* ********* Week 8 - May 30 to June 5, 2020 - Day 50 to 56 ********** * Getting caught up on pictures......... Bud sites finally set in this week and the girls are in full flower now. They have been switched back to 18/6 light cycle as well........they spent 4 nights at 12/12 so I didn’t want to push it further and risk low productivity in 12/12 or her being overly stressed coming back to 18/6 after too long so it was time to switch back. GSC is staying in her own tent now.....she is too big to go back in with the other girls. I have to order a couple of things to make it work but feel that is the best answer. GSC2 went back into the flower tent with the others and just put her on several risers to bring canopy up. The girls need some leaves removed here and there but there are actually very few leaves in the big picture so I am very reluctant to remove too many. The girls seemed to grow smaller leaves and bud sites are smaller right now. Lots of branch on GSC but I am not looking to grow branches😃Branches stiffened up more this week and have been working a little more silica into her feed. Strong stock = big yield👍 GSC has been feeding hard this week. She is having no issues going through 3L a day of feed. GSC2 is being fed the same right now and she is also stiffening up and looking more “perky” all the time......forming into a cannabis plant more now🤞GSC2 has done so well with her bad transplant and growing out of the pot almost sideways......she is a fighter!!! Stay the course for now and get the second environment dialled in for the big girl!!! Little more detail........ June 3/20 - Day 54 - dry out day - GSC stem is stiffening and hairs are looking good. - GSC2 is in full flower now as well and looking good....not tall though. June 4/20 - Day 55 - big water day - GSC given 6L with Massive @ 3ml, Sensyzime, Rezin, Liquid Wt @ 1.5ml, Dual Fuel @ 1ml = 1025ppm and 6.1pH - she was super dry and took all 6L no problem, - GSC2 given 4L with Massive @ 3ml, VeloKelp, Sensyzime, Rezin, Liquid Wt, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml = 1275ppm and 6.1pH - GSC2 given some kelp and increased based nutes a bit. - GSC in veg tent by herself......she is just to big to go back in the other tent!!!!😀 - GSC2 is getting squished a bit in the other tent as well as they are all doing well and filling in the tent. - GSC2 is put on milk crate to raise her up a bit and some more light on her. June 5/20 - Day 56 - dry out day - GSC didn’t look as happy today as I would have thought? - GSC2 on the other hand is firming up and looking a lot more like a plant in flower now👍

Hi everyone. This week has been easy, shes in autopilot now. The nuggets are definitely getting bigger with nice density. I gave the main cola a little squeeze and shes was very sticky and smelled amazing. The citrus smell is strong but right behind it comes a nice soothing pine smell, if you like outdoors that is. Thanks for the advice @budxs💪🏾, I've adjusted my temps accordingly.

High, the Canna Professional Plus soil had mourning mosquitoes in it (second time I have the same problem with Canna soil). I "fight" them with Culinex pills (B.t.i.) and neem oil - works pretty good. They are almost gone.👍 I peg the leaves down, so that more light can penetrate the sprouts. EC is 1,2 with Canna Terra Vega (first and last time in veg phase). They will get another shower with neem oil the day I send them into flowering. Stay green. 💪

The leggy apricot is fully getting into bud now she’s a mighty 80 cm and will need more tying down this week . Only a small amount of defol needed on this one . Started flower nutes , she’s looking to be a few weeks in front of the others so wil be the first smoked , can’t wait .

