Week 1 Day 5 Flower Hi Everyone 🖐️🏻 Thanks for looking in! I switched to flower 5 days ago and the girls are filling out well each day. I just today drilled a hole in the floor and inserted an iron rod into it which now pulls the net in a lot tighter and has allowed me to start tucking and guiding branches where they can get the best light and fill the net. I have supported this with a bit of defoliation to get light to those lower branches and get them pushing growth towards the canopy. As the next two weeks progress I will continue to defoliate and even remove some lower branches which aren't likely to benefit the canopy and in fact deprive the canopy of some energy. The roots are looking good rapidly colonizing the tubs, I've had to return them to the trays from the reservoir below several times which is a headache I'm happy to have😂 I may have flipped too early and aren't likely to fill the area but it should still be a heavy crop and if rather have a manageable grow than a jungle. If it proves way off then next time I grow the same strain using the same method I'll add another week to the veg. - Not much to report this week. Shes still stretching like crazy. - Lowered the pot down in the bucket a few Centimetres because she reached the top of the led strips already. Now shes reached them again, hopefully she doesn't stretch much more because i'm quickly running out of space. In the worst case scenario, ill have to move her outside. - Finally some pre-buds started forming towards the end of this week. - Its drinking a lot as well, giving her a good soaking of about 2 litres every 2-3 days.

There really is only 4 auto plants in there!! Lol 😆😆

Day 91 - Getting very close to the end now. Some parts have been harvested already when I see an amber trichome. Those are in the dry net.

Today I harvested after about 24 hours with lights turned on. The smell is strong lemon with a hint of mint :) I cant wait to taste her when its dry, and in my opinion it smells and looks good :) Had some problems with temperature, but with some gear improvements I think I got the right solution for it for next time. Final product is been absolutely amazing on these clones - the jungle came out about average but the clones definitely exceeded expectations there absolute fire in comparison but still just as good hopefully I can just improve a few issues we had on this run and dial right in 100% will be so much better, next few run is going to be special I’ve got a few things lined up. From tester packs to breeders packs I can hunt from. So lots to choose from but what to keep to run will be interesting

3-30-20 Yummy! That's all I can say when I open up the tent. Will up their feed strength next res change since I think they could use a bit more nutrients. 4-4-20 Week 5 coming to an end and things are looking good and smelling better! Frost is starting to pile on these girls nicely. One thing I did notice on one of the Cali Sunsets is that some of the top most leaves are starting to turn purple from the backside. Don't know if its the strain or maybe a P Def? We'll have to wait and see I guess

Day 28: I got home from 10 days of holidays and these girls had cruised along as if I had been there with them the whole time. They are very happy, especially the middle one. The small one on the right has always been small, is what it is. She could be a stack little shorty. Time will tell. I did a feed today, top dressed according to Gaia Green at 15 ml/ gal of media which should last approx 2 weeks. I also added a bit more 444 just to make sure there’s enough N during this stretch phase. All 3 have pistols showing and are starting to flower. I was unable to train as much as I’d have liked but is what it is. Sometimes the more indica strains I’ve done are negatively effected by topping and excess training. I removed a couple huge fans that were shading too much of the plant. I also am trying a “super cropping” of top fans to get them out of the way but still save them as a nute source if they need. We’ll see how it goes. The Vipar spectra xs2000 is killling it as usual. As I’ve said 50 times it’s super powerful and I’ve had to raise the light above recommended height as I started to see leaf edge curl and light stress. No problem at all tho, better too powerful and raise it than too weak and have loose buds. I did a micro top just to stop excessive apical meristem stretch and leaving all the other lower branches too low for effective light absorption or burn on the top cola. Happy Growing 🌱
