papaya cookies has now completed her stretch. typical for papaya, she develops purple/pink pistils. such a beauty. hopefully the weather will stay good enough for her bulk.

This week has been great.I'm glad that I was able to pull the plant when I needed to. The weather out here isn't always the best coming towards the end of October. How ever i handle it the best we can. What ive learned to do is wet trim before hang dry. Heres some phots of these glossing nugs. Iknkw ill lose a bitin water weight but im happy none the less. Fire 🔥 This has been a great grow, I learned a lot from Growing out here in new mexico. It was amazing to be able to train these plants 4 into one using training techniques. LST, HST, Defolation & topping all play a roll. It is fun to learn and sharpen my skills. I hope everyone enjoys my diary. Thank you so much Divine seeds. Just a beautiful grow

It's been a pretty interesting last couple of weeks. Gorilla Zkittlez have quite the stretch in early flower. So far they have tripled in height, but goddamn they're frosty. The Canuk Blueberry doubled in high and is now packing on a little bit of weight.

This week it really started flowering, there is a lot of wind and the earth dries very quickly despite the mulch. But level Stress she reacted very well from the beginning. Very good genetics so far.

The Mars Hydro FC-E1500, the Inkbird dehumidifier, and the auto-draining pot stands have all arrived this week. I will set up the pest control, nutrients, and the Exhale CO2 bag when I return from Italy. I will be leaving for 9 days next week, and I must admit, it makes me quite nervous to leave the house for a trip. However, I have tested the automation system, and it should take care of the light cycle and feeding/watering remotely. It is surprising to see that the "normal" leaves are already twice the size of the round cotyledons (or "seed leaves") after just 4 days. This indicates that my autoflowering plants have already entered the vegetative growth stage. It's a positive sign that the autoflowering genetics are taking effect and the plants are progressing rapidly, even at this early stage. The DLI (Daily Light Integral) of 18.6, which I have set, is ideal for supporting this quick transition. Providing sufficient light intensity and duration during the vegetative stage is crucial for autoflowering strains as it fuels their accelerated growth and development. I have been watching the size and appearance of the leaves to track the plants' progress. Maintaining the optimal environmental conditions I have been going for including an 18/6 photoperiod, a temperature range of 24-28°C, and a relative humidity (RH) of 55-70%, which should theoretcially enable my autoflowers to continue thriving in the vegetative stage. The fact that my plants have reached this milestone within the first 3 days is a promising indication of a fast and productive growth cycle.

Early Trichome production, bud sites increased in size

The heads are starting to swell now , the lowers are looking undeveloped still. I might do a little defoliation to let in some more light next week. I’ve noticed the first bit of change in a couple of the old lower fan leaves this week. At this stage I’m not too concerned. Buds are frosty, sticky and dank smelling.

She's clearly not happy. She hasn't been happy for a couple of weeks looking back at past weeks.

Wish the buds would have got a little bigger but feel like that’s particularly my fault for a short Veg but overall I am blow away by the outcome for all the seeds to just be random bag seeds! 2 of the plants are drying now 3rd one will be cut tomorrow & the other 2 got probably 2 more weeks! Will do a taste & smoke report and also give a weight as soon as they dry & cure a little bit but honestly couldn’t be happier with my first grow! Extremely happy with the out come this is honestly some of the best bud I have ever smoked! Amazing to me this came from a random bag seed, it has a very citrusy flavor, smells & smokes amazing! Honestly a 10/10 in my book, wish I could knew what strain this was so I could grow it again!😫❄️✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 3 Dry weight 34g, smells & look phenomenal, the buds are much smaller & had the smallest yield so far but this is by far the best smelling so far! Will have a smoke update on this one soon, stay tuned friends & happy growing!✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 5 dry weight was 52g it dried a little faster than plant 4 which I will probably jar tomorrow! Misty has more light now. Fertigated 2l. Day 23: I have heavily pruned the companion plants and performed some LST and defoliation (where big fan leaves block nodes, or are in the way). Pretty radical looking changes, brutal perhaps. I did it to Nesia last week and she responded very well. So let's see how Misty handles it. I have been doing increasingly tough LST since Day 7 in preparation for this brutality so she should bounce back. Day 24: See? :) Day 25: Misty had breakdrought at 0900. Fertigated approx 4l. Day 26: Trying to wait a week before further training. Day 27: Did a little gentle LST and took off 2 leaves. Didn't manage to wait a week only 4 days. Day 28: Fertigated 5l.
