I sure need to get used to the Auto way of growing. My methods and system with soil for regulars are not directly portable to cultivating auto's, so it seems. So what started out as a comparison/battle, is now just a normal grow, since it's not fair that the battlefield was tainted. It does seem the XL Runtz adjust better to my climate and growing style than the Forbidden Runtz. Also looking for ways to keep my tent cooler. Considering growing outdoor this summer with seeds started in the tent. It gets way too hot in here as it is now, with outside temps just at 10 to 15 degrees C. I'm just watering, alternating with a bit of BAC Bloom and Calmag, and some Topmax. From here I hope its some smoother sailing and hoping the other three will pick up some pace. The leaves curl and the color is dark green. However, the leaf tips don't turn brown. The situation is coming to an end, the flowering is fast and our two Green Cure CBD F1 are very very promising both in terms of scent and resin and will give a good yield as well, it seems. Great CBD strain this guys, write it down, try it and then come and tell me. Don't forget to consume a little bit of CBD during the day and before going to sleep, the high THC things that we smoke and vaporize are softened in the (already few) negative effects if we use a little CBD. En el comienzo de esta 3a semana de vegetación, parece que la situación va mejorando, gracias a las personas que me aconsejaron bien, para no entrar en pánico... seguramente estaban estresadas y ya les paso...😂😂😂 en fin, esta semana subo el EC a 0,6, distancia de las luces a 1,2 mtr y veremos cómo procede. Tengo ganas de probar una CORTE APICAL con este cultivo y ver qué beneficios me trae; si alguien lee esto y me quiere aconsejar cuando y cómo hacerlo, soy todo oídos.

By now, everyone knows I use the whole lineup of FRONT ROW AG Nutrients. They do not sponsor me and neither does anyone else…and I like it that way. The last 2 weeks I have hammered them with the Bloom. I followed their nutrient schedule and then raised the EC to around 2.4 by adding straight bloom. All nutrients were then PH’d to 5.5-5.6. This week and next nutrients will be on normal feed off of Front row’s feed chart. Then flush. This week was amazing. The single plant that was lagging behind has caught up to the rest in the room. Probably 2-3 weeks left on the whole room. This week, til finish, temps will be lowered to 77 during the day and 65 at night. I feel this is very important to get a good crust of trichromes on the plants. It will work! Thanks to everyone who has been sticking around. my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 56 days and flowering stage was 75 days total (harvested tops at day 64th) the total weight of dry buds was : (plant #1 & #3 top buds 56 G + lower buds 22 G ) 78 G + (plant #2 top buds 47 G + lower buds 18 G ) 55 G + (plant #4 top buds 120 G + lower buds 67 G ) 187 G = 367 G

So the plant did well in the 9L airpots, and had a really good root structure. Out of this grow she was one of the largest out of the 4 plants. She didn't quite pull out the colours that this strain usually manages, but that's probably due to me not being able to lower the temperature. The harvest was quite an easy one and I didn't really get any fluffy buds as I had trimmed the lower part of the plant early on in the grow.

Week 1 day 4 of flower, sorry about the late update. Nothing to report just flipped the light schedule to 12/12 and fed 20g of ecothrive life cycle, kneaded into the top soil and watered in well with dechlorinated tap water. Happy growing.

Day 91 - Getting very close to the end now. Some parts have been harvested already when I see an amber trichome. Those are in the dry net.

