Very progressive week in. I am not changing the journal itself yet to flower since the flowers are only just forming like today or yesterday ish. From next week, I will change journal to reflect that as well. Helps me with ranging the PK week accurately. As I mentioned before, Mammoth P was received with no seal however seller adamant that product is all good. To be honest, I immediately started seeing difference in girls (in a good way 😊). They are much more stacked (very short inter nodal distance on new growth) and this started to happen soon as I started giving Mammoth P. Still no way to tell for sure what exactly is working, therefore, I am sticking to "it IS genuine product in its genuine form". Just to be on safe side, I ordered some Recharge as well LOL 😅 This shit is Sealed as fuck so I have ZERO doubt. I will be adding that once a week from here on too... just in time. Important update is that after the cycle was changed to 12 hours light, I saw leaf tip burn on one of the girls (nothing major) beginning of the week, I narrowed it to Light stress so moved em back a bit and lowered the nutes too just in case (sativas do tend to be more moody or is it just me)...Anyway, She is spot on once again so all good. I found Canazym really helps with keeping girls happy, especially after a defoliation or a stress. Haven't yet defoliated heavily just one odd leave picked from down below as I plan to lollypop her bit later, (Lollypoping is way to go with these flat lights , COBs are another story). So they are being prepped for the hair cut, I expect week later. Our beauty is looking good, isn't she? Her buds are thickening and the trichomes getting more of that gorgeous purple color. Some are already cloudy, few (most of them are damaged, probably due to looking at them under our mikroskopic lense too closely) turned amber. Harvest is set to be at week 8 in flower, so it's 2 weeks from now on, but we'll see how she develops by then. Smell-wise it's pretty bareable right now; we feared that our whole apartment would smell like a huge coffeeshop in amsterdam, but by keeping the door to our "growroom" closed you can hardly smell anything. It's only when touching some frosty leaves while defoliating that you get some of the strain-specific scents, mostly consisting of citrusy aroma with earthy undertones. Temperature is stable right now; the severe heat wave should be gone for the next weeks and by meagerly opening the door we can adjust the temperatures quite good. Humidity is also pretty solid thanks to our dehumidifier.

I'm adding week 2 first, then I'll go back to week 1 and fill in all the details on my set up and strategy. But at this point the CBD Medi Kush is 2 weeks out of the humidity dome. I sprouted these seeds in a paper towel again (even though I swore it off previously) . I started with 3 seeds and all 3 sprouted within 48 hours, transplanted the seeds to soil with the roots sticking out of the shell about 1/2 inch (or 1 cm) then only 2 of the 3 seeds grew out of the soil. Also, I'm growing 2 DinaFem DinaMed CBD plants also from seed and had the EXACT same experience with the 3 DinaMed seeds. I still feel I have the best success rate with putting the seed directly in soil. I'll be planting seeds directly in soil from now on. If I try something else again please slap me 😉 Anyway, since out of the humidity dome both plants are looking great! Nice and bushy looking little seedling. I don't plan on feeding anything for a while and let the plants use up the nutrients in the soil.

Slowly going into flower. I mean real slow lol. It's showed some pistills about a week ago and still you really have to look for them a week later. My veg lights are 5700k and are on 24/7. Guna let them stretch a bit more and flip to my flower light's 3500k and change time to 20/4 sometime this week

Bei der FrostBanger mussten wir so gut wie nichts weg nehmen, die hat jetzt schon so dicke Buden und ist definitiv der süße Pheno, was uns freut, denn den genießen wir gerade auch aus dem letzten Run. Jetzt müssen sie sich vom Stress erholen und dürfen dann schöne volle buds ausbilden. Here are a few pictures from flowering day 21, before and after defoliation. A little bit of lollipopping was also done. With FrostBanger, we only had to remove a few leaves, it already has such thick buds and is definitely the sweet phenotype, which we're happy about, as we're currently enjoying that one from the last grow. Now they need to recover from the stress and then they can develop beautiful, full buds.

This is officially my first grow. I have some experience with gardening and especially bonsai. Its going to be quite challenging given the limited height of my tent.

The smell is amazing. And amazingly strong. It’s been really humid here and my carbon filter isn’t working well. Few more weeks for the kush. Maybe 3-4 for the cbd Sativa. Getting excited. But as always not looking forward to trim.
