26.1.25: I have had a mistake 😕 i spilt some Fish Mix as I was experimenting with a syphon from some aquarium tubing I have. Unfortunately, I forgot to take the syphon out! Ugh 😣 However, it is fish emulsion and very thick consistency. Therefore, I was able to scrape it up with 2 of my business cards up off the counter. So added this extra into the next 2 ltr solution I mixed. All plants were watered with at least 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3. Containing the following nutrients;- ♡ 3ml Seachem Seaweed ♡ 4ml Biobizz Fish Mix ♡ 4ml Biobizz Bio-Grow ♡ 3ml Biobizz Bloom ♡ 2ml Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster ♡ 2ml Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag ♡ .25g Ecothrive Biosys. ♡ 2.5g of Bicarbonate of Soda as PH UP. Unfortunately I have broken my PH pen too. Accidentally submerged it under water, then the readings went crazy. I'm leaving it to dry by standing it up but I'm most likely going to need a new one, which is extremely annoying 😑 I'm going start implementing the Scrog net probably some point next week if I let the plants that are in flower to just grow up now, as I do believe that I stunted Watermelon 🍉 by using too strenuous LST. Hopefully the plants still are able to grow upwards at this stage during flower for all the Purple Punch P1, P2 and P3. We will soon see! 28.1.25: My PH pen has packed up 😣 I've got to wait to get another. It's super annoying 😑 so I'm just judging by memory how to regulate it. Unfortunately, that's my only choice! I'm also out of the dechlorinator 😕 things are not going very well this week so far 😅 I guess we will have to make do, until I can get replenished. 29.1.25: I removed all the plants, hoovered, and disinfected the tent. There were several accidents when watering, causing some debris and splashes. I decided to just go ahead and get a few other things done. It's crazy how quickly things can become neglected! 😣 So I defoliated moderately on all plants except Gorilla Cookies seedling. I have absolutely dropped the ball on my lighting situation! My light was much further away than I thought! I turned it up to 100% and dropped it down to just under 2 feet away. After I reset the tent, I set up my scrog net. I removed 80% of all LST pegs. I am planning on letting the scrog net take over the training from here. I really want to minimise the risk of mould, so I decided to start using my dehumidifier. It has raised up to 73% RH this week, so it's necessary. Hopefully, I will be able to get my dechlorinator and PH pen soon! That's kind of essential to me. It's been a little bit of a stressful day in the garden, to be honest 😅 30.1.25: So I am expecting the arrival of my new PH pen today, as well as my new bottle of Ecothrive neutralise. It is supposed to measure the TDS and EC in addition to the standard TEMP and PH, which I had previously. Obviously, time will tell if it's any good or not. I realise, much too late now, that my lighting is very insufficient for this many plants. I need double the watts at least, and coverage is very poor. I remembered I had an old LED floor lamp, which was in a corner being unused. I decided to take the stand off, and Zip tied the pole onto the tent pole at the back left corner. I have no idea what the wattage is, and it's quite pathetic 😅 but I mean, I might as well use it, being as I definitely cannot afford more lights! 😣 Next grow, I will probably only grow 2 plants, max 4, and just use larger 7-10 Gallon pots. Being as I ran out of dechlorinator, I only watered some plants properly because I only had enough to make 6 litres. When my pen arrives, I will get everything properly watered. 31.1.25: The leaves of several plants are showing signs of iron deficiency. This is likely due to my PH pen packing up earlier. I now have a new pen. Due to this, I decided to use my Seachem Prime, which I use for my aquariums. As I wanted to get them watered properly, and my Ecothrive Neutralise hasn't arrived yet. I watered each plant with 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0. I added .25g Ecothrive Biosys to the water. May give them a breather on the nutes and just use the Cal-Mag and Biosys. Being as I've just topped dressed with rich fertilisers, I'm sure that will be OK for the next several waterings. Bubble Kush

So this week not much to say, girls doing great, all 15 of them. But I noticed few small flies around my pots, fungus gnats to be exact. So I let all pots to fully dry, removed abit of top soil and covered with some stone gravel. Also placed sticky traps to completly get rid of them motherf***ers. Watering every 2 days with pH corrected water. Upcoming week going to introduce to first feeding. Going to use GHE Trio for the first time, schedule borrowed from #FromSeedToStoned youtube channel. Week 4 update - through the first week of the stretch and all is developing well. It’s really only the one strong male that’s started showing significantly. Most of the females have trace pistils and are still rapid vegging as expected. Every plant continues showing excellent hybrid vigour and there are literally zero noticeable deficiencies. Currently, the count is at about 2/3 males + about 2/3 indica dominant fem phenos. We took clones of everything female this week so that we can bud em out proper in the dutchy cabinet once the pollen subsides. That’s where we’ll get a real look at the bid quality👌. They’re all quite young at only 3/4 weeks from seed but still look hardy and strong. Rigged up a new drip ring delivery system so that we could take off for a couple days and make watering easier for my mother in-law. Anyone wants the skinny on those, just throw me a dm - super easy design and save a ton of cash and time. All told - were well on our way to the final finish of this generation and the punnet squaring should be interesting once we’re done. End of the day, the grower in me is just giddy for the next cycle. Finally gonna have the option to grow a bunch of different fems for a shit ton o bud👍👌💪. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Maybe someone can help me and tell me how to regulate the humidity❌ PPFD- 705 DLI- 46😵‍💫 Normally I would like to see a 40 DLI but that's not possible without getting below 700 PPFD

