9/26 This fucking sucks. Site won't let me upload pictures. Flood warning in effect. I believe this is the fifth day of rain. Not trickles. Sheet rain and high winds. My dream catchers have been taking this like a champ. Ice cream cake was totally sideways for awhile despite vertical trellis. I came down this morning to branches bent at 90° angles. I could've taken them but if I make it through this rain today it's supposed to stop tonight. Then I'll have a week of good weather. Buds are exploding. Even the ice cream cake. That will need more time but I'm getting close with the others. They are never out of sight. I'm surprised they've held up so well so far. I made my decision it would be stupid to alter it now, seeing how the storm is ending. I was going to spray k bicarb but I'll wait until after this rain.UPDATE: Went back over and the garden was flooded. I needed to put one grow bag on top of another as one plant was in six inches of water. I drained it and added supports and pulled off any dead leaves. I tried taking a video but it was raining so hard it stopped after 7 secs. Luckily my dreamcatchers are strong AF. Took to little ones and put them under the barn under a light. It's FINALLY stopped raining. After I smoke I gotta go back over and shake buds again and check for rot. Luckily nothing was broken but it was hanging right down. Fucking sucks. Spent like two hours in sheet rain. UPDATE: Stopped raining. I went over and continued to defoliate and cut little bits of rot from the interior. Sprayed a gallon of potassium bicarbonate and dawn on ever spot of rot I could find. I've been to the patch multiple times today. Found a few earwigs. I think I've found my problem. Late stage leaf septoria with earwigs eating the rotting plant matter. Fucking sucks but at least I have an idea. Can't upload pics and phone wouldn't even work in the rain. One 7 second video. 9/27 The extra work I've been putting in has certainly helped. I got in touch with a company who will do any type of extraction I want for $200 a lb. Fucking awesome. My cousin got 250 grams love rosin last year with this same company. I am sore. I checked trichs but I'm not seeing much Amber yet. Buds are gaining density fast. At least now that I have an idea what my problem is I can address it. Plants showed signs of pm after drying out. I did a k bicarb spray and this morning there isn't a spot. I need to take care of what's hanging so that's the plan today. 9/28 I think I made the right decision.my plants are looking good. Not where I want them but it's getting close. I checked the trichs this morning. Under 24 hour surveillance till harvest. Well it has been but now I stay up every nigh watching the cctv. Went down in the middle of the night to check for nocturnal bugs. Didn't find any. I've been defoliating the yellow septoria leaves. I went through every plant and cut out any rot and removed andy sugar leaves that started to turn brown. This and the k bicarb seem to help. I think that Leaf septoria has dwarfed the growth of the smaller dream catcher. Buds don't seem to be growing much more. Even my ICC has buds almost the size of the little one. The other dreamcatcher will probably be an elbow plant. The ice cream cake has beefed up incredibly and is covered in trich's. I'm super excited but I'm cautious at the same time. I hate that fucking dog but it's an added layer of security. Soon I'll do the harvest report for DJ short blueberry. 9/29 Trich's are changing fast. Haven't been watering lately do to all the rain. Plants are real real close. Up all night watching. Dog flipped out at 4am but no one was there. I want to wait until I have a little more Amber but I'm super excited. I may end up taking some tops. May end up doing a k bicarb spray today. Haven't decided yet. I'll update as I go. I've been making head way trimming the blueberry. 9/30. Things are looking beautiful. The smell at the garden is amazing. Lots of hard work left. Plants do have septoria and slight pm so I may do a bud wash. I cut a branch from each plant. I think I'm at the point of diminishing returns. Every wet night mold and critters take more and the chances of some idiot coming to try and take my shit increases. I may end up harvesting a little earlier. I'd lie to wait but the trichs look pretty good to me. Still doing all the maintenance required. I am extremely proud of this grow. I fought everything this year. Started with mites and thrips. Powder mildew came with them too. Now I've faced every pest or disease this year. At least it seems that way. SuperSativaSeedClub PurplePunchOG Auto Week 5 update for these 3 little ladies. They all seem to be growing at different rates but over all seem healthy. I've decided to do a defoliation on all three, topped two and did some LST training so it's definitely been an eventful week. I'll start introducing some General Hydroponics 3 part Flora series in the coming feedings. Over all Happy Growing.

This week they started show va lot of yellow leaves, I was addind some more nutrients since I Think they can still fatten a bit more. On some of them you can see there are some crunchy leaves , which bothers me a bit.. is it normal? One of them is not drinking that much water lately so I'm just feeding it with water, hopefully I can harvest it within a week a or less, the rest of them are still drinking a lot so I'll keep feeding them with nutrients but with only 2ml/ Lt Smell is super strong and even with the carbon filter the whole room smells like poison, hahaha, luckily i the rest of the house smell it's barely noticeable Looking forward to harvest and finish everything, this last period is has been the toughest cuz I need to know when exactly to start the root wash

WEEK 3 of flower, A lot went on this week. The watering's in between feeding were made up of CAL MAG and SILICA and I boosted the P & K in the feeding, another round of defoliation and a deep watering after the feeding dried up from last week. I have seen a minuscule amount of nutrient burn only on a few leaves, 1 or 2 at most. It looks like the increase in canopy can handle the extra food, If you see the time lapse it was in 8 days and the stretch is very apparent a super speed version at the end ala Gary Numan,

