BIG BIG apologies to Heather from fast buds & to Growdiaries & anyone who follows. The past few months have been a massive struggle, not just with temperatures & growing weed but on a personal level. My wife has been very poorly & with covid and everything going on, it's put a massive strain on us all!! I've tries to maintain an active presence on Instagram but that's about all I've physically had time for. I've put this update together today, so far into the grow now it almost seems pointless. I lost my original Mimosa due to high temps & high RH. Moving into the attic at that time of year was a mistake. It has cost me a small fortune to keep things alive. I've had to purchase an air con unit, more fans & just more of everything to be honest. My purple punch is almost ready to harvest, any time within the next couple of days, followed shortly by Bruce Banner & Kosher cake. I wont be winning any awards for this Diary & I feel bad as I was supposed to be show casing what 420 Fast buds has to offer & I've failed...miserably. LOW STRESS TRAINING - try it it works on almost any strain ,keeps plant height controlled,bushy and promotes more shoots exposed to light. Another good advise : monitor your plant everyday and watch closely under leaves for any small bugs,as long as you monitor and its in small scales - no problem to control best thing to do is gently and patiently squeeze 'em between fingers ,not harming the leaves. very effective against spreading ,aphids,mites,thrips. also, using natural neem oil 1% mixed in 6ph water - spraying (only vegging - NOT IN BLOOM PHASE) on leaves and bottom every 3 days during after-sun hours. - organic solution for this problem as well - neem oil stops the bugs from reproducing and slow them up

This week was fun, had nutrient lockout on the one plant some signs on others. Decided to flush from the top with two plants which is a terrible idea with autopots; the minerals build up in the soil and all I did was wash them down. The plant that was looking the worse had some lower branches die after this so I cut them out. Reached out to autopot and they were a huge help, flushed from the Rez and then brought my nutrients way down. I only just got an ec meter but I was at 3200 ppm when I started the flush and 150 by the time I added nutrients back in. The two plants that I flushed from the top aren’t in great shape but they’re still alive, only 2 more weeks to go so hopefully this didn’t have too much of an impact on quality!

1st week generative phase: Pre-flowering and the next problem with the two topped specimens: Yellow leaf tips - too much nitrogen. I just thought: Close your eyes and go for it.... Organic cultivation regulates itself - well, at least in theory.... 🤣 Cannazym works wonders! I love to highly recommend. I work with it from pre-flowering to harvest and gently increase the dose. A word about water quality... 💦 I now use oxygen-enriched reverse osmosis. Since here in Berlin the pH value is basically very hard (very calcareous water) and not all plants can cope with it, I decided to invest there. Not cheap, but incredibly effective.

They're reaching for the stars and filling up the entire room with their lush foliage and budding flowers. It's like a jungle in here, and I’m loving every minute of it! The energy in the room is electric, and you can practically feel the excitement buzzing in the air. With all this growth, our grow room is bursting at the seams! These plants are not messing around—they’re taking up every inch of space and demanding attention. It's like they're saying, "Look at us, we're the stars of the show!" And let me tell you, they're stealing the spotlight with their beauty and vigor. As we approach day 21, the anticipation for defoliation is real. But our P.C.R.s have other plans—they're playing hard to get! Despite their reluctance, I’m keeping a close eye on them and patiently waiting for the perfect moment to give them a little trim. After all, a little pruning goes a long way in ensuring optimal light penetration and airflow, leading to healthier and happier plants. Defoliation is like a mini makeover for our plants—it removes excess foliage, allowing more light to reach the lower buds and promoting better airflow throughout the canopy. This not only improves bud development but also reduces the risk of mold and pests. It's like giving our P.C.R.s a spa day—they come out looking refreshed and rejuvenated! The buds have become noticeably denser compared to last week, with an impressive amount of resin forming. Trichomes are mostly milky now, with a few still clear - no amber ones yet. 🔸 The smell is evolving too: still that strong musty "forgotten laundry" funk, but now with a distinct sweet-spicy berry twist, almost like overripe blackberries. Very pungent! 🔸 Unfortunately, the humidity is still too high, but better than last week (currently 63%), which could become a problem. Today I finally turned on the dehumidifier and increased airflow using all clip fans at max setting. The dehumidifier now maintains a constant relative humidity of 50-60%, which I am very satisfied with. Las plantas se ven bien sanas con 25 días de vida, en breves trasplantare a tiestos de 5 litros para ponerlas a floración. Asta ahora solo e añadido estimulante radicular al riego y el sustrato es light mix. Ya e preparado los tiestos donde voy a trasplantar con el sustrato enriquecido,Como podéis ver la mezcla la ago yo mismo , intento dejar el sustrato esponjoso aireado y sin apretar,dejando que vaya bajando solo, si es necesario de aquí un mes le añado un poco más. Con esta mezcla de nutrientes e conseguido sacar cosechas abundantes y de muy altísima calidad! Intento que mis cultivos sean lo más natural y orgánicos posibles, utilizando fertilizantes respetuosos con el medio ambiente como el humus de lombriz o el guano de murciélago. Para prevenir hongos y ácaros suelo utilizar propolix y for-tec,que también son ecológicos y me van muy bien.

This week went pretty well, other than she stretched like crazy and I am now getting worried about running out of vertical space. I also had a few of my bottom leaves get a few brown and yellow spots on them. I did post some pics and asked a question, thank you for the responses, much appreciated! I am thinking about adding my Spyder Farmer LED 100 Watt light into the tent for the nebula auto because it is about 23 inches shorter than the sour diesel. I believe it would only raise my temp about 2 degrees, and possibly lower the humidity by one or two percent. I must say my dehumidifier has been a freaking stud, running 24X7 and not complaining. I should look into adding another unit, it has been in the mid 90's and muggy for about a week. So far I have to say I am super impressed and excited with this setup, the genetics, and with growing this wonderful plant in general. Already planning ahead to my next grow, and what I can do better. I have been enjoying myself and I really appreciate everyone who has taken the time to answer my questions! I am having a blast and am excited to see what this lady will give up in a few weeks!
