This week continues to be all about the stretch. The plant is still growing steeply upwards. I’m holding off on a more aggressive defoliation in the center for now to avoid stressing the plant too much during the stretch. However, I’ve been gradually trimming underneath the net. Small flower sites are now appearing everywhere. I'm curious to see how long it will keep stretching. Watering continues every other day with 2.6 liters, with minimal drainage. On day 49, I was asked why I had started defoliating the top—but no, it’s actually just the stretch. Growing 3-5 cm per day! Crazy stuff.

February 23, 2021 (Week 7, Day 50, Flower 1): It's the first day of flower! The plants slept for 12 hours last night and will keep that up until harvest. Still seeing pretty crazy growth even for the 12 hours of darkness they went through. Grew about another .5". Excited to see how much these things stretch. Soil was very dry this morning so I watered with 4l of water per plant with 3ml/l pH Perfect Bloom + 2ml/l pH Perfect Grow + 2ml/l Sweet Raw + 1ml/l Big Bud + 1ml Cal-Mag Plus + 1/4 tsp/gal Humboldt Nutrients Big Up Flower Powder with a pH of 5.8. Runoff pH of 6.3. I will start watering with a 6.0 solution going forward. I also top dressed with about an inch of fresh Roots Organics Lush soil. Plants are looking great. Not seeing any problems currently. I'll keep a close eye on them as they transition. Turned down humidity another 5% today. Averaging 50% rH and 73℉. February 24, 2021 (Week 7, Day 51, Flower 2): Plants look great. Soil still moist from watering. Tilled half inch of topsoil. Averaging 50% rH and 73℉. Nothing else for today. February 25, 2021 (Week 7, Day 52, Flower 3): No complaints at all. These plants are as healthy as they can be from what I can tell. The growth sites are starting to do some funky stuff and everything is kind of starting to "clump" together. Really interesting to watch this process happen, as I've always wondered exactly how the buds begin to form. I was greeted with a very sweet smell when I opened my tent this morning, nothing strong yet. To encourage further vertical growth I've removed all LST ties except for two from Gelato 1 and Unknown 2. I adjusted the ties on Unknown 1 because it's already starting to stretch and I need it to slow down just a bit while the others catch up. Soil is semi-moist this morning but the pots are still pretty heavy, so I'll water in a day or two. Averaging 50% rH and 72℉. February 26, 2021 (Week 7, Day 53, Flower 4): Pots were light today so watered with 4l per plant with 3ml/l pH Perfect Bloom + 2ml/l pH Perfect Grow + 2ml/l Sweet Raw + 1ml/l Big Bud + 1ml Cal-Mag Plus at 6.0 pH. Runoff sitting at 6.4 pH. Defoliated one more node on each growth stem - the lollipop look is coming around. It will probably be my last defoliation like this. From now on I'll only pluck fan leaves that get in the way of bud sites. Unknown 1 grew over 2" in the last 24 hours. The stretch is getting real. I removed all remaining LST ties from Gelato 1 and Unknown 2. I redid the LST ties on Unknown 1 in an attempt to control its growth, but at this point I feel like it's just going to be a lanky plant and there's nothing I can do about it. I'll do my best to keep them as level as I can. Also, I took off Unknown 2's stem cast today and it healed really, really well. I have never seen a plant do this, but it filled itself in with tissue that is soft to the touch, and there's only a slight split at the top. It's looking really great. My wife noticed the smell of the plants this morning for the first time - so that's a good sign! Plants are starting to put off a lot of their own humidity, so I haven't refilled my humidifier in days. Averaging 50% rH and 72℉. Happy Friday everyone! 👻 February 27, 2021 (Week 7, Day 54, Flower 5): Soil is still moist - tilled half inch of topsoil. Overnight it appears Gelato 1 and Unknown 2 are doing their damnedest to catch up with Unknown 1 - they both grew about 2". Plants are looking great and are definitely starting to stretch! Averaging 50% rH and 70℉. February 28, 2021 (Week 7, Day 55, Flower 6): Top soil is pretty dry, but the pots are still heavy. I'll hold off watering for a day or two. The last 24-hour period I think I saw the biggest difference in the plants so far. Each growth stem stretched a ton on each plant, but at varying degrees. The canopy is suddenly uneven, but I think trying to keep everything even at this point will be futile. I will let them go and install the SCROG net soon if the colas start growing too differently from one another. The stipules on every plant tripled in length overnight so I think the plants are definitely getting with the new 12-hour schedule. All the plants are starting to shoot off tons of pre-flowers and pistils now. They're in the swing of things now. Averaging 50% rH and 70℉. March 1, 2021 (Week 7, Day 56, Flower 7): Soil is dry but pots still have some weight. Will probably water tomorrow. Plants are looking fantastic. Canopy is stretching all over the place. Averaging 50% rH and 70℉. Looking forward to next week! Hopefully we'll start to see some flowers poking through soon!

UPDATE AFTER A LONG TIME, i'll post more often. I only recovered a few videos from last couple years to share. Mango is dense, but doesn't give out much trichome as I expected. So, I took a risk and poke a hole in the stem to gave a lot of stress to the plant, so the plant gave out a lot of trichomes and the bud becomes a bit bigger.

I'll let her bounce back from that then comes a good defoliation the switch to flower. My plan is to have as an even canopy with about 8-10 colas. That's about it for this week. got bitten by a spider and realized i was always wondering what my spiritual animal was, and realized it was spiders after that awakening of asking mother natures help me and spiders made a blood pack and since then nature has been helping me out by protecting my plants, from thieves and bad rotten people. and nature gave me spiders to protect my children. one of my spiders thats protecting the rooibaard is called GREGGK.