Ich musste mich etwas nach dem Wetter richten. Der Sommer hat sich etwas Zeit gelassen. Wir hatten hier noch einige kalte Nächte wo man die Damen dann zu viel hin und her räumen müsste. Dazu auch nicht so viel Sonne wie man sich wünscht. Das soll sich aber in der nächsten Zeit ändern. Um den werdenden Ladys bestmögliche Bedingungen im Outdoor-Bereich zu bieten muss man sich leider etwas nach dem Wetter richten. Daher werden die Seeds kommenden Mittwoch in ein Glas Wasser mit Seedbooster Plus von Plagron für 15/16 Stunden eingelegt bevor es zum keimen in die Anzuchttöpfe geht. Wenn alles nach Plan läuft, erblicken die Ladys spätestens Sonntag das Licht der Welt. Dann werden sie für die erste Woche kontrolliert im kleinen Anzuchtzelt angezogen. Spätestens den Sonntag darauf an Tag 7 kommen die jungen Damen in jeweils 11L Stofftöpfe. Die drei Ladys werden dann bis zu den ersten Blüteanzeichen in einem kleinen Gewächshaus Platz finden. 3 Seeds Auto Candy Bubatz XL von DutchPassion wurden in ein Glas mit Wasser und 2 Tropfen Seedbooster von Plagron für ca 15 Stunden eingelegt. Danach ging es für die Seeds in kleine Anzuchttöpfe. Mit einer kleinen Heizmatte unter den Anzuchttöpfen und den Kuppeln auf den Töpfen wird für das warm/feuchte Klima gesorgt, das die Seeds anfangs benötigen um zu keimen. Am Tag an dem die Ladys das Licht der Welt erblicken, kommen die Kuppeln ab und die Ladys spüren dann auch ihre ersten Luftzüge. Nach 3 Tagen in den Anzuchttöpfen hat eine Lady und nach 4 Tagen haben auch die beiden anderen Ladys das Licht der Welt erblickt. Das Substratgemisch besteht aus ca 75% BioBizz Lightmix und ca 25% Cocos mit Perliten. Auf das fertige Substratgemisch kommen dann noch ca 5% Megaworm von Plagron. Angegossen wurde mit 1g/L BioEnhancer und 1ml/L PowerRoots. Der ph-Wert wurde vor dem gießen auf 6.0 korrigiert. Jede Lady bekam für den Anfang ca 30ml in die Anzuchttöpfe. Möge der Grow beginnen.

Week 7 of flower in the books and we’ve had to adjust to the height issues in an attempt to salvage what we can of the largest mains on the cheese. Really should’ve done this 2 weeks ago and while it’d be preferable not to supercrop this late in flower - there really wasn’t a choice. It was done early in the week and the plant is none the worse for wear. On the whole, the nute burn issue has been rectified and while the damage isn’t massive, it’s still really obvious. For all the above reasons, We’re really not going to get that late flower look with this plant. Kinda sad there. Otherwise, the plants have begun to colour up and were quickly coming in to the harvest window. At this rate it looks like the gorilla cookies and cherry Bomb will go off first, with the cheese to follow and the lemon haze last. The GC is absolutely covered in trichs. We expect a great finish for this one. She’s unlike any pheno I’ve seen on here - ducksfooted with a pineapple shape to her heads but again, got it where it counts. The cherry Bomb is similar but also true to her description - huge cherry diesel scent coming off this plant. She’s chunky and sticky too so very pleased she’s made something of herself. The lemon haze is developing And rounding out slower. Trich production is moderate and I suspect she’s got a week longer than the rest. We’re getting there - maybe a week to 10 days. Almost time for jazz hands👍😎. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. So week 10 started and for Gorilla Cookie and Strawberry Pie this gonna be the final last 10 days I think. Started to flush the soil with 6.6 pH water and clean fruits. Gelato on day 61 still gonna need more time 2 weeks + Don't know about her Budsizes the nugs looks a bit small for me, but the smell is really amazing. Gelato 2 on day 35 starting to get in Flower. GSC also day 35 still need some time think 3-5 days And on Day 26 Cheese is going to flower too. She gonna stretch a lot I think never had such a plant like this. Updates coming 👍 Last days from Week 10 for Strawberry Pie, Gorilla Cookies and Gelato. I gonna chop Gorilla this weekend she's got the most amber on her it's about 10/90 . Should be good in 3 days + 48 H hours darkperiod. Strawberry Pie still need 1 more week I think maybe just 4-5 days don't want her to be so much amber I prefer a good headhigh also she's indica. Gelato still need more time to fatten up the buds. Maybe 10 days. Shes got a really interesting smell but the buds a bit small compared to SBP and Gorilla. But it's OK she's got the best structure and amazing symmetry. Gelato 2 and GSC are doing well And Cheese still looks a bit weird, potted her on Biobizz light mix without mixing florganics and coco. Maybe that's the point. I don't gonna use light mix next time. Allmix doing the job very good. Updates coming in week 11
