Hi fellow growers, for this first week of flowering, everything went smoothly. She took the defoliation from last week well and kept growing strong. She took 8cm during this first week of 12/12, nothing crazy but I hope she is gonna take more this coming week, so that she has pretty long main branches by the end of stretching. I'm glad the smaller branches that occupy the middle grew well and full up this empty space. I'm tucking daily the fan leaves from the main branches to allow a maximum light to reach the branches from the middle. Last week I was wondering if I had gone too strong on the defoliation and then I read about this schwazzing technique, when one defoliates even more, basically removing most of the leaves, this on the day of switching to 12/12 and then doing this same heavy defoliation 20 days later. So be prepared, in two weeks I'm gonna apply the recommended second heavy defoliation and we'll see how that goes together. 😁 Humidity is around 70% at the moment, it's on the high side but I'm not too worried about it. For the nutrients, I'm still religiously following the biobizz schedule and so far, so good. I started this week to log everyday some basic data about the plant, like height, temperatures and humidity. I guess it would be nice to have a little graph at the end to see the evolution of the plant or whatever one wants to do with the data. I think it's good practice too. -- Stereoscopic pictures -- You might have wonder what the hell are those two pictures where seemingly the same picture is put two times. They actually are stereoscopic pictures or 3d pictures. It's using the same principle as 3d for movies or virtual reality and it tricks your brain into seeing in 3d. Basically each picture is the view from each of our eyes. I made those pictures so it allows to see them in 3d without glasses. Follow along with this little tutorial (The picture "stereoscopy 2" is easier. I find it as well easier on a computer as smartphones have a smaller screen): - Having the pictures in front of you around 30-40cm (15-20cm on smartphones) from your eyes, start crossing your eyes slowly. - Both pictures are gonna move toward the middle. The idea is to make both pictures superpose each other in in the middle. - Start to focus on the superposition in the middle and if necessary, adjust the distance between your eyes and the screen. - Once it's in focus, you will instantly notice it and see my weed in crystal clear 3d! Well still battling bud rot its started a little on the Tysons and the og now. The weather has not been good. High humidity cloudy and damp. Rain a lot but I cover them from rain its just the wet humid air and lack of sun killing me. The up side is i got amber trics across all 4 of the plants so im going to harvest the last orange punch tonight as its having the most trouble with bud rot. The og and Tysons im gonna squeeze a few more days out of them. I think by next week all will be harvested. Besides some rot the plants are doing good I always catch the rot at first sign and remove affected bud. But the smell is insane the buds are coveted in trics and all of them are packed out dense buds. All in all even with some rot loss its still going to be a huge great harvest for my first time.

This week had some exciting moments. I defoiled about 1-2 days after my last post. As you can see that growth came back within a week. They are officially so bushy, they are getting in their own way. I will defoilate them this weekend, and post a picture after that. I also had added some potassium silicate, and it caused a brown algae bloom :| So I ran H202 thru the system, and upped the amount of Enzyme Komplete i was using. This squared it away real quick, it did a great job of clearing it all out. Since this is my 2nd time growing this strain (1st was in soil, and had environmental issues, but did grow) this is where they were about 4-6 weeks before harvest in soil. They have the same coloring and puffy-ness to the buds. They also started with a heavy frosting on the sugar leaves that spread all over the plant. So if I was to guess, i would venture they are 4-5 weeks from harvest. The control plant is about 3-4 (maybe a touch less). These plants are still drinking like crazy, and its becoming expensive feeding them Emerald Harvest every 2-3 days >:|

day 48 - The buds keep getting fat and the calmag problem has been solved. I like the smell and the color of the buds, its like black as you can see at some pictures.

Fantastic strain!

Looks really good pushing her to the max. Still a few white hairs! Probably the end of this week I'll chop her. 7/18 put her in the closet all night for her dark cycle. 7/19 I cut her down this morning in her dark period. Hung her in my dark closet. 7/23 she is still no where near dry. This will be my slowest dry yet! Trimmed half of her up today. She smells incredible!! So sticky!! I'll take her weight when she is ready for jars.

These last two weeks I had trobles taking care of her because I was never home and it kept raining, but she stayed strong and her flowers are nearly ready, I'm guessing another week. I love how she's so small but with these enormous frlowers (in proportion to the plant). I still struggled with the mite infection, so I need to continue with neem oil, knowing it will effect the final taste. Nothing else to do though, I prefer a bad taste than smoking insects

Harvested the Clones! I'm stoked how #4 grew out, I think she's the winner! With limited space in my grow, I'm only going to be able to bloom out the rest of the phenos clones to week 3-4.. The show must go on.. It's the price I must pay for using non-ideal cloning methods... Next round of phenohunting will have 100% cloning success, using my new aeroponics cloning machine.

Day 155. BUD ROT !!!!!!!!! And million questions what to do .... I have next window only in 11 days, so in 60 min I will be on the spot and will decide what to do ... Plan A - clean all infected areas , by cutting all branch. Disinfect with spirit and apply BioBizz Leaf Coat. Plan B - just chop ALL and bubble hash shit. It's two weeks at least too early. If I'll find more than five infections - they go down !! If I'll chop them I'll update diary, if no - I will come after two weeks straight before chop. Happy Growing !!!

D 78 and she is in her dark period flushing. She hasn’t been feed in a few days. And so it begins. I want to head and added her first set of ice to her soil and she’s going to go ahead and start the ice flashing. She is so frosty she’s just dripping I can’t even with her. Sweet seeds just really knocked her out of the park. She smells just so sweet I cannot even wait.
