Why use cotton pads? You should use cotton pads because it is one of the fastest way to germinate seeds, it is also one of the more reliable way. This is a NOOB-FRIENDLY tenchnique, you have to respect some little and easy steps: -take one cotton pad, spray it 5 times with water; -dispose seeds in the sprayed cotton pad, remember to leave minimum 1cm of space between seeds, -take a new cotton pad, spray it 3 times with water, face it down and put it on the seeds of the first cotton pad; -now, spray the dry side 3 times. -put this/these "sandwich/es" in a sealed container of a sufficient size to store them, I use like a plastic tupperware (glass or plastic are equal) with about this size: 15x30.It contains about 8 "sandwitches". -store the container in a dark place with a temperature from 17°C and more. More light they see and colder is the place,slower will be the germination and lower will be the germination ratio. *(-If your seeds are old, not good stored and with a low germination ratio, I suggest you to use Seed Booster by Plagron. Old seeds and maybe stored in a very hot place for a long time may will be death may will not never germinate). Generally a normal cotton pad is good for 3 seeds. Things progressing steadily in the tent. Smells us developing daily really stinky in there at the moment. The Apple kicking out a really pungent chem smell. The banana giving off a sharp citrus smell and the cherry a funky fruity smell.😍😍😍

91 Grapes day 80; Well for a plant that is supposed to grow a 65 day from sprout she still has some time left to finish. Buds are stacking in true chem91 fashion super dense and chunky but the smell is nothing short of downright grapes, it’s the same smell of grape koolaid when you tear into a package, or a grape pixie stick. Trichomes are getting thick and buds are covered in the grape residue not complaining mind you. She is showing signs of some sort of illness, or nutrient imbalance but she is in mid to late stage of flower development so just going to water her and see what happens, let her grow. Vanilla Fizz. Ms. Fizz her flowers are on the airy side of things but they do continue to fatten daily so time will tell if they will harden up. Trichomes are in abundance and cover everything. And smell,my goodness she stinks, it’s a sweet smell very perfumie kind of thing going on. Her branches are starting to sag and will need some support before next week’s update. Harvey Wallbanger. Miss Harvey. I can’t express enough how upset I am about the rodent encounter that almost caused her demise. I suppose I should be grateful that she is still here with us and she can grace us with her beauty.

Height jumped to 40cm — strong stretch since the transplant, with good lateral branching and a clean, sturdy structure holding up the canopy. No stress, no deficiencies, just steady vertical growth chasing the real sun. Light schedule down to 17h naturally. Watering bumped to 1L per plant per 24h, EC 1.2 mS/cm, pH 6.2. Day temps pushing up to 35°C, nights at 18°C — proper heat now. Humidity steady at 60%. Nutrients increased to match the size jump: CANNA Aqua Vega up to 3ml/l, CalMag Agent 0.9ml/l, Aptus Regulator 0.1ml/l. Updates every Sunday. Stay tuned.

Day 22: Honestly didn't think I would have made it this far. The girls are looking great minus a couple of issues. I have over watered them and over fed too! Not to mention trying to LST too early. I will wait a bit longer before watering this time. Day 23: MORNING - They were super dry. I have been over watering a bit so I watered maybe 1/2 gallon for all 6. I also did some more LST and took 1 large fan leaf off of each plant. I will update again before lights out. Day 23: NIGHT - The girls are responding very well to the LST. I don't think they are liking the 80°. I am starting to have issues with lower humidity again. I need to try and figure some sort of ducting out or possibly even get a small AC unit for the grow room. Day 24: MORNING - I removed a couple more leaves that were covering potential bud sites. I have also done a partial main-line on the smallest girl. It looks to be already showing pistols. I've had to open the tent with a big fan blowing directly in with the humidifier behind it. The girls were getting hot and dry. Day 24: NIGHT - Well 5 are showing to be female. The biggest plant is showing no signs of sex. I am guessing it will be the mystery seed. I will be doing no more LST to these ladies for at least a week or better. I think I have stressed them out enough the past 2 days. Day 25: These girls are very resilient!! I tortured them all weekend and the one I nopped off to do a sort of mainline grew by 20% at least. Day 26: It is the official 3 week mark today and the girls are starting to flower. I tied em down to get light to all bud sights. I will 100% not touch them unless they need it from this point!!!! They are soo small and I need not stunt them any more!! I have removed the Mystery Seed as it looks to be a male and I do not want to take the chance!! Also fed and watered today. Only 200 ppm for the feed. Day 27: Nothing new to report. These girls are gonna be tiny :| I must've stressed em too much too soon :( Looking good though I think! 💪 Day 28: I never do what I say. Dumb! Broke main stem on one of the best plants. Taking it as a lessons learned. It's been two hours and she looks SICK! Oh well.

Hey guys! Another week and another update! At the end of this week I decided to finally start with the main lining and I won't lie... I was extremely nervous haha 😱 but I believe I did it well, without any major issue! I also decided to move the small 4th plant into a new home and it seems she will like the extra space! This week I also didn't feed my babies as I over watered them 😞 but they still showed some great progress! Pretty happy with the final results from this grow, both times I have done this strain though I have had different results, the plant structure is great to be fair so I don't actually think a lot of training is required with this one but its exciting to see how big they can go! I will defo go for a 3rd time on this strain in the future so will look forward to that but in the mean time I shall have some of fastbuds gelato potted up in the next week or 2 to start a new diary :)

Still just been removing leaves blocking bud sites. The plant has had 2 waterings without any nutes due to tds reading. I put 2 cup fulls of new happy frog on top a few days ago so I'm assuming that's why the tds is staying higher for a longer period right now. Plant has some burnt tips probably from the extra nitrogen if I had to guess. Seems to be growing ok and stretching. I added 2 trellis nets to try to help support the bud.
