what can I say over 7 ft tall now which is impressive in this drought with only the pittance of water I've been giving them once a week. Just goes to show you that my water conservation techniques work. They are both starting to smell like a hint of chocolate and peanut butter. Can't wait to see how these ones smoke. They are also into full pre flower and should be in full flower by next weekend.

1/21: I rotated the edge plants and foliar fed with big bloom a few times today. 1/22: I fed them about 3/4 gallon each after top-dressing their pots with a heaping tablespoon of happy frog cavern culture( bat and seabird guano). That will make some P and K available to them over the next 2 weeks as they begin to flower. Aside from that, I went with full strength veg nutes because I'm still seeing some yellowing and som cal-mag deficiencies. I also added some more liquid molasses. They're gonna need the energy as they start their stretch. I foliar fed a few times throughout the day with big bloom. 1/23: EXPLOSIVE GROWTH last night...love it...everybody is stretching...pretty sure the 14/10 photoperiod is working!! I foliar fed with big bloom a few times today. 1/24: Definitely sativa. Neither one liked the FIM job.. 1/25: I tied down the mains on both of them and watered with a half-gallon each containing bembe, cal-mag, signal, armor si, and humic acid. 1/26: Re-tied the mains again,,,strong branches! 1/27: That's it for week #5!

Day 21: First topping. Happy to removed the light-stressed part of the plant from the equation if only for cosmetic reasons. I waited for 5 nodes before the topping. Day 22: Godammit, the light failed again. Turned it off and waited for it to cool down. Turned it back on and it worked. Lost 1 hour of light. Day 23: Because of previous light stress and canopy temperature, I felt that 35cm is a good distance for the light. Day 25: First LST on the new growth tips. Started the mainline. Day 26: Again the light is failing to come on. I rewired once again, cursing my very existence, and it worked again. Again lost an hour of light in the morning. Continued refining the LST, and seeing how far I can push it. Noticed a slight tear at the base of one of the mains. Since the plant energy is coming from below and there is no noticeable affect on growth I'm going to ignore it. Checked the roots - look healthy. Though the new growth tips are not completely symmetrical, those leaves look good enough to eat. Trimmed the excess fan leaves. Topped up with a small amount of nutrients. Day 27: light didn't come on again. I rewired again, but this time it was stone cold refusing to do anything. Again I cursed my existence and all of life. Returned to grow store, turns out bulb was defective after all. Again lost 4 hours of light. But at least now I know the problem is solved. Rene at the grow store is a champ though, very helpful guy. The new bulb is noticeably brighter also. Maybe this was affecting growth? Also once this issue was fixed, I noticed some small amount of nutrient burn on the leaves tips. Rebalanced nutrients. Was 1.9 mS/m lowered to 1.65 mS/m, then to 1.48 mS/m. Must be more careful in future when upping the dosage but the water conductivity is now less than before (1.55 mS/m) so this should be ok. Also lowered pH of water slightly since it was 6.0. It's currently showing 5.2 but experience has taught me that this measurement will comfortably go back up to 5.7. water pH is seemingly constantly rising as the plant grows, and adjusting pH is really more art than science. (Edit: It was 5.7 the next morning, so ya ... )

EDIT: I thought the girls were done growing verticaly but i guess not. I measured at 51cm 2 times in a row. I just went to check and theyre 58 to 60cm and still going. (Day 37) Growth: This week vertical growth slowed down while the branches are catching up. I had a nitrogen deficiency on all the girls. I still go by the water, water, feed schedule and i usually have 2 dry days between every watering. So they only had 3 feedings of Terra Vega all this time. I think ill do water feed water now that flowering has begun. Lets hope these girls will put on some weight 😁 I added 1 100W cob and will be adding more the coming months. I also have a tent on the way. Training: I defoliated the 4 girls that are in flower and stopped applying LST. #5 (1 week behind) on the other hand got manhandled lol. I accidentally broke off the top and she got supercropped and bounces back within hours. Nutrients: 2ml Canna Terra Vega>>>1.5ml Canna Terra Vega 1ml Canna Terra Flores 2.5ml Cannazym 1x per week