Day 42-49 (Day 42) Just watered today but couldn’t go until runoff because I didn’t have enough RO. I forgot to add the probiotic too. Nonetheless, everything is starting to recover from those weird deficiencies and is looking super healthy. Plants are really bushing out now too. I had to top the zkittlez and BBB#3 again as they are just getting too big. Nothing is definitively showing sex yet but I’m seeing clues. Shouldn’t be long now. If I get 4 females or less I will use 10gal pots, 5-7 fem 5gal pots and 8-12 3gal pots. I need to stop overwatering. Even though it doesn’t look too overwatered, it is much better to water a little bit each day at lights on. This will help keep the humidity down as well as deliver optimal oxygen to the roots speeding up plant growth considerably. (Day 45) Gave an EM1 spray down today. The beneficial bacteria is said to overpopulate surfaces so powdery mildew and septoria can’t form. Something seems to be really working as I haven’t seen any yet. (Day 47) I sealed up the tent and am running both dehumidifiers and it’s keeping the RH around a safe 70% night and day which is right on track with VPD. Plants are all looking super healthy. Deficiencies have pretty much all cleared up. Cold nights I’m running 600w and warmer nights I’ll run 400w. I was asking around Instagram about white ash/good burn and a few different people assured me it has to do with mineral content of the soil. I was told the three best products for clean ash is glacial rock dust/basalt, oyster shell flour and langbeinite. I already have langbeinite so I’ll grab the other amendments today and top dress. I grabbed the amendments and also got some Destiny Organics dark matter super soil, coco and some beneficial nematodes. Top dressed each amendment except langbeinite and mulched in some coco coir. (Day 48) My shelf came in today and I think it may be to big for the 4x4 tent. Each square is 12”, not the 11.8” advertised. I could wipe down my flower room and set it up in there which would give my plants a good adjustment to the new lights before I flip. Or I could set it up in the veg tent but that seems like a huge hassle as the need to be moved and flipped soon anyway. I wish they would show sex already so I can toss out the plants I’m not keeping. For flower I am considering starting over fresh with the new Destiny soil and coco mixed with some amendments. I’m concerned that my current mix might be too hot. I could also dilute it with the Destiny/coco mix. Those little bulb mites that came in with the worm castings are a little concerning as well. Some say they are just beneficial composters aka “worm bin mites” and others are telling me they’re predatory bulb mites which destroy crops like garlic. I’m leaning towards beneficial composters but in another grow I watched them devour a seedling before it sprouted. Gotta check the current roots but the plants aren’t quite ready to be transplanted. (Day 49) Got everything in the flower tent wiped down and sprayed with alcohol then EM1 few hours later. Got the shelf set up and got all my temp controls set up and running. I put the controllers outside the tent this time and will patch any light leaks. Gave a lite compost tea at 830ppm and a velokelp foliar spray at 6ml/L. This will be the last veg feeding before I transplant into their final containers on the 31st. BCTG#2 is a confirmed male and I pulled him. No one else is showing definitively. Roots looked super healthy with very few mites but I’m not 100% convinced they’re all clean. I saw a few mites on leaves today too. Saw a bit of droop after the move but they all look happy just a few hours later. Took a few clones from some sucker branches on a few of the blackberries.

It is day 30 and we are finally seeing some growth starting after a few days of being locked out due to what I believe is from nutrient burn. Won’t go as heavy next top dress. I have ordered a soil ph pen which will be arriving tomorrow so that I can’t test my soil ph and the run off. Until then I have ph'd the water to 6.0 to hopefully stimulate more growth before flower. These plants are very short but stacked! I can’t wait to see how big they are at pre flower. After it’s 3rd week stretch. Reach for the skies bitches! Watering less aswell. I believe iam overwatering because I go days without seeing these girls. Exhale c02 bag doing well. Resembles mould at the moment. I want to take a moment to thank everyone who’s visited my diary.
