In Woche 3 hat die Sticky Broccoli ordentlich an Blattwerk und Biomasse zugelegt und zeigt sich insgesamt sehr vital. Die gesunde Blattfarbe bestätigt, dass sie sich rundum wohlfühlt und das Indica-typische Wachstum klar durchkommt. Getoppt wurde sie etwas später als üblich, was dem kräftigen Wuchs aber keinen Abbruch getan hat. Zusätzlich haben wir Cropping angewendet, um die starken Triebe kontrolliert nach unten zu biegen. Ganz ohne Drama ging es dabei nicht, ein kleiner Knacks war leider dabei, aber nichts, was die Pflanze ernsthaft beeindrucken sollte. Die Triebe sind inzwischen weit genug entwickelt, um mit dem Mainlining zu starten. Aktuell bleiben drei Nodien mit insgesamt sechs Trieben stehen. Insgesamt ein sehr solider Stand in Woche 3 mit viel Potenzial für eine saubere Struktur in den kommenden Wochen.

What up Fam, weekly update for these ladies. This week's pretty quite, nothing crazy happening. They getting 16oz of feed about every two days. Still just calmag and ph'd water. I will be giving them there first defoliation this coming week as well as add some bloom nutrients as I think this will be the last week of veg. All in all Happy Growing.

A-Day 60, B&C Day 56 A is fattening up! She never did stretch, but then again I had her tied and splayed pretty far out. She has been thirsty, I have been feeding a dose close to 1000 ppm every other feed which has been every other day for her. During the lower feeds, ppm has been around 400. Her tricomes are mostly clear, with some cloudy starting to show. She still has a couple of weeks to go. B- is going to be a producer! She has so many tips and they are all fattening and developing at about the same rate, she is going to be a beast! Did a defoliation on her, she is appreciating the extra light penetration 😎💨 C- Has stretched up and out! If she stacks as tight as the other two, she will probably be the one with the most weight. Her branches are the tallest and reaching up at least 4-6 inches past both her sisters. I tied her down lightly to allow light to get through, we’ll see how she goes.

I STARTED ON THE DIARY WAY TO EARLY. I HAD TO POP ADDITIONAL SEEDS DUE TO AN ENTIRE PACK NOT GERMINATING. AFTER THAT I EITHER BURNT OR INJURED A COUPLE SEEDS REMOVING A FEW HELMET HEADS. IM FEELING BETTER ABOUT THIS SEASON NOW THOUGH THAT THINGS ARE FINALLY IN THE RIGHT CONDITIONS. IM CONSIDERING POPPING A COUPLE MORE 10TH PLANET JUST IN CASE. WE'LL SEE. 4/20 Happy 420 and Easter to everybody! Checked the girls this morning and at noontime. It was a good idea to switch lights. I'm seeing positive growth under both the duel 1500 lumen cfl's and the 1000 watt l.e.d. with an actual draw of 105 watts. The single 150 hps couldn't go low enough without raising the temp. I may add it layer after transplant in edition to the l.e.d. the plant I had to put a straw on has perked itself up and now has 3 fingered leaves. I'll have to bury up the stem a little on a few after they fill these solo cups. I WATERED everything that was under 20 grams dry weight which was most everything. I'm seeing a dramatic difference thus far. I'm wondering if I should start a couple more 10th planet in case one doesn't make it. The kush seedlings have finally showed a little more advanced growth then the seeds popped later which makes me feel good. It will be interesting to see how these turn out. They are going to be extremely resilient high yielding potent plants that will make it to harvest early. Words have power. 4/21 The lighting switch is working out good. When the plants fill out the solos I'll put the hps back up and use both until they go to their final spits outdoors. I watered everything under the led light which is all pink/special kush. I watered a couple in the aerogarden if the were under 20 grams of dry soil weight. I may have to up the amount of water but I'll be keeping an wye out. Still wanting to pop a couple more 10th planet. I've seen the first 3 fingered leaf. Can't wait for this season. WENT BACK OVER AT 6PM AND EVERYTHING IS LOOKING GOOD. I HAVE THAT ONE PINK KUSH THAT STRETCHED AND I HAD TO PUT A STRAW ON IT IS PICK8NG UP WELL. IM JUST GOING TO HAVE TO BURU IT DEEPER WHEN I GO TO GALLON POTS. IM GOING TO USE THE PAR METER AGAIN TOMORROW AND BEGIN CLEANING AND SANITIZING MY GROW AREA. I HAVE A LOT TO DO. 4/22 WATERED EVERYTHING AS IT WAS WITHIN 20 GRAMS DRY WEIGHT. Plants are improving. I'm FINALLY reaching REAL veg with a couple seedlings that have grown their first 3 finger leaves. I'm looking forward to the transplant to 1 gallon. They seem to explode after that. That and the few that stretched can be buried. Now it's time to hurry up and wait. The thing is, now that some have stretched they are growing leaves which makes it top heavy on a ciuplecdue to the elongated stem. Still looks good though. I also rotated the plants to minimize hot spots. 