week 3 of the flowering stage of MD XXL 🙌 1 of the 3 is realy not doing good and is yellowing alot, i dont know why this is, i think its heat stress combined with nutrient deficiency but im not 100% sure. I think shes doing better since i went from 3ml/l alga bloom to 4ml/l and adding 1ml/l green sensation to it. Other 2 MD XXLs are doing just fine, 😉 its still very hot where i live, around 30 degrees celcius every day, global warming all the way... i wonder what my harvest amount will be! For the people in the Grow Questions, i dont check PH/TDS simply because my budget couldnt sustain the equipment, ill get it next grow. Also the alga grow/bloom line from plagron states that you dont need to check PH levels because the algae in the nutrients will regulate it apparently, I also choose NOT to defoliate since i read alot of different stuff about it. I think i just let nature do its way and only remove those bad fans blocking my beautiful buds 👹

Well they germinated in record time for me..48 hours all 4 seeds. Medium is 50/50 coco/perlite. I watered the pots a day before planting. 250Ec. Been watering when pots feel light till runoff. Heat pad I had seemed to dry out pots quick. Temps and humidity are good. I switched from H&G coco to CANNA coco this round. It seems like cannas coco fibres are smaller and are holding more water then H&G. Therefore I believe I've been overwatering This entire week! FFS

So basically this is the last week I give the ladies before I flush the ladies out . Everything is going fantastic . Lots of new gizmos and gadgets in the grow room now taking it to the next level . Im very please to say that this has so far been a very very pleasant experience for me and Im starting to really look forward to the end because it smells AMAZING! Solid week this week! Perfected the LST technique I think! All the canopies are comin in even, and they are growing great! I did notice the plant on the right that is under the King Plus 1000, it’s growing a little shorter and stalkier than its sisters. I tried to find a Mars Hydro reflector 48 to fit into the spot the king is in. I’m trying to match the reflector 144 I have in place, but I was unable to find one ( they don’t make them anymore). Well last night I was able to find one so this tent will be running perfect just in time for flower! Going to keep vegging them, and taking care of my babies! Not too sure how much room I have left to keep vegging, might switch over to flower on week 6 we shall see! Stay growing my friends!

I harvested 2 of the 5 plants on day 71. The other 3 plants got harvested on day 80 and are in the drying process. My inline fan is running on 25% and I got a fan running on the lowest setting on the bottom of the tent, so I doesnt blow on the buds directly.

I'm cutting the nutes big time trying to get to 300ppm and I'll start flushing, main cola starting to show a purple reddish hue through the buds and sugar leaves, looks lovely just wondering should I be worried Update: reducing nutes still before flush, some buds going slightly purpley/reddish colour, still looks great just wondering what could be

2/1 Week 12! Re-introducing the Peak PK in low dose as I begin to migrate the plant to all Peak and then flush I hope all in less than two weeks. Will step things daily, tomorrow it will be 10 ml CT 10 ml Peak with an eye on the ppm. You get the idea, she has to finish and fast. Valuable lesson, don't have anything ever backed up behind a sativa grow waiting on them to finish, it aint worth it. Grow em at the end of a cycle. 2/2 put the feed at 12ml CT 7ml Peak thought maybe its too much of a swing, tomorrow 10 and 10 2/3 10ml of each this morning. Got to move things along, new plan is to begin flush at start of new week this weekend, At flush changing lights to 12/12 , binding her back up just a little, then placing one of the testers on a stand in the tent to take pressure off the veg tent. 5-7 days later we harvest based on what we see. We cannot come up with anything better As far as growth she is doing great, its a heavy plant and the hairs are still straight and 95% white! Build so fast 2/4 All is well Tara really seems to like the 10-10 dose so leaving it for now. Changed light schedule to match the veg tent. This is to accommodate the near arrival of one of the photos. In a few days the plant will have to finish off at 12-12 so the photo can flip. Not ideal but practical from our point of view. Keeping our hopes up here and uttering my characteristic prayer... Please God dont let me foul this up... Amen 2/5 Feeding as before Had to bind her up a bit, she is so heavy we were afraid of her toppling over. Seriously this plant is TOP HEAVY. Which is good I guess 😬 Not flushing till I see it is time, not messing this one up. Dont get plants like this everyday. 2/7 Ending the week with a full tent again Switched lights to 12-12 and bound her up to fit in half the tent, we literally could not come up with anything else for this. She just keeps going and going lol DRY WEIGHT ON RIPLEY! 261 grams Hoped for more but meh sativas. Still nothing to sneeze at 😇

Rough week for everybody...a solar bugstorm ensued and all the girls were ravaged to some degree. My mister fan hose busted and the temperatures were over 100f all week long. Still fighting grasshoppers..

Flowering day 11 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The first days of this week it looked really terrible for me because it was much too cold because of the unusual temperature. And after 2 rainy days and a sunny one after them, here comes Harvest day !! 😎 THe plant was sorrounded by a lot of bugs , as you can appreciate in the photos, it was neccesary to clean up the material... Never done this before but watched a video of Jorge Cervantes where he was cleaning the buds with H202 THe concentration was 200-250 ml with 22l, and i used 6l of water with 50 ml of H202 at 3%.... After the bath, like 90 % of the bugs are gone.. Im happy with te results, the buds/flowers are nicely lined up at the same height, and the aroma is really nice,but im curing the weed a couple of months at least... Today rolled up one and the taste is sweet on the exhale with spicy tones in the mouth too, but a proper cure is needed until full flavor develops in my opinion :) Overall a nice experience, didnt expect that purple tones appearing in the end and didnt expect such intense smell too hahah really stinky plant.. She screams im here, dont care what you think about me hahaha It has been drying for 5 days as the buds werent too compact and didn took too much time to dry..
