I gave the 8 Ball Kush and the Blue OG a full 9 weeks in flower , we started the trim yesterday and will finish up today , now it’s cleanup time and get the room reloaded with 8 Ball Kush and Zombie Kush, I will update next weekend on final weight.

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2202 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/15- Here we go into the second week of veg for the FastBuds Tester #2202 girls and they're on a roll! The #1 tester has developed some discoloration on her leaf tips which tells me she's a bit sensitive to my amendment concentrations so remember to go very light on the nutrients when you start out! I'll keep an eye on her but really am not too concerned at this time. When I checked on them today they both were still moist so I let them go until I check them tomorrow. Basically at this point in the run all I have to do is make sure they don't dry out, fill the humidifier and watch them grow! 12/17- Yesterday I watered them both and increased the amount to roughly 0.25g each of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Botanicare Silica Blast (added to begin to help strengthen their branches) and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 74℉. I've also increased the output of the HLG 650R's to 35% which equates to about 230w at the wall which, of course has raised the temp's in the tent so I've also begun to run the A/C unit in the grow room which is keeping the temp's now at 75℉ in the tent. The RH is running around 75-78% RH giving a VPD of .67-.74 which I'll take! 😁👍 Other than what I've mentioned above, all I did was fill the humidifier with distilled water and watched my girls grow! 🤩 12/19- Today I watered them each with 0.25g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t and 1 tsp/g Unsulfured Molasses which I then ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I'm now watering through the bottom, filling the drip pan and letting the plant draw up the water into itself. I am also watering from the top, but only just enough to moisten the medium. They're really starting to take off now, a sure sign their roots are beginning to get well developed. Their 4th set of leaves have emerged and I'm thinking over topping them in the next day or so. 12/21- Well, yesterday I went ahead and topped the #2 Tester #2202 taking off the 5th leaf set. Hopefully she won't stress out over this and starts shooting out those secondary branches. I left the #1 alone as she's not quite as vigorous as the #2. I may not top the #1 as a sort of comparison to see how each grows out. Today I watered them both with 0.25g of straight de-chlorinated water each which was ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I gave about 3/4 of it into their drip pans so they can draw it up into their medium, the rest I applied to the top of their medium just to moisten it. Well there's two weeks of veg behind us now, Week Three of vegetation is beginning and they should really start to take off! 😍👍 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Week 9 in the books and still waiting on ripening. The hardest part about this project is having to do the testing in such small batches due to my space restrictions. Still no issues with the grow and we’re getting some great pheno variation amongst them all. The consistent quality of them all is the slight pink hue in the buds which is characteristic of the Skywalker parent. The scent is unmistakably sweet like the strawberry parent. All told - we’ve got a good hybrid here that still needs refinement before we try to breed out S1s. P1 - still staying green, resilient, lower yield but best genetic specimen of the lot. P2 - winner pheno but needs to be grown out under perfect hydro conditions to be sure we didn’t have any deficiencies baked into the strain genetics. Best combo of the 2 parents and some awesome deep purpling of the fans. P4 - another winner pheno with prominent strawberry characteristics and heavy yield. A little bit of the purple has bled through to this pheno and it remains a more resilient specimen than P2. Again, worth testing in a better hydro medium like dwc or dutchies. Well chop and freeze the whole lot for bubble and pressing once the run is complete and trichs have fully matured.