Hey, cannabis enthusiasts and connoisseurs! 🌿🔥 The journey with our Runtz F1 has been nothing short of legendary, and now we’re at the stage that every grower eagerly awaits—the trim and smoke report. This Runtz F1 has delivered beyond expectations, and I can’t wait to share the details with you. Let’s dive in! The Trim Process 🌾✂️ The trimming process was an experience in itself, filled with care and attention to detail. Here’s how it all went down: • Breaking Down the Branches 🌿: • First, we carefully broke down the plant into manageable branches, making sure to preserve the integrity of each bud. The structure of the Runtz F1 made this easy, with its dense, compact colas ready for precision trimming. • Trim Bin Magic ✂️: • Using a Trim Bin, we meticulously trimmed away the sugar leaves, leaving behind only the most beautiful, resin-coated buds. The Trim Bin isn’t just a tool; it’s a game-changer, allowing us to catch every last bit of precious kief that falls during the process. This extra kief is like a bonus for those special moments when you want to add a little something extra to your smoke. • Preserving Terpenes with Grove Bags 🛍️: • Once trimmed, the buds were placed into Grove Bags for curing. These bags are revolutionary in the cannabis world, designed to lock in terpenes and keep your buds fresh for the long haul. Unlike traditional jars, Grove Bags use a special TerpLoc technology that creates a perfect microclimate within the bag, balancing out oxygen and moisture levels. This means your buds cure evenly without the need for burping, preserving that incredible citrus terpene profile we’ve come to love from the Runtz F1. The Legendary Smoke 🌬️🔥 Now, let’s talk about the smoke—because this is where the Runtz F1 truly shines. • Flavor Explosion 🍊🍋: • The moment you take your first inhale, you’re hit with a symphony of citrus flavors. It’s like walking through a citrus grove with the sun shining down—notes of oranges, tangerines, and lemons come through strong, each one distinct yet harmoniously blended. But the magic doesn’t stop there; an underlying hint of vanilla sneaks in on the exhale, rounding out the flavor with a creamy, smooth finish. It’s an experience that dances on your palate, leaving you craving more. • Aroma 🌿🌸: • The smell is just as captivating as the flavor. As soon as you open the Grove Bag, the room fills with that zesty citrus aroma, complemented by a subtle sweetness from the vanilla undertone. It’s the kind of smell that makes you pause and appreciate the craft that went into growing this plant. • The Effects 🌟: • The effects of the Runtz F1 are as balanced as its flavor profile. Expect an initial wave of uplifting energy—perfect for daytime use or when you need a creative boost. As the high settles in, it mellows into a relaxed, yet focused state. It’s the best of both worlds: energizing without being overwhelming, and calming without knocking you out. This makes it an ideal strain for those who want to stay productive while still enjoying a potent, flavorful smoke. Final Thoughts and Invitation 🎥✨ The Runtz F1 has proven itself to be a true connoisseur’s strain—a perfect blend of flavor, aroma, and effects that’s both complex and satisfying. This was a journey that showcased the importance of patience, precision, and care, from germination all the way to the final cure. If you want to dive deeper into the entire process, from the first week of veg to the final trim, I’ve documented it all on my YouTube channel. Join me there for a closer look at how this incredible strain came to life, and learn more about the tips and techniques I used to bring out the best in these plants. So this is going to be the last week of veg for my ladies and I think ill be flipping by Wednesday "ish". A fair bit has happened in the last week, I managed to split the main stem.of the dark phoneix the other day being a bit too rough with her, thankfully the split went straight down the middle.and didn't even make her droop or wilt at all, 2 cable ties and some.string and she's right as rain again lol. Really want that break to heal before flipping her so I can get those cable ties off the main stem before the stretch! Last thing I want is her growing into them and making it impossible to remove. I managed to over water the smaller girls as well so im not paying too much attention to those ladies now, whatever they produce they produce my investment is my big girl. I Will say that john innes stuff is SUPER heavy and im.really struggling with drainage so back to bio bizz light mix after this that added perlite makes a big difference! I have also made a mini aeroponic cloner today which fits inside my propagator, who new an old plastic cracker tub, some soil plugs and a few airstones could make something so useful 🤣 This dark phoenix is such a tough plant I don't want to lose her genetics so im goin to try my best to root these cuttings before flipping her to flower next week. All being well by the time these plants are finished I will have at least 4 nice big healthy girls ready to send straight into flower as soon as this stuff is down and dried 🤞 Think that's all for this week see you all when she starts her flowering cycle 👍 Happy smoking people

Still trying to find the issue, I noticed that new growth mostly looked fine and the plants were growing quickly still after watering and leaf issues started popping up only after the soil had dried out quite a bit already. So was I underwatering? Was the EC in the soil rising after too much dryback? Still, the plants were quite light in color, but that did not seem like my biggest issue. I topped the GMO a few more times, because it had grown so tall. Finally I decided to put the Sour Strawberry seedling into the AutoPot as well.