8/29 Knowing I was going to have to yo to the hospital er again this morning with my wife I got up early and watered. We are supposed to get an inch of rain tomorrow but the bags were totally light. If I was going to be around I might've held off watering. Instead I watered everything one gallon and figured the rain will make up for the other 10 percent hopfully that will do it. 8/30 Rained overnight. Plants were soaked. Flowers are swelling. I defoliated a shit ton of yellow leaves the other day. I still don't think I have anything fungal but I'm keeping an eye u e out and am considering doing an application of plant doctor. We are suppised to get an inch of rain tonight and tomorrow I guess. My biddy said i shouod cover my plants because next week is going to be "great growing weather" but with the rain and then the sun it could be a recipe for disaster since I have some large flowers. I got my father's leaf blower running but it was leaking gas. Brought it to the repair shop and a buddy let me borrow his for thus storm. I and hit the plants with it this morning. It is super strong though. I need to be careful not to blow it right out of the bag!!! Or break branches. Of course after u left it started raining lightly. A nice rain that plants like but it's stopped. I'm wondering if I should go over and blast them again to keep them dry but I know it's going to rain off and on and it'd going to rain tonight. I'll check the weather and decide from there. So far things are going good. Still have some yellowing leaves and a few normal pests but that is to be expected. UPDATE: Stopped raining so I went over and shook off the plants then put the leaf blower to them. I made sure to get the interiors before I went and had shook things again by hand. Storage us low bur i took a video. Cant upload toll tomorrow. Buds are growing at an insane rate but im losing some fan leaves that just yellow and die. Im sure its senescence but its still wortisome. We are supposed to have a real good week of growing weather coming so I hope that doesn't change. I'll update tomorrow. That leafblower works awesome though. 8/31 Went over to an extremely sunny windy morning. I didn't even need to shake plants or use the leaf blower since I did it after it Rained last night. I'm worried the wind night dry my bags out today so I'll be sure to keep an eye on them. I defoliated a shit ton of leaves but apparently it's just senescence. I need to check the last time I fed. Trich development is going good. The smell was incredible this morning! Each strain has its own unique smell to it. We are supposed to have a real good week for growing so I'm looking forward to it. May do a preventative plant doctor app but I think it will be alright. I'll keep this updated. UPDATE: Went over around one and plants were bone dry. The wind was RIDICULOUS! I added a few individual stakes and tied a couple loose branches. I got my tarp out and considered covering the cagecto protect from the wind. However I didn't have time to sanitize if and they had already been through it all night and day alwuth no breakages. Plants are strong and supported well. At least I hope. Plus the tarp would block the rest of the direct sun the plants are getting right now. The wind looked like it dud its worst and the trellis and supports held. I did add extra supports higher up the plant to prevent breakages. Found a moth larvae (yellow) and squished him. Also found some aphids but a few lady bugs and three lady bugs larvae so I think I'll be OK. I am really excited for this year. Flowers are really exploding! FORGOT TO PUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. As long as I can avoid the rot. 9/2 Says it didn't rain last night but my plants are dripping wet. If course the leafblower kept dying so I had to shake everything by hand. Hope that's good enough. Gonna be real sunny. Bags still had some heft to them. I'll check them later. Found a few leaves with what looks like the calcium deficiency on the sane plant and I just removed them. I really don't think it's anything to worry about. I'll update later. UPDATE: Went back around 10 and everything looked good and was dry. Brought the leaf blower to be fixed. Should have it by the end of the day. Found and killed another pillar and some ants. Took a picture of a lady bug/beetle. This sunshine is making my buds explode!! I was thinking about checking again tonight but I think I can wait and water tomorrow. Bags are still fairly heavy. I did take another couple leaves off the plant that lopks like it might have a deficiency or something. The stalks are bigger than the bottom of a baseball bat. A couple almost like the fat end. I did some pruning and defoliation and then I noticed that my canary was light as hell. Everytime I see them it seems like they are bigger 9/3 Used the leaf blower this morning to get the dew off the buds. I shook them by hand before that. I'm noticing like a little army of lady bug larvae so any aphids I have are not going to be a problem. I have adults as well but is the babies that eat 10x what the adults do. I'm hoping they'll wipe put any bud worms. The weather is great this week all sunny. Making the buds explode in size and increasing terp production. This is the strongest smelling cannabis I've grown. Each strain. Has its own unique "funk" to it. Purple punch is really sweet and floral smelling. 10th planet is more gassy. I need to get some yellow sticky traps. I saw a couple fungus gnats on my canary. A late blooming blueberrycheese. It's the one that dries out the fastest but is more sativa leaning and drinks TONS of water. I have two that are that phenome. Losing yellow leaves but exploding with flowers. Noticed a couple more leaves with that calcium deficiency looking leaf. I just defoliated it. I'm really happy where I'm at right now. 9/4 Plants were covered in water this morning and the leaf blower wouldn't start. I shook everything off by hand. Each strain hasits own STRONG unique scent. One tenth planet phenome smells like bubble gum. I think I've got like two weeks and some of the flowers on ONE plant should be done. I'm planning to take the top half and then letting the bottom mature longer of its not whete I want it to be. The weather has been gorgeous. Sunny today. I'll need to water tonight I'm sure. 28 days! Added the Mars Hydro SP3000 to tent at the end of the week to achieve a wider light spread. The HBSS cross is still slow growing but also shows only a hand full of pre flowers, a pretty "long" veg I