4/23 Things are doing well. I watered everything but two in the back of the aergarden that were still over 20-grams over dry weight and i added soil to the 10th planet cups. Not because they were stretching but just so I can weigh it with the others so I can water properly. I'll check on them later. The oldest seedlings have their first three fingered leaves. I've been shopping around for soil. I think I'll round up all my 1 gal pots and wash them as these will need a transplant in a while. I should check the ppfd again. I also need to ready my outdoor area and sanitize it. Plenty of stuff to do. May still end up popping a couple more 10th planet. Not sure. EDIT: WENT OVER THIS AFTERNOON AND LOCATED ALL MY ONE GALLON POTS (AND A COUPLE OF THOSE SLANTED ONES THAT ARE A LITTLE MORE THAN A GALLON). FPUND THE 3'S TOO BUT IM GOING INTO ONES THEN HOME BABY HOME. AT LEAST THATS THE PLAN. I EMPTIED LAST YEARS GROW BAGS AND BURNED THE LAST OF TEO CANNABIS STALKS. I STILL NEED TO DEEP CLEAN THE CAGE. I JEED TO SPRAY THE PALLETS WITH THAT PESTICIDE THAT KILLS EARWIGS (THE ONES I CANT REPLACE). I ALSO NEED TO GET ALL THE LOOSE SOIL THATS FALKEN OVER THE YEARS AND THE LEAVES OUT OF THE CAGE. LEAF BLOWER AND A RAKE WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT. I HAVE A BRUSH BURNER AND I WAS THINKING ABOUT USING IT BUT THEN REALITY SUNK IN. AT LEAST I GOT SOME WORK DONE. WASHED UP NIDE AND PUT ON HAND SANITIZER TO CHECK ON THE GIRLS. THEY LOOK GREAT TO ME. I QUICKLY SHOT TWO PICS AND BEAT FEET. I SHOULDVE NOT GONE IN AT ALL BUT THAT WAS THE POINT OF ME GOING THERE. TO CHECK IN THE GIRLS. IM SURE THEY'LL BE FINE. 4/24 Had to go back and water. I watered the two in the ag that weren't watered before. Most of the cups under the l.e.d were right on the cusp (220, 218 ect.) I watered a couple and left the others that weighed a tad more and misted the top with a spray bottle so it won't totally dry out. I'll check later but they are growing at a rapid pace now. I'll probably end up watering. I'll probably have to up the volume. I think I'm going to go get a bag of ffof to put in the house and warm up. That way I cam transplant whenever I want. I'll check around for prices. EDIT: Went to the local grow store and bought 3cf of Fox Farm Ocean Forest which will be mixed with the 2cu bag of Happy Frog I already have when I transplant into the 1 gallons pots. I got prices for all the soil so now I just need to figure out how many bags of each I need. I want to get it early so it's still there. I'll be doing my math. Went back over and and as predicted the three cups under the led were "almost" within ten grams of dry weight. They probably could've waited (212, 211, 208) but they are close to breaking the ten grams over dry limit that seems to be doing good for me. I showed my commercial buddy cause he hasn't seem them a while and I could tell he was impressed. I'll take pictures tomorrow. I cleaned the cage a little bit more. My buddy thinks going into 1 gals is the better option than going into 3's. If I have to then it would just be the bigger plants and I have a few gallon and a half ones I'll use for the bigger plants. Still debating whether to pop more seeds and pheno hunt or just go with what I've got. What I've got is looking good. I just don't want to lose any. Might be smart to start a couple extra. 4/25 WATERED EVERYTHING I think. I might think about increasing water volume of water I give at a time. I'll probably stick with whats working since I use the scale anyway. The kush under the l.e.d dries out faster than the cfl. They both are working good and I'm getting some good node development. The earlier plants are actually looking like a pot plant. I may start next week with a weak nutrient solution like ancient amber or the first fox farm one. Worked on some more of the cage. I'm ready to go! 4/26 WATERED EVERYTHING BUT THE BACK ROW OF THE AEROGARDEN WHICH WERE STILL IN RANGE. Plants are getting big. Transplant with the kush might be next week. 10th planet is doing incredible for being so young. Mk Ultra doing good as well. I thought about popping a few more and then pheno hunting but I'll probably stick with what I've got. I'm loving what I'm seeing.