Mid-week, I topped the plants, and #2 has been selected as the mother plant, showing growth traits closest to the Skunk phenotype. I chose this plant for its expected resilience, which I'm now starting to test. The plants are currently receiving foliar feedings three times a day and are kept in very humid conditions. #2 was exposed to intense LST, with the stem slightly bending at this young stage — there’s a chance I might need to grow a new mother plant, but we’ll see how it recovers. So far, they’re loving the conditions and growing quickly!

Hola amigo! ✌️

These had a pretty good life. I actually only fed NPK the one time . Germinated them in a Zambeza propagator, i really recommend getting one of those propagators, they're reusable and really take the heat off those first days when you're sweating. Pooped them into their plugs they sprouted out strong, germinated 5 kept 3. transplanted them no problem. Veged these for 4 weeks, then they shot up. during veg they stretched out a bit early on i should have been giving some specialised micro i had on had but for some reason on the other i didnt. They needed extra support for their first three weeks, so i decided to LST them around week 2. Two camping hooks one anchor for the main stem and one to keep the plant down. Once i dialed in my lamp to plant distance they benefitted by slowing down on the stretch a bit. they all took to LST extremely well, bushing out and creating an nice even canopy. They pushedout these thick indica leaves, one of my plants was a lighter colored leaf pheno, the vertafort one. The Six Shooter genetic really stretches, if just off the top of my head it seems that the plants quadrupled in size over an 8 week period, completely eclipsing their neighbours and creating a thick dense canopy throwing shade down below. Each turned into a bush with three or more mains sticking out the top by week 6. IThe results start to look real pro around week 8. Before that though I hadn't been defoliating. This and simple lack of light means that I had loads of undevellopped colas. If I'm honest I should have tried to harvest in stages but by colas. Anyway these kind of grew like a gorilla glue but with much different and much better flower structure. The plants started pushing out flowers and pistils and preflowers etc early, but then took a while to gear up towards towards getting fat. The flower branch out in a spiral pattern up and down the main and secondary colas evenly, creating this misssile shaped colas, but they branch out once sometimes twice, which means less branch to nug ratio than a gorrilla glue by a full multiple. They started smelling like lemons around the time they were fattening up. Then they started getting buff, really little by little, what did rippen rippened evenly. Some colas was basically waste especially the colas stuck on the sides of the tent and some of the colas where for some reason or another there was no light there due to the dense canopy. Truly a BEAST OF A PLANT, HIGH POTENTIAL, great BRANCHING, if you look carefully each plant has more than a dozen colas, Timed it so the harvest was on a day the plants were chock full for plain water after ten day's worth of additive aided flushing. hung to dry slowly in the tent, got it around 55RH inside the buds over 12 days then trimmed and jarred in miron glass with boveda 62. The trim was a great experience, took a while but not that long because the flowers were so nice in the way they are. you do have to trim every sugar leaf one by one though if you're doing it by hand, broke these sizzors that @Mrs_Larimar sent me because of the resin lol. so I pull these plants out my tent and I just kinda look at them and they're basically dark green because of all the sugar leafs, i'm thinking to myself "shit i messed up this isnt even that frosty". well, what i found out is every time i clipped one of those trademark long sugar leafs off it revealed absolutely resious white frost. That's what can keep someone motivated. ! Once jared, if there's boveda in your jar, you dont really need to burp it daily, or even weekly i just let it sit there, obviously i've been smoking it and following the cure, let me tell you this one needs longer to cure than you're used to maybe, at least two more weeks of cure after a slow dry. Four weeks after the chop , it's a strong weed ! Didn't smell all that loud, but I have a 1300M3/H exhaust so... i'm not surprised. I will say though that my neihbour said she could smell weed even when I wasnt home and she could smell weed in the corridor, from the times I was trimming and basically every time I open my jar. Gonna need a new carbon filter for the next grow. I retired my lightbulb too. Hard to put my finger on the taste because the smoke is so smooth, and when i saw GD had a tag for Woody, i knew right away this was that taste i felt. I will say this though, cure this correctly, dont rush, dry it real slow, then cure it, citrussy