The process sped up by a 1.5/2 wks with 70hrs extra light over those 40 days. 1.5 during pre and 2 hrs up until now. Only when I check the trichs at the start of the wk. I seen how ripe was. As I was going off pistils and by breeder days rec for flowering. Not taking into account how much faster IR adds to your extra DLI. buds are rock hard. Not huge. But man, they're like rocks. Flushed last wk. And she threw herself into end of life. So, she a holding on. She was on heavy syns at the end of her life and finishers that have, have to be washed from the bud. I put under my SF1000 the last few days. To soften the blow she was getting from such a high co2/temp environment last wk. She was given a hard flush the start of this week. Myth about flushing or not. The stuff I was using. YOU HAVE TO FLUSH, so, she's been on water the past week. And believe it or not. I flushed the 1st time. Got it down to my tap ppm by 20L and threw the top on for good mes. Day 94 when she dried out. Ran 1L through her. Ppm was 600. Reflushsed, and only the last few days. Her leaves are given in. There's still nutrients left though. She got tested was still 250 yesterday. So, flushed again. And she's getting pult in a few hrs. As always. My diaries will be a few weeks behind so I can get a cure and test. And only then do I fairly rate. Thanks to Pure Instinto. And to all who viewed this diary. Much appreciated to the light provider Mars-Hydro, was a pleasure. And good results. Buds are rocks. Not huge. But rocks. A GRADE for sure. Won't have any shrinkage concerns here. Harvested Decided to pull her. She's fully done. Took the 2nd set of her nodes, rough trim & put to quick dry with the plant itself hang drying in shit weather 19-21.5c so she got fully watered before harvest and the RH is kept high at 65-70 to prolong the dry. There is a risk of mold. But with the heat an contest air exchange, its unlikely. Has a lovely cookies sweet smell with a bit of dankness. Also, a floweree smell. Which will go when dried. Really glad so far, even with my high temperatures, now knowing how to dry in summer, I've yet to get any hay smell, (signs the dry went badly against your quality of bud) can be rid of in a long cure but, and early signs of it. Still has an affect on strength. Read the process as something breaks down for it to get like that. And once it happens, there's no getting the potency level back. But, the smell yes. After 2-4 months, depending on the servaity of the hay smell. Here, I'm not sure what will happen yet. Week 5 of flower's here and these ladies are looking sexy as hell!🔥🤪 11/28- All three Tropicana Cookies are getting to the point that it's time to begin flushing them. My dilemma is that, with six pots in the closed loop system and three of them occupied by a different strain that is 10+ days behind the Tropicana Cookies, I can't run straight water through the system to flush without negatively affecting the other strain that is right in the middle of flower. My solution that I've come up with is to pull the Tropicana Cookies from the AirCubes and put them on drip trays so that I can flush them without affecting the flowering of the three plants from the other strain. *Note to self: When starting a run with this system, MAKE SURE ALL six plants break ground together! Also growing a single strain would be way better than mixing strains with this system as you can only give one strength of nutrients regardless of what each particular plant needs for optimum growth. 11/30- Today was the LAST day that these ladies have to sit in the AirCubes. This evening, right after 'lights on', I pulled all three plants from the AirCubes and placed them on plastic drip trays that hold a little over 2L. When I pulled them the first thing I noticed (besides the odor) was the amount of roots that were growing outside of the fabric pot (I thought they were supposed to 'air prune' the roots) and the copious brown slime coating the inside of the bucket and the bottom of the fabric pot...smh. So, from here on out I'll be manually flushing all three with 2L each of straight well water that has a 150ppm base, to which I add 1/64th teaspoon of NPK Yucca Extract, then I ph it to 6.0 @ 68℉. After flushing, I wait around 15min, then I use a wet vac to remove the runoff from the drip tray. 12/2- I'm continuing to flush all three at an interval of 3 times daily with 2L of water and they all are doing fantastic! The #3 is starting to fade, and the pistils on both the #1 and #2 are turning color from snow white to a darker tan or red, and I anticipate their fade to begin sometime soon. Well Fam, there's five weeks of flower on the books and these ladies are just about ready to finish up! Week 6 Flower Blooming Watered in at 800ml Top dressed 2tbs worm castings. Epsom Salt 1tbs to 4l - bought at the local pharmacy.

Flush It

The first part of this week has been great. It's cool but dry. There's was no dew on day 2. It's sunny with low humidity during the day. The plants are feeding on the built up nutes in the soil. I did not feed the listed formula although that is what I use prior to the flush week and thought I'd include it. We missed two projected rains and received one very light rain in the early a.m. hours of day 6 of this week. This was a great week for the girls. The rain didn't materialize like the forecast. We still had p.m. hours humidity in the 90s and cool nights, but these girls handled it. Only one has shown susceptibility to powdery mildew. Overall this is a beast outdoor strain for the Midwest USA. We have had a lot of leaf eating caterpillars attacking the plants because the trees are losing their green leaves. Just some natural defoliation no biggie.

Week 7 of flower. Ro water Calmag 5 ml per 10l A+b 30 ml per 10l Ult pk 25 ml per 10l Ph 6 Light 100% Last week before I start flush. They are putting on size nice and have a warm baked smell to them.

This week was marked by stable climate control and healthy plant response after the recent transplant. The SCROG net was maintained, and light defoliation was performed on the larger plant to open up the canopy. The smaller plant, though bushy, was left mostly intact to avoid over-stressing after transplant. Both plants showed daily leaf movement — reaching for the light during the day and relaxing at night — a sign of good turgor and rhythm. Environmental conditions stayed well within target, with VPD averaging around 1.14 kPa during the day and 0.92 kPa at night. On Sunday, a corrective action was taken to address minor color variations: the feed was adjusted to include the full bloom-phase nutrient mix at 75 % strength. Spoiler: within 24 hours, the color balance already started to improve. Reason for transplanting the smaller plant: The smaller Special Queen was transplanted from an 11 L fabric pot into an AutoPot system to ensure more consistent watering and nutrient delivery during the bloom stretch. The original pot was starting to dry out unevenly, which risked fluctuations in moisture and root zone health. By moving it into the AutoPot setup, we aimed to stabilize its environment, promote steady root expansion, and allow it to keep pace with the larger plant under the SCROG. The transplant was carried out carefully to minimize root disturbance, and the plant showed no signs of transplant shock in the following days.

Day 73 & this lady is massive! The buds are really starting to get huge & the smell is unbelievable, I can’t wait to see how it taste! Will definitely be ordering some more from spliff seeds👍🏼👍🏼 Thanks for following & happy growing friends!🙏🏼🌱✌️🏼

Ganja Farmer seeds Ak 2.0 XL auto Day 32 from sprout ViparSpectra XS2000 dialed in at 75% Watering every other day to every 2 days LST has worked well thus far with this strain. I am happy with how she is filling out and cant wait to see how much larger she gets. I am posting photos and the timeline from earlier this week.