Soooo, nach langem Warten (ich bitte um Entschuldigung, es kam immer irgendwas dazwischen), nun die Ernte! Nachdem ich jetzt alle Sorten verkostet habe, kann ich euch nun mein Fazit präsentieren. Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich eigentlich ganz zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis, muss aber auch gestehen, dass ich bei der ein oder anderen Strain doch etwas mehr erwartet habe. Bei den nun folgenden Bewertungen möchte ich noch anmerken, dass sich diese rein auf den Outdoor-Anbau der jeweiligen Sorte und nur auf den einen bekannten Phäno beziehen. Man kann grundlegend behaupten, dass sich alle Sorten doch sehr solide geschlagen haben, und das bei diesem … naja, sagen wir mal wechselhaften Sommer. Allerdings merke ich einfach, dass sie lange nicht ihr volles Potenzial ausgeschöpft hatten, was ich immer etwas schade finde. Ich bin trotzdem froh, dieses Projekt durchgezogen zu haben, und gehe mit reichlich neuen Erkenntnissen sowie einem abwechslungsreichen Stash in die besinnliche Zeit. Was hat mich grundlegend bei den meisten Sorten gestört? Bei fast allen Sorten, mit Ausnahme der Hella Jelly und der Lemon Tree (wer hätt's gedacht), waren die Terps doch sehr flüchtig. Im Vape kamen sie wirklich gut zur Geltung, wenn man sie allerdings im Joint (pur, versteht sich) geraucht hatte, haben sie oft nach den ersten Zügen an Präsenz verloren, was wirklich schade ist. Dies ist aber wahrscheinlich auf die Anbaubedingungen zurückzuführen und soll den Breedern keinesfalls ihre Qualität absprechen. Wie schon in einem vorigen Kommentar erwähnt, haben sie einfach nicht ihr volles genetisches Potenzial erreichen können. Ich bin mir des Weiteren auch nicht sicher, ob ich beim nächsten Mal wieder auf die Dryferm-Bags setzen werde. Es war doch ein ziemliches Gefummel, bis man die Blüten ohne Kontakt zueinander in die Beutel verfrachtet hatte. Außerdem hat es meiner Meinung nach die Trocknungszeit eher verkürzt, obwohl ich mich an die Temperatur- und Luftfeuchtigkeitsrange gehalten hatte, was ich auch nicht unbedingt begrüße. Und zu guter Letzt sind sie auch echt nicht billig, wenn man bedenkt, dass ich pro Pflanze teilweise über 4 Beutel benötigt hatte (pro 3 Stk. ca. 25 Euro) und sie laut Hersteller nur dreimal verwendet werden sollten. Das ist doch auf Dauer ein ganz schönes Investment. Aber das sind nur meine 2 Cent zu dem Thema :). Nach und nach sollten jetzt hier die Erntereports eintrudeln. Ich hoffe, ich schaffe alles heute. Falls nein, seht es mir bitte nach. Falls ihr noch spezifische Fragen zu einer Sorte habt, lasst es mich einfach wissen, dann bekommt ihr noch eine ausführlichere Beschreibung. PS: Die Filmore-Slim musste ich leider fast komplett entsorgen. Sie hatte die festesten Blüten, die ich je bei einer Outdoorpflanze gesehen habe, was ihr leider zum Verhängnis geworden ist (durchgeschimmelt). Von ihr hatte ich leider keine rauchbaren Blüten. Von der Optik war sie auf jeden Fall ein Champion! Ich habe von allen Sorten Fresh Frozen in der Gefriertruhe, die ich in der kommenden Zeit wachsen möchte (auch von der Filmore Slim). Also kann ich sie hoffentlich als Konzentrat verkosten. Das soll es gewesen sein. Ich wünsche euch viel Spaß mit den folgenden Ernteberichten und eine ruhige, besinnliche Weihnachtszeit mit euren Liebsten! 11-25-2024 - All three plants received 2000ml PH'd tap water with a dose of Recharge and Silica yesterday. These plants are in full on stretch mode now and they're growing rapidly. These three plants are already as tall as the last grow I had and we're not even into flower yet. My expectation is this week all three plants will go into flower. I'm seeing pre-flower on two of the three plants and would expect that all three will have signs by end of tomorrow. The Mystery Seed continues to be pushed in ways the other two have not. I top dressed the Mystery seed yesterday with 3 Tbsp Gaia Green Power Bloom and we'll see if that makes a difference or kills the plant. I suspect it'll be ok. If I do not detect any burning I'll probably treat all three with power bloom next week. Otherwise, things have been going exactly to plan. There are no blemishes on the leaves and they've been maintaining a healthy green throughout the grow. I'm going to be watering a little more frequently as we get fully into flower AND I'll be ramping up the lighting in the tent to between 600-700PPFD. Should top out between 900-1000PPFD within the next couple weeks. 11-27-2024 - At this point I'm the big worry for these plants going forward as I have a hard time not messing with them. Since these are Autos, I'm only performing necessary defoliation to expose bud sites. As these girls head into flower I want to make sure I have light getting to as many as possible. These plants look very healthy and two of three are in pre-flower while the "Mystery" seed continues to stay in veg but is also an inch or two shorter than the other two plants....and has been topped. All three plants right now are as tall as the last three plants when I harvested so I consider this a good sign. Happy Thanksgiving!! 11-28-2024 - Happy Thanksgiving. Today I'm thankful for sites like this where I've learned so much. This morning, my CO2 levels finally are getting over 1000ppm which can only mean that the exhale bag is working now....took about 3.5 weeks. This morning I watered all three plants each with 2 Liters of dechlorinated tap water PH'd to 6.5. My tent conditions are OPTIMAL @ 75F/60%RH/1.1VPD/1000PPM CO2 and PPFD readings at the top of the canopy at 650 or so. The plants are growing vigorously now and are getting ready to go into full flower. I would expect flower sites throughout by the start of week 6 if not sooner. Its flower time! 11-29-2024 - Plants grew over an inch since yesterday and all three are stretching nicely. The Mystery Seed, which I topped, is a couple inches shorter but coming along nicely. All three are healthy, no bugs, no signs of anything except health. The conditions in the tent are still perfect and I'm feeling very confident in a good harvest. 11-30-2024 - Bumped up the lights this morning to 70% which should yield around 700-750 PPFD. Watered Granite Runtz and Frosted Cherry O's 2 liters each but the Mystery Seed was still a little wet so I'll water that one tomorrow. Its still not in flower so water uptake is a little less. CO2 levels continue to hover around 1000ppm and I've bumped the humidity down to around 50-54% since they're heading into flower. I also top dressed both the Granite Runtz and Frosted Cherry O's with Gaia Green Power Bloom.

End of week 1. All 3 plants have their true leaves. The stems seem to be developing nicely but I was hoping for more leaf development. I still need to create more humidity. My exhaust fan still vents too much of it. I added a second camera and I hope to start adding some time lapse videos. Overall a good week! Still trying to learn my environment and tweak where I can!
