week intel: its time to harvest top buds! because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. its crucial to get uniformed buds in terms of quality that you let the lower buds to get some extra air and especially light! then the pop corn buds quality will reach the top buds. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

Here we are guys in the third week of the journal, last week I had some concern about the ph which was spiking at 7+ overnight but the problem solved it self when the roots started to shoot in to the water. my other concern was the temp inside the grow box which i solved buying a second hand portable ac (40€! such a bargain) now as you can see the girl is thriving and the roots too!! as you can see in the picture i put a white bed sheet around the black container so the water won't get hot, it works AMAZINGLY now the water goes in the hotter day at max 21.2 and than goes back to 20. Day 20 hey guys a small update, yesterday i topped the girl, i have only one concern, the plant is so damn bushy and the lower side shoots are almost covering the shoots on the the side of the topping. looking close i thought that maybe I had to top one set of leaves lower because under the fan leaves she is really really bushing everything is exploding but the plant still quite short, 7cm (2.7 inches) is that ok? apart from this i can't complain, the dwc system is working amazingly and the pland is healthy. please feel free to give suggestion comments or critics love you all I think the plant looks a bit bit pale so as I am writing this i added a 0.5 ml of flora micro to the res to add nitrogen, we will see how she reacts in the next days. Die letzte Woche war sehr gemischt. Glücklicherweise waren die letzten drei Tage (ein Abgesang auf den Sommer) sehr sonnig, warm und ausreichend windig, so dass die Shaman trocken geerntet werden konnte. Sie zeigte, wie viele Bäume auch, ein beginnendes Herbstkleid in den Farben des Indian Summers. Einige sehr geringe Schimmelstellen waren vorhanden, hervorgerufen durch mein fehlerhaftes Entblättern. Die Verluste waren jedoch sehr gering. Ich freue mich nun auf die Trocknung und das Curing. Der Rotrim und der Endtrim werden noch einige Stunden in Anspruch nehmen, das ist der Nachteil an großen Outdoor-Pflanzen.😀👌 --- The last week was very mixed. Fortunately, the last three days (a swansong to summer) were very sunny, warm and sufficiently windy so that the Shaman could be harvested dry. IM DOING 24 AUTOFLOWERS FOR THIS GROW AND IN 5 WEEKS IM STARTING ABOUT 20 FEMINISED PHOTOPERIODS IN MY 5X5 WITH A TSW2000 SO THEY CAN BE READY TO MOVE INTO THE 8X8 TENT AFTER THE AUTOFLOWERS ARE FINISHED. The one plant that has always been under the cobbs is a couple of weeks ahead. They are all fattening up and the smell is great. Humidity in the tent has dropped, this is due to the outside weather changing and running a 6" fan 24/7. I may start the flush on the one plant, will decide in a few days. Cheers

experimental one is going craaaazy, i mean look at those huge buds 😳 ---------- as for the main box, well, it's strange to be honest, buds look soo small 😞 both plants are absolutely healthy showing no deficiencies whatsoever, root-balls are absolutely great, so I think the fattening is going to happen in following weeks? ---------- end of the week update: – experimental box is in the ripening phase = res change to TA FinalPart 4ml/L; also did first under-microscope pictures and those trichomes look awesome! I give it like 2 weeks – main box is fattening af, wonderful show going on!