Not much more work to do... I did some light defoliation today to avoid any popcorn buds and I think that’s it until harvest for all my girls. I’ll just keep watering them. - The critical is the most advanced one... I’m thinking to harvest it in around 2 weeks... so I’ll be starting flushing soon. - Northern Lights & Moby D have developed many stems and they are looking very even in height throughout the plants. They are not half the height of the Critical, but still have some additional weeks to go

Day 41 Green Gelato is stacking up the buds... just a awsome strain already took some clones will put them under veg again when mommy is ready for the cut =) I need to water tomorrow I think Green Gelato is thirsty! Fruit Spirit going its way im really exited for the yield will see how this will go.... Sweet ZZ finally showing some nice trichome production and she starts to smell lovely. Im very happy with my grow I hope after this harvest I will never buy weed ever again! shoutout to Royal Queen Seeds for those awsome genetics favorite breeder company atm!

Well she seems to be getting along very well for her 4th week in flower. Nothing exciting done this week i keep feeding her about 5 litres of water with 30ml canna A and 30ml canna B with a ph of 6.3 on average water schedule about every 24hours.

Hello Diary. It ended the third week of flowering on my little Farm. Lots of changes to Mimosa #2, but before that a few words for Mimosa #1. It has reached 110 cm which is a couple of cm more than last week which means it will no longer grow in height. The plant has a nice shape, I cleaned the lower branches earlier so there is good air flow through the plant. This is helped by two fans that blow constantly. What I noticed is that the flowers are kind of weird-small. It’s as if they’ve shrunk, even though they’re full of trichomes and stick to your fingers, they look a lot different from Mimosa #2. They didn't shed any hair at all. I will see how it develops further. Otherwise the plant looks healthy, the leaves are dark green and it looks beautiful. Mimosa # 2 has grown to 117 cm which makes it currently the tallest on the Farm, and it was a few days late and was the smallest for the first 4 weeks. As it grew abruptly, the lower part of the plant was again blocked with branches and leaves, so I removed the lower branches again. The other three are bending clips that move the lower branches away from the stalk to receive as much light as possible. The flowers filled in nicely and began to spread the scent. I hope she also stopped growing because she exceeded the height that is ideal for the height of my grow box. I water the plants every two days, they drink really a lot of water. This week I added Bio Grow, Bio Bloom and Alg-a-Mic from BioBizz to one watering. The temperature is around 29 degrees, during the day it even rises a little above 30 degrees, but so it is in summer, I hope it will not cause stress to the plants. Here’s what it looked like last week. 20/06/2021 - Day 36. Watering. I added 1ml / lit CalMg to 8 liters of water, I lowered the p.H. at 6.5 and with that amount evenly watered all three plants. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 29 degrees and 60% humidity. 22/06/2021 - Day 38. Watering. This time I just regulated p.H at 6.3. I did not add any nutrients. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28 degrees and 47% humidity. 24/06/2021 - Day 40. Watering. I added Bio Grow 1.5 ml / lit, Bio Bloom 1 ml / lit and Alg-a-Mic 1ml / lit. p.H. I dropped to 6.4. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 31 degrees and 52% humidity. 26/06/2021 - Day 42. Watering and photography. p.H. I dropped to 6.5. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 28 degrees and 45% humidity. 9/7 Day 7 Things are ok watching Jen closely and dropping PH slowly from 6.8 to 6.0 by the gauge (no more dye... yea) to see if its a lockout. Lowered lights to 24 inches as I am seeing a bit of stretch. Just learning how to use the light in absence of anything approaching instruction :) Folks I like this light, so far... awwwwright Transplant time coming up in a week or so, be getting the pots ready with a full wash of nuets just to get things rolling in the soil. 9/11 D11 Transplanted to five gal pots, soil is mix of 707 with 1 tbs Recharge , 3 tbs Dolimite lime, and 5 tbs Happy Frog Guano Culture , Watered with feed of Kanga/Fish Mix/Big Bloom 0.5 gal each Staying on 24 hr lights till end of week 9/14 D14 Finishing the week up with a feeding Fish Mix 1 tsp/gal Big Bloom 1 Tbs/gal for 2.0 liters Lights now on same timer as the CBD - 20-4

July 19: second week of force flowering for Sunday Punch EV. She is a very robust and fast growing plant that can handle the cool overnight temperatures that we get here sometimes. July 21: still looking great and maybe starting to smell a bit. But that’s outdoors, with my general lack of dope smell awareness, so it would likely smell indoors to most people. That sentence sort of makes sense. July 23: added another loose Scrog net layer and using water bottles as weights to open up the canopy. July 25: watering yesterday included some water leftover from steaming beets. Seems that contained a lot of N because they’re looking really green today.

6 out of 8 plants in pre-flowering, i replaced my humidifier with the dehumidifier, very present smell when I open the tent, a little early like my last crop. ⚠️ Day 26: Green gelato is hermaphrodite, destruction of the Green gelato, burial of a northern light.

My A/C has been not really working and it’s getting in the 90s outside not sure if it’s stunting it but have been trying to keep as much airflow as possible I have a fan below and above the canopy and the inline on 6-7 with no carbon filter or ducting right on top of the tent hoping it will be enough o keep the mold away
