📆 Week 12, 7-12 July 2024 Harvest 8 July - Turned light power down to 25%. Changed nutrient solution to RO water to begin flush. 11 July - Harvest 12 July - Begin curing time. 📑 Harvest time! She is ripe, danky, sticky, full of resin, solid, and I am pleasently suprised at the yield. This is not your ordinary Auto Afghan variety. She produces heavy buds and a lot of them. This is also the first auto I have grown using DWC in 12 weeks without manipulation - 18 hours straight from start to finish. I pushed her to the limit. Now she will hang in the closet at 50-55% RH and 70 degrees F, for about 7-10 days curing. Then she will trimmed and put into one quart glass mason jars, with 62% Boveda TurpShield and burped until 62% RH is maintained. The full potency potential and terp profile will be reached in about 30-45 days. 📆 19 July 2024 The Smoq Report: After 7 days of hanging, she was ready to cut. I trim and shape each individual bud, removing unwanted leaf and stem. It’s a process but worth it if you smoke bud. Her potency is evident. It will take the experienced smoker to a satisfying high and keep you there for a good hour or more before you want another hit. The smell and taste is of a typical Afghan. I was expecting a heavier yield, but in the end I guess we all hope for a little more! Seedling popped above ground 05-05-2020. It is a bit difficult tracking temperatures and humidity since shes growing basically outside. Humidity ranges from like 20%-90% throughout the day/night. Temperatures differ every day depending on the weather as this small plastic greenhouse does not really contain any heat. The timelapse is not optimal at this moment as the camera's time was off by 2 hours and starts/stops timelapses based on sun up-down. Timelapse uploaded, more pics on their way.

Perfect and easy to grow, thankful no pests this round. Had no issues at all. It was such and easy grow and will definitely grow this again. Love it

Week 6 doing great, the HerzOG Nr.1 is going insane! What a monster One week too go till 12/12 Ill give them the next days a solid topdress and will continue watering with tapwater ph‘ed to 6.5 & will go for a scrog net probably

Day 55 - 18/11/19 i still think another 1-2 weeks for this one, getting a jewelers loupe for the beginning of week 9 so i can tell exactly where were at in terms of harvest :) anyone got any thoughts on this little plant? have a look at the photos and videos and let me know in the comments below :) oh and i finally nailed what this strains smell is - tropical hubba bubba gum with cheese :'D Day 59 - 22/11/19 Got my jewelers loupe 2 days ago and ive been having a look at them. its pretty hard to see for a newbie grower. ive looked at harvest guides online and seen pictures of clear, cloudy and amber trichomes. mine look mostly cloudy (60%) and slightly glassy (40%) with barely any ambers. i may be wrong but the reason i think its cloudy is that it looks white against the leaves instead of see through or like glass. so going on this for my first trichome inspection im gonna harvest in the middle of next week. Smell is getting strong enough to stink out a room, still that tropical cheese smell, although its just so pungent it lingers in the rooms after bringing it out of the tent to inspect it. smell isnt a problem if you put it back in the tent and spray some air freshener stuff in the next room. the carbon filter is doing its job exactly as described along with the fan. The fan leaves started to get yellow patches and sugar leaves starting to curl. and a friend thinks its nearing the end of its life. I flushed yesterday and will flush again today to drain out any excess salts and nutes. Thanks for following along. im excited for week 9! Happy Growing!

This being my first time growing auto's, I didn't know what to expect. Out of the gates they grew rapidly, last week they seemed to slow a bit and started to flower. Plant #1 seems to be growing slightly faster than #2, but not by much. The SOG on each of these spans 18'' x 18''. I have trained these girls much more than I normally do, and am very happy I did so. I have looked around at other diary's that have ran these GSC and I am anxious to see what this week brings!

