Welcome to the last week of veg the lady’s have been switched to flower last night. Nothing but buds from here on in! This week was all about setting the lady’s bud sites up as even as I could and a little defoliation before they were flipped. All the plants are within a inch of each other and each plant tops are bang on same height. We stuck with the feed twice a week for the last week of veg and are right on the line of nute burn on one of the girls, we will go easy on the start of the bloom nutes and wait until around week 4 or 5 to go back to the feed twice a week again. I’m interested to see if the gold leaf will stretch out a lot more than the super skunk and big bud, if so I might have my hands full trying to keep them all under the same lights. Hello present and future growmies! Welcome to the start of week 9 for Queen Citronella. First things first, please go and check week 8, I update daily and the week is now complete. Day 57: Her majesty is parched and so overgrown in her space that I've decided to give her a haircut. It will hopefully make her easier to move about too. I've fertigated 10l today and performed LST adjustments and significant defoliation. Made a little collage to show the training I did. Day 58: Tried to colour correct photos. Any good? Day 60: Disaster! SOMETHING has gone horribly wrong! The Queen is unwell and now I shall try to figure out why. It seems like heat stress but I don't get how. Alright I think it is heat stress but I am not sure how, the temp hasn't gone above 26 degrees to my knowledge. Two things have changed this week first my house has been about 3 degrees warmer, and second I switched the main tent to 20 hours. I wonder if the additional time and the extra heat in the house has caused it to get too high. I have opened a flap at the side of her tent, and I am going to drop the light in the main tent down to 19h. As well as this I am now leaving a window open when the lights are on. Hopefully I can stop it getting worse but it is all over the plant. :( Okay soI think I have caused nute tox/shock - specifically I think what happened was an accidental big overdose of CalMag raising the EC too high. These symptoms came on way too fast to be a simple deficiency or lock out, and the PH wasn't so far off as to cause these issues. I've treble checked and the temp hasn't exceeded 26 degrees, nor dropped below 17. I flushed her through with PH water today approx 40 litres - until runoff was clear and correct PH. I am not going to nute her for a day or two. Day 62: I have ordered the queen a new tent. 75 x 75 x 200. She's still asleep at the moment but I'll photo her later. She's really taken a hammering from, what I now believe is, nutrient toxicity. Day 62: Her majesty is looking much revived compared with the last few days. I THINK she will be ok. I've made a video assessing the damage. Ouch. Sorry your majesty, please not off with my head! Day 63: Alright I have a new tent for her majesty arriving next week and I've new airflow for the main tent. She seems to have recovered from the burn and is stretching again. End of week summary: First big mistake and first serious issues for Citronella. Sorry about that. However she has now recovered and is growing again. I cannot undo the damage but I think I have halted any further damage. Let's see what happens next week.

Feeding Molasses, epsom Salt and envi seafeed xtra. Also as foliage spray. Some leftover glozing BB spray. I did a second topping over the 4th new node and tried to defoliate a bit on the bottom. All Plants are doing great, no pest, no signs of nutrient deficits. Still 6 weeks of veg left ❤️

COntinued to apply small amounts of pressure with LST but aside from that, letting her do her thing. Had to leave her for a few days and she got dehydrated, after a feed she perked up again but she's now started sucking all the nutes out of her lower growth. Growing naturally just water and organic matter with ashes…so far no problems. I can’t wait to taste her.

So everything took off in flower, I was super harsh with the defoliating which initially I regretted, but was surprised with how they packed out during the following weeks. In general it's impressive how hardy these plants are. Even the outdoor grows yielded some quality. Add some more nuets (overdrive and carbo load), before flushing about 14 days before harvest, next time I'll do this earlier and really the Runtz could have gone another week but my drying needs to happen in the same space as my growing for now. Apologies for the quality of image, I'm just using my phone and some bits I have to document, I collect records too, so expect weird noises lol. Build a rotating plat from a lazt susan I found, has been the best piece of kit added this season.

Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

Bubble og man these ladies loved being topped they were not growing the fastest before topping but after getting topped they have really been stretching out they very much have a scrog potential the branchs bend easily and have good distance between nodes to work with The day has come and it's time to flip these ladies to flower. I was planning on letting them go untill Friday and let the smaller ones grow just a bit more but they will be fine. I have the eternity cup contest in mind and I'm thinking timing so I need to get these lady done and out my tent lol. This past week I turned the light up alot getting them ready to flower they have grown a bunch inhavendone lst maybe 5 it 6 times on the branchs and they arw nit bendy anymore that will help durring flower.

She truly might be becoming the Gorilla that was promised, huge leaves. Not as pungent or bushy as the Orange Hill beside her but she seems to get there. I'm finally seeing some exponential growth, I'm going to give them as much rest as I can coming weeks to maximize growth before flowering and to prevent (hopefully) them going hermie on me, which both Gorillas and Orange Hill Special are prone to. I have made a video to thank them for letting me use their SP-3000. What a beast of a light!! Thanks again @MarsHydroLED for letting me test this awesome light! I have made a new layer of topsoil made of organic coco-peat, which should help me prevent more fungus gnats. They already seem to hate it and are wandering around in agony trying to dig in... Good for them, freeloading beastards. Now we go to flowering coming weeks, and I can't wait... Thanks for checking in and the likes and support!

Hello growers Tropicana cookies auto is on the go the bean has pushed out the soil and she’s ready to rock big thanks to @pevseeds for sending me these beans to take part in the summer contest germination was a breeze took 24 hours she in the tent under my new Lumatek Attis 300w light only giving water to keep her moist at the mo I’ll give her a week then start feeding her some nutrients iv got her in a 20/4 light cycle I’ll keep it at this from start to finish that’s it for now so until next week be safe and happy growing ✌️

Blueberry Lime Kush AD Fuck, it's a boy...

Purchased a new night which is 24 inches from the plant. The bottom two leaves have started to turn slightly yellow. The PH levels have not changed. I may have over watered, but I don’t believe I did. Not quite sure what is going on here. She has taken off in growth this week compared to the last. She is on a 18hour light schedule and taken out into the sun from 12pm to 6pm and then back under the lights. I am not overly sure of how much water is required.

So 4/5 weeks into these auto babies 👶 straight into flowering no veg then we gonna go for a crazy light switch from 7th week till finish with 10/14 darkness and see how the girls finish up after flushing.

This week I planted two of them, Juana and María. I used a plastic glass of aprox 350ml, hoping my new babies will grow normally this time. I used a bit of mycorrhizae fungi powder and watered them with the soution described above. I'm germinating another seed and it will be ready at the end of this week. Well that seed didn't pop up so a friend gifted me another runtz seed and a critical pruple from Geaseeds. The critical already poped up and Tomorrow 27/06 she will be in her new home, right next to Juana and Maria. The last Runtz is still germinating.,they don't germinate at the same rate, that's strange, is the first time I see that in the same genetics.

Week 8 of flowering: Managed with only water this week. It's noticeable that this is a slightly slower strain: it's maturing slowly, with compact buds turning golden hues. The aroma is old-school, earthy-sweet, very promising.

17.3.25: I've starred a Hulkberry auto. This was the first pack of seeds I bought! I realised it was mostly sativa, but now I'm ready to give it a go! Made my soil mix, which I will update next week. Planted the seed into an RQS seed starter plug. Mainly to keep the seed in place when watering. Join my journey and hang out 🌱✌️

6/28 Week 10 and she is looking fantastic Flush continues, nothing special just one gallon of h20 twice a day. Looking at at least 3 days as tricones still at less than 100% white (@80%) Deficiencies not bad yet, still building some bud 6/29 Looking well, just a bit of CA/MG def showing. Still building Some lights out pics to show off the buds and trics **** We have determined that best practice on coco DTW is to add a low dose of Cal-Mag once a week when in final container. This will satisfy the cation sites as the coco breaks down and avoid mystery CA deficiencies allowing the CocoTek to do its work. 6/30 Just some Bud Pics 7/2 HARVEST DAY TOMORROW!