Fight with high humidity. Any advice?

Greetings fellow growers 🖖 and welcome to my first grow ever. This adventure actually started several months ago when I decided to stop buying flower from dispensaries and just grow my own bud. How hard can it be!? This is actually my second seed of this strain. The first bean sadly died due to over watering (sorry girl, RIP). I was literally watering the cube to the point where water was dripping from the bottom, then heavily sprayed the humidity dome and tray with the vents completely closed. Everyday. Multiple times. I never let the dome or try dry out. So after about 8 days of not sprouting, there was a funky smell of rot. So that was that. Later I learned that rockwool retains a lot of water and can easily drown seeds. So a wet/dry cycle is best for rockwool germination. So even after hours of researching and digging through forums and tutorial videos, I was still under prepared for this journey. Did not consider how delicate the germination phase is. Oh well. Lesson learned. Reset and try again! I hope everyone is safe and stoned during this corona crisis. Just like everyone else in the world, I want this pandemic to be over with. But in the meantime, let's grow some weed! 🖖 [START OF WEEK 01] Day 01 - Monday - 08/03/20 - Total Days: 001 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Light Schedule: 24Hrs/0 --- Soaked cube in 5.5 PH water for 10 min. Did not shake water out. --- NO NUTES! Only PH'd down to control the PH levels. --- Did not use the default hole (way too deep). --- Flipped cube upside down and made a shallow hole for the seed (less than 0.25" deep). --- Placed seed in and pinched hole close. No additional water added. --- Sprayed the tray and dome with straight water (5.5 PH). --- Vents are cracked opened a for ventilation (about 1/4 opened each). --- Distance between the light and tray was 53" --- AC was set to 80 °F --- Exhaust fan was set to 86 °F --- Room average temp was at 85 °F --- Dome humidity was at 85-99% when sprayed. --- Allowing to completely dry before respraying. - [2200]: Dome and tray were completely dry! Sprayed only tray and dome with more water. Day 02 - Tuesday - 08/04/20 - Total Days: 002 ----------------------------------- - [0845]: Sprayed dome and tray in the morning. Everything was dry. --- Hoping for the best! - [2130]: Everything was dry again, so sprayed dome and tray at night along with a light spray on the cube. Day 03 - Wednesday - 08/05/20 - Total Days: 003 ----------------------------------- - [0830]: Everything was dry again. Resprayed dome and tray. Slightly sprayed cube. - [2125]: Hooo damn!! She popped! Am little stub is visible! Resprayed dome and tray again. --- Still going 24/0 for lights. - [+0033]: Just checked up on her and I swear she grew a bit taller! Getting excited! Day 04 - Thursday - 08/06/20 - Total Days: 004 ----------------------------------- - [0845]: Wow! Went from a little stub to fully sprouted overnight! Everything was pretty dry again so resprayed dome and tray. - [2200]: Tap root is visible! Over 1" long too! Just resprayed dome and tray again. -- Going to prep for hydroton transplant tomorrow! Day 05 - Friday - 08/07/20 - Total Days: 005 ----------------------------------- - [0930]: She keeps growing! -- Added a bit of CalMag to the spray bottle (8 drops to 650ml of distilled water). Resprayed dome and tray. Water was at a 5.4 PH with 141 PPM. - [1045]: Prepped the bubble bucket with 4.5gal of water. Water is high enough to reach about 0.25" above the bottom of the net pot. --- Added 3 drops of Superthrive --- Added 3.5ml of CaliMagic --- Added 2ml Hydroguard --- Then PH'd down to 5.6 --- Solution Strengh: 120 PPM --- Water chiller is set to 20 °C - [1100]: Transplant time! --- Filled the net basket 1/3 with hydroton. When placed in the bucket, air bubbles are not visible, but are slightly below the surface (slight digging will reveal the water/bubbles below). --- Removed plastic on rockwool cube and placed in basket, then filled