guess. Maybe she will get a boost later on? The GWK cross on the other hand I would say entered bloom some when this week, will mark the diary with bloom starting next week. It is also growing really strong and fast, wiggling and stretching all the time, gotta tie it down a little more every single day and remove leafs shadowing lower nodes. Increased EC somewhat with Yara Kristalon Orange (bloom) and will continue to do so next week. Overall a very good week, even with the summer heat all goes just fine. Values are average of the day. 7/9 I armed up for my battle with earwigs. I bought and applied diatomaceous earth and added sluggo plus pellets to the medium and around the bags and cage. Then I covered the stems on petroleum jelly. I raked my hand in the same bag as yesterday and found a bunch of earwigs. This time I was prepared. I killed them with a 50/50 solution of 70% rubbing alcohol. I found a few more that I killed as well and cleaned as best I couod. Weed Wacker wouldn't work. This was after I watered. The blueberry was droopy af. It stood right back up after I watered though. It doesn't look to bad. I defoliated anything too bad. If I see ANYMORE signs of septoria I'm isolating that plant (probably should anyway) and getting a systemic to deal with septoria. I got the wrong organicide I guess. I got bee safe instead of plant doctor. Regalia is what I'd like to get but it's like $90. Anyone have any good advice dealing with pm and or septoria? I know I should defoliate a little more. 7/10 Plants looked healthy and showed no negative effects from the previous application. I have some defoliation to do and I need to go over at night to check out the earwig population. Found a moth larvae and killed it. With all these other problems and medical issues it's hard to get everything done. I believe I watered today. THIS IS WHY YOU AT LEAST WROTE THAT SHIT DOWN EVEN IF YOU FINISH. 7/11 I had a few teeth pulled this morning after a horrible appointment with my doctor. I believe I watered before I reapplied some sluggo plus and diatomaceous earth. I inspected around my structure directly after the extractions while still numb. I found and killed literally 100's of earwigs! At first I was using an alcohol spray. They are in the structure itself!!!! Where the fence attaches to the wood and a bunch of other places. I used what I had filled it again, stomped them left and right then I found a can or roach ant killer. I CAREFULLY sprayed bottom parts of the structure and they would run out and get sprayed. Damn that felt good. Especially since I've noticed some slight interior damage on a couple plants that seem consistent with earwigs. Small leaves turning yellow after munched. New growth being attacked. Ragged holes in leaves. I wanted to go back tonight but I'm hurting. Noticed some dieing leaves on my blueberry. I'm wondering if it's septoria. I'll update tomorrow. 7/12 WATERED THEN FED 3 GALLONS TO THE GARDEN. Large thunderstorm and hail possible tonight Still in pain but I defoliated all the little dead new growth that the earwigs are eating and anything blocking nodes or that looked infected. Earwigs eat the new shoots that grow the buds. People think they are harmless but they are far from it. Just wait till you have an infestation and they chew off all your budsites lol. You'll have a ten foot plant with MAYBE a six inch cola (if the left ya any) that will probably be diseased. I'd rather deal with mites. I can't believe someone said bugs don't spread plant diseases. Well....they do. I've learned more about earwigs the past few years than I would've ever cared to know. I've seen aphids ONCE this year and they were dead from the organicide spray. I did find a few earwigs on the medium dying so something must be working. I'd spray it with alcohol and it would just spasm but not try to get away. I imagine it's either the DE or the Sluggo plus. After the earwigs eat the shoots the small leaves turn yellow and die. Looking at the plants the look awesome. When you get closer though I can show you branches with no budsites and some other things. I think I'm dealing with it right though. This year pretty much everything is straight up Indica (80/20 or so). Real bushy plants. I'm thinking about whether or not to spend money on regalia or just get plant doctor. 7/13 I had a botanist that teaches marijuana horticulture look at my videos and some leaf samples. No septoria so far! I need to cut some foliage by the forest edge and dispose of it and clean the grow area and be more sanitary. A new pair of gloves each plant or wash my hands after I defoliate. I'm going to spray the shit out of the surrounding area and remove the back tarp like many have suggested. It's a calculated risk but I think it's worth it. I think p jelly is working but some earwigs are dropping on them or flying short distance from plants because I've seen damage. I was going to get the plant doctor but I don't need it if I don't have the septoria. I need to go dig at each corner of my cage and get as many earwigs as I can and dispose of them. I'll kill the ones that rise with alcohol/water or raid. 7/14 I took the back tarp down and put a barrier of DE around the cage and each bag/pot. Added a touch more around the base. I'm finding earwigs dying and I'm really thinking the population is shrinking. I shoveled around the structure and didn't find any. I need my new weed Wacker to show up so I can clean shit up. The other one broke. I've been much more sanitary and am using different gloves each plant before I just started washing my hands in between plants. I'm planning on going back and AT LEAST try using the push weed Wacker to clean stuff up and spray the shit out the treeline and around the cage. It rained hard last night and it's supposed to rain again. If I notice to much more damage I'll do an application of spinosid. 7/15 Rained and stoked hard all night. I weedwacked the treeline back this morning to cut down on vegetation that's infected or could be. I weedwacked around the cage and hunted earwigs. I defoliated what needed it and I can see damage from the earwigs. If you watch the video I made for a friend you can see. I also I sprayed a gallon of baking soda/dawn/veg oil on the plants by the treeline and all around the cage. Used a different bag each plant and washed my hands before defoliating. Things seem to be going good. Plants are stretching. They are in what I like to call the 'asparagus' stage where they REALLY stretch and drop leaves. I'll keep this updated.

