The purple Urkle had a great start, the plant was born well despite the cold and is doing better and better since she is taking the fertilizers. For now I have put the fertilizer to root and some special enzymes that transform the residues of previous plants into nourishment....perfect I would say to renew the soil as best as possible. Never stop at the first good results guys, always improving is fuel for the next day, to keep the passion alive and have results. Growing Projects ----- I will follow this procedure, it has given birth to a plant before that will be worked with topping x16 buds and various LST and I have just germinated the second plant that will be born about 13 days after the first and will go straight to the conclusion with the main cola. I must tell you in the past I was a maniac of the topping, then I felt nostalgic for the main cola. It is always a major sacrifice to give up the Main Cola. To avoid depression and to give a better vision to our super trusted breeder, home breeder and Zamnesia heart breeder we make a plant in topping and a straight one preserving the main cola. Those videos with the rotating Main COla were liked and we produce the best Maincola of the situation- The first week went only with Power Roots 1 Ml/l and Pure Zym 1ml/l from now on we start with ALga Grow. We are hitting week 4 now! Plant looks strong, has a nice green look overall and she seems to like her new home! I give her every 4 days ph regulated water. 1liter from the bottom, about 1,5l from above. I will give the plant another week unter the trellis to make sure the side branches catch up. Week 4 was pretty straightforward, holding the branches under the trellis and cutting some fan leafs that giving shadow to the lower branches. At end of week 4 there are first signs of flowering and she gets thirstier over the week. Giving her about 1L from bottom and 1,5L from above every two days at the moment. At first sign of flowering I have turned the led to 100% (100W) I’m really happy with my first try in coco, the plant looks healthy with a nice green color overall. I’m using ph regulated water between 6-6,3 with biobizz nutrients.

I have been vegging these plants for the last 1.5months.they will be getting flipped to flower immediately. They sit at 19" and had a slight issue while vegging. I believe I missed watering with Epsom salt and they developed some leaf spotting. They were approx 25" tall and were pruned back about a week earlier and allowed to recover. Removed most older leaf growth with the spotting. I will be running veg nutes for the first week or 2.then switching to flower nutes.

Update week 4 Bloom

The end of this week marks the beginning of the root flush, the last stage before harvesting, as it’s the final week in which nutrients are applied. The plants have shown remarkable development: the buds have become massive, and the main colas are nearly the size of my hand. I’ve followed the BioBizz feeding schedule precisely, and I highly recommend this brand for its organic formulation and balanced nutrient profile. Throughout the grow, I’ve maintained an EC level of approximately 1.8 mS/cm and a pH range between 6.3 and 6.4, which has ensured optimal nutrient uptake with no visible deficiencies or toxicities. The trichomes are now roughly 50% milky and 50% clear, a clear sign that the harvest window is approaching. Although Sweet Seeds specifies an 8-week flowering period for this strain, my plants appear to need around two additional weeks, bringing the total to about 10 weeks of flowering. I prefer to avoid rushing the process, allowing the plants to reach full maturity and to develop their terpene profile and potency to the fullest before harvesting and starting the drying phase. The only minor disappointment is the lack of the expected reddish hues on the colas—according to the strain description, there was a 60% chance of red coloration, but none of the three plants have displayed it so far. Perhaps some tinting might appear during the final week, though it seems unlikely. We’re now officially in week 9 of flowering, and I’ve begun the flush to remove excess salts from the substrate, ensuring a cleaner, smoother taste in the final product.

This week about day 46 or so I did a heavy defoliation and some branch bending/LST to get more light to the newly forming bud sites as well as to even out the canopy a little more. She is requesting a little more frequent watering about every 2-3 days and I go until I see run off and I let the run off sit for about 8-12 hrs to allow the medium to absorb as much as it wants then dump off the remaining. I am starting to notice a slight smell now that the flowing has started it’s very earthy and kind of like fresh grass. After adding the Dr earth last week I have not seen any more yellowing of my leaves which is a huge relief. At this point I’m going to be as hands off as I can some simple fan leaf tucking and maybe some branch bending to keep the smaller bud sites open to light as they seem to be swallowed up after a day or two and the fan leaves raise back up. I would like to find Dr earth bloom to add as a top dress either this week or next if I can find it just to give it a little more of a boost. I’m trying to keep this grow as organic as possible and probably will continue to be my niche for every grow going forward until I have it perfectly dialed in. I’m not seeing much more of a stretch and assume this plant will be a little stalky girl I’m hoping the main colas fill out decently and I’m hoping by the next grow I have a better light set up that may help my production of bud sites when she flips to flower. I also plan to start a more detailed journal at home that specifies what days into the grow I do what for better accuracy and to improve future grows. Hello fellow growers and user of the lovely lady Mary Jane. It was last week harvest time. I was busy with an experiment with the light schedule. I went from 18 hours of light to 12 hours by turning the clock back and make the light time shorter. And after a week on 12/12 I put them in the dark for two day’s. the though behind this is that the ladies will react by making more trichonomen and compacter bud’s . after I harvest the cola’s I cut them and lay them to dry. After 9 day’s they were ready. I weight the bud’s and harvest 167 grams. That’s about a halve gram per watt. I thought that it would be more, and because I didn’t have a control plant it’s a guess if the experiment works or not. I do not think it harms the ladies but there also no great yield. The next time I do have auto flowers I’ll try to doe it again but then with a controlled lady in a different tent. I like the White Widow Autoflower. It’s an easy plant and can handle some stress. I growth them under the Budmaster II UK HPS 9 and it’s a very good lamp for growing and flowering. As nutrition I used Mills Nutrition’s and I have to say it’s easy to use and to prepare. I use lemon juise to get the PH level down but do not use it when you have a feeding system it cloud clog up your system. Das Fimmen hat wie erwünscht sein Ergebnis gezeigt. Habe bis auf die untersten 2 Arme, alle erneut gefimmt. Das Gewächshaus 12m2 soll in den nächsten 10 Tagen ankommen. Die Damen werden dann Anfang Juli ins Gewächshaus wandern und Ende Juli mit einer Plane ab 17/18 Uhr abends abgedeckt um die Blüte frühzeitig einzuleiten. Happy growing;)

Everything bounced back to normal. These smoothies want a bit of nitrogen throughout veg. 90% of the time when I have an issue it’s because PH or PPM being too high. This wasn’t the case as I ran two tests on my medium and everything was fine. Once i fed them twice with some higher nitrogen levels and some kelp n algae they bounced back in a week. After the first feeding I could notice a nice green coming back into the leaves. I have not flushed once since then. I’ve been feeding a tea every two weeks instead to break up whatever’s left behind. I plan to do one more feed in a couple days and I’m gonna do a light flush with SLF and then continue feeding nutes and teas until she’s ready to be flushed towards harvest.

Week 2 of Bloom

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die.