around and covered with hydroton. Making sure to block any light from passing through the net pot and into the nutrient solution. --- Covered with a half-bottle dome sprayed with the CalMag water from earlier. --- Hoping for the best! - [1300]: Raised Bucket 5" higher. Now light distance is 48" to top of bucket. - [1820]: Lowered tent exhaust temp to 76 °F --- Lowered AC to 75 °F --- Raised bucket even higher so light distance is 30" to top of bucket. - [2300]: Looking good! --- Sprayed dome and surrounding hydroton with more CalMag water. --- Attached timer to light! So new 18 Hrs On/6 Hrs Off light schedule. --- Lights On: [1600] (4pm) --- Lights Off: [+1000] (10am the next day) --- Decided to go with lights on during the evening/night and off during the later mornings/afternoon (the hottest part of the day) to see if temps can be controlled better. --- Please survive girl! Day 06 - Saturday - 08/08/20 - Total Days: 006 ----------------------------------- - [0800]: Everything was dry. Resprayed hydroton and dome. - [2000]: Here first night cycle seemed to go well! Get'n taller! --- Dry again. Removed the dome. --- PH went up to 6.5 so PH'd down to 5.7 --- Ran the top feed drip ring for a bout a minute to wet the hydroton and rockwool with the nutient solution. ---Too scared to leave the top feed on 24hrs (I don't want over water her and cause dampening-off). Will let dry before re-watering. - [2100]: After closer inspection, I think she's looking a bit yellow. --- Decided to add a bit of grow nutes to the bubbler solution. --- Added 2ml of Sensi Grow A --- Added 2ml of Sensi Grow B --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 176 PPM --- PH went up to 6 --- I hope that the extra chelating properties of the 'PH Perfect' solution is enough of a buffer for proper nutrient uptake. Day 07 - Sunday - 08/09/20 - Total Days: 007 ----------------------------------- - [0800]: Water dropped a bit (mostly due to evaporation) so solution strength was at 190. --- Checked PH again. Was still at 6, so PH'd down to 5.4 --- Ran the top feed for a minute to wet the hydroton a bit. - [0915]: Since she's looking perky but still a bit yellow. So decided to up the nutrient concentration even more before lights out. --- Added 2ml more of Sensi Grow A --- Added 2ml more of Sensi Grow B --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 199 PPM --- PH went up to 5.8 - [1700]: Checked nutrients. --- PH: 5.9 --- Solution strength: 202 PPM --- Added 4ml of Voodoo Juice --- Added 4ml of B-52 --- PH after adding more nutes: 5.9 --- Solution strength after adding more nutes: 238 PPM - [2130]: Decided to make a new foliar spray to address the continued yellowing. --- Started with 500ml of distilled water. --- Added 3 drops of CaliMagic --- Added 3 drops of Sensi Grow A --- Added 3 drops of Sensi Grow B --- Added 3 drops of B-52 --- Added 1 drop of Superthrive --- Solution strength: 164 PPM --- PH was at 5.9 and did not adjust. --- Gave her one spray. --- Also sprayed the surrounding hydroton. Week10.. First day flush the plants and check the trichomes everyday. {Activities} (Day 64) Flush the plants with water until clean water or ppm equal to water. (Day 65) n/a (Day 66) Watered, White wedding trichomes ready for harvest. (Day 67) Harvest the White wedding. Cherry gar see ya moves to middle and expand fill the area. Hello Growmies, I'm thrilled to update you on the plant's progress! In the last week, she has beautifully filled out the scrog. Just yesterday, I flipped her into the flowering stage. This means I'll slowly increase her feeding, although I don't plan to go too heavy on the nutrients since she seems to prefer a lighter touch. She's quite particular about her nutrients, requiring me to change the reservoir every five days. If I delay, she shows signs of distress on her leaves, but these issues resolve immediately after I refresh the reservoir. While she's stretching in the preflower stage, I'll continue to guide her growth into the empty areas of the scrog screen.
