She’s growing nicely

Scrog is filling up nicely. This may be the final week before starting 12/12. Plants are looking good and feeling good so I think it's time to flip the switch. Just filling out the scrog a bit more. Going to defoliate a bit more at the bottom and next week is flowering. Contest Pheno seems to be the largest in the top right corner. Scrog is keeping it nice and level as possible. A bit stretchy she is. But very fast growth on her.

The girls look really nice, growing strong and fast, except 1, I’m growing 2 Alakazam from Seedmakers and 2 Tangerine Dream from Barney’s. T There’s one Alakazam that has presented problems since germination. Some of the leaves have yellow-brown dots, most of her root system is healthy, but it has some brown areas, it seems kinda weak overall, it’s the one that has grown more but the one showing problems. The other Alakazam and the 2 Tangerine Dream are looking really nice. Have been doing 50% nute strength feeding, adjusting ph level daily and showing them a lot of love. Should I do something different with the Alakazam or is it just a weak seed? Thanks!

So after consideration of the density of the buds and my night humidity levels— decided to chop a week early. Buds are super dense. Concern for mold. Very leafy lady- with massive fans She’s 10% amber but still some white pistols on the lowers. Very easy to grow. Stayed on the shorter side with minimal stretch—which is appreciated. I love how the Plagron Green Sensation is nitrogen free! I used it from weeks 3-6. Super helpful as the leaves were getting a little curl— even with minimal nutes. Will have harvest report soon. As terps can change after dry/cure. Happy with the results of the Runtz and Plagron! 🏻💚

SUNDAY 5/5: Rearranged the gardens..have 17 plants in the 4 x 5 now...yowsa! MONDAY: Plucked some dead leaves and did a trichrome check on the furthest along. She's ready! I'll start flushing her tomorrow or Wednesday.👍 TUESDAY: I observed some white spots(maybe powdery mildew) on a few leaves here and there throughout the garden, so I sprayed them today with Trifecta Crop Cure, a concoction of a bunch of natural plant oils. I already decreased the humidity in the room to 45% with my new 70L dehumidifier, so I think they'll be fine. I'll spray them again tomorrow and the next day, then I'll have to hope that did the trick, because a couple of these hybrids are already in the harvest window. WEDNESDAY: I flushed one of them and watered the rest today and included a bunch of terpinator, bud candy, bembe, and cha ching. It was possibly their last dose of any nutes...but a couple might get one more dose... THURSDAY: Took a couple of photos and tried installing my new Solacure FlowerPower UVB light, but it was dead on arrival.😢..back to the 15.0 reptile UVB lights for now I guess...

This was such an amazing experience! The outcome could have been better but I'm happy and the quality is definitely there!!!!! Such a sweet tasting smoke with very relaxing, very creative highlights! I finally got to try this strain and I immediately see why it's a legend!!! Happy growing everyone ✌️🍀✌️

Week Harvest My journey of Runtz Automatic and her entrance in the Eternity Grow Cup 2025 began on January 7 when she popped her head above the soil. Runtz was an easy carefree plant to grow with no incidents of pests or disease. A few defoliations were all that was necessary to keep her in check. I kept her under a light schedule of 18/6 to maximize her light exposure. After topping her she grew only 24 inches tall. This small plant structure is suitable for growers with limited space. She was harvested on March 20, day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. March 20, she got the chop, Wet weight 314g and is hanging dry in a darkened room. As she dries, candy, sweet, fruity smells escape the room. Temps are 71-72and 43-48% humidity. I am sure she is as tasty as she smells and will not disappoint in effects. My sincere thanks to Patricia @Zamnesia for her support and encouragement throughout this grow. Big thanks and sincere appreciation to Plagron and Zamnesia for hosting this fun and exciting contest. Everyone entering the contest started with the same strain in either a feminized auto or photoperiod seed. Zamnesia generously provided 5 seeds to everyone and Plagron provided the Green Sensation flowering additive. During this contest I enjoyed visiting many contestants’ diaries and seeing beautiful gardens. Many, like me, are limited in space or number of plants they can grow but all are displaying fine specimens. Some Runtz phenotypes are very sativa dominant, with long thin leaf fingers, while others lean more indica. What will be most interesting will be the smoke reports on effects. My theory is that the more sativa leaning in structure, the more active, energetic and euphoric that plant will be and the indica leaning specimens will be more relaxing and uplifting. This week is great the smaller one is growing. They both self topped and have branches going everywhere! I'm using lst clips to help direct them. Video will be added. Did use some soul nutrients as a booster to the dots.

