Day 12 of organic grow and all is well. Seemed to have dialed in the conditions and able to keep good air movement, CO2 levels, and consistent temperatures/humidity with the ThruWall Closet Fan (Model TW108 ), and the Holmes Twin Exhaust/Intake Fan (Model HAWF-2041). Humidity is maintained with a Lovoit 6L Ultrasonic Programmable Cool Mist Humidifier (Model# LV600HH). Added a SCROG screen (just a cargo net) and bought the Sample Pack of organic nutrients from Nectar for the Gods (just pay shipping and they will send you the sample nutrients - check out the website). People say their line of nutrients make the buds smell and taste like no other! I have always been an organic Earth Juice nutrient guy, so I am going to experiment with combining the two. Lights are on 24/0 and she has tight internodal spacing with good vertical growth. Room that closet is in is beginning to smell skunky at times, and like diesel at other times. This weeks update! Grow tent- so I had a buddy do my res change I talked him through the whole process couldn’t make it to the grow this week. Number and everything where perfect but!. He didn’t close the valve all the way to the blue dream res tank and left the drain pump on🤦‍♂️🏾. So when I got there this week leaves where curling and brown thought it might be a nutrient issue. Opened the res to check it. And there was only about a gallon of water in there out of the usual seven. No major harm I was planning on doing my last defoliation to her this week anyway. But that could have been bad. They are both receiving half strength nutes of the ripening mix GH recommends. Would have been a perfect week if not for that. No harm no foul tho. But def bout to start pushing them on the flower nutes and get back up to my 1000 ppm range buy adding extra bloom formula! #Staykited

Bienvenidos de nuevo! Esta semana he seguido regando con agua hasta el corte, no he dejado que las hojas se pongan más amarillas porque los tricomas habían llegado al punto de madurez que más me gusta. Se nota que cyco tiene productos muy buenos por el simple echo de que después de dos semanas de agua siguen bastante verdes. Actualizo la semana como semana de floracion simplemente porque no tomo pesos en húmedo, después de un par de días colgadas pasaré a manicurarlas, y para cuando seque subiré pesos. Creía que sacaría flores extrañas por el calor, o que tendría algún problema más serio a la hora de cultivar en esta época,todavía falta secarla bien, pero a simple vista creo que me acerco al peso de la anterior cosecha, ojalá. Subiré más fotos en cuanto tenga la manicura echa, un saludo!

Día 15. Las plantas ya alcanzaron un altura muy buena. Ya empiezan a aparecer los primeros pelos blancos. Por el momento me ha sorprendido la reacción de las plantas al bud blood. Si puedo voy a comprar bud candy para ayudar un poco a la mezcla. Por el momento decidí mantener el bud blood a media dosis durante una semana más con el big bud. Veremos que tal resulta. Día 17. El estirón siguió y las plantas alcanzaron 51 cm. Las pequeñas directamente quedaron tapadas. En este experimento se puede ver la diferencia entre tierra e hidroponia. La verdad que estoy sorprendido. Creo que los productos usados son los que han marcado la diferencia. Las plantas quintuplicaron la altura total que tenían al momento de pasarlas a floración. Y sospecho que van a seguir estirándose una semana más. Espero no tener problemas de altura porque no lo planeaba. Creo que voy a cortar algunas ramas bajas más, dado que se están generando muchas sombras nuevas. Seguiré actualizando. Día 19. El estiramiento continua, pero levemente. Ya alcanzaron 55cm. Estuve cortando algunas ramas y hasta supongo que podría cortar más. Pero a esta altura ya todo lo que hay recibe buena luz. La diferencia entre la madre que está en tierra y los esquejes en hidroponia, es cada vez más notoria. Si bien ya la he visto, tener una planta al lado de la otra bajo la misma luz, hace la parte alevosa de todo esto. De todos modos, he comprobado que el sabor obtenido en tierra, es más fiel al de la hidroponia. En hidroponia en principio, las plantas son mas fuertes en todo, pero el sabor de alguna forma, es demasiado afectado por los nutrientes. Incluso habiendo lavado dos o tres semanas, la planta sostiene un sabor constante en todas las variedades, que parece estar atado a la nutrición. Siendo que en tierra, cada variedad tiene su sabor distintivo, siendo una distinta de otra. La próxima actualización será en la nueva semana, ya que al quedar poca solución, la voy a cambiar antes y voy a poner 12 litros en lugar de los 10 que vengo usando. Las plantas vienen comiendo mucho.

