I can't stress enough how aggressive some plants are when it comes to needing insoluble nutrients! I was seeing light bleaching and yellowing of new leaves, thinking it was heat and light intensity. After transplant into much bigger pot with heavy amendments and a few days time, plant is fully green and almost as tall as I am! Pistils are pink/red/white. Aroma is quite subtle yet but doesn't have the typical Marijuana scent, more like handling a literal strawberry plant and those strawberry candies that have the gel inside when the room gets humid after watering. Structure is sturdy but side branches have stretched alot. I feel that this plant will have fewer budsites but those flowers will grow full and dense. I can't wait but will give this plant maybe another week of veg light hours. I'm at 13 right now and with the recent addition of a 24W UVa bar I custom made and the Emerson Effect still, transition should be quick but I honestly don't know...maybe my spectrums are keeping this plant vegging? Idk All I know is this is an awesome plant that really has no issues still but now I know to keep up on fertilizers. 1.5" of vertical growth each day and plant keeps showing me each morning that it wants more water and ferts! Every day, full strength nutes and it doesn't burn! I am seeing very clear runoff so ferts are sticking and being used while the Molasses is chelating whatever might runoff. This is good!! PH stable right above 6@ feedings, next day down to 5.95. I just can't get over the never ending changes in aromas this plant gives off; today being fresh HoneyCrisp apples! I took off 30 minutes off lighting schedule so now the rest of this week should be fast, then slow. We might see pom-poms next week.

Another week has passed and this lady seems to have recovered from last week's sudden problems. I just kept feeding with clear water, I suspect low PH and my solution fixed it. I also raised the light a little more, this SP 3000 is a true beast of a light, and especially the Kush in the middle couldn't handle it that well. Thank you @MarsHydroLED I did some final defoliating, only bundled up leaves and leaves covering major bud sites. This Orange Hill Special is something else though, Im happy to grow this, she is pretty and sophisticated in all, almost majestic. The buds are speckled with orange hairs, the shape of each like a round ball of ice cream. She was pretty from seedling on and looking back, I would have loved some offspring of this pheno. She is a thrill and no signs of male parts on this one, although it can happen with this strain. So glad I have some more seeds and cant wait to put a tentful of this. Don't let its low score dissuade you, yes there is a chance she hermies but when she doesn't my my my... Check em out here @DutchPassion_Official She smells of orange and tangerine with a very strong hazy undertone. This combination promises a great smoke and frankly, I cant wait. Buds starting to get really fat and frosty. One of the blueberries have a distinct smell of sweet berries. Too bad its an auto or i would have monster cropped it (clone). Looks like i will get a descent and potent yield.

In the end it even turned a bit purple, probably because I had it in the living room for the last 2 weeks. It smells very different from the other Honey Cream. The smell is more fruity.... it is now standing to dry in my box after dry, theres total of 35 gramms

Beautiful looking seedling, very healthy and developing at a fair pace, let's see what awaits us in this diary!! She's developing super fast each day just like her sisters in this run, let's see how she keeps developing! I only use pure water and watch them grow thanks to the amazing living soil blend that I'm working with called FLO Living soil blend, very recomended to all the organic gardeners out there!! Week 10 of flower, looking to chop next week. The trichomes are about 70/30 cloudy/amber. Doing a few days of darkness and really cold night temps to hopefully push out the colors and resin production here towards the end.

Another steady week of bud development. I haven't really done much with those apart from the occasional removal of yellow leaves and tucking nuisance leaves under the net. The plants are all still growing in line with the previous expectations, with Topping and LST being the biggest, Mainlined next and then LST only in last place. It will be interesting to see the results though. Should only be a few more weeks until harvest, as a large majority of trichomes are already milky.

Plants with more direct UV showed much more purple across all 3 plants. The data shows that the number of terpenes in dried Cannabis flowers increases with a “No Red” light treatment for the final three days of production. Based upon these findings, we feel confident in recommending a spectrum control program that eliminates red light output from fixtures for the final 72 hours of the Cannabis flowering cycle. Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. Emission of terpenes is a process that is entirely dependent upon phytochromes and red/far-red light cues in most plant species (Flores and Doskey, 2015). For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Based on previous findings, we hypothesized that a lack of red light and phytochrome-mediated light/dark signaling on the part of the plant is responsible for an increase in terpene content in cannabis. The plant continues to synthesize terpenes, but a lack of red light to trigger the Pr-Pfr shift results in a lack of terpene emission by the plant, thus causing the terpenes to accumulate in the maturing flowers. Experiments have been conducted in the open field and under greenhouse growing conditions with different levels of audible sound frequencies and sound pressure levels. Sound waves at 1 kHz and 100 dB for 1 h within a distance of 0.20 m could significantly promote the division and cell wall fluidity of callus cells and also significantly enhance the activity of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones. Sound waves stimulation could increase the plant plasma-membrane H+-ATPase activity, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and amylase activity of callus. Moreover, sound waves could increase the content of RNA and the level of transcription. Stress-induced genes could switch on under sound stimulation. Sound waves at 0.1–1 kHz and SPL of (70±5) dB for 3 h from plant acoustic frequency technology (PAFT) generator within a distance ranged from 30 to 60 m every other day significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato by 30.05, 37.1 and 13.2%, respectively. Furthermore, the yield of lettuce, spinach, cotton, rice, and wheat were increased by 19.6, 22.7, 11.4, 5.7, and 17.0%, respectively. Sound waves may also strengthen plant immune systems. 1 Week since planting the seeds into soil! very healthy little seedlings! I think for this run. Will be running two 3 gallon pots next week or two. We do have the spider farmer SE3000 coming sometime which will give us all the power we need for flowering a full tent 8).Girls have a radio playing country of all eras all day long and when I’m around they get a dose of classic metal hope they are jamming out 🤘 Next week most likely homing into their 3 gal homes. Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been much change this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plants. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more room for light. Then finally switched to 12/12.. After just 36 hours after the defoliation there was a major change. New growth everywhere, colas started stretching upwards fast. By far the tallest girls in the tent. Her colas are stacking up nice and tight if she keeps that up we'll have some nice dense colas. 😁 Great reaction to the defoliation and 12/12 switch. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how they flower. Stay safe!