🌸 Week 4 Flower — Permanent Marker 🌸 Here we are, my dear friends, entering the 4th week of flower and things are getting really exciting. The two phenos are now starting to show their true personalities: • Pheno #1 — our sky-reacher, standing proudly at 2 meters tall! She’s stretching hard, aiming for the moon, and has forced me to pull the lights all the way up. Fingers crossed she slows down here, but what a presence she has in the room. • Pheno #2 — the compact sister, sitting around 120 cm tall, balanced, and just as beautiful. Both are similar in structure and leaf formation, but their size difference makes this grow even more fascinating. Despite the heat challenges earlier, the girls are holding strong. With the AC unit now installed, conditions are finally more under control, and I’m hopeful it will make all the difference going forward. ✨ This Week’s Focus ✨ • Height management: Lights are maxed out, now it’s all about keeping balance and preventing stress. • Environment: Temps are more stable with the AC, giving the plants the comfort they need to keep stacking. • Observation: These differences between phenos are a reminder of how unique each expression can be, even within the same strain. 🌱 Nutrition Still running with the Aptus organic program: regulator, top booster, calmag when needed. The base super soil and pellets are carrying the weight beautifully. Hello gardeners! I'm starting my third grow after two good attempts where I learned a lot. In my first trial I was able to pull 40 + 20 + 20 = 80 g under not optimal conditions (limited time mostly), and in my second I improved to roughly 40 + 40 + 60 = 140 g with one additional week in veg and an additional led panel during flower. Now, my goal is to harvest 3 x 60 = 180 g with pretty much the same set up. The differences from my previous grow will be: 1) 1 more week in veg (total 6 weeks): I felt that my girls were not mature enough when I flipped them to 12/12 in the last grows. I wanna see them stronger and more robust this time 2) Use a larger pot size during flower (5 gal): for the same reason as above, I want to give them the opportunity to be strong and robust plants 3) Reduced number of colas (16 per plant): last time I was a bit conservative doing lollipop and removing the little side branches, and ended up with ~23 colas/ plant, which did not allow proper spacing between colas. Although ventilation was never a problem, there was a lot of shade that could not be avoided. 4) Improved feeding regime: (see images) one of my goals with my growing is to establish a good feeding regime that works reasonably well for average strains with my growing medium (PRO MIX herbs and vegetables). Since the medium is a hybrid between soil and soiless, the plants don't need extra nuts in the first weeks, but as the plants grown, the organic compost present in the medium becomes not sufficient. My feeding strategy is basically the GH Flora Series - Drain to Waste chart with reduced amounts in the first 4 weeks and slightly less nitrogen during flowering. 5) Height Control: since the girls will have an extra week to grow, I'll need to be extra cautious and control their height from the very beginning. I'll be doing 1 top in the CBD and GG, and probably 2 on the Moby Dick. I also may try something similar to manifolding on the Moby Dick if she starts to grow really faster than the others. In addition, I'll be scroging everything as low as I can. 6) LED panel distance: last time plants finished flowering about 16 in away from the lamp. I feel that I can lower it to 13~14 without problems, so I'll try this too SET UP -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Grow tent 2 x 3 x 6" hidden on a closet (0.54 sq meters) Light: 2x LED Panel VIPARSPECTRA 450w (200w real) Air filtration VivoSun 4" exhausting outside the closet Air circulation: 2x 120mm 5v desk fan Container: Red Solo cups / 1 GAL / 3 GAL / 5 GAL Medium: 75% PRO MIX Herbs and Vegetables (sphagnum peat moss, Peat humus, compost, perlite, gypsum, limestone, organic fertilizer, Mycorrhizae - NPK: 0.30 - 0.05 - 0.10) + 25% Perlite Nuts: GH Flora Series Ph: 6.0

The girls are doing well they took 64oz each on the last watering and I will continue to increase as we go along. I am very pleased with the progress so far and have my fingers crossed that it will continue 👍☮️

***UPDATE*** ITS CHOPPIN DAY!! Late in day 87 I was going for macros. Made the decision while seeing MANY yellow trichomes that Wedding Glue from FastBuds is DONE! Attaching pics to the beginning of the weeks uploads. She sure turned out pretty asf didn't she? Lights out occurs in like 30min, and I'm going to work through the dark period stripping the large fans off. Utilizing my green Christmas lights hung up above lol. May turn light on low for a quick pic before chopping/hanging. Next update will be harvest! 2 Girls 1 Cup week 12? Hopefully the finish is this week... My my my how WG has fattened up the last 2 weeks. Trying to get some good macros since it's too hard to hold the scope to my phone and focus everything. Probably better for the existing trics too since they're not being touched. Day 84- these trics are taking their sweet time to ripen. Was considering picking up some GHE Ripen to speed the process up.. especially because a local shop is closing and everything is 40% off. Let's keep it simple this run. I'll get some additives for the next grow to enhance GHE's perfected formulas of macro/micros in the Flora series. An update on the "sample" I clipped from WG the other day. It's not dried/cured proper. Actually been sitting in a brown bag with the outlet of the tent blowing on it lol. Can taste some vanilla in it through the chlorophyll and shit still in the flowers. VERY heady effect that hits me like a friggin wave. Creativity and energy uplifted for sure. Looking for the bodies in there too to help with pain, so we shall wait even longer for those ambers to show. ==================================================== ========================== ========================== Day 85- stepped up our hole a size or two.. lol. May bring home the step bit to drill again before a dark period at the end. The girls STINK! Getting VERY close to chopping day. Ooooh I can't wait (but I gotta). Headies lasting between 2-3hrs which is great. ==================================================== ========================== ========================== Day 86- yellowing more as the days pass. no more ambers showing yet.. wasn't able to score anything good from the local shop today since it was almost empty already. Picked up a grove bag to give it a whirl with curing. May put some in glass to compare side by side with the bags. Figured I'd give their roots an ice bath since I've done other bro science. Shit, GK still hasn't popped a nanner after all I've put her through 🤣. *edit* added some late day WG only pics to show her fall colors coming in. Moving in fast now. This one was reaching the end of its lifespan anyway.. but oh boy has the aroma increased. Was gonna transplant .. but gaii green fertilizer needs like 2 weeks to become avail to the plant and start to break down nutes. 15 gallon pots with amended promix hp worm casting and 3 tbsp gaii green all purpose.. theres a week straight of night time temps going down to 10° c at night so i want to wait that week out to transplant so i avoid transplant shock.

Just been giving her water till today, megacrop part 1 only and 1/4tsp gal pk boost. Smells like sweet cucumber mmmmmm. Day 25 looks good imo. Got a clone or two of it for breeding.
