This week I Realised I'd used the wrong feed chart so I was over feeding 🙄 the leaves burnt on a few plants so I've only fed them water this week and will resume feeding from next week. There are still no pre sex pistils showing but it can't be far off now. As soon as pistils start to show I'll start feeding bloom feed. I've turned the light up to 30000lux using HLG's online calculator for converting a lux meter/app reading to PAR , my light is 3000k which with lm301H Led's works out @ 465ppfd which is about the max the plants can use in veg without supliments co2. February 23, 2021 (Week 7, Day 50, Flower 1): It's the first day of flower! The plants slept for 12 hours last night and will keep that up until harvest. Still seeing pretty crazy growth even for the 12 hours of darkness they went through. Grew about another .5". Excited to see how much these things stretch. Soil was very dry this morning so I watered with 4l of water per plant with 3ml/l pH Perfect Bloom + 2ml/l pH Perfect Grow + 2ml/l Sweet Raw + 1ml/l Big Bud + 1ml Cal-Mag Plus + 1/4 tsp/gal Humboldt Nutrients Big Up Flower Powder with a pH of 5.8. Runoff pH of 6.3. I will start watering with a 6.0 solution going forward. I also top dressed with about an inch of fresh Roots Organics Lush soil. Plants are looking great. Not seeing any problems currently. I'll keep a close eye on them as they transition. Turned down humidity another 5% today. Averaging 50% rH and 73℉. February 24, 2021 (Week 7, Day 51, Flower 2): Plants look great. Soil still moist from watering. Tilled half inch of topsoil. Averaging 50% rH and 73℉. Nothing else for today. February 25, 2021 (Week 7, Day 52, Flower 3): No complaints at all. These plants are as healthy as they can be from what I can tell. The growth sites are starting to do some funky stuff and everything is kind of starting to "clump" together. Really interesting to watch this process happen, as I've always wondered exactly how the buds begin to form. I was greeted with a very sweet smell when I opened my tent this morning, nothing strong yet. To encourage further vertical growth I've removed all LST ties except for two from Gelato 1 and Unknown 2. I adjusted the ties on Unknown 1 because it's already starting to stretch and I need it to slow down just a bit while the others catch up. Soil is semi-moist this morning but the pots are still pretty heavy, so I'll water in a day or two. Averaging 50% rH and 72℉. February 26, 2021 (Week 7, Day 53, Flower 4): Pots were light today so watered with 4l per plant with 3ml/l pH Perfect Bloom + 2ml/l pH Perfect Grow + 2ml/l Sweet Raw + 1ml/l Big Bud + 1ml Cal-Mag Plus at 6.0 pH. Runoff sitting at 6.4 pH. Defoliated one more node on each growth stem - the lollipop look is coming around. It will probably be my last defoliation like this. From now on I'll only pluck fan leaves that get in the way of bud sites. Unknown 1 grew over 2" in the last 24 hours. The stretch is getting real. I removed all remaining LST ties from Gelato 1 and Unknown 2. I redid the LST ties on Unknown 1 in an attempt to control its growth, but at this point I feel like it's just going to be a lanky plant and there's nothing I can do about it. I'll do my best to keep them as level as I can. Also, I took off Unknown 2's stem cast today and it healed really, really well. I have never seen a plant do this, but it filled itself in with tissue that is soft to the touch, and there's only a slight split at the top. It's looking really great. My wife noticed the smell of the plants this morning for the first time - so that's a good sign! Plants are starting to put off a lot of their own humidity, so I haven't refilled my humidifier in days. Averaging 50% rH and 72℉. Happy Friday everyone! 👻 February 27, 2021 (Week 7, Day 54, Flower 5): Soil is still moist - tilled half inch of topsoil. Overnight it appears Gelato 1 and Unknown 2 are doing their damnedest to catch up with Unknown 1 - they both grew about 2". Plants are looking great and are definitely starting to stretch! Averaging 50% rH and 70℉. February 28, 2021 (Week 7, Day 55, Flower 6): Top soil is pretty dry, but the pots are still heavy. I'll hold off watering for a day or two. The last 24-hour period I think I saw the biggest difference in the plants so far. Each growth stem stretched a ton on each plant, but at varying degrees. The canopy is suddenly uneven, but I think trying to keep everything even at this point will be futile. I will let them go and install the SCROG net soon if the colas start growing too differently from one another. The stipules on every plant tripled in length overnight so I think the plants are definitely getting with the new 12-hour schedule. All the plants are starting to shoot off tons of pre-flowers and pistils now. They're in the swing of things now. Averaging 50% rH and 70℉. March 1, 2021 (Week 7, Day 56, Flower 7): Soil is dry but pots still have some weight. Will probably water tomorrow. Plants are looking fantastic. Canopy is stretching all over the place. Averaging 50% rH and 70℉. Looking forward to next week! Hopefully we'll start to see some flowers poking through soon!

Auto Banana Kush is growing great under the Medic grow mini Sun-2, in the Athena blended line nutrition. I lollipopped to canopy some more today. I also attempted to defoliate her some. She is think after I removed a good amount. I will likely go at her some more over the weekend. I am hoping for a good canopy of medium sized buds is the goal. She is pretty level in canopy height at the moment. anyway, she is ready to go for another week. Después de germinadas las semillas, la planta comenzó a crecer rápido. Las hojas espigadas agarraron fuerza. A pesar de ser la misma cepa (las semillas venían juntas en el mismo packaging), una de las dos se disparó en su crecimiento y la otra está algo estancada. Por ahora, las plantas se ven sanas, con un lindo color verde.

