Today I top dressed everyone with a full strength feed of nature’s pride bloom, compost, added bacteria, kelzyme calcium and a handful of promix. This will be the last feeding for both the blackberry breaths. It looks like everyone else is going to go 9-10 weeks so they will get 1 more feeding. Either way I’m going to harvest everything at once so the bbb’s are going to get extra ripe. The frost on the one pheno is insane. Smells are amazing so far too. Will report smell after drying. I just grabbed a full organic nutrient line for use in my next run. I got more of the nature’s pride veg and bloom dry amendments, boogie brew tea, kelzyme xx calcium, EM1 microbes and method 1pps spray. I will also be using Alaska fish emulsion (5-1-1) worm castings, WOW mycorrhizae and a pre inoculated 50/50 coco promix blend. Seeds came in!!! They hooked it up fat too. I got the 12 dolato seeds I ordered plus Slurricane F1 x6 and puro loco x6. The puro locos are going to be used for outdoor and I might do a little pheno hunt of the slurricane this year. The F1 is supposed to be better or more likely to show genes from both parents. Can’t wait! So today I forgot to water and it really looks like it shocked them... they all drooped like crazy and yellowed out more. I got them all watered and raised the light to ease some of the stress. Worst time possible to forget a watering!!! Won’t let it happen again. I was reading that PPFD levels over 1000 require added co2 and my light is well above 1000 at 8”. That could also be another reason my plants yellowed out so quickly. Next round I’m going to up the nutes and get one of those bottles of co2 and see if they make a difference. I would have to keep my filter on a timer so it wouldn’t deplete so fast. Or just use it for the parts of my grow that doesn’t need a filter. I didn’t even need the filter until week 3-4 of flower. I cleaned the sock on my carbon filter and now it’s just sucking the life out of my tent. The humidity went from being too high to being too low. Going to lower the speed until the humidity is proper. This tent isn’t that old and that filter sock was disgusting. Going to try stablizing my RO water with a bit of snow in the winter and rain in the summer

Day 49 to 56. I'm not going to hide that I'm in a hurry to finish the run. The mold arrived at the end of bloom because of me, it's depressing... Thanks for your comments these last weeks. :) This 8th and last week of bloom for the Kum Zuat 1. I continued to rinse the plant all week with power clean at 5ml/l. The Kum Zuat was harvested at 56 days of bloom with 1 week of rinsing. I still found some mold on some buds of several plants that I immediately removed. My yield will be affected, I still have this pretty Kum to cheer me up! All the photos and videos on this update are about Kum Zuat 1. The other plants have been fertilized normally for this 8th week, you will find them in pictures next week. I enter the 9 th week of bloom and I have 4 plants left which will be all cut on day 63 of bloom also with 1 week of rinsing. 1 kum zuat 1 kosher cookies 2 gmo x animal cookies Can't wait to start this new run.... Just pulled it today. Lots of pics to come and the weigh in. Going to update everything as I cure. Curing is going well. Speed dried a little as I’m impatient as hell. Pretty happy with the results. This White Widow strain is very good. Extremely resistant to bugs. I’ve dealt with a spider infestation throughout this grow and only got it under control in the last few weeks. Daily maintenance and cleaning got me through flower and I was able to pull this off. At harvest it was cut and immediately went into a bud wash to clean them up and remove any leftover mites, residue, etc. I usually do a bud wash, especially if it’s outdoor. If done properly it has no impact and I find it produces a smoother taste tbh. This was my second attempt at dwc. I’m very happy with it and will continue. I’ll update the weights when things are cured.

Day 71 (August 26th): Watered the ladies again today, everything is still looking great. Pheno 1 is starting to get yellow leaves, still diagnosing the issue. Day 73: The soil is drying out super fast. The roots are coming up through the soil now. These girls are root bound for sure. Next grow will be 20 gallon pots for sure. Day 74: I’ve got a nitrogen deficiency on one of my phenos. Added a bit more Power Bloom 2-8-4. It’s a bit too early for these girls to be starving for nitrogen. A couple more weeks and I’ll let it fly. Day 77: That’s a wrap on week 5 of flower. 3-4 weeks until harvest!

Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

Day 64 - Starting week 10 today and flushed her with 2 gallons of water and 40ML of FoxFarm’s Sledgehammer. I’m hoping these last two weeks she’ll really fatten up and start her leaf fade. Went ahead and removed a couple of dead fan leaves from the bottom as well. Day 66 - Nothing much new today, she’s definitely still fattening up. Had to remove a couple more dying leaves but all good other than that. Will give her straight pH’d water next watering and then will do one more flush with the Sledgehammer after that. Day 67 - Nothing much new today, gonna end up needing some water tomorrow. She’s still plumping up nicely and smells amazing. Day 68 - Gave her 2 gallons of plain pH’d water today to try and get all the nutes out so she’ll start eating from her leaves. Looking at the trichs, I’m looking at a chop happening next weekend. Day 69 - She definitely swelled up quite a bit over the last 24 hours. She looks to still be on track for getting chopped this weekend. I’ll give her a bit more water and sledgehammer in a day or two and then let her dry out till chop day. Might try putting her in complete darkness for 24-48, just to see if I notice any difference in her. Day 70 - The end of week 10 and everything is still on track to be chopped no later than this weekend. I don’t really see any clear trichs in there and starting to get some amber. Will probably give her one last flush tomorrow and let her go until the weekend.
