Its supper time I'll be back. Hello. This week went smooth. It's powdery mildew season outside, my zucchini, squash, cucumbers and pumpkin, all have it. I spray everything with half an ounce of apple cider vinegar to1 quart of water. I've been trying to keep the humidity down and be proactive about it. Treat the root zone with cal mag. Spray something on the leaves (not fungicide). The buds are fattening up. Still a few weeks to go. I flower for 10 weeks, and flush for the last 14 days. I'll add more later. Have Fun and Chuckles! I mentioned in week 3 I had the chance to take some clones from 3 stressed plants. Barneys Farm Pink Kush made it through, but the Godfather Kush OG and the Tom Ford Pink Kush didn't. Luckily when I phoned him he said " Yea come over, I want to get your opinion of my plants anyway". So I'll keep ya updated. Chuck. Wow, he gave me a small plant of Tom Ford Pink Kush. A bit of welling and dealing. And I got 1 cutting of the Godfather Kush OG. So one more try at that one. It was a hot and windy day here 29 c. in the greenhouse. Chuck. It's monday and I change my nutriant water, and put time into the plants. Pruning, trimming and training. With experance you can see what needs to be done to get what you want. Chuck.

All three plants are forming an even canopy (the youngest one is on a 10 cm stand). The bottom leaves have been lightly removed, and the bloom phase is planned in about a week.

Just got done with trimming the 4x4 @greenhouseseedco Super Silver Haze / @blimburnseeds Silver Surfer Haze tent. The final yield is exactly 1000g plus some (kind of a lot)that I smoke in the last 2 weeks 😃 Also got 6, gallon size ziploc bags filled with good quality trim for concentrate. To be honest I was expecting a little more but keeping in mind that this grow I did not supplemented with bottled CO2 I think I’m good with the results. Definitely I enjoyed a lot this grow and I’ve learned even more.

Great growth this week. She is looking fine, really strong pheno from great genetics. Starting to give off a small scent. I’m feeding every 3 days at the minute.

Day 50. Very annoyed at myself as 2/3 plants needed a strong feed, but the other one didn’t but forgot and fed the strong feed to all 3. As a result the 1 what was already thriving has now foxtailed on the main cola. Such a shame, but lesson learned. That plant will have just a water feed for the next week, and PH run off was also high at 6.8 also contributing to the foxtail I’m guessing so next few feeds will be PH at 6.0. Another 15 - 20 days to go I’m guessing, I will soon be swapping big bud out for overdrive, really make these swell to the finish line. Day 52 25% feed, ph 6.0. Day 54 Plant 1 Just water and calmag, this one will finish first yellowing fast now Plant 2 Best of all 3 plants, 50% nute feed Plant 3 Weakest of all 3 very low dose feed

