Hi, this week was a bit more action-packed, at the beginning of the week the plants showed various problems, I rinsed them all thoroughly and continued feeding as before. Plant 1 and 2 gradually recovered but plant no. 3 is on the verge of life, finally I realized that the plant lacked nutrients but not from watering but the roots had nothing to drink from, I will try to save it by putting it in a larger pot and covering it with coconut with perlite. I originally didn't plan on growing it in a tent but then I kept it there and wanted to try how it would grow in a small pot, but it was a bad idea. Plant no. 1 is still growing but plant 2 is already putting most of its energy into buds. Plant 1 and 2 are 1 to 2 weeks apart, I'm a little afraid that plant 1 will have time to mature enough. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ In the middle of the week, it is visible on plant 1 and 2 that they are receiving nutrients as they should. I started monitoring the ppm of watering and drainage every day. I used to do it randomly, but it is better to do it daily. The next day, I adjust pk13-14 according to the result. Plant no. 3 is still alive and growing slowly, but I don't see any improvement in it. I probably don't expect any miracles from it. I will see how it does in the next few days. Maybe I will let it grow into a garden on its own.

Continuo con defoliaciones para ganar luz en la parte mas baja y evitar humedades. El olor es fuerte, dulce y con un toque a limon a la vez. Aplico una solución con nutrientes EC 1500 y otra con agua del grifo reposada y PH 6.6

Diesel: I’m very happy with the growth! The topping + LST is showing its results, flowering is exploding, and the buds are developing in a healthy way, already giving me great satisfaction. Compared to the other two, it almost seems about one week ahead. The plant has a large and very healthy leaf mass, but for now I’m being cautious with defoliation because I don’t want to stress the plant too much. Wedding Cake: Even though it germinated together with the Diesel, flowering is much further behind. However, just like with the Diesel, the topping + LST is showing good flowering results. As with the Diesel, the leaf mass is very dense, although in the last few days some leaves have shown signs of stress. I need to understand what caused it. For now, I’ve only removed the unhealthy leaves, much more than on the Diesel, and I’m worried this might be why flowering is further behind compared to the other plant. Sunset Sherbet: Even though it germinated one week later, in terms of growth stage it has now caught up with the Wedding Cake, including the flowering phase. Here you can notice that the FIMing caused some issues; in fact, there are far fewer bud sites compared to the other two plants, and it developed more vertically. However, this also resulted in less foliage, making it much easier to manage compared to the others. Unfortunately, during LST, one central branch was damaged and had to be removed. As with the Wedding Cake, some strange spots have also appeared on the leaves, although they are less widespread. Let’s see how it goes! For now, everything seems to be giving off great vibes for a good harvest!!😁😁

Day 14 of flower and all 4 plants have stretched over a foot in the last week. Should start putting all of their energy into flowering now. Looking really good so far. Really, really good.

So Day 60 of 12/12 and the girls are ripening perfectly. Trichomes are mostly cloudy but I think they need a few more days for sunset sherbet and another week or 2 for the Plat. GSC. Obviously the amnesia haze will go for another 3-4 weeks. Hope you guys enjoy the update ✌️🏼

This means that whatever the temperature is, the air feels like it, not 10-15 degrees hotter. My Auto Candy is a tall lady and has good node spacing so there is space for air flow. When I went outside this afternoon, the sun was hitting the main stalk, and she was shimmering. Looking at the bud structure, the leaves are more spread out than the other outside gals with minimal sugar leaves. So far, she is easy to grow and resistant to fungus and pests. OVERALL: ~ Very happy with the grow, I really dialled everything in well this run. ~ She grew super fast, I put it down to the constant oxygenation of the rootzone along with consistent and constantly optimized light DLI and leaf to air temp variance. The extra Co2 helped push the plant to its limit in terms of heat, allowing it to push its hardest. ~ The lack of HST and Defoliation I feel let it finish faster due to lack of stress and stunting. The faster finishing time along with the big yield and efficient MarsHydro light, it hugely reduced my electricity costs per gram and freed up space much sooner for the next plant. ~ Turned into a very dense bush of buds, there is even smokable dense buds at the base of the plant due to the under canopy lighting (Not as dense as top canopy buds but still decent) ~ Ran a thin line between stressing the plant and letting it flourish. The buds came out big and very dense, also it's hard to see on camera but they're very frosty too (Prob from UVB) YIELD: ~ 145g (dry) in just 9 weeks from seed. ~ 753g (Wet) ~ 0.91g/watt GENETICS: ~ MSNL - Gorilla Glue Auto ~ my favorite strain, as you can tell by my username! STRAIN REVIEW: ~ Heavy hitter, like an indica but has some of that "feel it in your face" sensation of a strong sativa. Not as heavy or as strong as other GG#4's I have smoked, which would make me question the genetics used to produce the auto version. I will wait till after a cure and judge it again. TRAINING: ~ No defoliation or HST (Bar last week for pics) ~ A little LST and leaf tucking but largely just left the plant alone to do its thing. I felt chopping healthy parts off the plant would slow the plant down and leave it with less chlorophyll to photosynthesize the light. ~ I did prune by lightly plucking dead leaves away, when the plant was ready to let them go easily. DRYING ~ 20/21'C 50% RH with air circulation. ~ Homemade Drybox made using: 2 x Bankers Boxes ~ 2 x USB Desk Fans ~ 1 x Carbon Filter ~ 6 x Clothes Hangers UPDATE: Day 5 after Harvest: ~ Fast dried some small batches, as we couldn't wait to sample. ~ Chopped off branches as some are down to 12% moisture whilst bigger buds are up at 18%. Moving to paper bag for couple of days to even moisture out then transferring to jars CURING: ~Curing in jars 3/4 full. ~ Dark closet/18'C/50% RH ~ Jars burped once Hygro passes 65% and sealed when it drops to 58%. ~ Stabilised it at 62% and after 2 weeks I'll drop it some more and stabilise it at 58% to bring out more of the flavour. ~Sitting in jars with Boveda 62% at this stage. ~ Already tastes and feels great. On hand for heavier use (Once every 3 days before lights out for 15 days) in the case of an outbreak (No outbreaks yet, due to aforementioned preventative measures)

So it is still not over and we are going for an overtime for a good narcotic potency with approx. 10% amber trichomes. I have now, for the last and final highstress push for harvest, 3 hrs of 1000ppfd at the crowns and UV- addlights. This should immeadiatly start the oxidation of trichomes in a sprint distance of time. Additionally I also pushed with drybacks of 48hrs and then refill the trays for another 48hrs drayback until we switch of the lights for 48hrs of darkness, just for maximizing and saving terpenes and skunk- funk smelling. Meanwhile I have completed the first Runtz x Layer Cake harvest cuts in the drying growtent, it has been packed into terpeneloc bags and I will update the harvest soon. In the short clip you could see the first cuts of the already harvested crowns. Not the best cuts 😇😎

Another week of this lady flexing hard! Looks like she's done stretching and is now on to body building, hopefully she packs on some pounds in the next month or so... Smells and frost are coming on and she's just rolling along. I expect another strong week upcoming.