Day 70 ..... lookin good.... she stable in flower now... neuts good, and stable... got her into a beautiful rutinue for the rest of the flower..... really happy with how it's going, she has a long flower 65-70 days i think.... thats 8-10 weeks in flower, so maybe 4-6weeks to go (6-20 dec) ........ she's going to be alot of work but will be well worth it, tasted her alittle, just the trim that had to come off, was enough to taste..... (dried the trim, curin in jar, try to add pic if i remember, lol) was a new experience goin thru the difficulties of transition to flower in dwc iws system ....... listed general nuets that i am using, however the 1-2 lt mix i put in every day or 2 is mixed up at the time, and is specific every time to ensure the tank remains at 5.8-6.4 ph-1-2k ppm.... i've stopped using the ppm meter for accuracy and use it only to get a general reading... in fact the ph meter and ec/ppm meters are not really workin properly any more, lol the blood bone and all the different stuff that i'm using puts alot of the readings as false/wrong ..... i can see where a nido system would be handy, maybe if i had the cash.... i gotta do all this the old fashioned way... elbow grease, hard work... haha this is some crazy news... random unknown mazar in that iws dwc pot... it's female as of the 2 hairs i saw this morning.... haha... so i'm thinkin, i may be able to put the mazar and ssh in main tent with all resources used.... that would put both mazar and ssh in iws dwc perfect pots in perfect conditions with max light and resources..... might do that, it would increase both flowering plants to 280 W leds... .... the reason mentioned this is because i can see she needs more light, the coloured light panels are poor quality cheapo..... gotta get my home made kick azz lights back in there.... lol 👍😎👊

The Scrooge has really impressed me! Despite minimal training and almost hands-off approach on my part, the plant has turned out incredibly robust and beautiful! 🌿 So far, there's no sign of the minty aroma, but I'm looking forward to drying and curing to see how the flavors develop. 🍃 It's been a rewarding journey watching this plant grow, and I can't wait to enjoy the final product! 🌟 Overall, it's been a lesson in patience and observation, and I'm grateful for the experience. ✨ All the best to everyone! 🌿

Day 21 Flowering: Well what a week it has been this week growmies Dealing with flash heat waves , building soils , setting up new lights and generally trying to squeeze every last inch of my grow space for plants without creating a stagnant lower growth below the canopy . airflow is vital with such a cramped , hot and dense budded canopy starting. I have been feeding the Banana mash with a slightly lighter feed than the Purple monkey and they look a lot less toxic. Still way behind the Purple Monkey for bud production and density , theyvare stretching wildly still. The main 3 are very similar in size etc but #4 is really getting like a bowl of noodles now and will need some serious thinning out and brutal decisions in who goes to harvest time. Being in the middle of the canopy she is really trying to spread out wider too. The Banana mash are really good,vigorous growers with lots of side branching to create some really big plants full of budsites , the key will be if you can utilise all of that growth or if ,like me, you need to select the best branches and tips to focus on. The Purple Monkey are all doingreally good and for 21 days , the buds are very well developed. It could indicate an early flowering finish around 7 weeks possibly but I am hoping it is more about their intended finish being huge buds. The #1and #2 are really packing the weight on amd stacking the nodes already. this gives their buds a really solid appearance already and I will be very cautious of allowing moisture to build up with this density . The #3 is a different pheno to the other 2 and her buds are further apart and more spikey looking. She is also trying to hit the clouds still so need to be firmly held down if you want to keep them low. I have been supercropping the tallest of the limbs and trying to keep them upright enough to stay in the light available. She will need support once her buds pack the weight on. They are all starting to smell so sweet too and even now have a nice sticky appeal when touched. I could not recommend this strain enough and love growing it already. The purple is starting to appear in #2 already and should continue as it is not related to temp drops at all that can happen . Shebwill live up to her namesake i think. The other 2 are pure white and solent green looking buds which are a great examples of what they can do. I can only see a great yield from how they are going now and wishbinjad a room full of them .lol. The other 2 crosses are both starting to hit their stretch max now with the Exotic? really looking thick and bushy and showing her sex now. She needs to stretch now to get her mains up into the canopy without the tub underneath. The Mango X Mimosa is in full flowering mode for sure with no signs of any male gonads or hermie behaviour...It is making a huge plant so far and with the massive growth of the father being the main driver I think and she/he put out over 5oz. Fingers crossed for that size with beautiful exotic mango cream buds ..... So there we have it for this update growmies. Hope the video isn't too long this time guys but a lot happening in the room. Everything is looking good to go.