FERMAKOR BARREL MIX – BASE IN USE (Testing on the Fantasy Feast girl we pulled out of another diary https://growdiaries.com/diaries/274722-grow-journal-by-yan402 ) (FERMAKOR BASE SYSTEM KOH VERSION diary https://growdiaries.com/diaries/278391-grow-journal-by-yan402) (Urea & Micros on the way — first week running without them) 🍶💧🍶💧🍶💧🍶💧🍶 💧 30 L Barrel – Current Working Mix 🍶💧🍶💧🍶💧🍶💧🍶 Step 1 – Calcium Nitrate (Part A) 7 L warm water (~35–40 °C) → added 45 g Calcinit, stirred until fully clear. That’s the calcium + nitrogen backbone for the feed. Step 2 – FERMAKOR PK Base (Part B) 15 L water in the main barrel → added 30 ml FERMAKOR PK Concentrate, mixed well. This forms the main P + K part of the formula. Step 3 – Combine Solutions Slowly poured the Calcinit mix into the barrel while stirring — no reaction, still crystal clear. That confirms the mix is stable and precipitation-free. 🌿 Step 4 – FPJ / FFJ Batch Added 30 ml homemade FPJ (fish + veg batch) ≈ 1 ml/L. Color shifted to a light-amber tone — looks alive and active. 🍋 Step 5 – Citric Acid Balance Added 1 tsp citric acid after everything was blended to fine-tune pH and help chelate micros later on. 📦 Step 6 – Top Up & Check Filled to the 30 L mark with plain water → pH tested with drops, showing yellow-green — roughly 5.8 – 6.0 range. Nice clean look, stable smell, no residue. 💧 Current Base Ingredients (Active Mix) Warm Water ≈ 22 L total Calcinit 45 g → N + Ca foundation FERMAKOR PK Base 30 ml → P + K support Citric Acid 1 tsp → Chelation + pH balance FPJ / Fish Emulsion 30 ml → Organic enzyme booster Result: clean amber mix, mild and balanced. I’ll let this version run for a week before adding anything. 👀👀👀👀👀👀 Observations and changes 👀👀👀👀👀👀 27.10.25 VW27 noticed some min burnt tips so I decreased Calcium Nitrate 45 to → 40g, decided to add two more elements micros and Epsom salts just to make sure they got everything, Fetrilon Combi 1 (Micros): 0.5 g, Epsom salts: 8 g 28.10.25 VW27 she seems devoid of any deficiencies, seems ready for the flip to 12/12 02.11.25 VW27 girl is looking good so I decided to stop making daily videos and do a standard once a week update. 09.11.25 aVW28 7 days since flip, stretch in full swing, first pistils showing, leaf color deep and healthy. Slight tip burn early week → gone after pH stabilized. I've added week 4 early so I can keep track of the nutrients bucket , I have decided too add full recomend dose of the humic acid and the more roots and have half dosed the organic veg feed , and the results from day one / first feed on green buzz nutrients too this photo today day 5 is dramatic , the photo of all four was before defoliation , but the defoliation has just shown how busy they have this week , Also a note on nutrients I learned a lesson this week , organic feeds do not store in a bucket of bubbles , I went too the bucket I made up 3 days ago and has been stored in a 20 ltr bucket with two large bubbler air stones in as I always have with no issues , But today the mixture had seporated I had like a skin on the top of the bucket , I mixed and mixed and mixed , ended up like a soup bits floating all other the place, So I suspect I will have too make up my bucket and only use the base nutrients and only add the additional addatives on the day of use , This is probably common sense too most growers but a first for me so lesson learned , So far the plants are liking what there drinking and I've had an amazing couple of weeks with temps peeking around 23.5c - 24.8c light cycle , so have really got this extraction side sorted with my recent fan and filter upgrade , I today turned the idle speed of my climate control too around 25c But all in all a really good week progress wise as you can see from week 4 photos of day one defoliation to today's photos day 6 of week 4 , the defoliation has really bought the BlackBerry kush alive from a droppy leaved sulking runt too now just 5 days later has become something very different , some say don't do it , some swear by it , I first time round didn't and the lower plant really suffered , for me by pulling off the big problem leaves or anything you know will grow into a problem early on , you get her that shock before the flower really starts too form giving her just enough time too recover before flower , but too be fair a good defoliation doesn't seem too faze fast buds strains , infact it seems too induce them too shoot out in all directions , Then giving me the chance too tigh down those side branches , and if I'm lucky enough even the main cola , my last blackberry that was an amazing plant , I managed too pull down the top stem under a net , and it gave me meany colas and all as silly thick as each other ,

Elsa her stretch is going to an end and after the stretch you can give your plant a Defloration…21 days after Stretch / pre Flower start. I take my scissors and give her a cut. I have never done that before. A new Experiment of Defloration. A few days later Elsa is looking a little bit thirsty but she look okay… we can start in Grow week 10 🤗

10/11/24 she had gotten so overly dry that she was impossible to water. i had to scrape and break of the dry spots all around the soil and root ball so that water could penetrate. she was root bound from a solo cup and then as well from 1 gallon to 3 gallon. once the rootbound spots got overly dry, they became super hydrophobic and i didnt realize how bad it was. that may be what's been affecting the over all health of the plant. finally able to get her to hold weight in water so im hopefull 10/15 pistils are getting thrown out everywhere. a bit of a stretch so far but not too much. maybe a couple inches or
