pH was important as expected and a bit of light burn later on in the grow but ultimately it was pretty smooth sailing. I used a very common nutrient (GHE) and not overly strong. Buds were thick, dense, and moderately pine smelling. The plant did not grow excessively tall thanks to LST, and the LST did not seem to have any ill effects at all. Foliage was thick, and I let it go for a very long time before doing any sort of defoliation. Even then it was modest and just to get light to the lower colas. Still in trimming mode and will continue to update :) Also, other plants in the house got spider mites. Not this one. Could have been that it was in hydro and others weren't but hard to say.

When the universe speaks, we listen. 🍈✨ I didn’t plan on popping Papaya Zoap from Sweet Seeds just yet, but sometimes things just have a way of aligning. After a few other seeds didn’t germinate, I felt an inner pull toward this special strain. As it turns out, the universe had something beautiful in mind! Just days later, my brother @daggadna also began germinating the same genetics—gifted to us during Spannabis. Was it a coincidence? I don’t think so. 🌱 This is more than just a grow now—it’s a journey with purpose, guided by synchronicity and connection. I can already feel the magic building up with this one, and I can’t wait to see where this road takes us! Having that accurate readout and control allows me to maintain optimal levels for each stage of growth. It’s like magic—you plug it in, set the desired ranges, and let it do its thing! 🌡️ By monitoring and adjusting humidity levels on-the-fly through the TrolMaster app, I can ensure the environment remains stable, and that means happier plants and healthier growth! No more guessing games. From anywhere—whether I’m working in the garden or chilling out—I can track and tweak it all. Heck, I could be on the toilet and still have complete control over my room! 😂 The AMP-3 Precision Meter has been running 24/7 in my water solution, giving me real-time updates so I can make any corrections when needed, right from my phone. This tech has taken my grow to another level. ✨ Nutrition Update: Keeping It Balanced 🍃 As for feeding, we’re sticking with the basics to give the plants what they need, without overloading. Right now, I’m running: • Regulator: 0.15ml/l • Startbooster: 0.25ml/l For now, I feel like this is the sweet spot—just enough to encourage root development and early growth without overloading them. Day 51 - Deficiencies have gotten a bit out of hand the previous few days. Looking at the leaves I was thinking maybe calcium and magnesium deficiency, but it doesn't really make sense to me because I had: 1. Given a decent feeding with the Aptus cal-mag solution. 2. Calcium was already in the soil (pre-fertilized) 3. There is more often too much calcium in soil than too little. 4. There is a not insignificant amount of calcium in the water I use (causes limescale in a lot of things) So my guess is instead of calcium deficiency, I'm seeing next to some magnesium deficiency, a deficiency of phosphorus. So a couple of days ago I gave the plant FloraBloom which has both phosphorus and magnesium but no nitrogen or calcium. Today (two days later), the leaves are now feeling a lot less dry / crunchy, which was a supposed symptom of phosphorus deficiency. I expect to need to wait about two more weeks before harvesting. Maybe around 10 days. The trichomes are still fairly glassy although there's some cloudiness. Pistils are still mainly white though, so I'm expecting some fattening to happen. I don't really like feeding the plants at this point (short before harvest), but the deficiencies were severe enough to me that I'll keep giving FloraBloom this week. Next week I might stop depending on where the trichomes are at. Smell is excellent, I definitely now understand where the 'mandarin' name comes from. Very similar to a mandarin smell now. Other than the phosphorus / magnesium issue, the plants seems to be doing well.

Day 56 At first I thought the purple stemming was genetics but from how small her leafs are at the top i think it was a deficiency. This feed pushes plants hard and some just arent up for it,

Day 75 she’s in the dark ice flushing looking beautiful as ever. She smells Devine. I can’t wait for her to finish up so she can get the chop. Her trichomes look so good I can’t even start with her. Beautiful looking lady.

Finally harvest time arrived 🤗 It’s been a great run, though I had to improve a lot along the way. But as usual there was a way to get things done and finished up😎 After a long heatwave I decided to chop the whole tent, just a bit before I actually wanted to. But I see amber trichomes and heavy buds, so I think it’s safe to chop now, so here we go. 🤩 Can’t wait to taste this after so long watching over it🤤 More details to come.

Adjusted the light distance to 55cm again it was toooo close about 32cm. 10/12/2019 - Decided to go back and check the basics, removed led strip to give a proper 'night' time, changing light cycle to 20/4h no more 'exotic' 22/2h, re-checked the light distance every 2 to 3 days to ensure 60-45cm and I can tell all ready she is loving it. Also added home made Co2 made with 1 tsp of yeast, 3/4 tsp of sugar 700ml of warm water in a 1l bottle with a tiny pin hole on the cap. 11/12/2019 - Fed her 1.5l of 6.5PH water with 0,5ml of each Grow, Bloom, Max and Alga-mic, and 1ml of each Heaven and Vera,noticed about 10% run off. 12/12/2019 - 8 weeks have passed and no flowers I guess I'm flipping to 1212h to see if she reacts.

Decided to skip a couple weeks since I was away and didn't take many pictures. This week I switched to flower! For the past couple weeks I have been training them, topping a couple times and defoliating lower branches. Plants started showing sex and I discovered I was right with 3 female, 2 male and I eliminated the male plants. I am pretty happy with the structure of the plants and the canopy. I prepared a flower compost tea for the day I switched to 12/12. I included organic fertilizer, compost, worm castings, azomite, liquid seaweed, molasses, and URB. I top dress the soil with the remaining compost and fertilizer, and water the plants with the compost tea directly. This mix has worked pretty well for me in the past and seems to be relatively strong, they seemed to love it! In the days since the switch to 12/12 they have stretched a lot. Especially the plant on the right, which also seems to be the least healthy plant. This plant is easily 10in taller than the other two and it is becoming sort of an issue. I had to raise the light quite a bit and it is about as high as it can go so I hope it doesn't stretch much more. Other than that they seem very happy, and things are going smoothly. They already smell amazing, so I am looking forward to seeing the buds on these!

Forgot the mykos, but there should be plenty of activity with the mychorrhizae, and they didnt shock at all (my main reason for adding). I did put the mykos on the peat puck and in the small propagation pots, at least, so it should be innoculated. Watered in with, and then foliar with, activated and aerated Recharge. As noted in the video, I also forgot that these are symmetrical as theyre not clones, and did not orient the plants properly to make sure all the good horizontal branches were going to be horizontal.
