC keeping it simple 2 nutrients, Nova and Calmag ✌️

When it should start flowering?

Saturday 16-11-24 , Flowering day # 53 week 8. Harvest day! Cut branches off plants & hung the 2 front plants off the light. Put scrog net back in with a large flyscreen laying on top, & spread branches from the back plant over it. This allows complete air flow around the buds. Running a single oscillating fan beneath pointing to the bottom. Temperature is around 24°C & RH is 55%

Day 37 (from sprout): the last two days, were really hot and the humidity increased to an uncomfortable value of 60-70%. Today I tried to lower the humidity with more ventilation, keeping the tent open and reinstalling a pot cover I had previously removed from the pot in the back. Furthermore, I made sure to give the girls another intense trim.

this week I saw the beginning of flowering:) the girl is growing very slowly, but definitely with beautiful, strong branches, I think there will be wonderful flowers:) which I will have to wait to see :) basically everything looks good:) I think in about 2 weeks I will give her more space, because the Mimosa growing nearby will already be ready for harvest :) so the whole growing box will be left only for this lady:) good luck to everyone:).

Humidity was freaking high for a while in my area and I'm struggling with RH in the tent, I didn't want the big dehumidifier to work 24/7 but this led to appearance of mold on a tiny side cola. Lesson learned. I did cut everything above the cola and made sure the rest was OK. Continuous surveillance until harvest, that should happen in a few days. Trichomes are almost all milky and her smell is telling me she's ready 😎
