The first picture day 44! Well, we've finally got the purple colours coming in very strongly! Even the fan leaves are turning purple. The progression of the pigment looks like a pathogen has taken over but it's just the cool genetics of this plant. Smell is increasing, they have a very sweet odor so far when crushing the flowers. Still nowhere near harvest but the buds and calyxes are starting to stack. Very exciting that I got this one to grow!

SST 7g of alfalfa per 5l , foliar and soil drench , followed by a kelp foliar next day eyeing the dosage as it’s like 0.03 for my foliar spray bottle 🙄🙈 probably curling up because of that . Also tied down some fan leaves and did few chop and drops through out the last week also was topped at some point 😂 forgotten when This week i will foliar with SST alfalfa & corn & kelp Rest for the soil drench I will mix with super8 tea

Edit: I just wanted to share a couple photos and a video that I took with my new WiFi microscope. Best $20 I’ve spent in a while. Ladies and gentlemen it’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for. Live from the Alaska arena IT’S TIIIIIIME! After 15 weeks in the 4x5 custom tent these ladies standing at 38 inches weighing in at a weight to be determined later are going to get chopped down by rear naked shearing this Sunday Sunday Sunday! We’ll sell you the whole seat but you’ll only need the edge!!!! On the real. These ladies have done their job. They’ve bulked up and gotten rock hard with mad trichomes on the sea of upper bud sites. I had a scare with a plant in a nearby tent that was rescued that was a hermie. ONE site right in front of the intake vent got it and was cut immediately. The rest of them were not affected. This strain is nearly impervious to everything from ph to whatever amount of nutrients you want to feed them in a hydroponic environment. I hit them with a massive 2100 ppm of flora series with fox farms beastie bloomz 0-50-30 in the end and never got the fade or burn. The nutrients have been cut out and it straight water for the duration. Friday starts 48 hours of darkness.

This is another strain that is going full force and in both technical/free versions, we are talking about the Zookies Automatic by Zamnesia. Remember that we are growing a plant worked with the techniques indicated and another left to grow without pruning to preserve its speed; in the previous/next diary you will find the other plant of the same variety. And here we are to tell another story of a monstrous plant. We are Zamnesia but it seems like Jurassic Park. Immense, in a very short time it is putting out a lot of cannabis, you should see it at the end of the day the plant has changed a lot. It is one of those plants that in the first weeks of flowering stretches out. I have come across others beyond measure, it is difficult to keep them under control, but how beautiful! Comparison is the salt of the experience, so the plant in the other diary will be treated very differently, go and see it to make a comparison. We started the Plagron fertilization program, we are in 100% organic configuration, the soil is made up of recycled Promix + 1/3 fresh soil + 10% Perlite + RQS Mycorrhizae Mix (4 g in the mix, 1 g under the small fiber pot). In the middle of the week the pre-flowering started so I decided to start the program for this phase: 1 ml/l of Power Roots - 1 ml/l of Pure Zym - 1 ml/l of Sugar Royal - 1 ml/l of Power Buds - 4 ml/l of Alga Bloom Remember the Green Sensation from the 3rd/4th week of flowering depending on the flowering speed or how you see the calyxes composing, when the calyx is in the swelling phase it is used. Buds are fattening up pretty well and I've had to use more rubber garden wire and clips to keep the branches from bending over. Smell is increasing on the Northern Light but still a mild skunk on the Black Devil. Also gave the very last feeding on the plants this week so they will get nothing but water until the chop. I'm very happy with the microbe populations so I stopped feeding the sugars (molasses/agave) as the plants themselves don't get much out of them; that stuff is just for feeding the soil beasties. I had added some predatory mites several weeks ago to deal with some springtails, and the mites annihilated the population. I did find a developing larva though so there are still some around. Posted lots of microscope videos today.

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had thunderstorms and rain in the morning followed by sunshine. Day 2 we had rain in the morning followed by sunshine, then thunderstorms that night. Day 3 we had rain and thunderstorms that morning and intermittently throughout the day. Day 4 we had rain in the morning and cloudy until the evening when the sun came out. Day 5 we had rain in the morning then mostly cloudy until the late afternoon. Day 5 we had sunshine and clear skies until the afternoon. Around 4:00 pm a severe thunderstorm hit. It produced strong winds, heavy rain, and grape sized hail. Fortunately the hail lasted only a few minutes and only damages some leaves. Day 6 we had sunshine, but cooler temperatures in the mid 70's. Day 7 we had rain and thunderstorms through the previous night and into the morning. We had sunshine, clear skies, and temperatures in the upper 70's. That was followed by severe thunderstorms, rain, and a touch of hail from 4p.m. to 6p.m. The weather has been challenging this week. Rain everyday or night and lots of it. The rain on night 6 and morning 7 has started turning the hairs of TCA2 top bud brown. There's no softness and I hope it's not the start of rot. These fastbuds have taken a beating from the rain and there's more in the forecast. Other than the rain the buds are starting to smell and grow. Overall it was a successful week.

I put the mother back in the big tent to give the clones the 2 by 2 tent with the veg blue light so it can kick off their roots growth… 5 made it in the coco coir and I cloned 12 more in the rock wool. Let get it :)

Buds everywhere 😍 That clone is growing exactly as expected! Each stem managed to access to the light and create some dense rouded buds, she's gonna be a productive one for sure!!

Week 4 saw abundant flower growth. There’s a noticeable difference in the size of each bud site compared to last week. Another thing I noticed is that the buds on the branches that were supercropped seem to be fuller and thicker! Started to see increased trichome production on both the sugar and fan leaves. Most growers are against stressing their plants in flower but I believe it depends on the strain you’re growing and how she was prepared in veg. I’m thoroughly impressed with the amount of resiliency she’s shown up to this point. I haven’t seen any indication that the high stress that I’ve put her through towards the end of veg and the beginning of flowering has cost me anything besides an additional week of flower.
