This week i harvested her on day 88 from seed week 13. This girl had some issues. She none the less survived long enough to finish up. Around the 2 week of flower she began burning up underneath the led's ( which don't get that hot). It's really weird, because out of 3 plants that were under the led's i run, this candy kush was the only one to react this way. I narrowed it down to this being the issue after flushing and verifying run off ph, defoliation, and nutrient decreases.She was also transplanted during preflower from a 1 gallon to a 5 gallon pot, which she took to well and really grew alot bigger from. I pulled off soooo many damaged leaves from the issues that occurred from the burning. It was so bad, i eventually built a greenhouse for her to finish up in. Although i think she could have been grown better and produced more, i cannot complain. I did oven bake some bottom branch larf buds and rolled up a sample. Of course the terpines were garbage and she tasted like shit haha, but the high was pretty good and intense! After she is done drying i will supply dry picks and weights, then she will be going into them curing jars. Oh and she was flushed for one week using only tps signal and molasses. She will indeed get another run in the future.

She is shorter than her sisters. But im extremely excited. She is just gorgeous. Nice and tight, 4" and 4 nodes. And looking great. Greenhouse is ready.

DISCLAIMER START EC Value on weekly page is the actual value, my EC meter was not calibrated and gave extremely false values, that's why it went so bad, corrected it on the weekly page when I noticed it, the EC value in the comment is wrong, the rest is correct. DISCLAIMER END The plant keeps growing super slow and doesn't like "high" EC, after the Increase in EC last week it got stunted and a couple days later started to show tip burn. Really really frustrated and if this one was in my usual setup I would have tossed it out of the window. New growth after topping is also growing EXTREMELY slow. Did some defoliation to get light to lower nodes but ya whatever the plant doesn't care and doesn't want to grow. Unsure if it is due to this pheno, the new setup, the new light or whatever, to many variables to definitely say. I see this grow as a big experiment from now on and don't expect anything anymore. Added some Universol Yellow (high P) after lowering EC due to tip burn. Changed the light to my old one the SP3000 to see if the higher amount of far red is helping it to stretch. Plant started to flower properly mid week so I'll start to mark it as flowering starting next week. On one leaf there is a bud starting to form. Values are average of the day. Day 83 - end of week 4 flowering and everything thing going good , super easy to grow so far with no problems. They have started giving of a really sweet smell can’t wait to taste 👅

Re-potted into ceramic pots today and, indeed, the bottom 3/4 of the soil was quite damp. The root system was larger than I expected but quite grey in color, not vibrant white. I'm going away for 10 days so I'll just leave these babies alone and hopefully they lively up themselves.

Grow day 84 its end of week 12 and things are still ticking along nicely. Pineapple express had a big defol during the week and trichomes getting cloudy. She is 78 days old. Jack herer also had a big defol and is really packing on some weight. She is 78 days. Gorilla cookies had a tiny defol and her trichomes are starting turning Amber, she isn't going to have much weight but is looking sticky. She is 84 days old. Lemon pie is about a week behind the others in her production, She is 79days old. On grow day 83 I switched over to 3ml/L ripen Ec 1.2 Ph 5.6 I will run this for 7 to 10 days before flushing. All 4 will have to be harvested at the same time. Max 27. deg Avg 22. deg Min 17.9 deg Max 71% Avg 53% Min 43.6%

She has started her bloom. She is growing so well. This week I took off all her tie downs. Then 2 days later decided to tie her back down. She has had steady tension on her branches. So when I released her, she tightened back up. With the ties on, there is little reason for defoliation, as of now. She gained height, but nothing crazy. All her main top branches have always been pulled down to be side branches. Everything else was let to grow that came up the center. Really the side branches are the top of the canopy. Surprised I have not broke a branch. 8/26 2 gallons Fed 8 tablespoons Foxfarm Big Bloom, 15 MLS Tiger bloom and Foxfarm Open sesame 1/2 teaspoon. 8/30 Gallon and a half of tea. Cow and worm poop. Every year I'm going to grow a photo in a different shape. This year I just wanted to see how many tops I could make. Looking forward to next year's design. However not as much as I want to see what this voluptuous beauty produces. Voluptuous seems to be very fitting for her. Love this plant, she has been very fun to grow. She also thought me a lot.

These pics were taken on day of chop 1/8/24. Didn't get any pics of them hanging, will get pics of the trimming process in about a week when she's done drying. I typically dry for around 8-10days with 14 being ultimate goal but I'm fine with 10. Will update in a week or so with the smoke report and final conclusion!

We started adding some banana peel fertilizer, around half a litre every three days as we discover some changing in the leaves colour. it turns out it is Potassium deficiency.