In week 6 the twelve AK-47 plants from SERIOUS SEEDS continue to THRIVE and in the meantime they have TOTALLY FILLED OUT the space in the HOMEBOX tent. Therefore on day 41 (=flowering day 13) its time to DEFOLIATE the plants and take off the biggest fan-leaves and lowest branches of each plant (see in video). In this second week of flowering they continue to get fed every watering with MILLS NUTRIENTS (following their feeding schedule from the MILLS website I changed from 1 ml START-R to 1 ml of C-4 now) and since they have a healthy dark-green color nothing further needs to be done. The SANlight LEDs are still dimmed to 60% (=one GREEN LIGHT on dimmer ON) and are appr. 70 cm above the top of the plants. The humidity inside the tent is dropping now, it went from 59% (due to bad weather outside and nothing I can change) to 41 % right now.

*****Week 17 growth – April 3 to 9, 2021 – Week 9 flower ****** Well, that’s two weeks flush and we have more to go. Started checking trichomes at the start of the week with few cloudy but lots clear. Pulled a couple of buds at the end of the week to look at but still need another week. Going on to week 10😂😂😂👍 The smells have stepped again this week. Trichomes are plentiful and it appears the UVA are doing their thing. The two fixtures are on for two hours per day, roughly in the middle. The fade on Pheno 1 is just freaking gorgeous @emeraldtriangleseeds and feel lucky to be watching and helping her through. Aromas of citrus 🍊🍊🍊 are just awesome. This strain is killing it this grow. Little more detail….. Apr 3/21, Day 57 - dry out day Apr 4/21, Day 58 - 3L plain water 5.8pH Apr 5/21, Day 59 - nothing today Apr 6/21, Day 60 - nothing again Apr 7/21, Day 61 - 4L plain water at 6.1pH - MM2 looking like she still wants another week for sure. Apr 8/21, Day 62 - dry out day Apr 9/21, Day 63 - 3L plain water at 6.0pH Through week 9 and going into 10 now. Breeder says 10 to 12 weeks so it’s not surprising that we are looking at 70 days likely. Pheno 1 had me thinking she would be done in 9 but trichomes are not there.

Kinda a rough week, everyone. I’ve been battling the flu all week and my energy is zapped. So firstly I had been growing increasingly annoyed of leaf clawing. I addressed overwatering and started only watering every 4-5 days and the girls responded well. I researched defoliation as much as I could and gave it a go because the plants weren’t getting optimal light. Might’ve overdone it, I’m not sure. Then came lowering the screens to begin scrogging. I’ve read probably every forum and article and looked at dozens of diaries; but it feels like when I’m tying branches to the screen it’s just stacking them on other leaves and blocking more light. I hate my LED, it’s probably only good for one plant. But today one of the bulbs went out, brand new light. I decided to buy a 315w CMH Light should be here next week. Live and learn. Should have done a single plant grow. It’s a new week though it will all work out. 🍁
