My second growroom is built and the girls have moved in. This new strain combines two well-received parents, Juanita la Lagrimosa (Spanish for "Juanita the Tearful") and Royal Highness, which are themselves genetic hybrids of other precursor strains: Juanita the Tearful from Queen Mother and a Mexican-Afghan blend; Royal Highness from Dance Hall and Respect 13. On and on the strains date back in agricultural time, each new variety with its own unique smell, taste, color, high and medical benefit. The new pH-meter showed 8.1 in my regular tapwater, way too high. So now the buds has started to grow again, they were purple earlier and now since she got water and nutes with right pH-level, the buds are turning back to green. And I also added some more nutes to her menu, 2018-02-03 Added some pics of the grow room after I cleaned the floor and putting the girls back in, and also added a video of the reality of a grower having some problems with too high pH-level. Since I'm still a novice growing cannabis I learn new things everyday, and hopefully the next round will be more or less perfect - perfection needs practice.

The Banana Purple Punch is looking fantastic as it enters its 7th week of flowering! After checking the trichomes, it’s clear this plant needed a bit more time to mature compared to others, but the wait has been worth it.🌱 This week, I’ve started flushing to prepare for harvest. If all goes as planned, it’ll be ready to cut and hang by the week after next. The buds are looking dense and frosty, and I’m excited to see the final result!😊 So far, everything is progressing beautifully, and I’m really happy with how this plant is finishing up.

Appears to have some nutrient lock out? Not sure? Probably just going to continue her out until harvest at about day 64. Plant still smells amazing. Buds are smaller than I would like. Still a good plant. Very resilient.

Day 15. Girls are bad, will recalibrate ph meter and give first nutes, very strange grow, looks like all 4 cookies want to selftop aswell .. Cant get a brake ... On some girls see nutes def, so my guess is that ph meter went wrong and i have all those mutations or shitty seeds ;))))))))))))) Day 16. Recalibrated ph pen and fed them with first full nutes. Lets see, cookies looks really sad, 3 gorillas are ok, bunny gorilla will have two main stems - funky ;)) Day 17. Girls responded well to first feed, still sad situation with most of cookies. I plan to veg them long, so bad grow rate is not a problem, but health is, one girl is in tragic state, lets hope she will bounce back ! Day 18. Girls start to love life, looks like they responded well to nutes. Worst Cookie show sighns of progress, maybe again she will be that Black Swan story ? ;)) Would start training today before watering, but will give them one more nutes and then will start.

The buds get bigger and bigger ... The perfume, even if contained for the low humidity, is beautiful sweet mixed to that similar to the resin of the conifers. as I had foreseen, the plant was destined not to grow much and so it was I was smart to start with a nice LST so as to keep the plant low and so to make all the tops swell .. shortly I put the video All in all a beautiful plant that will surely give me satisfaction

Missed growing this classic…my last seed purchased over 2yrs.

Seems pretty damn happy after week 1 bloom. Put in some decent stretch especially in the middle. Tied all the tallest down today to flatten her back out. Also cleared out a few more fan leaves, mostly under the canopy, to let her breathe. And tightened up my nute measuring with a syringe, sans needle of course, from my b12 doses. Curious to see the results. Till next week.

omg, another week has passed...... :) Day 100 - and then there was 11 Buds ....... lol Switched over to normal water on both ... smaller has been on water 1+ weeks ..... Endoscope arrives this week i hope..... harvested afew buds to fit it all in the tent and setup lights properly... trimmed em, wired em abit to support the weight of the buds.... I'll see how the endoscope results show, as to harvest...... i think growth slowed abit over last week or 2, because of poor light setup, not enough room in tent, and other grow 6400k led.... got a new tent on the way... 😎 Day 101 - Pics - edoscope, usb arrived... it's very good, but hard to stabalize / focus, i'll have to work out how to use it better...... the pics i posted were of a younger bud from the bottom..... i'm happy with the cloudy with amber, and harvesting.... 😎 Day 103 - vid of all trimmed and drying out upside down in tent. Both plants are currently being flushed, B2 will be ready for harvest the next few days and B1 will still flush for another week. The fade in B2 is incredible, truly my best plant I've grown so far.. best structure, best density, best everything. Looking forward to this harvest for sure. Probably will not post another update until my harvest results in a couple of weeks.

Two weeks after the germination of the seeds, the plants look great. Next week, they will be moved to larger 19-liter pots. Next, we'll perform topping (fimming) and low-stress training (LST).

the cycle has come to an end, the plants have been harvested and are being cured. the mother yielded 421 grams of dry flowers the clones yielded 303 grams of dry flowers. the variety changed its smell during curing, it became even more pleasant, the smell of garlic is not felt, fruit spices, very complex. the variety is generally very strong, not suitable for beginners and for daily smoking. I am very glad that such a rich harvest came out.