tastes, usually those will evaporate, leaving this distinguished terpene heavy hitter much better tasting. So what can i tell you, this weed is white weed, so frosty. Bag appeal is great too, this strain pushes out pistills like no other, maybe even more than the gorilla glue. that means this is a chill weed right? One of the phenos I grew had more pistils than the other two. Mr. B's did, but i dont know if you can really tell from the close ups, i'll try to put some more pictures up. I got two maybe three phenotypes in terms of taste. Mr. B’s is much pine-ier than the others, and when the joint goes out and you light it again, it’s even more piney … I’m actually really happy about that reminds me of white rhino from the east coast back in the day but way piney-ier than that even. When you smoke the other phenos the smell is incense and the taste is really really smooth & woody. Sometimes I find different after tastes on the exhale like coffee, pepper, and maybe sweet/fruity sometimes too depends on the pheno I'm toking on. It is LOUD THOUGH, always have a spare filter on hand IT’S NOT WORTH IT get it ! Well at the end of my first grow, i'd like to quickly review all of Bulbi's own : Bulbi"s Own Early VegMicro: Fine green powder with calcium and all the rare metals in it. I didnt use it ! Damn, next time I'll amend my soil with it like i did this time on the FBT1 Bulbi's Own Cal Mag : Organic fine white powder with calcium and magnesium, i used it in the feed and sometimes as a spray. I didnt know how much to put in because these things dont come with instructions so i ended up putting 1/4 doses most of time. The correct amount should have been 2.5G/L. Bulbi's Own Flower Micro : Organic fine beige powder that I used mixed in with the sulfur. I think this one's a keeper, really helped my plants make it through the stress of bottom feeding and all that heat. Bulbi's Own Mag Sulfur : Organic fine red powder that I used mixed in with the Flower Micro I used this one in my spray too , to great effect, in my opinion Bulbi's Own Beneficials Trio : This was the base beneficials mix I had, you need to put 7.5 to 15g/l , watch out for clumps, use at the night fall, or when still dark. Bulbi's Own Anti Afid : I threw it in there i think just in time to protect my plants when I intentionally overwatered when I went on my trip. There were some white flies that emerged, because... well that's what they do isnt it. but there were just a few of them and they ended up flying around wierdly, and within four days, no more white flies, didnt even use yellow sticky tape ! You mix this one with the trio for even more effect. I used these in a spray I think , also. Bulbi's own Anti-Worm : This one is more directed against larvae, and can be combined with the base trio. I was weary of using it, but I'm glad i did to give my soil matrix that full spectrum of biological protection. Bulbi's own Humic Acid : This one i loved, looking back I'm regretful not having used it more. the dry humic acid is a great experience, the quality of it was impressive, clumps would seperated into more clumps ad infitum the feed slowly turning completely ink black. definituely using this once a week from now on Bulbi's own Amino Acids : this one is just amino acids, maybe next time I'll use it at the same time as the humic acid, but I'm not 100% on that. What i did do was spray the top layer of the soil with amino acids when I accidently ran into some issues from spraying kelp all over the place. So in that sense it's an absolute life saver and a must to have on hand. Bulbi's Own Kelp Extract Concentrate. Loved this one too haha, so thick, and green, check out the video of when i pour it lol. Worked great, raises the pH some so be careful, i used this one as a sprat aswell to get those plant growth hormones pumping during the seeding and veg stage. Bulbi's Own CO2 : well part of what I set out to do was to test the CO2 theory. Like roots do absorb CO2 but at a lower efficiency than leaves say 15% vs. 85% the theory being enriching your water or feed with CO2 would ultimately benefit the plant. So i enriched water with these ceramic based co2 tablets, because CO2 is a soluble gas, it stays in water. Then i fed the plants in this manner in the feed and also as a spray. The idea behind that was that co2 enriched water would come in direct contact with the plant allowing for absorption of some quantity of CO2 through the leafs. Someone explained to me that these are actually old school techniques. Well I know i started late and didnt follow a regular schedule like i wished for but the plants didn t die, or show any immediate negative upon innoculation, so what can I say? I'm doing this again, perhaps. Only problem is that these things are really a pain to pH correctly General Hydroponics Dry pH Down : GREAT PRODUCT, hard to find but amazing – not registed on GD for some reason I still have to make my bubble hash so any advice welcome ! 🚀