2024-08-24 Very good Conditions Outdoors, Its warm/hot and sunny in the daytime, in the Nights its already kinda like autumn- cold but dry so absoltely perfect for the Girls One Plant moved under a Roof and into a SCROG they are drinking arund 2-3 liters ( sitting only in 15l Growbags The outdoor Girl behaves like growing in ground, spectacular and she builds lovely Floweringsites i think 3 more Weeks and she can be harvested in my garden standing 2 Tangerine Snow Plants One was growing Indoors, and was already harvested, and is revegetationg now and it looks promising The other Plant was the most Time of her life Outdoors, and is in flower for week 2 now ( almost week 3 because . the outdoor lady drinks and eats a lot She sits in a 15l Smartpot, and drinks around 5liters per day ( i have to give her water twice a Day because its quite hot. shes around 160 cm tall and shows already lovely buds ( entering week 3 of flower) i need to get more of these Genetics for next year, shes one of my favourite Genetics but thats what i tell every week to me the perfect plant. BREEDER INFO Tangerine Snow F1 Fast Feminised is a 75% sativa, four-way cross of (Boost x Tangelo) with (Lavender x Power Plant). This Fast F1 hybrid is bred from Cali genetics and boasts great citrus terps, high resin production for extracts, high levels of THC, very good yields and excellent mould resistance. Tangerine Snow F1 Fast can be grown indoors as well as outdoors. Indoor flowering times are between 8 - 10 weeks while harvest time in northern latitudes is during September while in the southern hemisphere growers will be harvesting during March. Recommended climate regions are hot, dry, humid and warm. These are tall, semi-branched plants that grow in excess of 200cm and display a high degree of vigour with very good uniformity. In common with many other heavily sativa-dominant strains, Tangerine Snow F1 Fast offers excellent resistance to mould as well as to plant pests and diseases. The combination of citrus terps and plenty of resin makes thi a very good extract strain with the 'washing' method delivering very good yields of hash. The citrus terpene profile is reminiscent of mandarins and tangerines and also has sweet candy notes. THC production has been lab-verified at a strong 24% while CBD is low. The effect is uplifting and energising, perfect for use during the day and early evening.

These girls are exploding like the bomb seeds they are! Always a treat to grow any Bomb seeds in my experiences. I have grown Both Atomic and Widow bomb before and great seeds/genetics and amazing top shelf buds on massive plants. They are really blowing up now there roots are in the water and all 4 have been topped in prep for LST and there screens. I also installed my DIY reservoir cooler and wrapped my buckets in reflective insulation stuff to keep heat out and keep water cool. Will post some results when I test it more...

This was a fun project that was a few years in the making and a year later to see if they would last a season for this upload to happen. Before any of this I would bike aorund town grabbing up all the old Ikea solid pine bed slats that I could find and storing them in the basement. I have a lot of wood down there, any size worked as long as I have enough of them. The hot days to find them were the first and last of the months because that's when people where moving in/out. I also kept an eye on the free section on local online classifieds as well. The entire purpose of this was to recycle as much off the streets as I could before buying anything to finalize the project. In the end I only bought sealer, screws and some takeaway/beers. All the wood was 100% free and salvaged off the streets of Toronto saving it from the dumpster bin. After collecting all the slats for about 2 years I was playing aorund with them on how I wanted to make this work. I had previously done a little project like this before but I messed it up and the boxes where crap. did not last longer then 2 seasons, they where thin and shallow as well could not grow much of anything in them. I Was talking to my friend who is renovating their house and we brainstormed some ideas on the boxes, I found some designs I liked online and said lets make something like this out of what I have here. We tossed out a few of the design features when looking at them as it would have been wasted wood and extra work not needed. If I had more wood them maybe it could have been an option but simple was the name of the game. They taught me what I needed to know like how the miter saw and sander worked, plus all the other tools I was using. They did help out with a table saw and creating the triangle support joints in the corners, They used some pine left overs they had while making a staircase indoors. I did not feel up to the task of using a table saw given all the relatives I know who have lost a finger to them. In the end we decided the design would be three boards high and take an alternating pattern on corners. layer one short, layer 2 long, layer 3 short. Went with a galvanized and painted deck screw so it can take the weathering. Ran into some problems like making everything level as some of the boards were warped and other ones had undesired aspects like knots and tacky sticker goo I could not remove. So I used them for the base that will not been seen so much. Clamped everything down and called it a day. Once it was all done and over with, I then brought them back home from my buddies work garage and started to seal them. I went with a boiled linseed oil as its a food safe option should the wood degrade into the soil I will plant in them. I will need to reapply it to the boxes year after year but the main coat is the most important one and I put it on 3 layers with a good dry in between coats. the inside of the boxes that where coated did not degrade at all as the sun did not hit them so it will not need a new coat just the outside. Overall the end result was very impressive for myself, I've never taken a woodworking class ever and It was a near perfect outcome for me. Heavy Duty Planter Boxes for all my gardening needs. I made a last min decision to add in a plastic liner to preserve the wood even longer and stapled that into the frame. it has held up quite well and may need replacing end of 2nd or 3rd year out in the sun. Used a thick moisture wrap plastic with UV protectors in its formula. Lets see what I can grow in them this year! m0use's haus of projects - garden box edition

17.10. - Fourth week of veg is here and I am continuing with LST to expose lower branches to light. I will be trying to keep them all in same height as main cola. Watering: Added one more ml/l of Bio Grow 19.10. - Continuing with LST. New branches are exposed to the light and they shoot up pretty fast. I will try to even their height with main cola, so I can let them grow peacefully. Watered. 21.10. - I have installed a humidifier and set it to 55%. Seems like plants really like it because the got really nice color. Watered. 23.10. - Today I've noticed that one of the plants blew up and I need to change the LST approach to ties instead of wires because the plants are pulling them from soil. The biggest plant looks sad because I took the photos just after watering. Watering: added one more ml/l of Bio Grow 17.10. - 23.10.2023