💀I ended up going offline for a few weeks because of a lot of work, but here I am to update the diary. 👽Im going to harvest tomorrow. His sister was harvested last week, with a total of 70 days since the sprout. This one has 62 now. I think i over waited for the first one and i dont want to miss timing with this one. Shes smelling GOOD, and most of her trichomes are cloudy. So lets go to the final observations. I lost time with the LST and this affected her growth. Was a good experience to see it happening in real life, anyway. Learning is my first objective here. 👊 I didn't flush neither stopped feeding her as i want to see what happens, but today i gave her last watering with pure water. Got trouble with aphids n the last week, and maybe spidermites too. Was using only Neen oil but now considering i should increase the filtering at my tent windows, as i cant close bc its too hot here. 😢 So wish me lucky guys, im feeling good about this one as its looking and smelling really good. 😍 Ill be back to give the full harvest feedback later, thank you all.

I feel like she's doing great, loving this batch of living soil. Still a bit confused on how watering at a ph of 5.3 is being buffered by the soil up to a runoff ph of 8. Not going to worry about it, she looks great and smells great and it's day 29-30 since flipped. The soil has her now.

16.4.25: I have retied the fabric ties again, as they're growing like crazy. Trying to open up the plant, to grow out as well as up. This will also create new colas. At this stage, I'm trying not to over fertilise like I did with the last grow. Focusing on Cal-Mag amino acids and Mega Crop Part A. The medium is my custom super soil, which is already fertilised with Ecothrive dry amendments. So I could just add water. However, as we've already run into deficiency, that would be careless. I find it easy to keep an eye on the plants and carefully inspect them daily to act quickly when issues arise. Learning how to determine the issue is what I'm still learning, which is the hard part 😅 It's all fun though, and I'm really enjoying this grow with all the toppings and FIMs. So far so good! 23.4.25: I hope everyone had a great 420! Fastbuds Mystery seed #1 is doing well, she has stayed bushier relative to the RQS Northern Lights, also there has not been so much growth. The bud sites are developing well and have tight internodal spacing. I'm determining when to relax the LST as we are now in the beginning of week 3 flower. I do have height. However, I'd like to keep it reasonable. You never know when they will stop growing. I'm not really adjusting any ties since the last time. I have also noticed that there are signs of Nitrogen excess. Instead of Mega Crop Part A and Cal-Mag amino acids, I will use Bud explosion PK booster with the Cal-Mag. This will make the N5 the only Nitrogen being given. It still may be too much, but will monitor closely to see the effect this change will make, if any. Balancing the nutrients is very important for me to learn, and it's going to be an ongoing process. I watered today with 3 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with the following nutrients: ♡ 1/2 Tsp of Bud Explosion PK booster by Greenleaf nutrients ♡ 5ml Cal-Mag amino acids by Xpert Nutrients 23.4.25: Plant seemed to be drinking heavily, so I watered again with 3 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 with;- ♡ 2.5ml Cal-Mag amino acids by Xpert Nutrients, and ♡ Ecothrive Biosys 1/8 tsp. I removed the plant ties and retied the plant after watering. Less ties are necessary as the plant has moulded and stayed in that structure. Thanks for checking out my diary and hanging out 😃💚✌️🍃😊

Here we go! New setting for this CBD Crack. Just under the big 384W led panel. I hope she doesn’t stretch much, or she will be light burnt for sure. It makes me smile because it’s an autoflowering strain that wants photoperiod-style nutrients. This week I started giving her bloom nutrients. I forgot the Bud Candy, but I’ll add it on the next watering (I think in just a few days). Much hype for this CBD Crack. Canadian ruderalis definitely makes the difference. Great job FastBuds!

Smell is getting more intense as expected a pleasant mix of flowery and piney notes filling the space. Because of my hay fever, I couldn’t really air the room out much, so conditions haven’t been too favorable. Humidity is creeping up, so I’ll need to turn the dehumidifier up a notch. CO₂ levels are also sitting quite high. Buds are swelling nicely, with lots of long pistils reaching out. At this stage, I’d say they’re medium dense, i don't expect rock solid buds from this strain.
