Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread. Hello everyone, Week 10 of veg started yesterday and think 7 to 14 days more in veg is enough. 1 plant stretched perfectly to fill a 120x120cm tent the other one needs about 14 days maximum and the last one is a dwarf plant and i don't expect a big yield from this plant I'm regretting putting her in a 10 gallon pot totally disappointed. My ph meter was 0,3 ph to high so when i was watering thinking the ph was 5.7 in fact it was 5.4 so gave them a good feeding with a ph of 6.0 and 30 procent runoff. 15.5.25: It's been 48 hours after planting, and we have 2 extraordinarily identical seedlings! 🌱🌱 This time germinating, I did not use the humidity domes or spay the leaves. I adjusted the dehumidifier to around 50% RH. TEMP: 26°C. Soil PH: 7.0 Soil temp: 20°C Water PH: 6.0 Water about 20mls 3x a day. I used plain, dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0. I'm very excited to see how we go! 🌱🤞💚✌️🍃😊 18.5.25: The seedling 🌱 is looking nice and strong. Yesterday, I started watering around the perimeter of the pot to help the ecosystem of the soil get started. I'm watering with plain, dechlorinated, PH'd water. PPM: 545 PH: 6.0-6.5 The F1 Hybrid experiment has thus far produced identical results. The experiment compares two different styles of growing; one using Organic Dry Amendments the whole way through seed to harvest. The other plant, seed to harvest, will be receiving Liquid Nutrients. Going into the fourth week of flower and the canopy is spreading nicely. Ladies are very healthy. Alternating watering with water and cal-magd+microbial mix in addition to a light weekly top dressing. This is my best grow so far: No burned leaves No burned tips No leaf curling from over watering No yellowing leaves at the top or bottom set of leaves from nutrient deficiencies No bugs

This pretty lady filled up the tent beautifuly, she will probably stay under 45 cm until finish so she should be comfortable inside the small VGrow. She is still looking very healthy and I have to trim a few leafs once every couple of days. Very excited to see how her buds look like.
