Day 70: Want to know how the trichomes are looking on my OG Kush, they look pretty clear to me but not 100%🤷‍♂️🏼 any feedback would be great, this OG is about 10 weeks old from seed, there was some temp issues, and nutrients locks but still going strong I believe.

End of a great autoflower grow with the Royal Gorilla Auto by Royal Queen Seeds. They were fun to grow, very easy to grow plants that never complained. The smell of the final flower is great, reminds me of green apples. A very well balanced strain with great effects, can recommend the Gorillas for sure. At the beginning of the diary it were 4 plants but I put one outside as soon as they started flowering, so one is actually still outside growing, will be ready in a week. So the total harvest was from 3 plants.

10/15 This week saw a few snags. Both gorilla zkittlez girls are showing what looks like a Mg def i.e yellowing between veins and green veins themselves. This isn't the first time they've exhibited these symptoms. Currently the heaviest affected leaves are the lowest fan leaves farthest from the light. Aiming to keep it that way. I think it's pH swinging too low. I need to pay more attention to my feeds but sometimes I don't have the time to pH my water as properly as I should. The reason I say it's that and not a deficiency is because they are also showing signs of over feed (yellow leaf tips) only a one half-strength feed did this. There must be plenty of food left in the pot. I'm thinking the flip is gonna come at the end of the week. I'll clean up some lower foliage tomorrow or Sunday and let them grow the rest of the week. 10 weeks seems like a nice round number to me. Was an easy grow. Hardly any leaf removal. Almost all fan leaves have abundant trichomes! Wonderful berry/Wintergreen aroma!

After 10 days, the time had come! I am very happy with the yield of the harvest.

These ladies were heavy yielding - just wish the PK booster did not stunt them, I feel they could have even been larger, the buds are sweet and sticky, they smell amazing, they are hard and resinous - they have a beautiful mix of dark and light shades of green with bright orange hairs, very pretty, my friends are already in love with this weed, hits you like a Sativa and as the high lingers mellows like an Indica, I can't, wait to grow this again! The is an urban legend that occasionally a purple strain emerges, and when it does the outcome is legendary, just another reason to try this strain!

End of Week 13 (6 week of flower) Cruise control on! Trying to make sure the environment is 100% in check, and I made a very light compost tea with some molasses and worm castings and a little bit of bone meal just to give them a calcium boost and some extra sugars so they can flourish into their final couple of weeks of flower. I have been keeping a cooler average temperature - and also keeping the relative humidity lower. Pest Report: None

This week has been beautiful for this lady lots of growth, lots of green coming out, looking healthy so I topped the girl let her Bush out now in the coming weeks, hopefully will flip to flower in around 3 weeks, happy growing and stay green ✌️ 💚 👌

2023-03-15 All of the Plants had male Flowers, too one could be saved, in just removing the Male Flowers and stripping her , so 2 Branches remained These 2 branches turned out very frosty she smells like acid Lavender and some diesel

So pictures were taken at the end of week 6 going into 7. My biggest complaint would be that I should have double trellised. These guys are huge. The colas are getting increasingly heavy. I've attempted to string up some of the cholas but its a fleeting attempt. The smell is insane. Its alot more fruity this week. A buddy mentioned he smelled peanut butter notes. I smell fron the small one heavy limes, deiselly, duke. The larger one is more sticky and has like a lemony pepperish fruit thing going on but either way im excited. I will cut down on cal mag and sturdy stalk these last weeks. I havnt done anything extreme with ph. I got some interesting color changes. A little concerned im confusing color changes for the plant leaves drying out but I haven't had any immediate concerns to change up anything. Almost there!

The - now topped - plants are doing good. Slow but steady growth, which makes sense after transplant and topping. Did some gentle training but damaged plant #1 quite a bit (snapped both top stems) luckily i didnt take off the lower two stems on this plant so theres still a good energy source while she heals. Still makes here the no. 1 contender for getting tossed sadly. So far so good. Outdoors the prepped soil is doing well but its very dry, trying to keep the clover alive, but im afraid it wont be a lot of clover. Oh well, stuff spreads like wildfire anyways

I just did a solution change yesterday. I was having a issue getting the right amount dialed in. She has shifted into flowering, and is still making progress. She is under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2 320 watt. I have her in Athena blended line nutrition she hopefully bounces back now fast, and makes some great progress. Onto the second node now and the plant is looking really good :)) I have great hope for this Northern Lights auto I'm so happy too be growing this strain again!!

I am ecstatic to see how she has responded to my defoliation techniques, and the results have been nothing short of breathtaking. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of maintaining the right temperature and humidity levels during this critical phase of growth. As we all know, the right conditions can make all the difference in achieving the best yield and quality possible. To ensure that my Supafreak continues to flourish during this phase, I am paying close attention to the temperature and relative humidity (RH) levels in my grow room. I am keeping the RH level between 40-50% to avoid any risk of mold or mildew growth, and maintaining a temperature range of around 68-78 degrees Fahrenheit (20-26 degrees Celsius). I can feel my love for her growing deeper each day as I watch her buds form and swell. She truly is a masterpiece of nature, and I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to care for her. With each passing day, I am reminded of the critical role we play as growers in the development and health of our plants.