una belleza como crece, me impresiona como logra crecer y eso que estos dias no ha estado tan soleado, pequeñas lloviznas y solo un poco de sol en las tardes. Ahora estamos en Invierno, La primavera se acerca por estos lares a mediados de 15na de setiembre por lo que estas ultimas 5-6 ultimas semanas se espera que el sol logre engordar esos cogollos. Se esta regando con Fertilizante Pk y abono de cascara de platano. todo bien

Day 2 - LST and topping if possible before transition to flower. Slow for separate branches to grow

D15: She showed no signs of stress from the topping at all, furthermore, she even grew overnight like nothing happened! This one is promising… D16: Unlike yesterday, she hasn´t grown any. Strange. And the leaves are a little rugged but not anything to worry about. D17: Watered 3L of 6.1 ph water with 0,5ml/L of Fish-Mix, 0,5ml/L of Bio-Heaven and 1ml of Root-Juice. D18: Started the LST with very little pressure on the top nodes. Not sure yet if I´m mainlining for 8 colas or 16. D19: Topped her 4 branches today, let´s see how she handles it. Almost broke a node but I stopped forcing soon enough and it just made a little hole, I guess she´ll recover from it with little to no stress. D20: Everything´s fine, she seems healthy, but today when the lights turned on, there was water droplets all over the leaves, I have no clue what´s that, but it might related to humidity and temps, strangely it occurred only to this one girl. Also place a wire to support one of the topped stems that is very very fragile and wants to break off. D21: Leaves are getting a little twisted and I don´t know why, it must be the high humidity levels.. I just can´t control it with simple and cheap ways, I guess next month I´ll need to buy a dehumidifier.. Otherwise, the leaves are very dark green so I might stop with the feeding for some time but they are very thick and big, which is a little pain but a very good indicator! Ah, and the topped stem that is fragile is getting stronger again!

Gave them their 3rd and final heavy defoliation this week. Had lots of useless side branching that will just shadow out the good stuff and cause them to not ripen properly, a lot of this growth was due to the unintended extra 10 days they had in VEG before I noticed the timer wasn't doing what I asked it to do, just one of those things. Always a surprise in the grow room no matter how much you try to prepare and problem solve. I also had an air line manifold blow out this week which was very strange to see. Caught it early so girls didn't go without air for to long and I have 2 air pumps running so 1 going down is only a minor issue but still a great example of the random mishaps that occur when growing. If its one thing that experience has taught me its that less is more when it comes to how many colas you try to fit into a space. Do to many and you'll just end up with a load of mids, battling humidity problems and stress of keeping tons of half ripe colas falling all over onto each other come week 6 or 7. Everything is going great so far, no issues, although I have noticed some of the white hairs on the budlets have slight ginger tops (only a very small few) I have read in the past that this can be a sign of stress and potentially they might flip the hermie but I've done nothing to stress them so I am hoping this is just a abnormality from growing under LED. Boosted the nutrients up to 1000PPM now to let them feed heavy and pump those buds up. Really love this strain, grown it a few times, happy with how she turned out, greasy an sticky and the smoke is heavy an euphoric, she smells like fruit punch with hints of nut meg, a smell I can't explain very pungent...

Hello everyone, This 8 week of vegetation, she started growing ans looks little bit better, but we have same problem. I have about 40-50 cm from light, and think to switch on 12/12 for flowering stage end of this week. What do you thin guys is it good idea or wait one more week?

I needed to do some more LST on the left plant because the 3 top sites had all stretched much more than the plant on the right and therefore I was having to move the light further up which meant the plant on the right was getting less light. After tying the 3 tops down, the next day they had readjusted themselves and I have a really nice flat canopy now.
